When you look at the map there is plenty of space to build an approaches road without knocking any houses down, saving the cost of a compulsory purchase order. It's not as if The Dingles and Eric are living in the middle of a housing estate. - More contrived drama!

the Cain Flashback's were about Faith / Cain dealing with their past demons as parents , it was about Cain dealing with issues and learning how to be a better dad to his kids Issac / Kyle / Debbie etc and Faith was dealing with her past issues of walking out on Chas / Cain when they were little

I assume it was a council house as I cannot see Shadrack being able to buy a house. WIth the shortage of social housing surely the Council would have relet it, or at least changed the locks. Unless it was still in Faith's name and she moved back in after her last husband died. But she would have had to keep the rent up and she was skint when she turned up in Emmerdale. - Another example of Soapland being removed from the world of reality.

What is happening to Emmerdale, it is becoming as bad as Eastenders. Why are the Dingles standing out in the cold protesting when the appeal has not been heard yet, nothing can happen until after that. I am a bit confused by the council involvement, if the golf club is a private development why are the council so involved surely their role would just be administrative.
