I loved Ross scenes with Bob and Finn, Marlon seems to have forgot than Bob has lost a step daughter too in Donna
Priya and Alicia sitting down interrogating Leyla was odd, are they friends now?
Megan is no match for Charity, she gets herself in more bother with the police with her mouth, talking too much
Declan is looking very guilty

Declan lives - well he tried to kill her - a few times......
And he killed Robbie - albeit it accidentally - he was aiming for Charity
Charity knows he burnt Home Farm down with Megan in it, so has that to spill if need be.....
Declan told too many people that Chairty was 'suffering' anxious taking pills, and that she had disappeared.....
There's a great big grave dug near his car - by a spade with his finger prints on.....
How can he talk his way out of these if he lives?

Yes I really hope Declan didn't die as I really want Charity to suffer now after everything she's done to others. Awful too if Megan lost both her son and brother. just a small pedantic point - when the cottage was shown from the outside - there were a row of telephone wires coming in from the right and a telephone pole and connecting wires going into the house on the left!!
so why were they cut off and couldnt ring home?

I suppose that mobile phones are not to work because of the location and Declan disabled the house line ... hence no connection to call home ..
On another point though:
Although Charity was clobbered round the head quite viciously, she did not seem to have any problems like headache, dizziness ... in fact, she managed to try to escape on foot for quite a bit and then on a boat and by the time she got home, her hair was beautifully styled, no need for stitches and a bandage on her head ...

We saw Declan destroying the router(?). In another ep Chatity dropped something on the floor and saw the smashed router under the bed. That was before she overheard Declan in the forest tho.
Charity could not get a signal to make a phone call yet Declan told her he had phoned the care hire company and they could not come until the next day ...

I must have missed an episode, when did Nicola get interviewed by the press?
I missed some of today's episode due to power cut but she might not have actually been seen to be interviewed,maybe they just showed the day after when the paper had been published?

It wasn't shown in any episode only today it was mentioned when the paper came out and also Charity commented that reporters had telephoned the house
And it was Declan who killed Robbie
It wasn't. Declan was trying to shoot Charity but the bullet accidentally hit Robbie instead. And the reason why Declan was trying to kill his wife in the first place was because of what Charity had done to him. So if Charity wasn't such a scheming cow, Robbie would still be alive. But that would be boring in a soap wouldn't it..

It really showed what she is when she said 'I'm sorry Sam' and poor Sam didn't even understand what she apologized for! Charity just felt better thinking she's been forgiven when she actually wasn't. She's coward, and abuser-abusing people's trust.

Charity did pay off Sams debts. In one scene earlier this week, Sam thanked Charity for paying off his debts when he was acting as her bodyguard at Home Farm. :)
As usual, one minute a character is in great pain and having illusions, crawling on the floor, the next minute the character Charity is speaking clearly, coherently and is no longer in pain ....

There has been so many OMG moments in Emmerdale lately, and I`m loving every one of them. It`s Emmerdale at its very best. Well done Kate Oates, actors, writers etc. I`ve been on the edge of my seat a lot lately - I can`t say that with the other soaps.
The only thing that bugs me is that Teflon Charity will be back to her old self soon - back to the bosom of her family, and looking for rich men to swindle/marry.

No I didn't want Charity dead she is too good of a character imo for death and I am glad also Declan isn't dead either hope he may return in the future
I would enjoy Emmerdale more without her. She's done too much bad now, I just can't stand her anymore. Actress may be good, but that doesn't help. Character has actually got boring by now as it's always the same type of story for Charity. She's not young anymore either, would like to see her grow up if she sticks around.
And..the whole 2nd half of last nights episode was just boring..Sam standing outside the container most of the episode and that witch inside pretending that she's actually regretting things she's done. The Vicar reading comments on Doug's blog every few minutes(that storyline so boring, thank God it's over! ) and Jai in hospital.
I couldn't care less what happens to Charity(yes-and unfortunately she will be found)but dragging it on is what bugs me. Sam is just so stupid he annoys me sometimes too. He should have at least told Cain and let him to let her out-after a little 'chat' ;) Sam couldn't live on knowing that he caused the death of Noah's and Debbie's mom.

I think the new Robert looks a bit like the old one but sure is not as good looking as Karl Davies but that is very subjective, of course. I am sure he will grow on me eventually and Andy and Robert will always fight over somebody or something, happens in some some families, unfortunately.
Charity will not go away, I wonder though whether she will have to go to court over the Home Farm fire, surely the police/CPS should investigate her as accomplice to insurance fraud????
Andy and Katie soon got their feet under the table at Home Farm, new job titles will quickly follow I'm sure . Estate Manager for Andy and Chief Executive Director of Equestrian Events and Stabling. for Katie :bow:
With Declans' signature on the claim form and his recent violence plus Charities denials I wonder if she'll be charged with anything ? Charities character wouldn't work on the show if she was a goody two-shoes imo. Prog needs her imo.
By the way-I don't understand what kind of police system do they think Ireland has when everyone can just disappear without a trace? When Amy left, she went to Ireland-even though she didn't take Kyle with her, she still kidnapped him, and in real life the gardai in Ireland would have been waiting for her and returned her back to UK. And yes, I get the feeling that Rachael was thrown to Ireland as well! :D She would have been found by now.. What kind of private detectives they use-with all their money?? Unbelievable.

I am disliking Laurel and Moron more and more lately. (Yes I know it`s Marlon, but my name for him suits him better) :)
It`s sweet little red cheeked Arthur I feel sorry for the most (And April). Can you imagine if the shoe was on the other foot and Arthur had sneaked past Ashley with fireworks and nearly burnt himself that Laurel and Moron would have been calm as Ashley was? Heck no. Moron would be in full windmill mode flalying those lanky arms all over the place. And Laurel would be screeching so loud, the windows in the village would have shattered everywhere.
I`ve disliked Unmoral Laurel since she used Ashleys breakdown as an excuse to leave him when Ashley hit his Dad. i`m not excusing Ashley in the least for that and he deserved to be punished for it...and he was. But it was Unmoral Laurel and Morons affair which was the major tipping point of Ashleys breakdown in the first place.
I`m not sure if Ashley knows yet that Unmoral Laurel was breathalysed by the police the other day. When he does I hope he reads her the riot act.

This time I believe Gabby over Belle. And she did go later to Gabby's door and scared her again..so I suppose Belle has changed-unfortunately. I would have preferred Belle to stay as 'good Dingle' and do really well in life. Why does everyone have to have problems in soapland? I hope they don't totally ruin her..

Yes the graveyard is "real". It's the only soap we seem to see a graveyard in. They pop up in other soaps now and again

Don't think Belle is her own stalker/attacker after that last moment in tonight's episode.
I think she's self harming as she can't live with the guilt..no matter what she's blaming herself for what happened. She's such a good young actress, one of my few favorites in Emmerdale.
The scratches on Belle's face look as they were caused by finger nails . When Belle was released from prison and Chas first saw her , I think Chas commented that she looked well and how nice Belle's finger nails looked now she was growing them . So whether that was leading to the self harm storyline ? I still wonder about the graffiti and whether Belle wrote it? Agree about your reasons mariba and the quality of her acting ,very convincing.

Can anyone remember if Zaks mental
illness was ever diagnosed more specifically
than a breakdown caused by thinking he
had cancer which at the time he had been
told by doctor he did not -but he was sectoned
and people complained his treatment wasn't
realistic.
In a news release they seem to be making
a link between Zak & Belles illness and
I hope the search for drama doesnt spoil
a story which is dramatic enough to stand
on its own- espically with such a good actress!
I know some illnesses can be genetic but don't
want too much poetic licence and hopefully
no miraculous intervention from Charity !

Charity did her best to help him. I suppose it's jealousy as Cain told Charity and not her, but so very childish behaviour-which we've seen from Moira more and more recently. Ive not been a fan of Charity - in her second
stint in ED -but she is seeming better as Moira
gets stranger!

He was a kid when he saw this and he couldn't stop his mom doing it. I don't care how tough kids think they are, that's a pretty harrowing experience. However, I do think Emma is not like that as a person and perhaps Pete to atleast attempt to find out how his Mom really is or at least let Finn and Ross make their own decision.
If Emma wants a relationship with her sons, I believe she'll have to tell Ross the truth, as unpredictable Ross's reaction might be.

that the character had been completely
altered from original idea . So that's
perhaps why she doesnt seem v realistic-
shes not now as she was meant to be

A relationship between James and Emma just doesn't ring true for me either. She doesn't really intrigue me due to this I don't think. Unsure so far
there was an interview with producers
when actress cast where it seemed clear
that the character had been completely
altered from original idea . So that's
perhaps why she doesnt seem v realistic-
shes not now as she was meant to be
when previously mentioned and so
doesnt fit so well with characters she
is meant to.have been involved with.
