Lovely to see Robert away from the White family for once. Especially nice to see him offering advice to someone struggling with their sexuality too and also acknowledging he's messed up too. Wish we could have more of these scenes and less repetitive schemes against a random White member every other episode.
Evening Fell ow Robronrers tonights ep was ok and our Rob giving his advice on being bi-sexual and saying how hes messed up his happiness with Aaron saying bing like less Robert ah bless him he still in love with Aaron and he`s hurting inside and misses the only person he truly loves and heqs still got his ring on so that plot device something afoot so keep the faith and hold on in there our Robron will come back stronger as ever and the reunion will be fantanstic and it well worth the wait and when we get that reunion both our Danny+Ryan will give us fans the wondeful scenes we would be proud of they want this renuion like the rest of do and like Danny they want to us fans proud and let us down

hiya yes its lovely to our Rob talking with sombody else and the look in Rob1s eyes and look when he said how he messed up his love life and the one person who he ever cares for and is in love with and rob`s got his ring on again something must happen soon for anythng for the reunion to happen over xmas
It was great seeing Robert acting normal in scenes with people where he actually got some real looking reactions from and not the wooden ones he’s getting elsewhere. :cheer:
He really is missing Aaron and knows he’s messed up big time. :crying: The sooner our boys are back together the better. :heart::love:
Good to see Ryan in an episode like tonight in his 3rd Anv it shows that he is such a versatile and believable actor. Long may he stay around. :bow:

well its sounds very much like the reunion we be at xmas and if both Danny+Ryan was filming togther all last week and again today this time is with Lucy it sounds like a hospiatal scene and something happens to Rob close to xmas some think on twitter thinking that Rob finds out he`s not father and has a breakdown and Aaron realise that he misses him and suport him and still loves him and cant stand being without him and will want him back its another hospital scene between Robron and now its Aaron turn sitting besides Rob bedside ah ED+IM wish we could have a less Drama for the reunion but deep they just want to string this bow for them to come together ringing those mortal words from maxines eps in may they are rubbish without each other

I like seeing Robert mix with others no scheming like against the Whites
It would be good to see Robert get a good friend and maybe it could be Vanessa
Eveneing my fellow Robroners some on twitter are thinking that Lucky my have a go at Rob near xmas and thats could be Rob could be at hospital and the police car is there too and Aaron will be at his bedside i hope not thats not the case not poor Rob being shot again or mybe he finds out hes not the father but Ross`s and has a brakdown when he finds out but why is there a police car at the hospital? but at least with all this happening our Robron wil be getting back togther and Aaron will want to give them another go becuse he loves him and cant be without the person he loves any thoughts anyone? matty and we know the reunion will be great and eletric just like Danny said it will be just hold in there it will work out for our Robron
I've seen all the spoilers and nothing particularly bothers me. More and more though it feels like 2015 with all the repeat events and this particular story must be the most repeated ever, it's even stealing form itsself with Robert drugging Lawrence again to keep him pliable. Lachlan with a gun again and wanting Lawrence dead, shooting Robert on a computer game, must be easy being an ED storyliner if all you need to do is look what you did last month/year for inspiration.
I can't wait for christmas and it can't come quick enough.
I see as well Liv is back to drinking again, she's learnt nothing and it's time Aaron stopped beating around the bush and disciplined her properly and stopped mollycoddling her.

Hi Matty - I know it’s probably fairly likely that it may be Robert that’s in Hospital but we don’t actually know that yet as it’s pure speculation - I really hope Robert isn’t shot again but as IM seems intent in repeating everything and having it play out his way I unfortunately wouldn’t be surprised. I would rather go for the breakdown scenario if there has to be something with Robert and to have Aaron & Chas there supporting him through it. I can’t wait until our boys start to work there way back together and hopefully this will happen fairly soon after this ‘child’ is born and the paternity is proved. We want our boys back together where they belong.

I only have one comment to make about tonight’s episode. Why doesn’t Debbie just stand around on a Street corner touting for business and get it over with because that’s exactly how she comes across? I’m sorry, but I really don’t think these scenes are necessary for this time in the evening, it doesn’t really bring anything to the show.:wall::wall:

I agree her clothing was totally inappropriate for that time of the day she look like a mildly upmarket Sunset Strip hooker, I am assuming this is the start of that Tom coming in to the village in the future and everyone is assuming to HF which if true means the Whites (or nearly all of them and I hope PD) will be going soon.
The latest spoiler seem to be moving the Robert/PD/Baby/Whites rubbish forward and if we are lucky bring Aaron back in to Robert's life more closely, I hope IM wasn't lying when he said he does not want to push them further apart. The Lawrence/Lachlan/Robert stuff is going to be interesting (apart from the near miss kiss - god help us please).

Tom is easy on the eye, what he sees in Debbie is beyond me, she lacks any style, class or flare and that outfit she had on tonight looked like something a Bangkok hooker would wear on a work night. I think Tom could bring a new dynamic in to the show & I am curious if Robert will have business dealings with him.
On another note, I think Gerry working for :ninja: at HolyScrap when Adam leaves would be excellent, it would add a new dynamic, lots of potential for banter especially when Robron are back together as I could see Gerry making some pretty funny comments to both :cartman: and :ninja: and it would add a link to Liv. It strikes me that Gerry was a short term character who may be settling in on a more permanent basis.
I now feel like we have just boarded new roller coaster ride (the ride since March has been awful), this new ride is going to bumpy with lots of ups and down + twists and turns and I really hope IM delivers what he has been promising for Christmas and beyond.

You’re right about Tom being easy on the eye - I still put Robron above him in the league though. :rolleyes:
They seem to have taken Gerry out of the Whites orbit and integrated him into the village so maybe they are planning to keep him around which would be good. I could see him & Jimmy having some comedic moments in the portacabin.
I do hope this is the last roller coaster ride we are expected to endure for some time as there are only so many times you can go around and around before you feel :sick:
Let’s hope that late 2017 and into 2018 is a much more enjoyable ride for everyone. :moonie::heart::love:
Debbie/Tom and this bargain 50 shades rip off is awful. You can't have her be all empowered strong woman who doesn't need a man yet does need him and makes use of it. I get that they're trying to show she's not with him for money or what he can do for her but it's not coming across that way because after she has sex with him she's usually given a lavish OTT 'gift'. Firstly a car and now a house. It looks seedy and tacky and is not helped by a lack of any chemistry as per usual with Debbie and her love interests.
That Coira scene was just unnecessary too, Cain decides she needs him so he marches there to be there for her, admits he wasn't into Harriet (even though she specifically wanted to end things with him if he wasn't in it which he revealed he wasn't so basically he used Harriet all this time because Moira was a no go). Moira was OTT with what she said and i don't buy hormones excuse but i suppose he had some of it coming to some extent for his behaviour the past year but for me Harriet has more right than Moira to lay into him.
Paddy/Marlon/April swearing stuff was ridiculous too. That girl will have heard that word many times over like with most kids of her age.
Where do we start with this episode?
Cain who only yesterday was declaring love for Moira and that he'd be there is now back to Harriet. They're not doing well with Cain here at all.
Chas returns in the most ridiculous way possible, it's Paddy, it's not a rich fit stud. Why is she pouncing on him as well in the home of a young girl who doesn't want to see that (i don't want to see it either).
The police investigation is only now checking for tires weeks after Emma died....eh? Anyone could have changed their tyres/car in that space of time.
Tom/Debbie continues to be creepy, weird and unsexy despite every other Tom scene being with him in a state of undress.
In other news Danny, Ryan and Isobel have all been filming today.

I’m personally hoping this hook up with Chas & Paddy doesn’t last because it would create an akward atmosphere when :cartman:and:ninja:get back together. Although saying that Paddy may react differently as he really shouldn’t judge anyone after the way he treated Rhona.
That line of :cartman:was a bit random but it probably was expressing exactly how he feels that behaving the way he always did has lost him the one thing he really wanted in life and needs to change. In a way with this stuff with The Whites he is maybe punishing himself by putting himself through this and getting involved with them because he thinks it’s all he deserves and why should he go through life happy. If that makes any sense. I hope it does lead to :ninja:finding out from random people that :cartman:hasn’t moved on and is missing him and regretting everything that happened. :(

I know it’s an awful thing to say but I really hoped it wasn’t going to get this far. Let’s hope there is actually going to be still some twist as I don’t think the boys should have been landed with a baby, it was all so unnecessary story wise. Have to be honest if it turns out that the baby is his and PD and it stay in the show and even if the boys are getting back together I really don’t know if I’ll continue watching the programme as it will never be the same.:(::thumbsdow

I’m just having one of those days again - I won’t be going anywhere soon I’ll stick around to see what happens. I hope you’re right and this hospital stuff is because Robert finds out about the baby and has a breakdown and we know that The Whites are on their way out so they won’t be around for ever and hopefully that includes PD. Hopefully things can only get better. 👍

Heh sorry my uncle is called Michael so i just typed that without thinking or paying attention.
I'm on a sabbatical until Robron are back together as it's just gotten far too miserable and depressing on there. There's just no pleasing some of them and it affects my mood and brings me down.
The point really is just to have something to show 6 episodes a week. As a long term soap viewer i can tell you there have been a great many stories i haven't liked over the years and you just learn to get on with it because short of not watching you can't do anything else about it.
I'm mainly just a Dryan fan anyway so as long as they're happy with what they get i can tolerate it.

Maybe it's for the best Paul? I feel that people are best off just walking away now if they feel bad rather than hang around until a wedding. Me personally am here forever because like i always say (and some don't like) it's a soap and you just have to roll with the punches.
Look at Coira currently, they don't have a real reason to not be together and work their problems out as a couple but they're keeping them apart having Moira say she hates him and him back to toying with poor Harriet and her feelings a day after he declared his everlasting love for Moira.
Would you prefer that for Robron? I wouldn't. For me this baby isn't an enemy, it's an innocent 'victim' in all this mess.

It is worrying when even you are feeling this way.:( I just feel that this rubbish is never going to come to an end and when it does we are going to wonder what the point of it was. I don’t feel that this can be described as interesting and enjoyable viewing when most of the comments after an episode are negative and not only for Robron scenes. The whole of The White family have passed their use by date as everything is becoming very repetitive and boring and uninteresting to watch. Who was the person that thought this whole storyline was a good idea? :wall: The only thing that keeps us involved are Ryan & Danny’s acting abilities and the chemistry they have when they do put them in a scene together which is what’s been missing for too long now. :heart::love:

Oh definitely the length of this Robert/White plot feels never-ending, even more so when you compare to some plots which are blink and you miss it for example Tracy/David marriage issues the other week where Leyla appeared to still want David yet nothing has come of it.
Personally i think because we care so much more about Robron than anything else it feels worse to be denied them in stories/scenes we like and want to watch compared to other characters who we can zone out and move on from their drama's really easily and quickly.

However you guyz have said that this is normal for soaps so I'm sticking with it but that doesn't mean I can't criticise stuff like all this never ending hf nonsense :nono:

I think this might be to do with Liv saying something to Robert how not everyone has reason to be happy and reminding Robert that for Aaron this is anything but a happy occasion and there is a spoiler about Liv realizing Aaron isn't ok.

Well tonight was ok i suppose. I could have done without Robert being nice and helpful to Rebecca but he's always been good in a crisis so it's to be expected he would wow everyone. How useless is Rebecca though that she needed him so much?
He definitely felt something at the end there before reality sunk in and it was a case of OH GOD this is really happening to me.
Far be it from me to agree with Chas but i think she's right about Tom, something fishy there for sure. It's not normal to lavish some random woman with such opulent gifts.

Ohhhhh .... with RG coming here and Dees1 we are a growing little community, very exciting as we have been probably 4-5 of us regularly - very happy
I am loving the new spoilers, it seems to me that Robron are starting to come together more :cartman: plot is being discovered with all that lovely drama, :cartman: tells :ninja: what he has been up to and :ninja: starts to be more connected to :cartman: roll on Christmas. The baby thing well, where that is going is anyones guess but I am 70% sure its not :cartman: and that will be what breaks :cartman: and :ninja: supports him.
I am finding the DS thread really hard to read with all the damn spoiler tags its hard work, lets just share everything on here and if you don't want to know then go away.

All of last week's spoilers in one place. With a huge thanks to NoahsAark at Digital Spy.
Monday 6th - Gerry has overstayed his welcome and is soon trying to wheedle his way onto Aaron and Liv’s sofa.
Wednesday 8th - Robert reveals that Kath offered him a good job down in Slough. Lawrence becomes determined to make him stay.
Thursday 9th (7pm) - Victoria convinces Aaron to take a drive in Rebecca’s car to see why it’s playing up. Aaron inspects the engine of the broken down car, just as Rebecca’s waters break. Aaron, Rebecca and Victoria get in the car in the hope the engine will last until they arrive at the hospital. Rebecca squirms with discomfort as the car slowly jerks along. Aaron’s hating every moment of it.
Liv’s frustrated that Gerry is acting irresponsibly and encourages him to do some work. He starts to panic after he accidentally makes a dent in Aaron’s car bonnet.

There’s only a few things I’m not so sure of:- 1) The getting close scenes with Robert & Lawrence. 2) The acting that there’ll be when PD is giving birth will be uncomfortable to watch, but hopefully they’ll keep those scenes to a minimum. 3) Robert bonding and getting close to the child while Aaron looks on will be upsetting to watch.
The main plus bonus to this and it will get me through it is the outstanding chemistry and performances I’m sure we’ll get from Ryan & Danny throughout all these scenes, which will make anything else bearable.:heart::love::wub:

Yes I share your thinking - 1/ Its clear Robert is very very uncomfortable with the Lawrence situation but its part of his scheming at the moment I don't think it will last long now 2/ I am afraid EH cannot cut it from an acting perspective, I am sure she is lovely but completely wrong for the part and always comes across well, like she's acting which is not ideal to ensure believability 3/ The baby bonding is part of how Aaron sees Robert is changing it will be the catalyst leading to their reconciliation one way or the other, I am 50/50 as to whether the child is Robert's if it isn't then this will devastate Robert and Aaron will be there for him, if it is PD will leave and take baby with her again leaving Robert devastated, one way or another the baby is the key.
With the excellent range of spoilers we have it is looking like November will be pretty eventful :cheer::cheer::cheer:

It’s getting difficult to fully remember what happens on each day of each week as there is so much stuff to take in. :confused:
I may be completely daft here but I am beginning to wonder if a lot of this has been leaked out and perhaps it’s not exactly as it’s going to be. I presume HJ will just operate from somewhere else. HJ isn't really reliant on the cabin, it's just a convenience. The Scrapyard obviously is dependent on having the place to store and run it from.

Hi Matty - there’s so much been mentioned over the last few days I’m getting confused with what’s actual and what’s speculation - it’s getting hard to comment on. This thing about Lachlan going for Robert with his car seems a bit out of the blue but then again a lot of his actions have been unexpected. I hope you’re right about PD letting somwthing slip - I’d like to think something like that might happen. All we really want at the end of this is our boys back together as a happy and contented unit and hopefully Maxine & ED will deliver that over the next few months and into the next year. :heart:

I am really really hoping we start to close the door on a lot of these awful Home Farm stories although it looks like we will have a bumpy ride getting there. How the Aaron coping with the baby, Christmas 'weird' episode and Robron reconciliation come together is a mystery but I suppose that makes it all the more interesting, well, significant more interesting than the last 8 months of awfulness.

Interesting to hear that Robert threatens Lachlan over Seb. I have to say im not one that Seb bothers even if he sticks around and i do accept Robert's feelings can change but i do feel the whole dad of the year and protectiveness is somewhat fast.
I can't help but feel they've amended this part of the story from the original path which was probably to keep the baby in the show and be raised by Robron after initial difficulties for Robert bonding. But now it seems all too obvious and likely the baby is going to be leaving with it's mother because Robert is just connecting with him too fast as is Aaron's attitude towards him and Robert changing quite suddenly.
While im looking forward to loony Lachlan emerging, it should've happened months ago but this entire story has plodded along until the baby is born. I don't even know why he's spying on his family and letting them think he's dead, maybe for sympathy? Maybe to get dirt on them? I can't help but feel he will try and kill someone and someone else will get the blame because he's not 'there' so not a suspect.

Robert's caught off guard when Rebecca mentions she saw Kath on TV. She's figured out he was trying to take over Home Farm and Robert's left wondering how he's going to get out of this one.
Robert tries to worm his way out, claiming Lawrence and Chrissie would never have accepted his investment. He changes tact, coming clean about the whole scheme, claiming he's changed since the birth of his son.
A disgusted Rebecca refuses to believe that Robert has changed. She refuses to allow Seb to turn out like him and slaps Robert for his betrayal.
Belle plays out Lachlan's voice message, leaving Chrissie in bits.

I'm going out in the middle of ED tonight so im just not watching and might catch up later if people think it's worth it. The way i see it we've got just over a week of the tough stuff to watch before the better stuff starts when the baby is born. Granted some might not feel that way but for me im looking forward to it.

If you do watch it just keep those descriptions of Robert in the front of your mind and don’t take too much notice of the stomach churning lines in the Robert & Lawrence scenes, you’ll get through it.:rolleyes:

Well I just watched that episode and in a freaky sort of way I was OK with it, thank god for spoilers at least I was prepared for those horrid Lawrence/:cartman: scenes.
Smudgen was in full operation tonight, :cartman: is in full manipulation mode and I think he would have had a fey kiss with Lawrence then pulled away saying its not the right time etc..... hence why the upcoming stuff panics him, again, thanks for the spoilers as I am prepared.

Afternoon fellow Robroners watched lastnigt ep was good wasnt Rob great at still stringing along the whites its great of course our Rob is using them just like Laucky said but they are stupid but of course when they find out the business name is an anagram of Robrert Sugden then it all kicks of and ive been thinking if a unlikely villager thisnks about about being a father and realisling it that be Ross`s yeah and if ED+IM have brought forward PD birth that could mean 1 think it cant be Rob`s but Ross`s and when its born and has black hair then it cant be Rob`s but Ross and some think mybe our Rob is bonding with the baby and thats what some think on twitter saying that PD will blurt out its not Rob but Ross`s and then this DNA will see its Ross` and not Rob and going back ive been thinking didnt PD say to quickley its Rob`s she was about to say say Ross but Rob just turned up and just said his name and i think if Aaron is there at the birth then mybe then we see a different side to Aaron and is execpting the baby and he see`s thet his husband does care about The baby and will see a robron start to talk again and working it out and more certain now that Laclan will will run over Rob and try to kill him and we will get to Aaron at the bedside of his husband the main thing is that this baby s/l is coming to an end and getting our Robron back together where they should be in each others arms and back home togther and there bed:heart::lol::lol:

How nauseating are Chas and Paddy though? Easily the worst part of the episode even worse than Robert/Lawrence which at least went somewhere with Lachlan going to some rather disturbing lengths. Seriously why would he film that?

I think they just took a random pic of Ryan to use for that scene. It's not supposed to be the focus, the focus is supposed to be Lachlan shooting it.
They can't even pretend to try and make out Rebecca is a character these days, they know she's a plot device and only use her in that capacity.

Robert's lies, obsessions and plotting are getting too difficult for him to juggle and manage efficiently. He is starting to 'lose it' and not see clearly. He is making bad decisions without considering all the consequences, and many of which can quickly and totally turn against him.
This is what happened tonight with Lachlan. Robert didn't know when to stop. He had already put Lachlan exactly where he wanted him to be, but kept on baiting him until he snapped. Of course there's a lot more that may come back on Robert, like trusting the totally untrustworthy Uncle Tim not to come back for more money, the return of Ronnie, trusting Gerry and Jimmy, hiring an actress who may well accept a part in the Hotten panto with all the press coverage that goes with it and so on.
I hope that isn’t true as I really would find it difficult to watch if she is still on the programme as I really can’t see any purpose or use for her character except for being a thorn in Robron side for ever and that would not make for interesting viewing.

Hiya Matty you’re right Ed & IM are really going to have to do something really good to keep the fandom and creating some good reunion scenes with our boys is the main thing :heart::love:and getting rid of the White family who have really outlasted their usefulness and I really don’t feel that there is anything they can do to make PD a lasting character that will be accepted either by the Robron fandom or the GA. Sorry I’m rambling again.:rolleyes:

Must we have Chas and Paddy acting like randy hormonal teenagers every episode? It's not pleasant viewing and this story is pure crap and makes little sense. They decided they were better off as friends before she left and now they're both hotter for each other than ever before even though they've already had a relationship. I feel like i've missed months of development there.
Robert/Lachlan is just strange. Why is Robert being so sloppy? As if he'd be so obvious with Lachlan baiting him like that. WTF was that at the end too? Robert scared and sheepish around Lachlan ffs. So not only is Robert the panto villain he's also beaten by a friggin teenager. It's such poor inconsistent storytelling. Either Robert is a villain in all this or he's not they can't have it both ways.
Shouty Pete turning into Poirot as often happens in soaps when there's a murder or some crime being investigated.
Bernice and Gabby in such a weird and frankly unbelievable conversation. It's a huge stretch for me to believe that Bernice would ever even contemplate Gabby murdering someone.
That being said it was a decent episode which says it all in what we judge as 'decent' these days.

I know we are all pretty certain the Whites' are stupid (except Lachlan) but :cartman: being all caring to Lawrence whilst still wearing :ninja: wedding band it quite simply bizarre I mean surely Lawrence, Chrissie or PD would at least ask why he is still wearing it BUT mainly Lawrence if he believed :cartman: really cared for him.
Smugden is very much on full power - love it.
Afternoon my fellow Robroners just hold on in there all this stuff+s/l`s with the whites will be over soon and our Robron will be back togther as a couple and we have a lovely reunion scene over xmas and new new year and i sure ED+IM will give us something back to us fans to keep onside and this reunion will be the first step and im sure they will and going by Danny said it ne eletric and they owe the fans for it and we wont be dissapointed and i hope ED+IM will give maxine some eps to get them back she knows how Robron works and i think something happens to get them back over the new few weeks

Yeah I reckon it's Robert's too. Sugdens are thin on the ground (there are Sarah and Jack but they are not biological links to Jack Sugden.)
It would make sense if all the Whites were going as Aaron wouldn't have the baby reminding him every day. That way Aaron and Robert are free to get back together and Rebecca might be treated to an off screen death down the line when the child is older.

The reunion scenes should be good as we know the chemistry our boys have together. Maybe there’s a development with the paternity of the baby that we don’t know about that sparks off our boys reunion - let’s just wait and hope for the best as it will be well worth it. :cheer:

well said Don its like i said in my other posts ED+IM have to make a credible and good points to get our Robron on track and the only writer who and understands Robron is our Maxine alderton and now i think once the baby here aaron is cooling with it and when he tells PD to let Rob to see the baby when PD stops Rob from seing it nybe then she blurts out its not his and demands a DNA or better still if its born with black hair then its noway Rob`s but Ro`ss and goy a fuun feeling that the could be back like a week before xmas after Rob has recoverd and they decide to start againm when Rob`s is in hospital and both Danny+Ryan have been filming again this week together so something is happening and its going to be a great Robron this xmas

Robert wasn't allowed out to play with the rest of his family because he's held to ransom by this Whites story.
It's an utter travesty how many characters and character relationships have been damaged this year by storylines.
It was a typical who done it episode with lots of suspicious behaviour and setting up the suspects. IM basically pulled it from 2015 like he's done with most of his storylines.

Not happy about that Liv comment, she's entitled to be upset somewhat but i feel that's unnecessarily extreme. Robert's made mistakes but he's done a lot for her.

Ys this week will be very interesting and I think set out how Robron will be interacting, we have PD dropping the baby which will be stressful but also what looks like some emotional scenes with Robert, Aaron and Robron ...... Hopefully the rollercoaster ride to their reunion commences.

I don’t really have a problem with the child and how Robert feels towards him. (I still haven’t looked at any pictures or clips about this). My problem is how he came into the world and who his Mother is. If she was out of the picture I could accept him much easier. As you say any love for the child does not make love for the partner any less and in this case it’s probably more the strong love for Aaron that has made Robert feel anything for the child anyway.
