This is getting ridiculous now. I know I tried to post this in the Eastenders thread. Since they introduced "Post Quick Reply" I have found it more and more difficult to post. Apart from having to continuously sign in every time I want to, thank or change page etc, I have to type my post in 'quick reply", which I will not be allowed to submit, I then have to "go Advanced" which more often than not cannot be submitted I then have to refresh and try again, sometimes several times. Sometimes when the page goes blank and I have skip back several times to recover it, then try again, if I am lucky I arrive at a preview page which I can usually submit from. If I type straight into "Go Advanced" I cannot post at all. I get messages telling me "I do not have permission to perform this action" when I am trying to do something, or that token has expired or is missing, I have no idea what this means. I also have similar promlems when trying to edit and save changes. Added to auto correct this is becoming hard work. Worst of all I sometimes lose my post all together and have to retype it. Is anyone else having problems.

I'm sorry to hear about all those problems SoC. I have to say, I have no problems at all getting on to the site, editing, posting or saving. It's very strange you should have all these problems.

I imagine it has something to do with the messages I get about a token being missing or having expired. But since I have no idea what this means, I cannot do anything about it.

I'm not sure what difference it would make. If the baby needed a blood transfusion, the hospital would test for blood group and then use blood from the blood bank. I don't think they would tell the parents what the blood group is.

So, I'm sorry if I seem particularly dense, but can someone please explain to me in simple terms the trail of the money Stephen stole from Carla and exactly how it is that Daisy still has ?40,000 of it to give to Shona.

If I remember right, I think Daisy manage to trace the bank account where Stephen had hidden the money he stole from Carla, cannot remember how she got her hands on it. The ? 40,000 that she gave Shona was part of the money Daniel had transferred to her when he thought he was the baby's father. Daisy is giving the rest of that money back to Daniel.

I don't watch Eastenders, but I know what the consequence of wrong blood groups is. However, I don't see what that has to do with your original comment or my response.

While your reply to my original comment would be true in real life, it is never that simple in soaps. In the Eastenders story 3 people felt the need to disclose their blood groups in the waiting room for a patient who did not even need a transfusion, but this served the purpose of revealing Barney's birth father. Not the first time we have seen this in a soap. Last night Jenny had the same urge to reveal her blood group. I was merely pointing out if the if Daisy did not tell Daniel he was not the father, if the occassion ever arose that the child was ever admitted to hospital needing blood his true parentage could be revealed if Daniel and Kit had different blood groups and Daniel's was not compatible with the child. Contrivance and coincidence are the life blood of soaps.

Not sure about it being "too far towards darkness", I think it is just the inevitable result of climbing the ladder of making stories more and more dramatic. Unless a decision is taken to climb back down again to Minnie Calwell's Bobbie it was always going to get here.

I had to laugh though when Tracy said to Rob "but you are a killer" and he replied "so are you, you just got lucky with a get out ticket" or something on those lines... Tracy should be reminded of that fact far more often!!!

I tend to think that is the last thing to do, it might be "poking the bear". Could start Tracey on a killing spree and do a few more. She already got started with Cassie, giving her drugs, which could have been the first step to a fatal overdose.

The awful Tracy forced the Lovely Claire and her children to flee the country and I will nevr forgive her for it

My post was mean to be tongue in cheek about the killing spree, but she is evil. Wnen she killed Charlie, she lied about the abuse, he was unfaithful but he did not physically abuse her. She planned the murder, it was not done in a moment anger. In fact if I remember correctly she took pleasure in it, I seem to member Charlie on the floor in front of her while she made a little speech and hit over the head with heavy object. She drugged Roy to win a 1p bet, saying she was pregnant, causing Haley to leave him, and Roy to contemplate suicide. She lied about Becky causing her to have a miscarriage. When she gave Cassie the drugs, she did so with a blatant disregard for her safety and well being. I think Cassie would almost certainly have become addicted again, one hit is usually all it takes to go down that path again, likewise one drink with alcoholics. Many addicts have fatal overdoses when they return to taking drugs again after a period of being clean, because the level of tolerance in their body has changed. So it is quite possible that Cassie could have overdosed, but Tracey did not consider this, or care. I think Tracey has always seen herself as a victim, and she excuses her bad behavior because she thinks other people treat her badly. It is admirable that you can sympathise with Tracey, but I have little sympathy with her.

Not that I wish it but there seems to be a little karma with Betsy ordering Mason and brothers to rob Carla's place with her being attacked and having the brain bleed and then Carla being held hostage again with Betsy as the casualty this time.

I'm a little annoyed at Lisa for how easily she was manipulated by Rob to say those words to Carla, but she was hurting. I hope she apologizes big time.

I thought this story was partly to show that the hospital was understaffed and overworked. It is a well used soap trope for friends and families to harass staff and complain that no one is telling them anything. Sometimes staff do not know what the problem is yet and are still trying to get a diagnosis. Should they leave the patient on the operating table to die while they stand around chatting with the family. Hospital scenes are almost written to a well used recipe.

Sometimes staff do not know what the problem is yet .

But she was a pre-eclampsia patient, so there was a lot of risk to mother and child, so I'd think they'd at least do a quick blood pressure before sending her back to the waiting room. I'm still scarred from Sybil dying on Downton Abbey. Also when she was saying she was feeling weird, the nurse didn't even examine her and just told her it was okay. It wasn't until she fell unconscious that the nurse looked. There was staff available to stand around her. They just weren't doing anything.

Any place at any time, someone is always seeing something they shouldn't see, or sticking their nose where they shouldn't. What gives Sarah the right time to tell Theo what he should do, the moment she sat on the Underworld steps we just knew someone was going to see her cuddling up to him. She makes it all so simple, just coming out, and being with Todd. What gives her the right to do that. Theo's life is a mess, but it is for him to sort it out, not her. Sarah really should not be allowed out on her own.
Personally I do not find this story very convincing, maybe if Theo looked a bit less like one of the Village People.
