Mandy finishes reading the letter. A look an pure anger on her face.
Leah: Look Mandy...
Mandy smashes her first against the table. Leah, Craig and Margaret all jolt at this.
Mandy: Don't you dare! Dont you dare try and talk your way out of it! I have it here in black and white that you two have been having an affair!
Leah gets up and walks towards Mandy.
Leah: You believe the words of Carl!? You seriously think I'd do that to you!
Mandy: Yes I do! Do you think I haven't had suspicons over the years! Little signs! Well I have! I just never thought that you would do that to me!
Leah: I didn't!
Mandy slaps Leah across the face, sending her flying towards the wall. Margaret and Craig are shocked at Mandy's new found anger. Craig gets up to protect Leah.
Craig: Look Mandy you're over reacting!
Mandy: Over reacting!? How dare you! You've been screwing my sister behind my back! I should chop your ******* bollocks off! :angry: Now I want some answers! From both of you! And I want them now!
Craig and Leah look at each other: apprehensive.
Uh oh!! Go Mandy!!! Well done for not being a doormat...
Mandy smashes her first against the table. Leah, Craig and Margaret all jolt at this. :eek: Where did Margaret appear from?! :D
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Hilary creeps into Siobhan's room, which is in darkness. She quietly closes the door and walks over to Siobhan's bed where her handbag is. Hilary rumouges trough the handbag and finds the dictatphone. He takes out the tape, and breaths a sigh of releif.
All of a sudeen the sound of a toilet flushing can be heard. Hilary looks on in horor as the door to Siobhan's ensuite opens and she steps into the room.
Siobhan: Well well... dried yourself off have you?
Hilary: (Startled) I was...erm...just...
Siobhan: Take it...it's no skin off myself nose... I'm not that stupid Hilary...I have copies...
Hilary: You really are a nasty peice of work!
Siobhan: That's a bit hypocritical isn't it...coming from a woman who murderd her own grandkids!
Hilary: I didn't murder them!
Siobhan: Well as good as... and I'm sure Richard...Nick...and Torbay Police would want your head on a stick if this tape was ever played...
Hilary: Why are you doing this to me!? Eh!? What have I ever done that's so bad to you!?
Siobhan: Abaonded me as baby...killed my neice and nephew...and just generally pissed me off with that repulsive face of yours...You might think your the queen bitch around here... but I'm the queen mother. Face facts Hilary... you get on the wrong side of me...and you've had it...

INT. HARVEY/KAGE HOUSE - NIGHT
Leah and Craig are unable to speak.
Mandy: Well what have you got to say about it eh!?
Craig: What do you want us to say about it?
Mandy: When did it start!? How Long has it been going on!? Where did you do it!? Was she better then me!?
Craig: Years ago, since she left for Sydney. We've done at the garage, at hotels and in our bed. And yes, she was better than you... by a hundread percent!
Mandy slaps Craig around the face. He holds his cheak in pain, from the impact of her slap.
Mandy: You *******!
Mandy shakes her head in disbelief. Tears roll down her eyes.
Leah: Dont listne to him Mand', it's not true!!! It's just Carl's twisted minds games to get back at me!
Mandy: Really!? So we did he just tell me all that!?
Craig: Because it's clear you've made your mind up... you dont want to listen to our side... go on...just disregard the truth then... infact I don't care... I've been waiting for years to get rid of you, you sad old troat...and now I can!
Mandy screams in outrage, pushing Craig against the wall, punching him continually. He stands motionless, not reacting to her pafetic beatings.
Mandy: Why!? Why!? Why have you done this to me!?
She bursts into tears and returns to her seat in tears. Leah comes towards her and strokes her arm.
Leah: Mandy,you have to believe me...nothing happened...
Mandy: (Quietly) Dont touch me...get away from me... get out of my face... (Angered) AND GET THE HELL OUT OF MY HOUSE!
Leah and Craig hesitantly leave the room, Craig tries to wrap his arm around Leah's waist but she swipes it off, giving him a scornful look.
Leah: Don't even touch me!
Mandy continues to sob. Margaret reaches out her hand across the table, and Mandy grabs it.
Margaret: Dont cry love...dont cry...
Mandy: (Emotional) What am I gonna do eh mom!? What am I gonna do?
Margaret pulls a concerned face, but remains silent, unable to answer her daughters question.
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
The manor is quiet and almost in complete darkness, everyone has gone to bed. Hilary paces the living room, unsure what to do. She picks up her phone and dials Jack (The PI's number).
The scene cuts between Jenkins Manor, and Jack's office, where Jack sits with his feet against his desk, smoking a cigar and flick trough some files.
The phone rings in Jack's office, he picks up the phone.
Jack: Hello?
Hilary: Jack... Hilary Blackstock...
Jack: What time do you call this?
Hilary: Time you get a move on! I need of some information on Siobhan...
Jack: Oh yeah?
Hilary: No messing now Jack...I am deadly serious... I need to nail that bitch for good...
Jack: Well it looks as tough it's your lucky day...
Hilary: Wh...what? You've got something!?
Jack: I've got it by the bucket full...all the evidence you need...
Hilary smiles to herself, relieved, and delighted beyond belief.

Mandy is sitting in the back garden, reflecting on whats happened with tears in her eyes. Margaret comes out with a drink for her, kneels down next to her chair, and puts her arm around her...
Mandy: How could they do this to me? Right under my own nose, like i'm a bloody idiot! They weren't even going to tell me.... if i wasn't for Carl then-
Margaret: (interupts) Dont think about what might've happened. It wont do you any good.
Mandy: And this is doing me good?! My husband and my sister having it off behind my back?! What do i have left now....?
Margaret: They're gone, Mandy. You dont ever have to see them again.
Mandy: What do i do though...? All on my own....
Margaret: Mandy.... remember, theres no smoke without fire...
Mandy looks confused.
Margaret: You can't blame everything on Craig... Much as i'd want you to. Craig and Leah wouldn't have... Well, if Leah didn't want it, then it wouldn't have happened, would it?
Mandy: So my own sister is just as bad as my husband- great! At least i can cut him outta my life, shes my own flesh and blood!
Margaret: But how is splitting you and Craig up, going to affect her?! She can move on, shes always been independant...
Mandy thinks about this, as Margaret goes back in doors
EXT: JENKINS MANOR- day
Hilary is in the grounds at the back of the manor, sunbathing in sunglasses with Nick, who is reading a book. Hilary hears footsteps, and sits up. She lifts her sunglasses, and sees Siobhan walking down the steps. She cmiles, smugly, and calls her over...
Hilary: Oh Siobhan! Over here!
Siobhan reluctantly walks over...
Siobhan: Sorry, i was just off out...
Hilary: To get a new outfit, right?
Siobhan: Outfit...?
Hilary: Well it is your birthday tomorrow, is it not?!
Siobhan is silent, and notices Hilarys smug smile....
Siobhan: Well, erm... look, i've got to go...
Hilary: You dont seem very certain...
Siobhan: About what?
Hilary: About your birthday! You do remember when your birthday is, dont you?
Siobhan: Course i remember my birthday...
Nick overhears the conversation, and calls over...
Nick: Stop having a dig at her. She obviously needs to get somewhere, otherwise she wouldn't be so flusterred and forgetfull :rolleyes:
Hilary: Of course :cool: But you know what, Siobhan? I'm going to give you a birthday that you'll NEVER forget!!

Leah is sitting alone drinking a glass of white wine. She stares into space, repeating in her mind the events of the past few days. Craig walks into the pub, looks around and sees Leah. He sits down beside her and strokes her arm.
Craig: Leah...
Leah moves her arm
Leah: No...don't you dare... it's over... okay? It end's now...
Craig: You ruin my marriage then be done with me? That's how you want it eh? To be a marriage wrecker... what we have is more than just an affair...it's the real deal.
Leah: It was an affair! Nothing more than that! It could never be more than that...
Craig: Why!?
Leah: Because... for this exact reason...what happened last night... we can't be together becuase it will destroy Mandy...she means the world to me Craig...no way will I put you before my sister...not any more...
Craig: Too little, too late... the affair is out...she isn't ever gonna want to speak to you again... now it's time for us to be together...officially...
Leah: For god sake Craig! Why wont you listen to me!? There isn't an "us" anymore...and there never will be...
Leah gets up and leaves Craig alone at the table.

Just caught up with everything, i wonder what Hilary has planned for Siobhan's birthday, let the battle of the bitches begin! :cheer:
Mandy's reaction to Craig and Leah's affair was top class, Leah will have a lot of amending to do to get her sister to forgive her.... i hope Mandy plans more revenge on Craig, he deserves everything he gets!
INT: TORBAY GENERAL HOSPITAL- day
Carl is standing on crutches at the desk in this hospital ward, talking with a nurse...
Nurse: Now, although i think it would be better if you stayed in a few more days, theres no harm in you leaving now. Most of your injuries now are superficial, and should heal in a few weeks.
Carl: How long do i need these crutches for?! They're hardly... well... a fashion accessory, are they?!
Nurse: Just a couple of days, to help whilst you get used to walking again. You've been in that bed for a good few weeks now, and your leg is quite badly injuried... but a few days should do it.
Carl: Ok, fair enough. Where do i sign to get discharged then?
The nurse hands over a form, which Carls. He thanks the nurse, and walks down the corridor. He struggles to open a door with his crutches, and smiles when someone opens it for him. He looks up- its Mandy.
Carl: Mandy... You got my note?
Mandy: Sure as hell got it!
Carl: And...?
Mandy: I need some answers. Now.

INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Richard, Hilary, Nick, Vicky and Siobhan are all seated around the dinner table, eating a large meal.
Vicky: This is absolutley delicious Richard!
Richard: Yeah well only the best for my daughter's birthday...
Hilary chokes on her food, trying to hide it by clearing her throat.
Richard: If you all don't mind...I'd like to say a few words...on this very special day...Well firstly (To Siobhan) I would like to wish you a happy birthday...This time last year I had no idea that you existed... and well If i'd known that I had another daughter... you could have had such a better life...
Siobhan: It's not your fault dad...(gives Hilary dirty look)
Richard: Even so... I can't help feeling guility... and I've decided on the best way to make up for all of those years...I want you to have a future... a future as part of the Taylor family... I don't want you to die of your illness...and so...as my present to you... 1 million dollars... for your treatment in America.
Richard hands Siobhan a cheque. Siobhan is lost for words.
Siobhan: Oh my god! Dad! You can't give me this!
Hilary: Too damn right he can't!
Hilary gets up and snatches the check off of Siobhan.
Nick: Mom what the hell are you doing!?
Hilary: What I should have done the moment this little madame walked into Baymoore.
Hilary rips the cheque up into peices and throws it onto the table.
Richard: Hilary! Don't make a damn fool of yourself! I can't believe you just did that!
Hilary: For god sake Richard! She has been pulling the wool over your eyes for weeks!
Richard: How can you be so heartless towards your daughter!?
Hilary: She isn't my daughter...and I have the evidence to prove it...You think you know all about our her, but you don't...
Hilary picks up a folder of documents from the cabinet. She throws them down onto the desk.
Hilary:...Because this is the real "Siobhan Burke"!
Siobhan looks on in horror at the folder on the table. Richard and Nick stare at Hilary and then down at the folder....
INT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - EVENING
Carl is sitting down at a table in the hospital cafe. Mandy brings two cups of cofee to the table and sits down.
Carl: Thanks...Look Mandy...
Mandy: Why did you do it Carl? I could have gone a long time without knowing about them...
Carl: They were making a fool of you... at it under your roof... you deserved to know...
Mandy: By letter...have you any idea how it felt!?
Carl: Look this was for your benefit Mandy...not just to get back at Leah...
Mandy laughs in disbelief.
Mandy: I just don't know who to believe now... she said that's why you'd wrote the letter...to get revenge on her... she denied everything...
Carl: Well she would do wouldn't she...
Mandy: What makes you sure... you know...that they have bene having an affair...
Carl: Mandy....don't do this to yourself... it's only going to upset you more...
Mandy: Carl!
Carl:Well the signs were obvious...and when I threatened Craig about telling you the truth...he had my beaten up...now does that sound like the actions of an innocent man?
Mandy dwells on this, her heart sinking.

I dread to think what Craig is going to do to Carl after his letter.....Oh dear Carl, what have you done?!

Richard stares at the folder, then at Siobhan is disbelief. He then looks up at Hilary...
Richard: You can't be serious... this has gone too far, Hilary. This is crossing the line.
Hilary: Take a look at the folder, before making stupid presumtions that you'll regret!
Richard looks at the folder again, and shakes his head.
Richard: No. I wont let you do this, Hilary. Whatever is in there is all lies....
Hilary snatches the folder, and opens it up. She takes out some papers, with photographs papercliped to them, and throws them in front of Richard. He looks at them, slowly...
Hilary: Thats from a Doctor in Bristol. He's been struck off now, for giving out fake medical records to people for money. Including, might i add, "Siobhan Burke".
Richard: For heavens sake, that doesn't prove anything. Just because he's given out fake records, doesn't mean Siobhan is involved! She probably just.... just got mixed up in it all...
Hilary: And that snapchot from the CCTV cameras would prove that would it?!
Richard looks at the photo, realising Hilary is telling the truth...
Richard: Siobhan.... How could you.....?
Hilary: Before you get all worked up, theres more. You aint seen nothing yet, beleive me.
Hilary throws some more papers across the table towards Richard. He grabs them, and looks through them frantically...
Richard: Oh... Oh My God....
Nick: What is it?... Come on, tell me!
Hilary talks calmly and satisfied, pointing at Siobhan...
Hilary: This isn't Siobhan Burke. Shes in no way Siobhan. Shes been lying to us from the moment she came to this town.
Nick: What do you mean...?
Hilary: I'd like to introduce to you, Emma Jones.
Nick: What the ****....?
Hilary: I've got tapes and videos from some chavs in Bristol, saying that this is Emma Jones. Hardly the easiest name to trace, but you know me, nothing like that would stop me. (To Siobhan) Clever, really. I'll give you that.
Richard: Whats clever....?
Hilary: Emma was put into a drug rehabilitation centre by her family. Funny, i thought. She hardly seemed the type... but you know whats funnier?!
Hilary gives Richard and Nick some photos.
Hilary: It was the same re-hab centre as Ed was put into! Emma Jones... the druggy-friend of Ed...
Richard and Nick look at Siobhan in horror. Hilary turns to her, and gives her a smug smile.
Hilary: "I doubt 'For shes a jolly good fellow' would exactly fit, right now, dont you think?! (Holding her glass up) Cheers!

Leah walks up the path to the house, quietly. She opens the door, and looks around the check Mandy isn't about. She then goes upstairs, and starts packing a suitcase. She grabs some paper and a pen, and speaks out loud as she writes...
Leah: I'm sorry about eveything thats happened... I can't stay around here anymore, i know that. I hope you can forgive me, one day. Leah x
She mutters under her breath...
Leah: Sorry sis...
Leah finishes packing her suitcase, and hears the door open and close downstairs. She quickly puts the final items away, slightly paniked, thinking its Mandy. As she finishes packing, she talks over her shoulder...
Leah: I'm going... i just needed to take a few things... i wrote a note. I'm sorry about everything thats happened, i really am...
Leah turns around, and is shocked to see Craig, holding the note...
Craig: Oh i can see that. Going somewhere, are we?!
Leah: Craig! I....Erm... I can explain....
Craig: Oh, i should hope so as well! Where the hell do you think you're going!?

Following the revelations, Siobhan gets up, walking towards Richard.
Siobhan: Don't belive a word of it Richard...it's just her way of getting revenge...ruining my birthday...
Richard: I've heard enough! I dont want to hear your pafetic lies and excuses! It's here in black and white! You lying little bitch!
Richard slaps Siobhan around the face.
Nick: Come on dad! There's no need for that!
Richard: There's every need! This devious little minx nearly stole 1 million dollars! She's had us all fooled...lying about an illness...conning us...what!? For drug money!? (To Siobhan) You make me sick! Why did you do it eh!? Why!?
Siobhan: Because you all deserved it...the way you treated Ed! We had it all planned...then he died...but I decided I'd do this... to seek some justice!
Richard: He'd be disgusted! I bet he's turning in his grave as we speak! Now just get out of here! And dont ever come back!
Hilary: What you going to let this cow get away with it?
Siobhan: Oh I bet you'd love that wouldn't you, eh!? Stopping me from revealing your sick little confession!
Richard: Confession?...What confession?
Siobhan: You'll find out...when the time is right... (To Hilary) You'll get's what coming to you...you all will.
Richard: That's it! Get out! Before I throw you out! I want you out of this family! Out of our home and out of our lives!
Siobhan drags by her neck, leading her out of the room. She attempts to fight him off but fails, the family follow as Richard throws her out onto the gravel.
Siobhan: You Taylors...oh god...you Taylors...I hope you all rot in hell!
Richard slams the door on her. She breaths heavily, and gets herself up. She takes one more look at Jenkins Manor before stepping into her car.
Siobhan: It's not over...not by a long shot!
Siobhan's sports car speeds out of the grounds of Jenkins Manor and out of Baymoore.
EXT. BAYMOORE STREETS - EVENING
Siobhan speeds trough Baymoore, she pulls up by the beach. She takes a look out at the beach and breaths in the sea air.
She plays Hilary's confession once more on her dictaphone then ejects the tape, she places it in an envlope and seals it. We see that the envelope is adressed to Tanya Donagoon, at an American adress.
Siobhan smiles to herself, having the last laugh she posts the envelope in the nearby postbox. She puts on her sunglasses and rides out of Baymoore...
:eek: Could have at least called "Siobhan" by her real name before she left :crying: There was me all excited I was in DS and then my name was only mentioned maybe twice... :crying: Can't wait for Tanya's return when she listens to "my" little package :D

Craig is standing at the doorway of Leahs room, he walks in slowly, and she backs away...
Craig: So come on then, what the hell do you think your doing?!
Leah: Get a grip Craig, what does it look like?!
Craig: Yeah, i know what it looks like. But i want you to say it.
Leah pauses, and looks at his angry face. She carries on, regardless...
Leah: Too much has happened here now. After everything thats happened... I can't stay anymore. I've...We've... hurt too many people. And i know we can't change whats happened, but at least i can try and sort out this crap by leaving.
Craig: And how is leaving going to help?!
Leah: Because...
Leah hesitates. Craig moves closer to her, and touches her face gently. She moves her head away, painfully...
Leah: Because if i stay around here, then how do i know i can trust myself around you?!
Craig: "Trust myself" ... whats there to trust?! You've gone by your feelings up untill now, so whats changed?! I know how much you want me, just as much as you do!
Leah: Oh do you now?! So i'm that predictable, am i?! That i'll just come running back to you after everything thats happened, no matter what?!
Craig: Maybe the peroxide fumes from your hair dye have gone to your head, cause i think thats pretty bloody obvious! If you weren't desperate for me, then you wouldn't have hurt your sister and ex-finance to be with me!
Downstairs, the frontdoor quietly clicks shut, as Mandy returns home. She walks up the stairs silently. Craig and Leah dont notice her standing, fuming at the doorway...
Leah: I dont know why i ever even thought about coming back to Baymoore. I mean, what good has it done me?! Its been the biggest bloody mistake of my whole ruddy life!!!
Mandy: What good has it done YOU?! What good did it ever do the rest of us, you bitch!
INT: JENKINS MANOR-day
Richard closes the door, with a disheartened look on his face. Hilary is sitting on the stairs, watching Richard. He walks over to her slowly..
Richard: I just... I can't beleive.... I can't beleive what she did to us... How could she do that to us?! "Emma Jones"... I thought she was my daughter...our little girl....
Hilary: Well you should be able to beleive it, cause i've been saying it for weeks!
Richard: But come on, i thought she was my daughter, not some druggy!
Hilary: You should've beleived me, Richard. You should've trusted me. After everything thats happened, i thought we at least had trust...
Richard: I know... I just couldn't see how someone who seemed so nice... so genuine... could be so... so evil. I'm sorry, Hilary...
Hilary: Well its too late for that now.
Richard: What?
Hilary: I thought you trusted me, Richard. Now its pretty bloody obvious you dont... so how can i trust you?! Its got to be a two-way thing, so now we dont have that.... Well, how can i be sure i want to be your wife anymore?! How can i marry you not knowing if you EVER really wanted me?!
Richard: But Hilary, you know how i feel...
Hilary: I know how you told me you felt, but saying something and feeling it is different. So now... Well, i'm not sure if i even want to marry you anymore...
Hilary storms upstairs, leaving Richard devasted at the bottom, looking up at her...
INT/EXT. HARVEY/KAGE HOUSE - DAY
Craig and Leah look down the stairs at Mandy, who has a look of absolute anger on her face.
Mandy: What good has it done YOU?! What good did it ever do the rest of us, you bitch!
Leah walks down the stairs, carrying her suitcase.
Mandy: I went to see Carl...he's told me everything I needed to know about the pair of you! You disgust me!
Leah: Look Mandy...there's no need for this... I'm leaving... it's the best for all of us...
Leah opens the door and heads outside of the house, a furious Mandy follows her out into the garden. Val is taking out the bin bags and watches the scene.
Mandy: There's every need you lying little whore! You think you can just screw my husband then run off and leave us with our marriage in peices!?
Leah: I made a mistake Mand'...one stupid mistake.
Mandy: Too damn right you did you little slut!
Leah: What did you call me!?
Mandy: What you really are... a thilthy...marriage wrecking slut!
Leah slaps Mandy around the face. Mandy retaliates by slapping her back with twice as much force. The pair grab each other and tussle around. Mandy throws Leah to the ground, her face smashing into the flowerbed. Mandy gets down on the floor and starts to pull Leah's hair.
The pair begin to roll around on the grass, kicking, screaming and letting out their anger. By now half of the residents of Baymoore have gathered to watch the scene.
Mandy: Of all the things to do! To sleep with my husband! You bitch! I hate you!!!
Leah: If it wasn't me it would have been some other woman! As if he was gonna stay with you, you boring old scrubber!
Mandy: How DARE you!
Margaret pushes past Craig who is watching the scene from the hallway.
Magaret: Oi! Pack it in! Pack it in the pair of you!
Margaret seperates the pair. Mandy gets up willingly, steeping away from Leah, panting heavily and giving her evil looks. Leah does the same.
Margaret: The pair of you! Inside! Now! We're gonna talk about this without the audience!
Margaret commands the pair to go inside. They relecutantly follow her. Margaret shuts the door behind her.
Val puts down the bin bag and turns to Emma.
Val: Who'd of thought of it eh? Craig Harvey...love god of Elmcroft Crescent...

Richard is standing on the balcony, thinking about what Hilary said. Nick coems out with a cup of tea for him. He stays outside with Richard...
Richard: What can i do? How could i beleive that Siobhan was... well, wasn't who she said she was....? I thought she was my daughter- i beleived her! I thought Hilary was just... just being histerical again...
Nick: All she wanted was for you to trust her, really... shes just having doubts, now...
Richard: But what can i do to prove to her how much she means to me?!
Nick: Thats between you and her... She loves you, but she doesn't like you. Not right now... she just needs you to prove to her that you really do trust her...
Richard: She means the world to me... we're meant to be getting married next week, for heavens sake! Surely thats enough proof?!
Nick: Dont ask me... since when have i ever understood women?!

INT. HARVEY/KAGE HOUSE - DAY
Margaret slams the front door shut. Mandy and Leah hesistantly move into the living room giving each other dirty looks.
Margaret: Get in there!
Craig: Naughty girls... ready for your spanking from mommy? :p
Margaret: Do us all a favour and get lost! You've done enough damage as it is! Now let these two talk!
Craig: What, and miss out on all the entertainment? No chance...
Margaret: You think this is one big joke dont you!? Turning two sisters against each other! Just get out of the house!
Craig: I'll leave you ladies to it...
Craig smirks to himself, and walks out. Margaret walks into the living room.
Margaret: What were the pair of you playing at!? You may not be seeing eye to eye at the moment but I've brought you up better than to see you both brawling in the street! Now I don't care whos done or said what: the pair of you are gonna sit down, talk, and sort out your problems! Alright!?
Margaret gives the pair a stern look each. The two sisters look at each other with utter contempt.
INT. HARVEY/KAGE HOUSE - DAY
Leah and Mandy sit down on the sofa. Margaret sits on an armchair by the side of them.
Margaret: Now look here...the pair of you..you're sisters...that has to mean something...blood relatives...no matter what has been done... you can surely forgive each other?
Mandy: She has admitted to sleeping with my husband mom! How can I forgive her for that!
Leah: Yeah, so what I did! But is it woth us both falling out big time over it!? It didn't even last long Mand' I swear to you...it was just... a "fling"...
Mandy: It doesnt matter if it was a one night stand or a full blown romance is the fact is you went behind my back...and ruined my marriage!
Leah: It takes two Mandy! You know what he's like...no doubt I'm not the first...but it's me that gets all the flack for it!!!
Mandy: You were my sister Leah! You promised me you'd help me get rid of Craig! You were meant to be on my side! But instead you were in his office, in mine and his bed...whenever you could get the chance!!!
Leah: I couldn't help it Mandy...I swear...it's like we have some attracttion... we've had it for years...
Mandy: You know what Leah!? I dont want to hear it...not another word of your lies... you disgust me...I don't even know you anymore...
Leah: (Emotional) But Mandy... its me... little Leah... you're sister!

Mandy gets up, and leaves the room. Leah bursts into tears.
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Hilary is sitting on the main staircase in the lobby. A fag in one hand and a glass ashtray in the other. She is looking worse for wear. She runs her hand trough her hair, looking tired and fed up.
Nick walks down the staircase, Hilary looks behind to see who it is.
Hilary: Hi Nick sweetheart...how you coping?
Nick sits down beside Hilary on the staircase.
Nick: Hurt...cheated... but I'll get over it...I can't say the same for dad...
Hilary takes a deep sigh at hearing mention of Richard.
Nick: Mom dad's really cut up over this you know... he doesnt want to fall out with you...not so close to the wedding...
Hilary: Nick he has made a fool of me... he didn't believe what I told him...he didn't trust me...and what is a marriage without trust!?
Nick: Mom...dont fall out with him over this...we were all duped...
Hilary: I wasn't tough Nick, and neither would you and your father have been if you had listened to me in the first place!
Nick: Yeah, well hindsight is a wonderful thing...but even so...
Hilary: I just...can't bear to look at him at the moment...
Nick: Mom... I hate to bring up the past...but look where we were 10 years ago... me finishing my school... and you... in a meanigless relationship... all you had to look forward to was the next bottle of whiskey that you had stashed under your pillow...
Hilary: (Laughs in disbelief) Oh yes...and then you left me...to come back here...to your "precious" father...
Nick: I had my reasons... but the point I'm trying to make is...those were dark times mom...your life could have turned out completley differently if you hadn't come back to Baymoore... you've got a man who loves you... a second chance at love...your final chance to settle down...don't loose it...
Hilary: He might not be my favourite person at the moment...but I love him deep down..,..don't you worry son... we'll get married next week.
Nick smiles happily, knowing his parents are still together.
Hilary: This time next week I'll be Mrs Hilary Taylor...
Hilary has a huge grin on her face: everything is working out fine...

Mandy: I can't stay under the same roof as them for a minute longer...
Margaret: But it's your house! My house! You can't just go!
Mandy: And Craig's house mom... there is no way he will go... so I have no choice...anyways Annie has said theres a room at the B&B for me... so I just have to go...
Margaret: You know there was a time that the cheat left the marital home...not the cheated...this is just wrong Mandy...you'd shouldnt be walking out... you should kick the pair of them out!
Mandy: Mom! Just listen will you!? I am going... I can't stay here... now are you going to come with me or not?
Margaret: I'm sorry Mandy...but I have my principles...I will not be forced to leave my own home...not by no one...especially that cheating scumbag!
Mandy: Goodbye then mom...you keep safe...
Mandy walks over to Margaret and kisses her goodbye. The door opens and in walks Craig, he looks down at Mandy's suitcase, then looks up at Mandy.
What will Craig's reaction be - I bet he wont be bothered. Will he try and force Margaret out too. Whats Leah going to do now? So many questions - I need answers .... now :D :D please :D :D

Ruby storms out of the pub, her eyes welling up with tears. Marcus follows her out...

Marcus: You can't keep doing with, Ruby. We can't be together, you know that... So dont go getting jealous on me!
Ruby: Excuse me?! We "can't" be together?! You just dont want us to be together!
Marcus: Oh come on, you know why we can't be together. So dont go acting like its all my fault, for Gods sake!
Ruby: If you really wanted us to be together, then ew'd be able to get through it...
Marcus: Dont be so stupid, Ruby. Its about time we both move on from all that. So as i said, dont go getting jealous on me, just because i chat to other girls. We're not together, and we wont ever be getting back together. So jsut accept that, and move on.

INT. BAYMOORE B&B - DAY
Annie opens to door to an empty room, Mandy follows her, carrying her suitcase.
Annie: Well here's you room Mandy...and it's here for as long as you need it love
Mandy: Oh dont worry I'll find myself a place soon...this is just temporary...
Annie: Nonscence! You've helped us with teh cleaning for years... and your mother is a good friend of mine..It's the least I could do...
Mandy: Thanks Annie...it means a lot :)
Annie: That Craig doesnt know what he's missing....a wife like you... he must be a bloomin' fool!
Mandy: Yeah well, I'm over it...
Annie: Good for you love... well I've left you some fresh towels in the bathroom...and dinner is served at six... I'll leave you to unpack your things...
Annie walks out of the room, feeling sorry for Mandy. Mandy sits alone on her bed, she stares out of the window, and starts to cry.

Leah: Christ! You scared the living daylights out of me!
Craig: Sorry...
Leah: Mom gone to bed?
Craig: Hours ago...it's just me and my bottle of Malt...
Leah: Mandy went then?
Craig: Meerr, good riddance to the old cow
Leah: (Mutters under breath) You *******!
Craig: You're just as responsible as me... an affair takes two...
Leah: Do you think I don't know that!? Sitting in your arm chair, half drunk, stating the obvious... you just can't help ruining the lives of everyone around you can you? I'll be glad to see the back of you...
Craig: You said that when you left to Sydney before... you'll be back... and we'll be at it again... it's just a case of letting me know when you'll be back so as I'll know to dump the next tart...
Leah: Even if I came back...why would I want to get back with you!?
Craig: Because you want to...because you can... the truth is out... there's no secret's...the hurt has been done... it's our chance to be together... if you really wanted it to...

I've got a prediction of who might be the victim and who might be the killer. I think Craig and Carl will end up in a fight and Craig tries to kill Carl but Carl fights back and ends up brutally murdering Craig.
Another theory is that Leah decides to murder Craig as he won't accept it's over between them and he keeps hassling her. Also he has ruined her relationship with her sister Mandy for good so this would be a way for Leah to get revenge.
Just a few ideas. :) I am getting really excited now! :cheer:
I think theres going to be a twist - and it doesn't involve Craig at all maybe. We are thinking its going to involve Craig as hes the bad guy etc, but maybe, hes not involved at all, and we are thinking in the completely wrong direction....:hmm: *puts thinking cap on*

Craig is still seated in the chair, drunk after drinking an entire bottle of whisky. Daylight is peeping trough the curtains. Margaet walks into the room and opens the curtains, the lights blind Craig.
Craig: Jesus Christ! Did you have to do that!?
Margaret: It's bad enough you staying in this house after what you did, but I'm not going to let you laze around like a slob. You get up, youy go to work and you pay the bills for this house.
Craig: I don't know who you think you are...you don't tell me what to do...
Margaret: I'm your mother in law, and your living under my roof! So yes I can tell you what to do!
Craig: Yeah well not for much longer you wont be... why don't you just do me a favour and bog off out of this house?
Margaret: I wont give you the satisfaction, I have lived here for half of my life... I'm not going to just hand it over to some coniving marriage wrecker.
Margaret walks across the room and stumps her toe on Leah's suitcase.
Margaret: We've had more bags come and go from this house in the past few weeks than Heathrow Airport...no thanks to you....
Craig: Oh shut up you old bag...
Margaret: No you shut up! I don't know who you think you are...sitting in that armchair like a drunken slob shouting your mouth of! My daughters have suffered because of you! You make me sick to the bones! I've had enough of biting my lip!
Craig: Really!? Wel don't hold it all in on my account, say what you really feel!
Margaret: You are an evil *******! And you have been since day one! Your scum Craig Harvey...simple as that...scum! Now I want you out of my house and out of my daughter's lives for good!
Craig charges out of his chair and smashes his whiskey bottle against the wall. Margaret screams in shock. Craig has a menancing look on his face as he walks towards Margaret.

Andonis is lying on the sofa, flicking through the channels on the tele, surrounded by empty cans of drink and packets. Kash walks down the stairs...

Andonis: Yep, whatever...
Kash: Not "whatever". You've done a years work at college, are you really going to through that down the drain for the sake of the TV?!

INT. HARVEY KAGE HOUSE - MORNING
Leah hears raised voices from downstairs, she slowly walks down stairs listening into Craig and Margaret's argument.
In the living room Craig chages towards Margaret and pins her against the wall. She starts to panick and breaths heavily.
Margaret: Craig! Stop it! You're choking me!!
Craig: Choke you!? I'll bloody well kill you you meddling old bitch! No one speaks to me like you have! No one! I will not leave this house! And i swear to god I'm not gonna leave Leah... she means the world to me!
Margaret: No way are you going to treat her like you did Mandy! I'd kill you first!!
Craig: I'd like to see you try Margaret... if your lying in a coma!
Margaret: What like Carl you mean!? Saying that your too much of a coward to do it yourself!
Craig: A coward! Like hell am I!
Craig raises a fist and swings towards Margaret's face. Her immediate reaction is to knee him in the groin. Craig buckles and falls to the floor in pain.
Margaret hobbles along to the fireplace, and grabs the poker.
Craig: (Yells) You're a dead woman Margaret!
Craig grabs her legs, she screams as she is dragged onto the floor. Leah hears this and immediatley runs down the stairs.
Craig and Margaret tussle on the floor, as he gets up she smashes the metal poker at his knees, he falls down to the floor. Margaret drops the poker and starts to strangle Craig.
Craig begins to choke, gasping for breath. Leah runs into the room, horrified at the scene infront of her.
Craig: Leah! Help me!
Leah: Mom! What the hell are you doing!?
Margaret: What I should have done twenty years ago!
Leah runs over to Margaret and grabs her off Craig. Margaret pushes Leah out of the way, making her land on the sofa. She continues to strangle Craig.
Craig: Do something!
Leah grabs the poker in a panick. We see a close up of Margaret throttling Craig, she screams and all of a sudden lets go and falls to the floor. Craig gathers his breath and looks down at her.
Blood is gashing from Margaret's skull. Craig turns around and see's Leah, with the metal poker in her hands.
Craig gulps at the scene infront of him. Leah drops the candle stick and breaths heavily.
Craig: Oh my god Leah...you've killed her...

Craig crawls ove to Leah and holds her.

Emma: Do you want something?!
Kash: You know, i knew it would all end in tears. you were never good enuogh for my son, right from the start!
Emma: Excuse me...?!
Kash: So i guess your split was inevitable. But yet you still continue to ruin his life!
Emma: Ruin his life?! I'm not ruinging his life!
Kash: You know full well that he's not been working at college. And now, because of that, he'll fail all his exams at this rate! I knew it would all end in tears, but i never realised what a stupid little girl you could be!
Emma: Now you listen here...
Kash: (interupts) But you're not going to get away with it, love. You're not going to hurt him like this, and just walk away. Far from it.
INT: HARVEY/KAGE HOUSE-day
Leah sits on the floor next to the body shaking, whilst looking at it...
Leah: Oh god...
Craig: Stop whining will you! I'm trying to think!
Leah: Face it, we're in for it! We're going to be sent down...30, 40 years...life...
Craig: Theres no way thats going to happen. I just need to think...
Leah: Its over, Craig. We've got a dead body in the house- my mother of all people! You can't blag us out of this... this is too huge...
Craig: Or maybe... maybe its been under our nose the whole time... :hmm:
Leah: Craig?
Craig paces the room slowly...

Ruby is sitting at a table, alone, drowning her sorrows. Chris walks towards her, carrying hishis mid day pint.
Chris: Alright Ruby.... mind if I sit down here?

Chris: Why you so down for eh? Not like the usual Ruby I know... the fiesty little sex kitten...
Ruby: Yeah well I haven't got much to be optimistic about at the moment really... family at war... and love... well let's just say it isn't going the way I'd intended it too..

Craig: You'd best get going in a second then...we dont want to **** this up... this our chance at survival...
Leah: How are we going to pull it off?
Craig: Just get him drunk...do what you have to to get some dna or evidence...whatever you can get for us to plant at the scene here...and whilst your gone I'll get rid of this poker.
Craig picks up the poker and wraps it in a carrier bag.
Leah: (Nervous) I don't think I can go trough with this Craig...
Craig: Well you're gonna have to...you've got yourself into this mess...this is the only way around it...
Leah: What if it gots tits up tough Craig...and we go down for this!? I can't believe we are doing this...it's madness...
Craig: What madness is your mother lying dead on the living room floor... we need to get a grip...and do this... trust me... do this one thing and it'll all be okay...
Leah: Why did I do it!? She's all I have left... why did I do it eh!?
Craig: Becuase she was going to kill me... there must be something there between us... and dont you ever forget that I'm here for you... I love you...
Craig puts his hand on Leah's check. She begins to cry, he whipes it away, he moves in for a kiss and Leah responds, the pair kiss passionatley. Craig pulls away.
Leah: I love you soo much...
Craig: Prove it then... by sleeping with Carl and getting us in the clear... go on...it's time...
Leah has an apprehensive look on her face.

Carl is sitting outside of a cafe in Torquey, looking at at the beach. He drums his fingers on the table, waiting impatiantly for Leah to arrive. All of a sudden she walks directly infront of him, blocking his view. She sits down beside him.
Carl: (Pleased) Leah...what a lovely suprise... I really wasn't expecting...
Leah: Yeah well...thing's have changed...
Carl: You okay, you look really flustered?
Leah rubs her hand trough her hair nervously and looks around, unable to make eye contact with Carl.
Leah: Hows the...erm...you know..
Carl: Leg?... Yeah not too bad... still on crutches tough thanks to Craig...
Leah: Not my issue is it Carl... I can't stop Craig from doing what he wants...
Carl: Look Leah...I know you... I know when something is up... you sure you are okay?
Leah: (Snaps) I'm fine Carl.... honestly...
Carl: Okay... so then... what is it that you want?
Leah: You...
Carl: Excuse me?
Leah places her hand on Carl's arm and stares him directly in the face.
Leah: I want you....and me...to make a go of things... a second chance
In the distance Craig witnesses the scene from his car.
Craig: (To Self) Good girl..
Craig smiles to himself, then looks at the passenger seat where the poker is lying, wrapped up in carrier bags. He drives off to dispose of the evidence.
EXT. BAYMOORE STREETS - DAY
Ruby and Chris walk out of his house, with cheaky grins on their faces.
Ruby: So much for this evening...
Chris: Yeah well anything to get me out of work early :p
Ruby: It's just what I needed tough Chris... cheers...
Chris: Chirs Lagden...love god..aims to please...:D
Ruby: Yeah well you certainly did that...how about a repeat performance later?
Chris: That's a bit too soon ent it Rubes? Come on i thought you knew the score... the ocassional wriggle and a jiggle if you know what I mean... not a full on relationship...trust me the last time I got attached...well...it's not worth the heartache

Chris gives Ruby a long kiss. Then walks off. Natasha walks into Baymoore, ready for her shift at the restauraunt, and sees the pair kiss.

Ruby walks over to Natasha.
Ruby: Hey Tash, havent seen you around lately, how you doing?
Natasha: Not too bad...been spending a lot of time with Kyle... and well thought it best I kept my distance from Patrick and Amy as much as I could...Anyways enough about me...what was that all about with Chris just then eh?
Ruby: (Pleased) Well what did it look like? :p
Natasha: But with Chris! Why!? He's the biggest womaniser in town!
Ruby: Yeah well it's just a bit of meanignless fun... no strings attached...you know how it goes...I just need to get over Marcus..
Natasha: I'm the same with Kyle...but at the end of the day Rubes you have to face the reality... that this fun wont last...and it wont solve the real issues that you have...
Ruby dwells on this, her mood changing.

Leah is on the phone to Carl. The scene cross cuts between her, and Carl who is lying in his bed at his flat.
Carl: You don't know how good it feels for us to be back together you know...
Leah: It's going to take more than one trip to your flat for us to become an item again tough...
Carl: Yeah I know...but even so...I mean it's a step in the right direction...I can't tell you how happy I am babes... everythings going right for a change...
Leah has a look of absolute regret on her face.
Carl: I don't see why you left in a hurry...we could have made a niught of it... god I love you soo much...
Leah: I love you too Carl... I'll speak to you soon, just give me time to get my head around things...okay?
Leah puts the phone down on him. She takes a sigh of regret and hands the phone over to Craig. We realise she is sitting in the passenger seat of Craig's car. He laughs to himself.
Craig: What a sucker...we're gonna stitch him up big time...you got the evidence?
Leah: Hair... hankercheif...
Craig: That should do the trick... all they need is someting to go on... trust me Leah...We just need to say we went away for the weekend, give ourselves an alabi...money pays...pay a few friends to say they saw us...they wont suspect us if this goes to plan...
Leah: And if it doesn't?
Craig: Then we cross that bridge when we come to it.
Craig dials a number on his phone as they drive into Elmcroft Crescent.
Craig: Hello... yeah...police please... yeah... I need you to comne around straight away! My mother in law has been murdered!!!

EXT. SINGH AND SON'S CONVIENANCE STORE - DAY
Mandy walks out of the store, carrying a few bags of shopping. She looks tried, worn out, and depressed. She begins to walk back to the b&b when Val runs up to her.
Val: Mandy! Mandy!
Mandy: (Weak) Alright Val, hows it going?
Val: Thank god your ok!
Mandy: Course I am... why wouldn't I be? It was only an affair...
Val: No...but your house is swarming with police so I feared for the worst...
Mandy: You what!?
Mandy drops her bags on the floor and runs past Val. Val looks concerned, and attempts to pick up the contents of Mandy's shopping bags.
Mandy runs around the corner and into Elmcroft Crescent, she sees half a dozen police cars parked in the crescent, and an ambulance. Two paramedics walk out of the house, carrying a covered up body on a stretcher. A look of absolute horror hits Mandy's face.
Mandy: Oh my god...:eek:
INT. RED RUM - DAY
Lorraine and James are sitting down in the Red Rum, having a drink, fresh from the crime scene at the Harvey/Kage house.
James: Shouldn't we be at the scene?
Lorraine: One of the perks of being high up in the service is that you can warrant a break whenever you need one... besides it's best to leave the CSI's too it.
James: So then, what do you reckon about it all?
Lorraine: Let's just say after Craig Harvey's reputation with the force...it just seems to close to home for him not to be involved...it happened in his house for christ's sake...I just know that man is guilty as sin...
James: Finally...it looks as tough we might be able to nail him for it... how good would it be to get Baymoore's number 1 crimelord behind bars?
Lorraine: Very... but we wont be able to without evidence... you know that house like the back of your hand... you know how Craig Harvey works... forget the CSI's...if you want a job doing...
James: What are you trying to say...
Lorraine: It's down to you and me James... we take the credit for bringing down Craig Harvey... but we need the evidence... the hard hitting evidence... and for that...I need you to go and search his house...

EXT. HARVEY/KAGE HOUSE - NIGHT
Mandy barges past the group of policemen in a panic. She bends under the police tape and runs over to the paramadics.
Mandy: Who is it!? Whose died! Please...
The police rush towards Mandy and pull her back
PO: Sorry madame, but you can go past this tape, it's a crime scene...
Mandy: But it's my house! This is my family! Whose dead! You have to tell me! Please!
Before the police man man speak Leah and Craig walk out of the house. Leah is in floods of tears. Craig is comforting her, with a distressed look on her face. Madny see the pair and inevitably realises who is dead. She is so stunned that she cant even cry..
Mandy: But... but...that means... no....It Can't be...no....
PO: I'm sorry... but...
Leah runs over to Mandy and hugs her. Mandy steps away from her in disgust.
Leah: Mandy... it was soo awful...just so awfull...we walked in...and she was lying there....dead....mom's dead Mand!
Craig walks calmy over to the pair. Craig gives the police a look of contempt.
Craig: Leave them alone, yeah!?
The police move away and return to their cars.
Craig: Mandy...I don't know what to say...
Mandy: Don't bother wasting your breath... I just know you two are behind it...
Leah: Mand!? No! How could we!? She's my mom! Our mom!
Craig: We've been away all weekend... it wasn't us...
Mandy: Dya know what? I don't believe you...
Leah: Mand?
Mandy: You're gonna get what's coming to you... murdering scum...
Mandy shakes her head in disgust and walks off. Leaving Leah and Craig looking at each bemuzed.

James cautiously walks down the garden path, and bends under the police tape to enter the house. He checks to see if anyone is around, but all is silent. He flicks on a torch and starts to rumouge around the living room.
All of a sudden Craig appears out of the shadows.
Craig: What you doing sniffing around my gaff eh James?
James is shocked at Criag appearing and starts to stuter.
James: Er... Craig...I never knew you was in here...
Craig: Evidently... you shouldn't be here James... you have no right...
James: I'm the law... I have every right... come on Craig why dont you just confess... its obvious that you are behind this...
Craig: That's slander you know...
James: I don't give a damn, becuase it's the truth, I know... you know... everyone knows it... it's just a case of getting the evidence to cage you for the rest of your life...
Craig: You seem to know a lot about me James... well you should know that I don't like people interfing in things that don't concern them... if you dont clear off...and stay away then someone is gonna get hurt...
James: Are you threatening me!?
Craig: Call it a "friendly warning"
James: I'm not scared of you... you can't hurt me...
Craig: Maybe not...but you have a wife...and two kids... would be a shame if anything happened to them wouldnt it?
In an immediate rate James curses Craig and attempts to hit him. Craig holds James arm.
Craig: Careful James...you don't want to go upsetting me now do you!?
Craig drags James out of the house and pushes him out onto the street.
James: No way will you threaten my family Craig! I'm gonna make you suffer!
James walks off as Craig lights a cigar. He stares at James, with a sinister look on his face.
Craig: Not if I make you suffer first...
Come on James - youre a copper! Don't let him get the better of you!!!
INT. PAIGNTON POLICE STATION - MORNING
James walks into Lorraine's office. She is finishing a phonecall.
Lorraine: Not to worry Sir... I'll get on to it by the end of the day...ok...bye...
Lorraine is pleased to see James, she gestures for him to sit down.
Lorraine: James... nice of you to pop in...
James: I just popped in to tell you about Craig
Lorraine leans forward, intriged as to what he has to say. James finds it hard to focus his attentions away from her low cut top.
Lorraine: Really? Any progress?
James: Not exactly... he was there when I went to look...
Lorraine: Jesus! What did he do!?
James: Let's just say he wasn't best too pleased...He even threatend to hurt Val and the girls...
Lorraine: You're kidding me right!? We can have him up for that!
James: No Lorrianne...I can't let it happen... I can't risk the safety of my family...
Lorraine: But you can't let him get away with threatening you all like that... he's scum...and the sooner he's off the streets the better!
James: I might not get on with them all the time...but I do love them... and if anything happened to them...
Lorraine looks slightly disapointed at his declaration of love for Val.
Lorraine: Threatning you is the last mistake that man is going to make...I'm going to up the gears... get a confession out of him...
James: Yeah? And how are you going to do that... he's too clever to confess to any of us...
Lorraine: Simple...I'm going to bug his garage...trust me James... by the end of the week we'll have that ******* behind bars...

Craig is opening up the garage. He looks over the road, where Emma Andrews is just getting onto the bus.
He opens the shutters and walks into the garage. He picks up the post and puts it on the table. He sits down and pick up his phone, dialling a number...
Craig: Yeah Neil...Craig Harvey...got a job for you... come down to the garage later...I'll give you the details...
Craig lights another cigar and breaths clouds of thick grey smoke into the air.
Craig: The usual treatment... but it's a female... Emma Andrews... I want to see that some damage comes to her...
Craig smiles to himself evily.

Emma gets off the bus by Valentinos. She sees a group of lads, lead by the local yob Kevin Mitchell messing around by the entance to Elmcroft Close.
She tuts to herself and decides to take the long route, trough the garages and down an alley.
Emma's high hells drag across the concrete. She takes her phone from her handbag and begins to text.
All of a sudden she hears a noise, a rustling from the bushes. She looks around but no one is seen. She continues to walk, texting at the same time.
Suddenly a figure appears infront of Emma, she bumps into them. They are bearing a dark hooded top and a balaclava.
Emma: Oh I'm sorry...
Emma smiles and continues to text, but the figure doesnt move out of the way
Emma: Can you move please?
The figure grabs Emma, before she has change to scream they have covered her mouth with their hand. Emma's faint muffles can be heard as they drag her into the bushes kicking and screaming. Her phone smashes onto the ground...
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Richard and Hilary are watching a classic movie on TCM. The house phone rings and Richard answers it.
INTERCUT:
EXT. MIAMI HOTEL SWIMMING POOL - AFTERNOON
Poolside at a luxurious Miami hotel. The torquiose pool is glistening in the summer sun. On one of the deck chairs lies Tanya, with a bronzed tan and well manicured nails. She is wearing sunglasses and speaking trough a mobile phone.
The following scene takes place between the two locations.
Richard: Hello?
Tanya: It's me dad...
Richard: Tanya! It's so good to hear from you!
There is a look of immediate fear on Hilary's face as she hears the mention of Tanya's name.
Richard: Is everything fine...
Tanya: Everything's superb...
Richard: Are you sure?... I was going to come over and see how you were doing, but seen as it's the wedding soon there will be no need...
Tanya: About that... I'm not coming...
Richard: Why ever not!?
Tanya: I refuse to condone your marriage to that woman... you are perfectly aware of my feelings about that woman...and if you instinst on marrying her..I for one do not want to bare witness to it...
Richard: (Heartbroken) Ok...well...if that's how you feel... I'll speak to you soon...bye.
Richard puts down the phone, a look of complete dispointment on his face. A concerned Hilary looks at Richard.
Hilary: Richard, what ever is the matter?
Richard: Don't take this wrong way... but Tanya... she said she doesnt approve of our relationship...she's not coming to the wedding...
Hilary: Oh my god! That's awful... but we are still going to get married right!?
Richard gets up and pours himself a drink, in total shock at Tanya's anouncement.
Richard: Of course we are...but it...Just wont be the same without her...
Hilary smiles to herself in satisfaction.
Hilary: (Mutters to self) Excellent. Nothing can stop me now...
INT. ANDREWS' HOUSE - NIGHT
Val is transfixed to the televison: Judge Judy is on. James is reading his newspaper, looking at the show and Val with contempt.
James: Emma's a bit late home isn't she? She said she'd be back come ten o clock...
Val: Oh dont worry,she's a teenage girl... she'll be back stop, stressing...
There is a few moments of silence between the pair. All of a sudden the doorbell rings continually and with some matter of urgency. A concerned James gets up and answers the door.
Emma stumbles inside, tears rolling down her face.
James: Emma love, are you okay!? What's happened
Emma sobs in despair and sits on the stairs in tears. Her continual sobbing makes it hard for her to breath. Val walks in, half watching Judge Judy still.
Val: (Casual) You should have called us if something was up...
James: Emma!? Where's your handbag... have you lost it?
Emma looks up at James but is unable to speak, all she can do is nod her head.
James: Did someone steal it from you Emma? What's up love... you been mugged or something!?
James walks closer to Emma, he brushes her hair back and notices a brusied face.
James: Where the hell did you get those brusies!? Who'd done this to you!?
Val: Luqina bloody Javel! That's who! She's been threatening Emma for days now!
James: (Outraged) Right! That's it! I'm gonna have her!
James charges out of the house, Val following close behind. Emma continues to cry in despair.

James charges across Elmcroft Crescent from his house to theres. He bangs on the door.
Val: Calm it eh James? Your a policeman...should be setting an example...
James: An example!? I'll be making an example of that bitch!
James continues to bang, but no one answers. Curtains start to twitch across the neighborhood. Emma weakily walks out of the house and towards her parents.
Val: You go back inside love...dont worry...you're dad's dealing with it now...
James: Open this bloody door before I break it down!
Emma: Just leave it dad please! Your making a fool of yourself! All the neighbours are watching!
James: I don't care about what the neighbours think!
Emma: Please dad, just leave it...you'll make it ten times worse...im begging you!
James: No Emma! No way! No one mugs my daughter and gets away with it!
James steps away from the door in frustration. He heads off towards the Red Rum. Val and Emma follow close behind him, Emma is in complete despair shouting after her father.
Emma: Dad! Come back here now! Please! Dad!

James and Val storm into the Red Rum. The impact of the door hitting the wall causes the pub to go quiet. Luqina, Tom and Chris are standing by the bar.

Val walks over to Luqina and slaps her around the face.
Tom: Oi! Val!
Luqina slaps Val back. The pair begin to fight. James pushes past Tom to pull Val away.

Tom pushes James back. The pair begin to fight also. Chris grabs his pint and steps back from the action, a look of astonishment on his face. Chaos errupts between the two families as a full on pub brawl starts.
Amy: PATRICK! Get down here now!
Patrick comes down stairs, sees the fights and jumps over the bar to split the fight up.
Patrick: Pack it in! The lot of ya! Anymore of this and you're all barred!
Tom: Try telling them...coming in here and starting a fight over nothing...
James: Nothing!? Luqina has beaten up my daughter! Mugged her!
Luqina: I haven't been no where near that little cretin!
Val: Watch your mouth your lying little bitch! You slap my daughter about and then have the bare-faced cheak to deny it! You're a nasty peice of work! Really you are!
Emma: It wasn't Luqina!! Alright!? Will the pair of you listen to me!!!
James and Val look at Emma, unaware that she has been watching the whole performance.
James: Well then who was it love!? Who attacked you!?
Emma: I wasn't attacked! OK!?... I was raped!
The entire Red Rum look at Emma, in complete shock at her announcement.

Val walks up to Emma, tears in her eyes. She gently caresses her daughter's cheak in support.

Patrick and Amy stare at each other, unsure of how to approach the situation. Patrick rings the pub bell to get everyone's attention.

Without hestiation the punters begin to walk out of the pub. Luqina gives Val and Emma a dirty look on the way out. Chris, with a new pint in his hand tries to leave the pub with the glass.

Chris puts the pint down on the table and leaves. The Red Rum is now empty. Val is hugging her daughter, but is lost for words.
Emma: (Emotional) He wouldn't move out of the way.... he just dragged me into the bus.... and he raped me!
Val and Emma burst into even more tears as Val hugs her, and she clings tightly to her mother. A tear rolls down James' face...
INT. CRACK DEN - NIGHT
A thilthy squat filled with drug addicts. A loud and violent bang is heard on the front door. Neil, one of Craig Harvey's thugs wakes up. Panic is heard throughout the house.
Druggie: ****! I bet it's the cops at this hour hide the stash!
The addicts run around the house hiding their drugs. Neil walks towards the front door in frustration.
Neil: I'll get the front door shall I!? :rolleyes:
Neil opens the door to Craig. Craig punches Neil directly in the face. Neil falls to the floor with the impact, blood running from his nose.
Neil: Christ Craig! What the hell's that for!?
Craig drags Neil up and punches him again. The drug addicts all stay away from Neil and Craig.
Craig: You bloody animal! Low life peice of scum!
Neil: Wh...what have I done!?
Craig: You went too far Neil! Too far! I never asked you to rape the girl! :angry:
Neil: I didn't Craig! I swear to you hands down! I couldn't find her!
Craig grabs Neil by the jaw, squezzing his face.

Craig gives Neil a violent kick and then straightens his tie before leaving the squat. Neil gasping for breath from Craig's violent attack.
OMG :eek: So if it wasn't Craig's thug that did this to Emma - its a Baymoore resident :eek: Who is it!!??! I'm in complete shock! *tries to think of a list of suspects*

Emma starts to reccount the events of the evening. The Andrews are clearly distressed. Patrick and Amy look on in the distance.

James walks down the stairs, a look of despair on his face. Val meets him in the hallway with a cup of tea in her hands.

James: I just don't know what to do Val...how to react around her...what to say... it seems so easy when your an officer and your on the outside looking in... but when your faced with it... it's just so different...
Val: All we can do is be there for her if or when she needs us...
James: I swear to go when I get my hands on the beast!...
James phone rings: his tone is The Bill. He picks up the phone and speaks into it.
James: Hello?....Yes....Alright... I'll be right there...
James put's down the phone and grabs his coat.
Val: (Concerned) What's up?
James: Just got a call from the station... they've bugged Craig's place... want me to go and listen to something...
James hurries out of the room, leaving Val alone, wondering what it could be about...
INT. PAIGNTON POLICE STATION - NIGHT
James rushes into a survelliance room where a few employyes are monitoring various hidden cameras and planted microphones.
James: Alright lads, what have you got for me then?
PO: It's something we've picked up from Craig Harvey's garage...
James: Oh right, anything incriminating?
PO: (Hesitant) It's about Emma...
Without hesitation James grabs the earphones and plays back the message from where the officer had been listening. James has a look of furry on his face and he races out of the room in anger.
PO: James! Don't do anything foolish! James!
Moments later Lorraine walks into the room, clearly curious as to why James left in a hurry.
Lorraine: What's eating him...?
PO: This recording...
Lorraine: Put it on loudspeaker...
The police officer selects the message to be played out troughout the room.
Neil: Look Craig... you've got me worried here... accusing me of rape and everything... I swear to you I can do without this **** on my name... I'm not a rapist....
Craig: Yeah well how can I take your word for it... I told you to see some damage comes to her...and then she gets raped...don't take an Einsten to connect the two...
Lorraine: ****!
Lorraine hurries out of the room, concerned for James' state of mind.
How daft were they letting him hear that!!!! James is going to find himself in serious trouble if hes not careful! I can't believe they let him hear that! They should be reprimanded for that!!!
INT. HARVEY'S MOTORS - DAY
Chris is working on a motor, Craig is sitting at the desk working out the taxes. James walks into the gargage.
Craig: James...what a suprise...
James: I want a word...
Craig: Chris... go and get some biscuits from the shop...
Chris gets up and leaves. Craig gets up to talk to James, James grabs Craig by the colllar and pushes him against his filling cabinet. Craig breaths heavily at being caught off guard. Chris pops his head around the corner of the building.
Chris: Erm...I ent got no money Craig...
Craig: For god sake! Take that!
Craig gets a note from his wallet and throws it at Chris. Chris leaves. Craig gives James a cool look.
Craig: Surely I can have you done for police brutality...
James: And I should have you and you scummy mate up for rape!
Craig: What on earth are you chatting about?
James raises his fist to Craig, who flinches as an immediate reaction. James sees sense and doesnt hit him.
James: I know you had something to do with Emma's rape! Your scum Craig! I swear to god!
Craig: I didn't rape her...and neither did any of my mates...acusations like that can get you into serious trouble James...you should know that...an officer of the law and all...
James: You might not have wanted to, but you sure as hell meant for "some damage to come to her"!
Craig looks James pale white in the face.
Craig: How the hell!?...How did you know I said that!?
James doesnt answer, he looks uncomfortably towards the floor, cursing himself. Craig pushes James off him, straighetning his tie. He walks around the garage and in the far corner sees a small microphone. He tears it off from the wall.
Craig: What the hell is this!? Eh!? You been bugging me or something!?
James: It's the only way we're ever gonna get you sent down!
In a rage Craig throws the microphone on the floor and stamps on it, crushing it to peices.
Craig: If you or the old bill try another move like that I swear to god I'll make you all pay! Do you hear me!?
Lorraine: Police intimidation! Is a crime! I see you doing it again and I'll have thrown into the cells by the end of the day! "Do you hear me!?"
Lorraine steps into the garage. Craig steps away from James, pretending to look innocent.
Lorraine: Sergeant Andrews! Get out of here now!
James: I beg your pardon!
Lorraine: It's an order! Now move!
Shocked at the strictness of Lorraine, James reluctantly leaves the garage. Craig gives James a smug look, and then a look of disgust at Lorraine.
Lorraine: Don't you worry Harvey, we'll get you eventually... and I'll be the first in the que to make sure you suffer the true punishment that you deserve...
Lorraine leaves Craig alone at the garage, forced to re-asses his options.

Mandy looks at her fuming. Leah doesn't pick up on this...
Leah: When i saw her, i really couldn't beleive it... Guess it still hasn't sunk in.... we're never going to see her again... I just can't accept that...
She looks at Mandy in the eyes...
Leah: Mandy?
Mandy: How dare you. I knew you were a bitch, but this? This is sick! I'm not going to talk to the murderer of my mother. Killed in Cold Blood? The only cold blooded thing around here is you!
Mandy storms off, as her eyes well up in tears..

Lorraine walks out the garage, and pulls James away from the garage.

The only reason i put you on this case, is because i thought you deserved to know exactly what happened, and not get pushed to the side of it all.... But the officers in the office are getting on my back now. Letting you hear that tape... it was too far. I know that now...

Lorraine: My hands are tied. I've got to take you off the case...
James: (interupts) What?! But...-

Craig: What? Whats happened?
Leah: We're going down... for everything... Can't beleive i even thought we'd get away with it...

Leah: She knows. Mandy knows it was us. Well, me... and its only a matter of time before the police do.... times up....oh my god...

Kyle walks into the pub, and walks over to Nick. He speaks over his shoulder...
Kyle: Nick... can i have a quick word?
Nick: Erm... yeah sure
The pair walk round to the backroom of the pub...
INT: RED RUM PUB SIDE ROOM
Nick and Kyle are in the side room, talking..
Kyle: I just wanted a quick word... after everything...
Nick: Fair enough. What happened is in the past, i suppose. We can't dwell over these things forever, can we?! we just need to move on...
Kyle: Yep. Even if it is hard...
Nick: Well, things can be hard in life. But thats what makes you strong, and gives you the strength to go onto bigger and better things. The sadness makes you learn to trust and love.... oh god, look at me! I need more drink!
Kyle: I'm glad you've forgiven the past.... but can you forgive the present?
Nick: Present?
Kyle: Because me and Vicky aren't in the past, much as yopu'd hope us to be. Cause we've been together recently. So... are we able to forgive that as well, Nick?!

Nick storms into the pub, and downs a gin in one. Kyle follows, taunting him...
Kyle: Got to admit, she doesn't take much does she? Shes got very easy recently... no sweet talking or anything needed now!
Nick: You're... You're bluffing...
Kyle: Moi!? Nah, no need to bluff about this. I slept with her, and enjoyed every minute of it. And you didn't even realise! Didn't even batter an eye lid! While you were busy with you're pathetic little life, i was with you're soon-to-be wife, in bed!
Nick tries to punch Kyle, but is held back by Patrick. The pub is silent.
Nick: Get off me, Patrick! This ******* deserves everything he gets!
Nick pushes him off him, and punches Kyle in the face, sending him crashing onto a tray of empty glasses...
Nick: I hope oyu're happy...
Nick runs out of the pub to Iqbals, devasted... :(

As a lot of you know, Bry's gone off on his holidays this week. But, he's written all of the Devon Seas for this week- ending with the season finale on saturday! INT. MARBAL NIGHTCLUB – NIGHT
The girls are all sitting in a circle, playing a drinking game, they are laughing and joking and generally having a good time. Hilary’s phone rings, it says Richard is calling.
Val: Oh look it’s hubby to be calling! You’ve got him on a lead already!
Hilary: And there’s where I intend to keep him!
The girls laugh at this. Hilary picks up her phone and steps away from the noise of the group. She puts her finger in one hear and speak to Richard on the phone.
Hilary: Hi Richard, what’s up?
Richard: It’s Nick…he’s in a terrible mood…he’s just punched some bloke… I think it’s got something to do with Vicky… he’s coming over to Marbal…do something about it!
Hilary: Ok, I’ll see what I can do… bye…
Hilary puts down her phone and returns to the group. Vicky is laughing and smiling, unaware of the immanent drama. Hilary tries to move Vicky away from the group to talk to her but Nick storms into the nightclub in a rage.
Amy: Hey Nick, what are you doing here eh you naughty lad!? You should know by now that it’s bad luck to see the bride before the wedding day!
Nick ignores this and walks towards Vicky. She sees that something is up.
Vicky: Nick?
Nick slaps Vicky around the face. The women are outraged at him hitting a woman.
Vicky: (Stunned) Nick!? Why!? What… I don’t understand!?
Nick: There’s no way that I want to marry a cheating slut like you! The wedding’s cancelled!

kyle might of been lying theres only one instance when i found it ok for a bloke to have hit a woman and that was on eastenders whe dennis hit zoe after what she did to him other than that A big no-no in my book

The girls are shocked at Nick’s announcement. Vicky looks at Kyle, shocked and hurt at the same time. Richard runs into the nightclub and heads towards the group of them.
Vicky: But Nick! Please…
Nick: Kyle! Of all people!
Natasha hears this and looks at Vicky with disgust. She attempts to speak but Ruby gestures for her to keep quiet. Amy gives her a smug look. Hilary gets up and walks towards Vicky.
Hilary: Come on… you can’t talk about this infront of everyone…come on over there…now!
Vicky and Nick reluctantly do as Hilary says and walk over to an empty table. Hilary, Richard and Rebecca follow.
Rebecca: I don’t know the details or anything but you two should talk this trough amicably…you have a good relationship here you don’t want to be throwing it away for the sake of some affair…
Vicky: It wasn’t an affair…it was a one off! You know that mom… I wouldn’t lie…
Richard: (To Rebecca) Wait…you mean you’ve known about this for ages and you haven’t said anything!?
Rebecca: I didn’t think it would come out… I don’t want to see this two split up over something so trivial!
Nick: Trivial!? She’s slept with another man! Whilst engaged to me!
Richard: I’m surprised in you Rebecca…really am I…
Vicky: For god sake can’t you lot go and bicker about that somewhere else!? I need to speak to Nick alone!
The three of them are taken aback at Vicky’s sudden outburst. However they decide to do as she says.
Hilary: (To Nick) We’ll just be over there son…
Richard, Rebecca and Hilary return to the group of girls, all of whom are staring at Nick and Vicky in the far distance.
Nick: Come on… we haven’t got an audience now, just us… explain yourself, say what you’ve got to say…before I walk on this relationship for good…
INT. MARBAL NIGHTCLUB – NIGHT
Vicky and Nick are seated alone at the table. They are unable to make eye contact with each other.
Nick: Well come on then…. Are you going to speak…or is it that you know your in the wrong and can’t explain it?
Vicky: Nick…you know I love you…
Nick: Well no, no I don’t know…I don’t do nothing anymore… I thought we were the real deal… together for ever…
Vicky: (Emotional) We are!
Vicky begins to cry.
Nick: No we were! That all changed the moment you sleeped with Kyle bleeding Williams!
Vicky: Please Nick! It meant nothing… I swear down…its you I love…you I wan to marry!
Nick: Lies! All bloody lies! I don’t even want to hear it…I thought I could give you a chance to explain…but I don’t want to! I can’t even look you in the face…you disgust me!
Nick gets up and begins to walk out of the Nightclub. Amy gets up in concern, heading towards an over emotional Vicky.
INTERCUT:
EXT. MARBAL NIGHTCLUB – NIGHT
Outside the rain is pouring down. Vicky follows Nick outside. She pulls at his shirt to stop him from leaving.
Vicky: Nick please don’t do this to us!
He turns around and puts his face close to hers to add to the impact of his words.
Nick: Don’t you understand Vicky!? There isn’t an us…not anymore! And that’s all down to you! I hate you!
Nick shakes Vicky off him and storms off. Vicky collapses onto the floor in despair. Amy goes over to her and comforts her. Vicky bursts into floods of tears in the pouring rain. Their relationship is over.

Hilary is sitting at her vanity table in her bedroom, her hair in curlers. She looks at the photo albumn of her and Richard’s previous marriage. She looks at her engadment ring then into the mirror.
Hilary: What are you doing, you daft old cow…
Richard walks into the bedroom, clearly distressed from last night’s events.
Richard: Well don’t you look a picture…
Hilary: I haven’t even got ready yet… and you shouldn’t be looking at me..it’s bad luck…
Richard: I don’t believe in bad luck… not since I met you…
Richard kisses Hilary’s hand softy. He sits down on the bed, and takes a deep sigh.
Richard: I’ve been thinking…. I’m not sure if we should get married today…what with Nick and all…
Hilary turns around instantly and looks at Richard in horror.
Hilary: What!? Of course we have got to… I mean…it’s what Nick would want… his parents to get married… I mean you can go and asks him… but… he would want it!
Richard: Yes…I suppose you’re right…
Richard goes over to Hilary and kisses her on the lips.
Richard: I would be a fool not to marry you today… I love you… and I mean that from the bottom of my heart…I want to spend the rest of my life with you… my wife…Mrs Hilary Blackstock…
Richard hugs Hilary, she smiles to herself smugly, her plans well under way.

INT. MANSFIELD HOUSE – Morning
Vicky sits alone in her bedroom, her wedding dress in her hands. She stares at it, and then starts to cry, she weeps into the dress to muffle out her cries of despair. Rebecca knocks on her door.
Vicky: Come in…
Rebecca walks in, with a cup of tea in her hands.
Rebecca: I thought you could do with a cup of tea to boost your spirits…
Vicky: Thanks…but I doubt a cup of PG tips is going to make all my worries go away…
Rebecca hands Vicky her cup of tea, and then sits down on the bed beside her daughter.
Rebecca: Cheer up Vicky…it might all get sorted…and if he doesn’t…then…it isn’t the end of the world…
Vicky: It might aswell be…without him by life might aswell be over… I can’t believed I’ve messed it all up mom… I love him so much… it’s killing me… I just wasn’t him back…I need him…
Vicky starts to cry again. Rebecca looks at Vicky with a smile on her face.
Rebecca: Then you’d better tell him what you’ve just told me…
Vicky looks up and sees Nick walk into the room. He shows the signs of a half- hearted smile.
Nick: What you crying for eh?… Come on babes…let’s talk about this like adults…
INT. Mansfield House – Morning
Rebecca leaves the room, closing the door behind her. Nick sits down beside Vick and holds her hand. Vicky’s tears of sadness turn into tears of joy.
Vicky: What you come for…I thought after last night…
Nick: Forget about last night…I was out of order…it was the heat of the moment… you know that I love you… and well you deserve the chance to be heard out…so that’s why I’m here…
Vicky: Nick…you have to believe me when I say it never meant anything… it was a foolish drunken mistake… Kyle knew what he was doing…he got be drunk…at a time that you and me were on the rocks…and then… well… the morning after I regretted it…really I did…
Nick: I’d have thought you could have told me this…
Vicky: What!? And risk loosing you… Nick I love you…more than anyone else in my life…you mean the world to me…and you just have no idea of the hell I’ve been trough in the past few months… having to lye to you…pretend everything was ok… not being able to tell you the truth…you have to believe how sorry I am Nick…
Tears roll down Vicky’s face. Nick whipes them away with his hand.
Nick: I know you are… and to be fair… I have mistreated you in the past few months…with Tanya and the kids….and the business… you deserved to be treated better… so when someone exciting and fresh come along…
Vicky: Nick you don’t have to make excuses for me…
Nick: Yeah I know…but I’m just saying I’m partly to blame…I can understand why you did what you did…as far as I see it all that matters is you and me… everybody makes mistakes…but I still love you…with all the love in the world…
Vicky: Am I forgiven then?
Nick: Yeah,…yeah you are…I love you so much…
Vicky: I love you too…
Once more Nick whipes the tears away from Vicky’s face. The pair kiss tenderly.

Yay! Nick and Vicky's wedding is back on! I heard that one wedding goes ahead and one wedding doesn't....i have a feeling that Hilary and Richard's wedding won't go ahead because Tanya will turn up. Oh i do hope Tanya does turn up! :cheer:
This is really building up for the finale now! I can't wait - this is brilliant, exciting stuff!

Rebecca has just opened the door to Hilary, the pair head into the kitchen.
Hilary: I just called around to see how they are doing… any ideas?
Rebecca: Well I left them to it about five minutes ago… but I haven’t heard any shouting or broken glass yet… let’s just pray they get back together
Hilary: Here’s hoping..,
Rebecca: Can I get you a coffee before we head up to the manor?
Hilary: Yeah, might calm me down a bit…I’m just so nervous
Rebecca begins to make coffee for the pair of them, whilst talking to Hilary.
Rebecca: So you’ve decided it’s right then..
Hilary: Yeah… I know deep down that I love him… My whole life has been full of mistakes… marrying Richard will rectify them… in a way I’ll finally have settled down… found some closure in my life…
Rebecca: Well good for you. .I’m so glad to see the pair of you so happy again, I’d never have imagine I’d see the day that you both got back together…
Hilary: Yeah well life has a funny way of giving you things you’d never expect…
The kitchen door opens as Nick and Vicky walk in, holding hands, a smile plastered on their faces.
Hilary: Smiles… this looks promising…
Nick: Yeah, we’ve talked trough our problems… and as they say love conquers all
Rebecca: Oh that is just fantastic! So it looks like we will be having 2 weddings after all!
Vicky: Erm…well… not exactly…we’ve decided we’re not going to get married…
Rebecca and Hilary look at the pair in astonishment, shocked at their announcement

INT. ANDREW’S HOUSE – MORNING
Emma is sitting on the sofa, curled up in a ball rocking herself. James walks in and sits down next to her.
James: You alright love…. How you feeling today?
Emma does answer him, she continues to rock.
James: You going to the wedding today? ….. Well you know me, I wouldn’t be seen dead at a Taylor bash…but you mom’s going… so you can go with her if you like…
A tear runs down James’ face at the sight of his daughter’s mental instability.

James leaves the room, he whipes his eyes and looks at his daughter form a distance. Val walks into the hallway dressed in a dark pink dress and jacket, with a massive pink hat, covered in pink feathers.
Val: Well is she coming then!? Cus I need to get going if she isn’t…don’t want to miss out on the free glasses of champers…
James: I’m worried about her Val…she’s not right in the head since…well you know…
Val: Yeah and what’s good threating over it? There’s nothing we can do but wait for her to get over it herself…
James: We need to get a professional in or something…a phyciastristic or someone like that…
Val: You having a bird barth!? We can barely afford the weekly shop on my wages, never long a 100 quid an hour shrink for her…

EXT. JENKINS MANOR - DAY
A large exterior shot shows the grounds of Jenkins Manor, and the guests walking towards the grass verge where the wedding is going to take place, by the lakeside.
The scene cuts to Richard and Nick standing at the front of the aisle, by a .flowery trellis. Violinists are playing music for the crowds. Richard adjusts his tie nervously, moving around and twitching.
Nick: Relax Dad…it’s meant to be enjoyable…
Richard: I’m sorry but I just can’t help feeling nervous… I never thought I’d see the day…
Nick: Yeah well it was meant to be…you two were always meant to be together…and fate has made sure that you are.
Richard: As are you and Vicky… everything is okay between you both isn’t it?
Nick: (Brave Smile) It will be…
Richard smiles at this, but continues to shake in nerves. Nick holds his hand and reassures him. Nick looks around and sees that everyone is seated. The violinists playing their music and break out into the wedding theme.
The scene cuts to Hilary, dressed in an extravagant ivory white dress. Rebecca, her matron of honour is beside her. Hilary holds Rebecca’s hand nervously.
Rebecca: You ready?
Hilary: As I’ll ever be… come on…let’s do it…
Hilary puts on a brave smile, chest forward and the pair head off down the aisle…
EXT. JENKINS MANOR - DAY
As the wedding theme is played on the violins the camera continually cuts between Hilary walking down the aisle, and shots of the guests looking at her, with smiles on their faces.
Hilary reaches the end of the aisle, Richard smiles at her, and the pair hold hands. The registrar stands in the trellis and addresses the guests.
Registar: We are gathered here today in the face of this company, to join together Richard and Hilary in matrimony; which is an honourable and solemn estate and therefore is not to be entered into unadvisedly or lightly, but reverently and soberly. Into this estate these two persons present come now to be joined. If any one can show just cause why they may not be lawfully joined together, let them speak now or forever hold their peace.
All of a sudden the sound of high heels running across down the steps of Jenkins Manor can be heard. Everyone looks around to see Val running to the ceremony. An embarrassed Val goes bright red and takes a seat near the back.
Registrar: Who gives this woman to be married to this man?
Rebecca: I do…
Rebecca steps back and leaves Hilary standing beside Richard. They hold hands and face each other, smiles on their faces.
Registrar: Richard, do you take Hilary for your lawful wedded wife, to live in the holy estate of matrimony? Will you love, honour, comfort, and cherish her from this day forward, forsaking all others, keeping only unto her for as long as you both shall live?
Richard: I do…
Registrar: Hilary, do you take Richard for your lawful wedded husband, to live in the holy estate of matrimony? Will you love, honour, comfort, and cherish him from this day forward, forsaking all others, keeping only unto him for as long as you both shall live?
Hilary looks into the crowd, and catches the glimpse of a man in a smart suit, taking a seta in the distance. Hilary is hesitant and breaths heavily.
Registar: Hilary?
Hilary: Yes…I do…
Richard and Hilary then repeat the vows from the registrar.
Richard: I Richard Alistair Taylor take thee Hilary Jane Blackstock to be my wedded wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love, honour, and cherish, 'til death do us part, and thereto I plight thee my troth.
Hilary: I Hilary Jane Blackstock take thee Richard Alistair Taylor to be my wedded husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love, honour, and cherish, 'til death do us part, and thereto I plight thee my troth.
Registar: Richard and Hilary will now proclaim their commitment to each other by the giving and receiving of rings.
Nick gets the rings out of his pocket and places them on the pad that the registrar holds. Richard gets up ring and places it on the fourth finger of Hilary’s left hand. The register blesses both rings.
Richard: With this ring I thee wed, wear it as a symbol of our love and commitment.
Hilary: With this ring I thee wed. Wear it as a symbol of our love and commitment.
Registar: May this couple be prepared to continue to give, be able to forgive and experience more and more joy with each passing day, with each passing year. Richard and Hilary, are now beginning their married life together, we hope that they may have loving assistance from their family, the constant support of friends, and a long life with good health and everlasting love. In so much as Richard and Hilary have consented to live forever together in wedlock, and have witnessed the same before this company, having given and pledged their troth, each to the other, and having declared same by the giving and receiving of a ring, I pronounce that they are husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride.
Richard and Hilary kiss each other as the crowds cheer and confetti is thrown on them.
Registrar: Ladies and gentlemen…Mr and Mrs Richard Taylor…
Hilary holds Richard in her arms and digs her nails into his back. She secretly praises god for letting it all pull off. She sees the man on the back row and smiles at him…

From today onwards, its properly setting everything up for the finale on Saturday. Which, in true Devon Seas style, will leave you guessing untill next season :D

The wedding reception has begun in the Great Hall. The Taylors are seated at the main table. Richard gets up and taps his wine glass to get everybody’s attention. The hall goes quiet.
Richard: If I could just have a few moments of your time…Firstly I would like to thank each and everyone of you for being with us today…on our very special day… for both me and Hilary… and Nick and Vicky… they may have not got married today but they truly love each other…and that in itself is worthy of celebration… and as for Hilary…. I have never meet such a kind hearted, honest and compassionate woman in my entire life… she means the world to me…and marrying her again today is the second finest moment of my life…the first being my marriage to her originally.
This gathers a few laughs from everyone.
Richard: I shan’t deny that this has been a very difficult year for the Taylor family…,we have lost so many of our nearest and dearest…and been faced with some difficult situations… but this woman has helped me trough it… she has been my rock…and that is why I love her so much. With me and Hilary…and Nick and Vicky… we have two strong relationships…that are meant to be. And as four young scousers once sang “All You Need Is Love”. With that love we can come trough whatever life throws at us…The Taylors will always see it trough and will be stronger for it. So I presume a toast to the power of love… and to the Taylor family…

INT. JENKINS MANOR – EVENING
The wedding reception is in full swing. Luqina, Tom and Chris are standing by the buffet table filling up their plates. Val strides over to the table, ignoring Luqina.
Luqina: I can’t stand it when people wear outrageous outfits….
Val: It’s better than wearing nothing at all, like your used to…
Luqina: I beg your pardon?
Val: Well that was obviously aimed at me… so don’t give out what you can’t take… saying that woman like you can take a lot if you know what I mean…
Luqina: Coming from the biggest old slapper in the village! Bloody Andrews women think they are a cut above…but they are nothing but common little slappers.
Val charges towards Luqina. Tom manages to stop her getting to Luqina.
Val: You take that back now you little bitch!
Luqina: (Smug) Talking of Andrews woman…how is Emma coping…
Val: Fine… not that you give a toss….
Luqina: You’re right I don’t (To self) not that she didn’t get what was coming to her…
Val: You cow!
Val goes mad in rage; she pushes Tom onto the buffet table and lunges herself at Luqina. Chris stays well back from the action.
Val: You take that back now! No one deserves to get raped!
Luqina: Short skirts… changing her boyfriend each week…she was asking for it!
Val pulls hard at Luqina’s hair. Luqina throws Val into the mountain of filled champagne glasses. The tower falls to the floor, leaving a floor of broken glass and Val drenched in champagne.
Luqina laughs to herself. A humiliated Val gets up and points her finger at Luqina.
Val: You are going to get what’s coming to you! And I’m gonna be the first in line to see it when it happens!
Val storms out of the party, leaving the guests staring at Tom and Luqina.
Go Val, That Luquina is a nasty piece or Work she deserves everything. How could she say that about a poor girl who has been raped. Shes evil.

Richard and Hilary are sitting alone at the main table. Nick walks over to them and catches them laughing and joking with each other.
Nick: Well then it’s official… Mr and Mrs Taylor… god I can’t believe it…never imagined you two would get back together…
Richard: Neither did I…but I’m not complaining…I’m married to the most beautiful woman in the world… and nothing’s going to bring me down from cloud number nine…
Hilary: It’s been a long time since I’ve been married, it’s quite a change I tell you now…
Nick: Yeah well at least you both have some time to relax and get your head around married life again…
Richard: Ah well, that’s what we wanted to tell you both… me and your mother have been talking and we’ve decided that we want to give you and Vicky our honeymoon.
Nick: Why!? No way…it’s yours…you deserve a rest…
Hilary: Yes… but you and Vicky need to sort out your problems…away from the complications of Baymoore… if we know you’ll be as happy as us then its worth giving it to you son…
Nick: Wow… I don’t know what to say…. Thanks! It means a lot… Vicky will be so excited! Two weeks away in South Africa!

Vicky is sitting on the toilet in the Taylors bathroom. Her head is hanging low, her hands covering her head. She lifts up her head and then stares at a pregnancy test.
The line on the pregnancy test changes to blue: it is positive. Vicky throws it against the wall and begins to cry in despair.

Craig and Leah are walking back from the Red Rum, holding hands. Craig takes in a breath of sea air and smiles to himself, satisfied.
Craig: You know over all these years…I’ve done many things… had so many experiences…but this…is the best feeling in the world…
Leah: What feeling?
Craig: Knowledge that I have got away with murder…
Leah: That’s not funny Craig! Honestly… how can you make a joke about it?
Craig: Surely you’re pleased that we’re not both in prison?
Leah: Yeah of course…but I mean.. I never asked for any of this to happen! I killed my mother for Christ’s sake Craig! Have you any idea how that feels?
Craig: It’s been difficult for you…but you’ve got trough it. Because you’re a fighter…just like me… survival of the fittest….of we have survived…
Craig and Leah pass the B&B where a police call has just pulled up.
Craig: Any talking of survival… it looks like the coppers have finally found a suspect…
Craig grins to himself, Leah has a concerned look on her face.
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
The party is in full swing. Hilary creeps out into the hallway, and heads down the corridor. Out of the darkness appears a man, dressed in a smart suit.
This is Jared Ashworth (Gareth Hunt) he is suave, sophisticated and stylish. He grabs Hilary and pulls her towards him.
She is instantly shocked, but when she sees who it is she relaxes. The pair end up in a passionate clinch.
Hilary: Jared darling…Are you proud of me?
Jared: Proud doesn’t even cover it…im overjoyed…
Hilary: Yes well I never fail to disappoint…
Jared: Job well done… stage 1 is now completed… your in the heart of the family again… now it’s time to make the Taylor family pay…
The pair smile at each other sinisterly

EXT: BAYMOORE STREETS
Leah and Craig watch on in the distance as Carl is dragged out of the B&B by the police, kicking and screaming. Mandy, Annie, Eddie and Josie watch on from the doorway. A group of bystanders are standing by the police car, curious at what is going on.
Carl: Let go off me! I’m innocent! I swear to god! I haven’t done anything! I’m no murderer! I swear!
PO: Leave it for the station!
Carl: Station! I ent going down the bloody station! I’m innocent!
PO: Come on…move it…
Carl: It’s a pack of lies… a bloody stitch up! (catches Craig and Leah in the distance) By them two! They’ve bloody framed me! I don’t know how they’ve done it… but I’ll bloody have them! (Shouts) Do you here me! I’m gonna get you! You *******s! You’re gonna get what’s coming to you!
The Police push Carl into the back of the police car and get in themselves. Leah looks at Craig in a panic.
Leah: Jesus Christ Craig! What are we going to do!?
Craig: Absolutely nothing…now let’s go home and act as tough nothing has ever happened.
Craig forces Leah to walk away, and act calmly. She looks over her shoulder in distress, as the police car rides by with Carl staring at the pair of them: a look of rage in his face

Why do I get the feeling that some things will be sorted this season and others will carry on into next season (which they have to really as you can't tie up all of the loose ends now - some have to be left for next time).
I think Leah will fold, and either Craig will be framed by her and Carl, or, her and Carl will be charged and Craig will get away with it again.
I think Vicky will be having Nicks baby
And I want Tanya to come back (but she probably wont till next season) so in replacement, I want Siobhan/Emma to come back and put the jeepers up Hilary ready for next season.

James is sitting alone in his office, his desk lamp on. He is drinking a bottle of whiskey, half drunk. There is a knock on the door. Lorraine enters.
Lorraine: James…I saw the light on and wondered what you were doing…
James: Enjoying some much needed peace and quiet…
Lorraine: If you’d ask me I’d have said you’re drowning your sorrows…
James: I suppose that is another way of putting it.
Lorraine walks behind James desk and perches on the edge of the desk. She takes off her leather jacket and places her arms on the desk and leans back a bit.
Lorraine: It’s not like you to be like this… home life getting you down?
James: Like you wouldn’t believe…Emma’s rape has really got to me… I don’t know how to cope…and I have no one to talk to it about…
Lorraine: Val?
James: I just can’t seem to talk to her anymore…or even want to… our marriage is on the rocks Lorraine… it’s as tough we are travelling down different roads… and soon enough they will be heading in complety different directions…
Lorraine: Have you talked it through with her? It can’t be that bad…
James: (Laughs to self) No it’s worse…
James goes to poor himself another drink. Lorraine snatches the bottle off him.
Lorraine: And that’s not the answer to your problems either…
Lorraine gets up from the desk and holds James hand in support.
Lorraine: You might think your going into a black hole…but I’m there for you…
James: You’re my boss tough…it’s not the same…
Lorraine: I thought we were more than that…
There is an awkward silence. The pair stare at each other for a brief moment. James goes to touch her face. She closes her eyes and takes a deep sigh. He moves in for a tender kiss. The kiss develops into a passionate kiss as Lorraine responds….
