Sanjita is sleeping, having a nightmare about the rape. She wakes up suddenly, with a look of fright on her face. She looks over, and sees Iqbals arm on her side. She flinches away, and gets out of the bed, obviously slightly afraid. Iqbal stirs...
Iqbal: Are you ok, hun?!
Sanjita: If i wanted to talk, then i bloody well would!
Iqbal: Calm it, Kermit!
Sanjita: You really dont get it do you?! I see it over and over again in my sleep, and wake up to have you all over me, and then you crack some stupid joke!
Iqbal: Sorry, i didn't realise...
Sanjita: Well you should!
Sanjita storms out of the room, and slams the door. She leans against the wall, and breathes deeply. She grabs her phone, and scrolls down to Emmas number...
Sanjita: Morning, sorry i know its early, but i just wondered... could i come over to chat to you for a bit... thanks hun.
She hangs up, and goes to get changed.
INT: ANDREW'S HOUSE- Day
Sanjita knocks on the door, Emma lets her in...
Sanjita: Hiya, sorry to ring so early...
Emma: Dont worry about it, you sounded upset about something... Come in, come in.
Sanjita sits on the edge of the sofa. Emma sits opposite...
Emma: So...
Sanjita: I know this is really sudden and everything, but i just needed someone to talk to about everything...
Emma: I know what you mean. When things happen, you sometimes just need someone that will hear you out.
Sanjita: And some people can help you more than others...
Sanjita tries to hold back the tears. Emma sits next to her, and puts her arm around Sanjita...
Emma: I dont follow... You can talk to me, Sanjita..
Sanjita: You said that you needed people to talk to after the.... the rape... Well, i do too...
Sanjita bursts into tears. A look of realisation crosses Emmas face...
Emma: You mean... Sanjita you haven't...?
Sanjita nods vaguely, in between sobs...
Sanjita: I was... i was raped, Emma... :(

INT. RED RUM - DAY
The lunchtime rush is dying down. Vicky walks in from the back, with her coat on carrying her handbag. The sound of a car horn can be heard from outside.
Vicky: Right then, that's probably my taxi...
Vicky takes a deep breath and heads out towards the front. Amy grabs her by the arm.
Amy: Vicky babe...are you sure this is what you want?
Vicky: I can't see any other way around it...
Amy: Please...just give it some time...tell Nick...talk things trough...don't go making any harsh decisions...
Vicky: I've had my mind up for ages Amy...if me and Nick are going to survive this is the only way...
Vicky leaves the Red Rum, leaving Amy feeling sad and slightly annoyed. A few minutes later Nick enters the pub.
Amy: Nick...I think I should tell you something...
Nick: Well pour me a drink as you do so, could do with drowning my sorrows...
Amy: It's about Vicky...
Nick: What about her?...Look do you know why she's been so moody recently?
Amy: I'm not sure if I should be telling you this...
Nick: If in doubt...
Amy: Yeah but it's kind of important you know now...
Nick: Well spit it out then...don't keep me hanging...
Amy: It's Vicky...she's pregant.
Nick is overjoyed at this news.
Nick: You what!?...Are you kiding me!?...Wow this is amazing!...
Amy: But...
Nick: (Concered) But what?
Amy: She doesn't share your delight...infact you've just missed her...she's on the way to the clinic...
Nick: Clinic? What clinic?
Amy: The abortion clinic Nick, she's going to get rid of the baby...
Amy, Vicky is not going to like what you have done.. don't interfere!
Poor Sujinta.. I hope Emma can help. Hope that catch the ******* that has done this to them.. I still think it is Kash
how dare amy telling nick like that. there's going to be trouble.
Amy is going to be in serious trouble with Vicky for telling Nick... surely she must realise there are reasons why Vicky hadn't told him herself...after the confrontations in the club etc....
Its good that Emma can help Sanjita through it - they both know what the other is going through - lets hope they catch that ******* soon before someone else is also attacked
INT. NICK'S CAR - DAY
Nick and Amy are in Nick's car, speeding towards the abortion clinic.
Amy: Steady Nick! You don't want to be breaking the speed limits!
Nick: If I don't hurry up she could be half way trough the operation!
Amy: I shouldn't have told you...Vicky is going to kill me...
Nick: No you did the right thing Amy! I don't know what I'd have done if I didnt have the chance to try and talk her out of it...
Amy: Do you think she'll listen to you?
Nick: I hope so... I'll try my hardest... she can't just get rid of the baby like that...without telling me!
Amy: She says she is doing this to save your marraige...incase the baby is Kyles...
There is an akward silence, Nick clearly didnt want to hear that.
Nick: Well we'll cross that bridge when it comes to it...
INTERCUT:
INT. ABORTION CLINIC - DAY
The scene cuts to Vicky who has just entered the clinic.
Receptionist: Can I help you love?
Vicky: Erm yeah...Vicky Mansfield...I've erm...
Receptionist: Ah yes... we have you down for 2 o clock, would you like to take a seat whilst you wait?
Vicky smiles and walks over to the waiting area, she sits down, takes a deep breath, and closes her eyes.
Will Nick and Amy get there in time to stop the abortion???

INT. ANDREWS HOUSE - NIGHT
Val walks up the stairs weakly, she checks all the rooms to make sure that no one is in, she then walks into the bathroom and locks the door.
She begins to run the shower, she then starts to take off her clothes. She looks at herself in the mirror, we see her facial reactions as she feels her breast, she looks scared, frail and emotional.
She gulps and closes her eyes, trying to hold back the tears. She takes a deep breath, but cant control the tears, she begins to cry. She falls onto her knees, collpasing onto the floor in tears.
Val: Why me!? Why me!?

Aww...Val! :( I feel so sorry for her....i hope she she tells somebody about the lump in her breast, she should go to the doctors to get something done about it.

INT: ABORTION CLINC- Day
Nick and Amy rush in the doors of the abortion clinc, and look around in a hurry for Vicky. Nick spots Vicky and rushes over...
Vicky: Nick?! :eek: What are you...?!
Vicky spots Amy by the entrance, and walks over, fuming...
Vicky: You told him?! After everything thats happened, and you go and tell him?! You knew this is what i wanted, its best for all of us, and you go and tell him! I wanted to save my marriage, you know what this could do...
Amy: Oh come on, he has a right to know, its his baby too!
Vicky: And you had to bring him here?!
Nick comes over, and talks to Vicky..
Nick: Why didn't you tell me, Vicks?! I thought you and me were great... i thought you wanted a future with me...
Vicky: I do, but a baby? I didn't think it would be what you'd want.. and especially if its Kyles...
Nick looks away, not wanting to hear that...
Vicky: I love you, Nick... i dont want this to ruin our marriage...
Nick: Its a baby. A real baby, Vicky.
Vicky: Do you want it? If i have this baby, will you love it, and care for it, and provide for it, even if its not...
Nick: (Interupts) I will. Of course i will.
They smile and Nick gently kisses her.

EXT. MARBAL NIGHTCLUB - DAY
Sanjita is walking back from Emmas. She tries to hurry past Marbal to avoid Iqbal spotting her. However he does so and runs out following her.
Iqbal: Sanjita!... Sanjita!
Sanjita tries to ignore him and carries on walking. He follows her and catches up with her. She eventually stops and faces him.
Sanjita:What?
Iqbal: Look I didn't mean to upset you earlier...
Sanjita: Forget about it...
Iqbal: I only want to be here for you...
Sanjita: Just give me time...ok...
Iqbal: If I could get my hands on the bloke that did this...I'd bloody kill him!...I bet it's the same scumbag that raped Emma!
Sanjita: And what good would that be eh!? You locked behind bars...I need you here for me...just be there for me...that's all I ask...okay!?
Iqbal looks uncomfortbale, unsure how to respond.
Iqbal: If you knew who it was...you would say wouldn't you?
Sanjita looks over at Craig Harvey's garage where he is pacing around outside on the phone, she stares at him, he gives her a look of fake pity.
Sanjita: Yeah of course I would...
Sanjita's heart skips a beat, as she puts two and two together...

INT. RED RUM - EVENING
Nick and Vicky walk into the Red Rum, holding hands.
Nick: I'm so glad you rethought babes...
Vicky: So am I...
Nick: I just wish you'd let me know sooner, can't have been good keeping this to yourself all this time...
Vicky: I didn't want to loose you...and seen as we're not married...
Nick: Oi! No more of that, you're never gonna loose me... whatever happens...
Amy walks from behind the bar and hugs them both.
Amy: Ah it's good to see you too, you've made the right decision!
Vicky: Hopefully...
Amy: Deep deep I knew you couldn't go trough with it...
Vicky: It's not gonna be an easy road ahead tough...
Amy: Has life ever been easy? Come on what can I get you?
Vicky is about to ask for a drink, but Nick interupts.
Nick: Erm maybe you shouldn't in your condition...
Amy: Let the girl have one! It's a celebration! :D
Nick: So it is... infact... (raises voice and adresses group) Everyone... I've got an anouncement to make...
Vicky: (Under uttered breath) Nick what are you doing?
Nick: (Under breath) What's it look like I'm doing?
Vicky: (Under breath) Don't! What about Kyle!?
Nick: (Underbreath) Don't worry, we need to have our heads held hi...
Patrick: Well come on then Nick, spit it out!
The pub is silent, everyone staring at Nick and Vicky. Nick grabs Vicky's hand and has a smile on his face.
Nick: Vicky and I have some great news we want to tell you all... she's expecting our first child! :D
The pub is filled with happy people who cheer and congratulate the couple. Everyone heads towards the bar where a crowd begins to form. The scene cuts to Hayley who is standing in the hallway at the back of the bar.
Having heard the news she looks concerned, she picks up the house phone and calls Andonis, a worried look on her face.
Hayley: Andonis, look I need to meet with you now...it's important...
INT. HARVEY'S MOTORS - NIGHT
Craig is doing the books in the garage, Sanjita walks in, an angered look on her face.
Craig: We're closed...
Sanjita: I want a word...
Craig: I said we're closed, are you death!?
Sanjita: And I said I want a bloody word!
Craig gets up and approaches her.
Craig: Speak then... becuase I've got better things to do with my time then speaking to lowlife like you...
Sanjita spits in Craig's face.
Sanjita: You rapist *******! You ****ing rapist scumbag!
Craig smacks Sanjita around the face, she falls back onto one of the cars in the garage. Craig whipes the spit from her face with his handerchief and grabs Sanjita by the neck and throws her up against the wall.
Craig: Rapist!? Do I look like a bloody rapist to you!?
Sanjita: Funny how you were threatening me five minutes before I was attacked!
Craig: Let's get something straight her Sunita...
Sanjita: Sanjita!
Craig: Whatever...I don't care what you're called... all you need to know is that I wouldn't touch paki scum like you with a bargpole... I'd rather go shag a wild dog...
Sanjita: You make me sick!
Craig: The feeling is mutual!
Craig lets go of Sanjita, she clutches her chest in pain.
Craig: It's acusations like that get innocent men behind bars and into the nonce wing...and no way I am going there!
Sanjita: It's no more than you deserve...
Craig: You go blabbing your mouth to anyone...the police...your bin laden boyfriend or anyone for that matter and I'll have you lying at the bottom of the local canal before the end of the week! Do I make myself clear!?
Sanjita stares Craig directly in the face, trembling in fear. She nods slowly, and leaves in tears. Craig whipes the remainder of the spit from his face and sits back down, straightening his tie in the process.

INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - NIGHT
Many of the regulars are around the bar congratulating Nick and Vicky. Kyle sits in the distance, looking jealous and slightly annoyed. He is now with Natasha, she strokes his arm and speaks to him.
Natasha: It's sweet isn't it?
Kyle: What is?
Natasha: Nick and Vicky... nice to see romance isn't dead...
Kyle abruptly gets up and heads towards Nick and Vicky, leaving Natasha alone.
Kyle: I want a word...
Vicky: Oh go away Kyle...
Kyle: Now...
Nick: Look can't you just leave us alone for tonight?
Kyle: Ok then, what harm is one night when we have 9 months to discuss this... you're pregnant Vicky and there's a damn good chance it's my baby, so sooner or later we're gonna have to talk...
Kyle storms off out of the pub, Natasha following him like his shadow. Nick and Vicky are left stunned at Kyle's announcemnet, suddenly being brought back down to reality.
EXT. BAYMOORE NATURE PARK - NIGHT
Baymoore nature park - a quiet and secluded forest with nature trail and a small lake in the middle. Andonis is pacing around nervously, waiting for Hayley to arrive. He hears a sudden rustling of leaves.
Andonis: Hayley is that you?
Hayley steps into light, hands in her pockets, finding it uncomfortable to make eye contact with him.
Andonis: Right then, what the hell is all this about?
Hayley: I wanted... I needed a word with you...
Andonis: At ten o clock of an evening! It had better be important! I had to have one hell of a row with dad to let me out at this time of night!
Hayley: It is important...it's about us...
Andonis: Us!? There is no 'us'... look I'm grateful for you being there when I was down, but our night together...it was a mistake...
Hayley: Tell me about it...
Andonis: I'd only just split with Emma...I should be holding on...waiting for a reconciliation not sleeping with her best mate!
Hayley: I feel exactly the same way... but I didn't come here for guilty confessions...
Andonis: Well what for then!?

Richard is in the kitchen, making a drink. Hilary sits down with a celebrity gossip magazine at the table, and is joined by Richard...
Hilary: I had a very interesting phone call earlier...
Richard: I did hear you talking about a new Prada Handbag earlier, yes...
Hilary: Not that phone call! It was from an old friend of mine... apparently one of Jared's buisness partners is dropping out of the deal...
Richard: Really? Always knew that waste of space could never keep a partner... or anyone else, come to think of it...
Hilary: Richard! What i was really thinking is that you oculd buy the plot of land...
Richard: And what would be the point of that, exactly!?
Hilary: Then you can legally stop him from developing it, of course!
Richard thinks about this for a moment...
Richard: That might work... Hilary, you're so much mroe than a pretty face!

Richard walks out to make some phone calls. Hilary picks up her mobile and scrolls down to Jareds number...
Hilary: (On the phone) Jared, Darl... Richard, he's fallen for the bait
She smiles as she continues talking
EXT: BAYMOORE NATURE PARK- night
Hayley: I'm pregnant Andonis...and your the father...
Andonis: What?! But... no, you can't be!
Hayley: Why not?! We didn't use a condom...
Andonis: But you're on the pill! All girls are... right?
Hayley shakes her head...
Hayley: I think that points pretty obviously wrong!
Andonis: But... what are we going to do?!
Hayley: I dont know...
Andonis: Do you want to keep it, or have an abortion?

INT. PAIGNTON GPS/HEALTH CENTRE - DAY
Val walks into the doctors surgery and sees various people sitting in the waiting area, coughing, sneezy and looking ill. She walks past them as if they have the plague.
Val looks at the wall filled with leaflets, she picks up a leaflet "Dealing With Breast Cancer", she shoves it up the arm of her coat and begins to leave the surgery.
Amy: Val!?
Val turns around and sees Amy who is in the waiting area, she gets up and walks towards Val.
Val: Amy...what you doing here?
Amy: Oh just a check up...what about you? (Jokes) Finally sorted out your piles...
Val: No...you cheaky mare...just picking up a perscription for James gout...
Amy: Oh right, well I'll best leave you to it then...
Val attempts to leave, she brushes past Amy, but the leaflet slips out of her coat. Val walks of unaware.
Amy: Val you've dropped something!
Val stands on the spot in horror. Amy picks up the leaflet and casually looks at it...
Amy: (Read to self) Dealing with Breast... oh my god Val...
Val turns around to face Amy, who looks at Val, a shocked look on her face.
INT. PAIGNTON GPS/HEALTH CENTRE - DAY
Amy picks up the leaflet and casually looks at it...
Amy: (Read to self) Dealing with Breast... oh my god Val...

Val snatches the leaflet off Amy and begins to leave in a hurry, Amy follows her.

Amy pulls Vals arm making her stop on the spot. Amy stares Val directly in the face.

Val begins to cry, Amy grabs hold of her, and hugs her in support.
INT: VALENTINOS RESTAURANT- Day
Richard pours a glass of white wine, and is joined by Jared. Jared looks suspicous of Richard...
Jared: Why would you want to buy some of the land?
Richard: Its an investment. If i let go, then i loose out on money. If yo and me beome partners, then i can at least reap some of the profits, be it small.
Jared: After all this time, why would you want to be partners with me?!
Richard: The past is in the past now. I think its about time we leave it there, and get on with the now. We're both grown, self-made men, its about time we work together.
Jared: Call a truce, maybe, but buisness partners? Sorry, but i'm not sure...
Richard: You need a buisness partner, i know that as well as you do. And i dont want to loose my empire. If i can hold on to part of it, then thats better than nothing.
Jared: Well... when you put it like that..
Jared hold out his hand, and Richard shakes it.
Richard: I'll have my breif draw up the papers.
Richard gets the bill, and leaves, happy. Jared finishes his wine, and smiles a smug grin.
INT: ANDREWS HOUSE- Day
Amy walks in and gives Val a cup of tea...
Val: A couple of weeks ago, i found a lump. I knew what it could be... but i wasn't sure...
Amy: A couple of weeks ago?! Val, they can do all sorts of things now a days..
Val: I didn't want to tell anyone. Its what makes us a woman, isn't it, i couldn't admit that i'm.... wrong...
Amy: Its not wrong. It could be nothing, and you'll have put yourself through all of this for nothing...

Val hugs Amy tightly, crying into her shouder...

Poor Val - so glad Amy is there for here, at least shes not alone...

I don't think Craig is the rapist.. too obvious.. Same person raped Emma and Sanjita and we know Craig didn't rape Emma
INT. TORBAY COMMUNITY COLLEGE - DAY
Emma is sitting alone outside at college, eating her lunch, Hayley looks on from a distance, looking genuinlly guilty and concerned at how her friend will take the news of her pregnancy.
Hayley: Hiya Ems, how are you?
Emma: Not too bad thanks, just having a spot of lunch in my free period...
Hayley sits down beside Emma.
Emma: How are you?
Hayley: Same old you know...
Emma: I'm not!... I can't believe how Tom could stay with Luqina...finally thought it was my chance to make the move on him...
Hayley: Your time will come I'm sure babes...(nervous) Look...I have something I need to tell you...
Emma: Oh?... Sounds intriging...
Hayley: Trust me, you wont want to hear it... i don't even want to say it...
Emma:(Jokes) Well don't then...
Hayley: You know I value your freindship a lot babes... and if we're gonna stay good freinds then it has to be said...
Emma: (Confused) Well come on then...what is it?
Hayley takes a deep breath and turns her head away from Emma, unable to stare her in the face with the guilt.

Richard is on the phone in his office, scrawling notes down fast onto a peice of paper.
Richard: So without putting anything on the line... a bit of rearranging of funds...would we be able to manage it?...(Pause) Excellent... right... oh damn I see... oh right then thanks George, I'll get back to you...
Richard puts the phone down and runs his hand trough his hair in stress. Hilary walks in, swinging her hips, with a cup of coffee.
Hilary: Here... milk, no sugars, just how you like it...
Richard: Oh...thank you...
Hilary: Was that George I just heard you on the phone to?
Richard: Yeah, trying to sort out the funds for this deal with Jared Ashworth...
Hilary: Oh right...do you reckon you have enough for it?
Richard: No...we're a few grand short...15/20... i mean in reality weve got millions but we have other plans for it... we just need to find a small amount to make it work out...
Hilary: Oh right, sounds like your in a bit of a pickle...how about a loan?
Richard: Abosultely no way! I've never buried a penny in my life and wont start now! You don't spend what you can't afford...
Hilary: Well maybe sell off some unused assets...

Sanjita walks trough the front door, putting her keys on the table and her coat on the edge of the sofa.
Iqbal walks into the longuue from the bedroom, shes Sanjita and hugs her.
Iqbal: Awww your back, I never heard you come in...
Sanjita: I've only just got back...
Iqbal: How did it go at the doctors? Everything ok?
Sanjita: Ok... the result's will be back soon...
Iqbal: Have you told anyone about the rape yet...
Sanjita: Like who!?
Iqbal: Amy, Val, Mandy...your mates...it's hard for you to speak to us...maybe its easier for a friend...
Sanjita: I don't want everyone knowing what's happened to me...oh it's Sanjita the rape victim, give my your pity...

Val walks towards the gps, a nervous look on her face, she looks over her shoulder to see if anyone she knows is around.
She opens the door to the gps but then freezes on the spot. She looks around and sees the bus pulling up at the bus stop.
She runs off towards the bus, purposefully missing her appointment at the doctors.

Richard and Hilary finish showing Michelle around the cottage, and he hands over the keys...

Hilary: Do you need a hand in moving your stuff?
Michelle: Nah, i'm fine thanks, Mums gonna help me
She pauses
Michelle: Kate.
Hilarys heart sinks, Michelle sees this...

Hilary looks more happy. Richard smiles...
Richard: Right ladies, knock yourselves out! I'm gonna go buy some land!
He walks off, and mutters...

Val and Amy are sitting inside a cafe, looking at the rain on the windows...
Amy: I dont talk about her much. But my Mum. She had cancer... she had everything to live for- a family, great friends, a job... But she died in her prime. I've had to live most of my life never knowing what she thinks of me, and how i've turned out. And my poor old Dad, left on his own... It tears my heart out whenever i think of it.
Amy sips her tea
Amy: You've got 2 beautfull girls, and a fantastic husband to live for, Val. Dont let it get snatched away from you, like it was from my Mum. Just go get it checked out, and then you'll know one way or the other.

Patrick and Amy are in the kitchen having a conversation. Hayley storms upstairs in tears.
Patrick: (Concerned) Hayley!?
Hayley ignores them and rushes to her room, locking the door behind her.
Patrick: Hayley, are you okay!?
Patrick rushes to her bedroom, but realises she has locked the door. Amy follows relecutantly.
Patrick: Is everything okay honey?
Hayley: Just go away!
Amy has her arms folded, she rolls her eyes, clearly not impressed with Hayley's performance.
Hayley sits alone in her room. She picks up her pregnancy test from her beside cabinet, the two blue lines remain. She throws it to one side and tries to hold back anymore tears.
The scene returns to Patrick outside her door, a concerned look on his face.
Patrick: Look I just want to make sure you're ok...
Amy: :rolleyes: If you fall for it everytime she puts on the waterworks Patrick she will have you wrapped around her little finger...
Patrick: What is it Amy!? Can't you see the poor girl is upset!?
Her bedroom door is unlocked, Patrick opens it.
Patrick: Can I come in?
Hayley gives a slight nod as she sniffs away her tears. Patrick sits down on the side of her bed and gives her a hug.

Luqina walks into Marbal, where Ruby is serving behind the bar.

Jared's luxury office, with modern furniture and larger glass windows looking out over the Torbay landscape. Jared is looking out at the view as Brendan, the Ashworths lawyer is reading trough some documents at the desk.
Jared: Finally Brendan the time has come to teach that slimey toad a lesson...not to rob things that don't belong to you...
Brendan: Fighting fire with fire is hardly the way to get justice tough is it Jared?
Jared: Look Brendan you've known this family for years and what affect Richard Taylor has had on us...surely you understand!?
Brendan: I'm just not comfortable about doing this...
Jared: There's nothing legally wrong with it, just serves him right if he doesnt read things before signing them...
Brendan gives Jared a lock of wisdom and disaproval. Jared's intercom buzzes
Jared: Yes?
Secretary: Mr Taylor here to see you sir...
Jared: Send him in.
Richard walks in, carryign a breifcase, Jared attempts to shake hands with Richard but he's having none of it.
Jared: Would you care for a drink? Please...take a seat...
Richard: I'm not planning on staying long.
Richard opens his breifcase and hands Jared the cheque.
Richard: £500,000 there...
Jared kisses the cheque, to Richard's disgust, he then folds it up and places it in his pocket.
Richard: I take it you have the documents...
Jared: Naturally, all above board, just had my lawyer check it out...it's 100% kosher...
Richard gives Jared a suspicous look. He then looks at Brendan
Brendan: You have my word Mr Taylor... i'm as honest as they come...
Richard picks up a pen and reluctantly signs the document. Jared looks on with a smile on his face...

Patrick grabs Andonis by the neck and pushes him up against the wall.
Patrick: Think it's clever eh!? Getting my daughter up the duff!?

Andonis shakes his head weakly.
Kash: How could you be so bloody iresponsible! Haven't you heard of protection!?

Amy and Hayley rush into the house, their is an uncomfortable atmosphere between the five of them.

Kash looks at Andonis with disgust.

Hayley: Look the lot of you! There's no need for all this...Andonis doesn't want the baby, and neither do I...

Hayley: I'm only saying how we both feel, we don't want this child, abortion is the only option...

INT. MANSFIELD'S HOUSE - NIGHT
Richard and Hilary have come for a meal, along with Rebecca they are sitting in the living room. Nick and Vicky on the floor. They are fussing over baby names.
Richard: I still say Richard...name him after his grandad...
Hilary laughs
Hilary: Oh how vain of you!
Rebecca: How about Becky or Bex... quite popular these days...
Hilary: Becky...Rebecca...the pair of you was bad as each other!
Richard: What about you Vicky, any names taken your fancy yet?
The group laugh. Vicky looks a bit uncomfortable at the talk of baby names. Nick notices this and tries to change the subject.

There is a knock at the door.
Rebecca: I'll get it...
Rebecca leaves the room. There is a muffled argument. The 4 of them look at the the hallway. Rebecca returns, followed by Kyle.

Patrick lets go of Andonis. Along with Kash and Hayley they all look at Amy.
Patrick: I can't see any possible solution here Amy...if Hayley doesn't want the baby then she doesn't have to have it...
Amy: I agree...
Patrick: But its either her having it or not having it... and you're dead against an abortion...
Amy: That's not the only option open to us here...
Hayley: What the hell are you barking on about you mad old cow?
Amy: You want rid of your child... and you can, just not a termination...
Kash: You've lost me...
Amy: Well me and Patrick want a baby so much...

Amy is sitting at the Doctors desk, tentively. Val and the Doctor come back from around the divider, Val pulling her top down..
Doctor: Valerie, are you sure that you would not like this to be more private?
He gestures at Amy...
Val: No... if you dont say it in front of her, then i'll never let you say it at all..
Doctor: Ok, well, there is definatly a lump there...
Val takes a deep breath in...
Doctor: Its impossible for me to tell if this is something to be concerned about, so i will be referring you to a specilist immediately. You should have an appointment within the next 2 weeks.
Amy: Immedietly? Is it... is it that urgent?
Doctor: I'm sure you understand that we cannot take any chances with this. I'll put the referral through straight away.
Val puts her head on Amys shoulder, a tear rolls down her cheek

The pair laugh. Richard storms into the house in a panic, rushes into the study and throws papers around everywhere looking for Jared's contract. The pair walk towards the study looking concerned.
Nick: Dad... is everything okay?
Nick: Okay!? Everything is far form okay!
Hilary: Richard, what ever is the matter?
Richard finds the contract and reads it, looking anxious.
Richard: I donate the sum of blah blah to Jared Ashworth...to be used as seen by the major shareholder...
Nick: Dad? What's going on...?
Richard: It's Jared Ashworth! The swindling crook! He's conned me! He's conned me good and proper!
EXT. BAYMOORE STREETS - EVENING
Early evening. Val and Amy are walking back from the doctors, after Val was given news of an imenant hospital appointment.
Val: 2 weeks...can you believe I've got to wait another 2 weeks....
Amy: You just need something to take your mind off things hun...
Val: I dont know...all I'm going to have on my mind is this bloody lump...and this ruddy appointment...this fortnight cant come fast enough...
Amy: How about a girly night out, me you, the girls, down Marbal one of the nights...hows that sound?
Val: I don't think I have the drive for it at the moment Amy...
Amy: Nonscene! Val Andrews! The life and soul of the party!

INT. ANDREWS HOUSE - EVENING
Val enters the dark and empty house. She takes off her coat and picks up the cordless house phone. She sits down at the kitchen table and dials James mobile number.
The phone rings out: no reply. She puts the phone down. Sits all, and starts to cry to herself...
INT. HOTEL BEDROOM - EVENING
The camera pans up from a floor with clothes spilled over it up onto a bed in a hotel room where James and Lorraine are in bed.
James phone rings "home" but he doesnt answer, he just lets it ring.
Lorraine: Are you going to answer that or not?
James: No... I'd rather just lye here with you...
Lorraine snuggles up to James and looks in his eyes.
Lorraine: It's Val isn't it?
James: When is it never...
The phone stops ringing.
Lorraine: Do you still love her...after all this time?
James: I don't know... probably not..not anymore...
Lorraine: Oh?
James: We just seem to have grown apart over time, we're not the people we used to be... she's just...not the woman I fell in love with...
Lorraine: Let's hope you don't go off me as fast as you have her...
James puts his hand on her head and stares into her eyes.
James: I never will... I love you too much...me and Val...just don't matter anymore...what's important is me...and you...
Lorraine kisses him on the lips. They then both pick up their glasses of champange and toast to their relationship...

INT. SERGIO'S FLAT - DAY
Sergio is lying topless in his bed, post sex. Luqina is in the ensuite shower, calling out to him.
Sergio: That was just...amazing...

Luqina: (Laughs) Definatley..
Luqina walks into the room, in her underwear, she puts her dress back on.

Luqina gives Sergio a seductive look then leaves. Sergio gets out of bed and opens his wardrobe, which was slightly open, he pulls out a video camcorder. He rewinds the tape and plays it: showing him and Luqina having sex.
He raises an eyebrow at the action then switches it off. He dials a number on his mobile.
Sergio: Hiya...yeah is this the News Of The World.... fantastic...yeah...I've got the biggest story of the year for you...

Richard walks into the office of Helen Stokes. Helen is the family solicitor of the Taylors played by Amanda Meiling.
Richard: Thanks Helen...so glad you could see me at such short notice...
Helen: I can always spare a few minutes for an old friend, what's the matter?
Richard: It's that Jared Ashworth! He's conned me out of a ton of money!

Richard hands Helen the contract, she puts on her spectacles and reads trough it.

Roxy enters the pub with her guitar. She opens it up and sets up her stage. Patrick comes over to her to talk.

Hilary is parading around looking agitated (clearly an act). Nick is flicking trough various documents frantically. Richard returns, pours himself a drink and downs it in one.
Hilary: What did Helen say? Any luck?
Richard: No... he's got away with it, there's nothing we can do about it...
Hilary: Oh Richard...I don't know what to say...
Richard: Don't say anything... I don't want to talk about it... I've made a bloody stupid mistake and just want to forget about it!
Nick: It's not the end of the world tough dad...
Richard: Nick we've lost just under a million pounds with this deal! They're not gonna be sending in the ballifs anytime soon, but even so we cant afford to loose that amount of money!
Nick: Well you've got me thinking, and I've got an idea...
Hilary looks slighty concerned that an idea has arisen.

Nick: The empire... we need to improve some of our services, get the maximum out of what we have...

Amy is watching the television, curled up on the sofa. Hayley walks in with a smug grin on her face, she sits down, still smiling.

Whispered conversations begin around the pub between the punters. Patrick hurries from behind the bar to split it up.

Amy: No Patrick this is a sick little trick that she's pulled on me, and I'm sick of it.
Amy slaps Hayley around the face, a fight erupts between the pair. The punters look on with enjoyment. Patrick splits the pair up.

Amy: It was no more than you deserved you evil little bitch!
Patrick: (Angry) Amy! Shut the hell up! Haven't you made a fool of yourself enough already tonight!? Take a bottle of Vodka and go drown your sorrows alone instead of taking it out on everyone around you!
Amy looks at Patrick, but then starts to cry, she runs off in tears. The punters beginning to laugh/talk about the scene. Hayley has a smug grin on her face. 1 - 0.

Nick has just told Richard and Hilary about changing the Bingo Hall into a lesuire complex.
Richard: Nick, my son! That sounds amazing!
Nick: Do you like it?
Richard: I love it! It's certainly what we need! We can maximise our profits easily! (To Hilary) I knew we had a clever lad here Hilary... a pride to the family...
Nick: It's only a suggestion...
Richard: Yes but a damn good one! I'll get onto the architect in the morning, make sure he draws up some plans as soon as possible! I can't wait to get this project off the ground... I think this calls for a celebration, champgane everyone?

Roxy is at the bar, still shaken from Amy's unprovoked attack. Patrick is pouring her a drink to settl her nerves.

Roxy takes the drink and downs it in one.
Patrick: I have no idea what came over the woman, she's a flaming loon when she wants to be...
Roxy: Maybe it's best that I hand in my notice...

They say their goodbyes. Roxy makes her way out of the pub, he she passes Chris and Romeo in one of the booths. Chris grabs her attention.

Luqina is sprawled on the sofa pampering herself whilst watching tv. There is a knock at the door and Tom goes to answer it. It's a courier, Tom signs his clipboard and takes the letter.
Luqina: Who was it?
Tom: Just the courier...got the cheque from the sale of nan's house...
Luqina: You've sold it already!?
Tom: Yeah, this one couple fell in love with it and made an offer straight after the viewing...
Luqina: Well we shan't complain, a few hundread grand will go along way, we should put it towards the wedding :D
Tom heads into the kitchen, Luqina picks it up, shes about to put it in her pokcet, but Tom returns. He takes it off her.
Tom: I think we best put this in a safe place until I can pay it in tomorrow.
Tom puts it in the cabinet, then locks it and puts the key in his pocket. Luqina looks on heartbroken, all that money not available to her.
Tom: Anyways babe I best head off to work...
Tom kisses her the pair say their goodbyes. Tom leaves for work. A few minutes later the newspaper is pushed trough the letter box. Chris comes downstairs.
Luqina: Pick up the paper on your way in Chris...
Chris: (Jokes) Shall I read it too you aswell? :p

There is no reaction, Luqina gets up due to Chris silence. He walks into the room, holding the paper looking stunned. Luqina looks concerned.
Luqina: Chris? What is it?
Chris looks up at Luqina in disgust.
Chris: Romeo was right all along..
Luqina grabs the paper off Chris. On the front page is a picture of Luqina and the words "Luqina cheats on fiance". Luqina looks concerned and turns to the centre pages where there are images of her photoshoot, and stills from Sergio's sex tape.
Chris: You've played us all for a mug...you slut...
Luqina throws the paper to floor and storms out of the house, practically in tears.
INT. SINGHS HOUSE - MORNING
Andonis is sitting alone in the living room. Hollyoaks omnibus is on the television but he is staring into space. Kash walks into the room.
Kash: Are you going to just sit there all day feeling sorry for yourself?
Andonis: Sounds like a plan to me...
Kash: Haven't you got friends to go out with? Things to be doing?
Andonis: What's the point?
Kash: How long are you going to keep up this self-pity act!?

There is an awkward silence in the room.
Kash: In less than nine months time you could have a child... you have made this situation and you need to face up to your responsibilitys.
Kash leaves Andonis alone to think over what has just been said.

Andonis is walking out of the gates, struggling to put his hood up in the rain, as its hooked on his bag. Hayley walks over...

Hayley sorts his hood out, and goes to walk off, muttering...

Andonis catches up with her, and stops her...

Andonis: Haylz, we need to talk...
Hayley: What about, I think we've said all we have to...
Andonis: Well what's the latest... last thing I knew Amy was asking for the baby...
Hayley: Yeah and I'm gonna give it her...

Hayley: Why not? I don't want it, neither do you...we're both so young and have our whole lives to live...we don't want to be tied down by the burden of a child...it's for the best...

INT. BACHELOR BOYS HOUSE - DAY
Luqina rushes into the house in a panic. She sees a pile of her bags in the hallway, she takes a deep breath and heads into the living room. Where Tom and Chris are staring at her. Tom opens the paper and reads a few lines.
Tom: "She kissed me all over...telling me I was the best man she'd ever slept with, no one came close... she said her fiance was a let down in every sense of the word..."

Tom throws the paper at her in rage.

The house phone rings, the flat is empty.
Sanjita and Ruby come trough the front door, having been shopping.
Sanjita: I'll get it...
Sanjita turns off the burgular alarm then heads to the phone.
Sanjita: Hello?
Ruby looks on as Sanjita speaks on the phone.
Sanjita: Yes...ok... I'll be there...
Sanjita puts the phone down, looking suddenly worried.
Ruby: Mom...what is it?
Sanjita: It was the doctors, they said my results have come back...I've got to go and fetch them tomorrow...
INT. BACHELOR BOYS HOUSE - DAY

Chris seems uncomfortable hearing the confrontation.

Tom leaves the house, holding back the tears. He closes the door. Luqina is on the floor on her knees, in tears. Her eyes move over to the locked cabinet...
Lets hope Tom means it. How does she think shes going to cash that cheque though if she gets into the cabinet - isn't it made out to Tom??

EXT: RED RUM PUB- Day
Luqina walks past the pub, clutching a bottle of Vodka. She stops, and sits on a wall, sipping from the bottle. Val walks out the pub, and gives her an evil look. She walks on by, then turns and storms over to Luqina...
Val: You know what? This has to be the best thing that Tom has ever done. Finally got some sense and seen what a munipulative bitch you are!
Luqina: Leave it out, Val!
Val: Want to drink yourself into an early grave? You're right, thats a good idea, for all of us!
Val storms off, satisfied about what has happened. Romeo walks along the street, past Luqina...

He walks off. Luqina sobs into her hands. She wipes her eyes, and staggers to the bus stop, crying her heart out

Val walks up to the gates of the clinc, and reads the sign. She looks at the building, and sighs deeply. She walks up the to door...

Val walks tentively into the examination room
Nurse: Mrs. Andrews, before we carry out the examination, would you fill in this short questionaire for me? Its about your family history etc. Thanks.
The Nurse walks over to the curtain, and disappears. Val looks down the form, a few stick out...
Is there a family history of breast cancer in your family?
Are you on any medication?
She begins to fill it in, when the Nurse reappears, and sits down at the desk.
Nurse: Thanks for filling that in for me...
Val: So it really is Cancer then?!
Nurse: Thats what we're going to find out for you, sweetie. I'm going to do a triple assessment of you today...
Val: What does that mean?!
Nurse: A Mamogram firstly, which is similar to an X Ray. We'll do this at different angles, to get a greater picture...
Val: (Jokingly) Of these old things?! What would you want that for?!
Val forces a laugh, and sighs deeply...
Nurse: I'll then take a sample of your tissue, and send this off to the lab, to find out if theres any abnoralaities with this.
Val: So thats what... a needle?
Nurse: Yes. I'll use a small needle first of all, then use a local anesthetic on the breast, and use a larger needle. A Fine Needle Aispiration Cytology and a Core Biopsy.
Val: Ok...
Nurse: Have you got any questions, before we start?
Val: Why has this happened to me?!
The Nurse gives Val a comforting smile..
Nurse: I can understand how you feel. If you would go behind the curtain and remove your top, then we'll get this over and done with, so you know for certain, yeah?
Val nods, and walks to te curtain, terrified
INT: DOCTORS SURGERY- Day
Iqbal and Sanjita walk into the Surgery, and sit down opposite the Doctor...
Sanjita: I can't stand this any longer...
Doctor: I've received the results from your examinations. Are you sure you dont want to know in ... private?
The Doctor indicates to Iqbal..
Sanjita: No. Whatever it is, you tell us both.
The Doctor opens a file, and flicks through the papers..
Sanjita: Is it AIDS? Please... tell me its not AIDS...
Doctor: Its not AIDS. Or HIV.
Sanjita breathes a sigh of releif, and looks at Iqbal positively..
Sanjita: So i'm in the all clear?!
Doctor: In a way. You've not got any STIs, Sanjita. But... you're pregnant
Sanjita looks at the Doctor in shock, her eyes welling up with tears...
Sanjita: Oh my God...
The Doctor turns around, picks up a "Termination" leaflet, and gives it to Sanjita

Tom is sitting alone, devastated. Chris is unsure of how to react around his friend.

There is a knock at the door. Chris goes to open it.

Amy Winehouse's Rehab is played as we see close ups of a woman walking trough an airport, carrying a large sports bag as hand luggage.
Close ups of her designer sunglasses, expensive earrings and bright red lips. She grins. She takes off her sunglasses, it is Luqina.
Danilo, her "ex" husband is standing in the depatures lounge.
Danilo: Have you got it?
Luqina: Every penny...
She unzips one of her bags and shows a bag wedged with £100 notes.
Danilo: How did you get it so fast?
Luqina: I have my ways...:p Look all that matters is that I've done what I promised you... I always told you I'd get us a small fortune off that man...
An anouncemnt for people to board the flight to Portugal can be heard.

The pair kiss each other, and head off with grins on their face. In the background Tom and Chris are running towards them.

Behind them security guards grab them.
Chris: Security! Stop that woman she's a theif!
Security: And you haven't paid for a ticket, now get out!
As Tom and Chris are escorted away they look at Luqina with utter disgust. She smiles and blows them a seductive kiss, before walking away with the money.

Nick walks up to the bingo hall and puts up an anouncement.
THIS BINGO HALL WILL BE CLOSLEY PERMANATLY AT THE END OF THE YEAR FOR NEW VENTURES, REGARDS THE MANAGEMENT
Val walks by reading to go to work.

Nick clearly doesnt want to have an argument with Val over the poster.

Sergio is sitting at a table outside, looking out onto the Torquay beach. He is reading the newspaper about him and Luqina, he has a grin on his face. Someone sits down opposite him.
Sergio: Job well done then eh?
The camera cuts to reveal Romeo, who has a grin on his face.
Romeo: Certainly... I owe you one mate...
Sergio: Any time, we both won...I get 100k and you get that bitch out of your mate's life...
Romeo: She may be gone, but she had the last laugh...
Sergio: How do you mean?
Romeo: She robbed Tom before she left... rotten timing...
Sergio: What can I say mate, you win some, you loose some... at least she's out of his life...anyway I have things to be doing, model to be bedding :D
The pair shakes hands and say their goodbyes. Sergio leaves. Romeo picks up the paper, thats turned to the Luqina/Sergio article. He gets up and throws it in the bin.
Romeo: In with the rubbish, where you belong...so long bitch...
Romeo heads off. The camera pans in to the smiling face of Luqina.

Richard drives up to the crowd, as he gets out of the car they all begin to surround him, continuing their chanting.

Tom is sitting on the beach, on lifeguard duty, looking clealry depressed. Emma walks up to him and sits down beside him.

Tom: I haven't even got a smile for myself at the moment...
Emma: It's best to think positive Tom, at least she's out of your life now...

INT. MANSFIELD'S HOUSE - NIGHT
Vicky has just opened to door to Kyle, who is brining Daniel back after a day out.
Daniel: Hi mom!
Vicky: Hey big man! Had a good day!?
Daniel: Yeah it was cool!
Kyle: Go in and see your gran Dan, I need a quick word with your mom.
Daniel runs off into the living room. Vicky is clearly not impressed at having to speak to Kyle.
Kyle: It'll only take a minute Vicks...
Vicky closes the door and leads him into the Kitchen.
Vicky: Well what is it then?
Kyle hands Vicky a couple of leaflets.
Vicky: Well what are all these about?
Kyle: They're about paternity tests...
Vicky throws them into the bin.
Vicky: No way...
Kyle: Whether you like it or not Vicky I want one taken before the baby is born... I have a right!

Kyle leaves, with Vicky dwelling on what he has just said.
EXT. BAYMOORE BEACH - DAY
Marcus: Tom! Quick! Someone's drowning!
Tom gets up and runs towards the sea where a girl is drowning. He dives into the sea and begins swimming, as the girl screams for help.
Tom looks around in a panic and cant see her anywhere, he dives underwear and sees the girl floating just below the surface. He picks her up and comes up for air.
Tom coughs and splutters and gasps for air. The girl is not breathing, he shakes her but she does not respond. He panics and begins to swim back to the beach.
An ambulance pulls up and the parademics run down towards the beach where the girl is on the floor. Tom is trying to give her CPR. Her father is looking on, scared and angery.
Father: Why the hell wasn't you watching her eh!? Why wasn't you doing your job!?
Tom: I'm sorry...I'm sorry...
The paradeics continue the CPR on the girl.
Father: If she dies then I swear to god I will kill you!
Tom has a look of concern, for both the girl, his job and his life...
INT: MANSFIELD HOUSE
Vicky and Nick are cooking Dinner. Nick isn't talking, and just walking around Vicky..

Nick: I just thought we'd left Kyle behind us, but whenever i turn around, he's there, after us...

Nick: But if he's the father... he's got to be involved. And then i'm going to have to remember... what happened, for the rest of my life... How will i be able to move on then?!

Yes so that is why a lot of people wait until the baby is born. I think this is also how they test for Downs.. taken tissue samples from the unborn child, hence a lot of women won't do that test.. not so sure on that thou

INT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - NIGHT
Tom enters the hospital, holding a teddy bear and a large bar of chocolate. He looks into the ward and can't see the girl anywhere.
All of a sudden the father appears and pushes Tom against a wall, the teddy and chocolate fall to the floor, Tom is left gasping for breath.
Father: You killed her you *******!
Tom: What!?
Father: My little girl is dead! And it's all your fault! You killed her!
Tom: (Stunned) I'm...so...sorry....
Father: Too damn right you're sorry! So sorry you ever lived! Because by the time I'm done with you your life wont be worth living!
Chris enters the hospital, having parked the car. He sees Tom in trouble, and grapples with the man to get off Tom.
Chirs: Lay off him will you!?
Father: My daughter is dead becuase that idiot couldn't do his job properly!
Chris: Well maybe you should have kept an eye on her in the first place!
Father: How dare you make out it's my fault! It's his job to make sure everyone is safe on that beach! Not mine!
Tom: I'm so sorry...
Father: I'm gonna make you pay for this you murdering scumbag! You're gonna loose you job and every penny to your name!
The father storms out of the hospital, leaving Chris with a stunned and emotional Tom.
INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - NIGHT
Nick is sitting alone at the bar, having drunk a few pints to drown his sorrows.
Nick: Another one in there when you're ready Patrick...
Nick doesnt hear a response, he looks up and sees Amy standing behind the bar, arms folded looking at him with a look of disaproval on her face.
Nick: Amy :rolleyes: ...
Amy: Drowning your sorrows...you seem to be doing that a lot recently...
Nick: Since when have my drinking habits been any bloody concern of yours!?
Amy: When it effects my best friend it has everything to do with me...come on what have you two fallen out over now?

Tom is sitting in the living room staring into space, Chris is sitting on the sofa watching the tv, but it's all a distant blur to Tom, who can't get over the death of the young girl.
We see flashbacks to Marcus shouting at him, him going in to save her, then him trying to do CPR on her.
Woman: Help! Help! My babies drowning!
Tom shakes out of his daze and stares at the TV, Chris is watching Baywatch as Pamela Anderson and David Hasslehoff run into the sea to save a drowning child.
Tom: For god sake Chris! Have you got any sense in that brain of yours!?
Chris: But...it's Pamela with her big..
Tom: Do you think it's funny!? A girl drowning!? Becuase of me!?
Chris: Sorry I didn't think...
Tom: That's your problem! You never do!
Chris switches the channel. The doorbell rings. Tom does not attempt to asnwer it.
Chris: I'll get it then shall I? :rolleyes:
Chris gets up to open the door. As he does so we see a close up of Tom who is practically in tears.
Chris: Tom...you've got a visitor...
Tom looks up. His boss is standing in the room, arms folded looking serious.

Tom's Boss walks into the House...
Boss: I wont beat around the bush. I know whats happened, and i have to say, i am shocked and disappointed that someone i put so much trust into could allow such a tragedy to occur...

Boss: I dont want to know, Tom. I cannot beleive you would allow a little girl to drown, on your shift. Or on anyones shift, come to think of it!

Boss: Therefore i am severly stunned at the fact that the girls father has decided to not press charges against either one of us

Boss: The father has decided not to sue you, or me and my company as a result of your disconduct. Something i'm sure even you can understand is a huge step for any father to take...
Tom: (Stunned) Yes... i understand... I just... i can't beleive this happened at all. But to not lose my job, and now have a court case... thats...
Boss: (Intrupts) I think you've missunderstood me, Thomas. The police are not going to press charges against you, however this is the most severe form of mis conduct you could have possibly commited! I'm sorry to do this, but i have no choice but to sack you, Tom.

Amy and Vicky are at the side of the bar, talking...
Vicky: I beleive him, i think he's being genuine. And of course he has a reason to be like that sometimes, after everything thats happened...

Richard, Hilary and Nick are sitting at the table eating their breakfasts. Nick's mobile phone rings. He answers it and speaks into it. He puts it down.
Nick: Dad...that was Vicky...she wants me and you to meet her down the pub at lunch...
Richard: What for?
Nick: She didn't say...
Gordon, the estate agent for the Taylors, walks into the kitchen.
Richard: Oh Gordon, you're up early...
Gordan: Well I had an offer for the cafe late last night, so I thought I'd come and tell you face to face first thing...
Hilary: Well don't keep us in suspense, what is the offer?
Gordan: 120 thousand...
Richard: Deal...
Nick: But dad! The cafe could sell for more than that!
Richard: I don't care Nick, I want it off our hands, and that 120 will go a long way for the lesuire complex...
Gordan: I am to tell them their offer is accepted then?
Richard: Yeah please Gordon! And thank you for your services, can I get you a glass of champagne to celebrate?
Gordan: Oh it's a bit too early for champagne Richard...
Richard: Out of intrest, do you know who the offer was from?
Gordan: They wanted their identity to be kept a secret until after the sale...Anyways I best be off, see you soon.
Richard and Gordan shake hands and say their goodbyes.
Hilary: Well there goes the cafe...
Richard: It's a shame to see it go but it's for the best I suppose...
Nick looks annoyed, he keeps it to himself and continues eating his breakfast.

Val and Amy are sitting outside the docotors office, Val is clearly nervous, her hands shaking. Amy grabs her hand and holds it, offering her support.
Val: I'm so scared Amy... I don't want to have cancer...
Amy: Hey enough of that... you've GOT to think positive Val, hope its benign...
Val: Yeah, and what if it isn't?
Amy: We will cross that bridge IF we come to it...
The doctors door opens and he walks out to greet Val and Amy.
Doctor: Mrs Andrews?
Val: (Nervously) Yes..
Doctor: If you...and your friend, would like to follow me...
The three of them walk into the office. Val and Amy take a seat oppsoite the doctor. Amy keeps a tight firm grip of Val's hand.
Doctor: There is no easy way of telling you this Mrs Andrews...but the tests show that you do have Breast No...
Val: (Quietly) Oh no...
Doctor: You have a stage 1, grade 1 tumour...
Amy: Well...what does that mean?
Doctor: It means that the tumour less than 2cm, no spread,... and your cancer cells are the same as normal cells...not growing rapidly...
Amy: So that's good then isn't it?
Val: Good!? How can any of this be good Amy!? I've got friggin' Breast Cancer!
Val bursts into tears, Amy grabs hold of her, offering her support.
Doctor: Mrs Andrews, I would like to stress to you that women who have stage 1, grade 1 tumours of the breast have a very good chance of fully recovering...
Amy: See Val, that's good news...so doctor, where do we go from here?
Doctor: Well first things first we will operate, remove the tumour...then we will follow with a breif course of chemotheraphy to prevent any cancerous cells returning... I really wouldn't worry Mrs Andrews, you have been very fortunate here, I have ever hope that you will recover from this in hull heath...
Val is still in tears, lost for words, she continues to cry and Amy comforts her...
INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - DAY
Richard and Nick walk into the pub, mid conversation.
Richard: They were saying that if we have plans submitted within the next week we should get the permission by the authorities before Christmas...
Nick looks for Vicky, as the pair walk towards the bar.
Nick: Hiya babe...you wanted a word with us?
Vicky: I don't...but they do...
Nick and Richard turn around. Josie pulls out the plug on the JukeBox, the pub falls silent with many of the local residents sitting around the pub, all staring at Nick and Richard.
Richard: What the hell is this all about!?
Annie: We want you to reach a fair decision regarding the bingo hall Richard...
She locks the doors to the Red Rum, and places the key in her bra.
Annie: And no one is leaving this pub until you do so...

Val is looking very frail and scared, Amy is supporting her as the pair walk back to the carpark.
Val: Cancer...me? I always thought it was old people that got it...
Amy: It can strike anyone Val, that's the scary thing...
Val: How I am going to cope Amy!? How can I tell everyone!?
Amy: One step at a time Val... but trust me you WILL get trough it... you are a strong woman Val...as tough as old boots...
Val: That was before I had cancer...
Amy:Nonscence! You're the strongest woman that I've ever met, you will get trough this and you will recover! Even Cancer can't keep Val Andrews down!
Val: I hope so Amy...I really do...
Amy: Just stay positive, and keep smiling and we'll get trough this...
Its so good Val has got Amy to help her through this - would be better if James was there for her rather than being embroiled in his lustful wants (which is only going to get him into deep water...its bound to...).
Very sad about Tom losing his job - lifeguards can't save every life. Ok so he shouldn't have been at work if his mind wasn't on the job properly, but hes going to live with that guilt for the rest of his life.
WOW!! well written Bry and Abi.. Poor Val but at least it can be operated on. Amy is such support to her. Glad Vicky and Nick sorted out the differences. What makes me think Jared has bought the cafe

The camera moves into Lorraine's bathroom, we hear laughter from her and James. The camera pans to show them in a bath tub enjoying a bubble bath, each of them a glass of wine in their hands.

Richard hears footsteps near the back office door. He walks into the office, and recognises the man standing there...

Tom: Oi! What the blooming hell do you think you're doing!?
Romeo pours the contents down the drain, and puts the bottle in the bin...
Tom: I was drinking that! What right do you have to take it off me?!
Romeo: The right to not see my mate drink himself into an early grave!
Tom: I can do what i bloody well want!
Tom goes to another cupboard, and looks for more alcohol. He pushes over a glass jar of jam, which smashes on the ground. Romeo rolls his eyes...

Amy gives Val a disaproving look.
INT. HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE - DAY
Michelle is sat on the sofa looking slightly scared. Kate walks into the room carrying her bag.
Kate: Right then, I'm all packed, I'd best be off got the plumber coming around at 3 to fix my leaky tap...
Michelle: Okay then...
Kate: Are you going to be okay...I feel guilty leaving you after all that's been said last night...
Michelle: I'm fine mom...you go... I have to try and move on...and I can't do that if you're living around her 24-7....
Kate gives Michelle a look of uncertainly.
Michelle: Honestly mom...I'll be alright... I know he's not going to hurt me here... so I just need to boost my confidence up again, move on...
Kate: Alright then...but you know where I am if you need me.
The pair say their goodbyes and Michelle sees Kate to her car. Michelle rushes back in and bolts the door shut. She runs into the room, breathing heavily.
She pulls the curtains shut and turns off the lights, in the middle of the day. She turns up the volume on the TV and sits alone on the sofa, curled up in a ball looking scared out of her wits.
INT. EXETER AIRPORT - DAY
A plane lands on the runaway at Exeter Airport.
A woman, dressed elegantly, with his striking Blonde hair and designer sunglasses steps off the plane.
The scene cuts to this woman walking across the airport, her high hells clickinhg as she goes. She is being followed by a lugage carrier, who is struggling to carry her many suitcases.
The scene then cuts to a group of taxi drivers holding up Surnames of their customers. The woman stops by one of the drivers.
Driver: Mrs Donagoon...
Woman: Not anymore Darling... From now on it's Taylor... (Removes Sunglasses) Tanya Taylor...
Tanya smiles to herself, glad to be home...

Tom, Chris and Romeo are all sat down at a booth. Beer in their hands.
Romeo: So when do you start your new job then?
Tom: Jared wants me to start after Christmas, new year new job...
Chris: Which means three week of some serious drinking...
Romeo: For some maybe...but me and you have work!
Chris: Oh you have to put a downer on things dont you? Anyways...there is one positive thing from everything that's happened recently, it means we are all single again... which is what us "Bachelor Boys" should all be about...
Tom: Women are the last thing on my mind at the moment, nothing but trouble...
Chris: That's not true, there are the few odd exceptions.
Roxy is at the stage singing. Chris looks over to her and continues to speak, Romeo is slightly uncomfortable seeing Chris talk about her.
Chris: Take her for instance... perfect example of what a woman should be...thin...blonde...big, how shall we put it... assets... and on the plus side she has the voice of an angel...
Romeo: Fancy your chances with her then eh? :rolleyes:
Chris: Yeah....I'm on to a sure winner with her... you mark my words...
Roxy finishes singing. Chris calls her over and she follows.
Chris: Roxy! Over here!
Roxy walks over and smiles at them all, especially Romeo.
Chris: Me and my friends have been debating...
Tom: No...you were the only one speaking Chris...
Chris: That if you had to pick one of us three to date... it would be me :cool:
Roxy: Full of yourself aren't you?
Chris: Is that a yes? :p
Roxy: It's a no. If I had to go with any of you three it would be Romeo...because he seems to have a level head on him, he's not bad on the eye and well...we all know waht they say about the Italians...now if you don't mind the testerone buzzing around this table is offputting...
Chris jokingly acts shocked and heartbroken. Romeo and Tom laugh at him, but then Romeo folds his arms, looks over at Roxy and licks his lips. She gives him a quick smile as she goes.
EXT. HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE - DAY
Tanya's taxi pulls up on the gravelled driveway of Honeysuckle Cottage. She pays the driver his fare in two crisp twenty pound notes. He drives off.
Tanya picks up her luggage and hobbles over to the front door. She notices the curtains closed and finds it strange.
She rumouages trough her handbag to find her housekeys. She tries to unlock the door but the key wont fit. She tries again, yet fails.
Tanya rings the doorbell. There is a long pause. Michelle opens the door, but keeps it on the hatch.
Tanya: Who the bleeding hell are you? Don't tell me this place has been taken over by squatters...
Michelle: Oh...erm...Tanya I presume?
Tanya: Yes, and who are you, and more precisley what are you doing in my house!?
Michelle: I'm Michelle...and erm...well there's no easy way to put this, but you don't own this house anymore...
Tanya grits her teeth, clearly annoyed.
Uh oh.....

INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - NIGHT
Roxy is standing at the bar, a drink in her hand. Romeo walks over to her.
Romeo: Can I get you a drink?
Roxy: I've got one...thanks
Romeo: Look I'm sorry about my mate, and what he said earlier... just ignore him, we usually do
Roxy: Oh don't worry, I'm used to men like that, one of the many downsides to being a pub singer...
Romeo: Well I can assure you we aren't all like that...
Roxy: Is that a fact?
Romeo: Look I hope you don't think I'm being forward here, but do you fancy going out for a drink...or a meal or somehing some time...maybe?
Roxy: Are you asking me out on a date Romeo?
Romeo: Oh it doesn't matter, I understand...
Roxy: No... I'd love to, you name the time and place and I'll be there :)
The pair give each other breif smiles. Romeo heads off with a sucessful grin on his face.

Richard: Tanya!
Nick: Looking great as ever, sis!
Tanya: Great to see you guys! But come on, half way round the world i've travelled- explain whats happened...
Richard: Jared Ashworth is trying to put me out of buisness, to be frank. Building casinos, and hotels and complexes, stealing my customers away.
Tanya: Bet you're heartbroken about that, aren't you Hil? The prospect of losing all the money. Though knowing you, you're probably the cause of it!
Hilary: Get out of it!
Tanya: (Turns back to Richard) The Cafe... whats happened with it..?
Richard: Its gone. I've sold it.
Tanya: What?! To who?!
Richard: It doesn't matter who...
Nick shoots him a glare, which Tanya sees...
Tanya: Tell me!
No one replys. She picks up her bag, and throws her jacket over her shoulder...
Tanya: Fine. I'll find out myself.

Can't wait for the fall out when she discovers Craig has bought it...please say we are going to see a new badder, stronger, Tanya who is going to give Craig and Hilary a run for their money!
EXT/INT. GREASY GARY'S CAFE - DAY
Tanya storms over to the cafe from the Red Rum, Richard following behind her concerned for her reactions.
Richard: Tanya! Please!
Tanya: Get off me! I think you've done enough damage already don't you!?
Richard: Please don't flip Tanya...
Tanya: I don't think anything can make me more mad than I already am!
Tanya storms into the cafe where Leah is behind the counter.
Tanya: Leah?
Leah: Tanya, welcome back...
Tanya: How long have you been working here?
Leah: Oh I'm just holding the reigns until Craig finds someone...
Tanya: Craig!?
Craig comes out from the backroom.
Craig: What's all the commotion?...Oh Tanya... what a suprise... I didn't expect you around Baymoore anymore...
Tanya: I bet you didn't! And the moment my back's turned you buy my dead husband's cafe!
Craig: It was too good a deal to turn down... surely you should be having a go at your father for putting it up for sale in the first place?
Tanya: How dare you buy this place! How dare you!
Craig: It's a free country from what I remember Tanya, I paid for this place fair and square...
Richard: Look Tanya can we just leave it?
Tanya: You're just as bad Dad! How could you sell the place to this moron...
Craig: How exactly do you think you are, storming into MY cafe, causing a commotion and calling me a moron?
Tanya: The wife of the man you murdered! The rightful owener of this place!
Craig: Oh will you please stop with these meaningless acusations, I'm growing tired of them...
Tanya storms around the other side of the counter and picks up an industrial sized can of cold baked beans, with the lid off. She pours the beans all over Craig.
Craig faces her, bean juice dripping all over his clothes, he whipes his face and looks at her with with a look of anger on his face.
Tanya: If you think I'm gonna let you get away with what you've done to my family then you're very much mistaken! I'm not the fragile bag of nerves that you threatened to kill anymore Criag! So help me god I wont let this drop until you are six feet under!
Craig: Your a dead woman...
Tanya: Really? :rolleyes:
Craig: You'd better believe it, now get the hell out of my cafe before I kill you myself!
Richard gestures for Tanya to leave, she causes a comotion to shake him off and begins to leave, she gives Craig a look of contempt before she leaves. Craig stands, covered in baked beans, looking outraged.

EXT. BAYMOORE STREETS - DAY
Tanya is walking home on foot, clearly annoyed, she is shouting at Richard into her mobile phone.
Tanya: Well what was I suppose to do!? I cant believe you sold it to him in the first place!... Look I'll be home later, I need to clear my mind okay!?
Tanya hangs up the phone and continues to walk home. Craig's BMW speeds down the road and swerves to the left, blocking Tanya's route. Tanya tries to walk around, but Craig gets out and block her way.
Craig: Get in the car...
Tanya: I don't take orders from you...
Craig: I said get in the car...
Tanya: I think you've got some bean juice behind your ear...
Craig: I shan't tell you again!
Tanya laughs it off and tries to walk away, Craig grabs her and throws her into the car. She kicks and screams. He gets in himself and locks the doors.
Craig: Not so cocky now are you!?
Tanya: Let me go you bloody nutter!
Craig: I thought I explained to you that if you ever came back...I'd kill you...
Tanya: Look Craig, I never intended for a war... I was prepared to come back and leaves thing be...
Craig: And what the hell was that about earlier!?
Tanya: You brought Gary's cafe, how the hell else what I meant to react!? Especially after what you did to him...and the kids...
Craig: I've told you a thousand times...I don't know what your going on about...
Tanya: Please dont patronise me Craig, I know about you and Hilary's scheme, I have the evidence... in a safe place...
Craig: What evidence!?
Tanya: Now I can appreciate that you are...annoyed, at me returning, and don't get me wrong I don't particulary want to use this evidence, I don't think Dad and Nick could cope knowing the truth...but if I have to use it...I will do...
Craig: Why do I get the feeling there's a catch to this?
Tanya: You let me stay in Baymoore... it's where I've live all my life...and my family need me... and in return I promise you that the evidence will never see the light of day... deal?
Craig is hesitant.
Tanya: Well do you want to spend the rest of your life in a prison cell or not?
Craig: You've got yourself a deal Blondie... I don't like you having the upper hand over me...but that cant be changed really can it?
Tanya: (Smug) No...I don't suppose it can...
Craig: We stay out of each others way from now...
Tanya: Sounds fine to me...
Tanya begins to compose herself to leave. Craig grabs her arm.
Craig: But if you ever overstep the line again Tanya, I'll kill you myself, even if it means going to jail for it...
Craig lets Tanya go and unlocks the car. She steps out and begins to walk. The pair are both stunned - should they be scared or pleased? It's clear neither has the upper hand.

Tanya walks into the Mansion. Richard walks out of the Study...
Richard: Tanya- i was worried about you...
Tanya: Well, you didn't seem too worried about selling the cafe, where you worried about me then?!
Richard: You're my daughter, Tan! Course i worried about you! But the business was in crisis... I could've lost this place, the holiday park, the whole business, and all your inheritance... It was the only option.
Tanya: I know, i understand... But Craig?!
Richard: I didn't know it was him, untill the deal had gone through. If i'd have known, i would've been well out of it. The family was in crisis, i didn't have much of a choice at the time...
Tanya: I'm back now. No ones going to pull the wool over our eyes now, and no one is going to get away with crap now.
Hilary walks into the room, and listens to Tanya...
Tanya: I'm a new woman now. The past few months have made me strong, and work for what i want. And God help the person that tries to cross me, now!
Tanya walks out of the room, deliberatly bumping into Hilary in an intimitating way. Hilary looks nervous...

Amy grabs hold of Val's hand in support for her friend.

Romeo is stood at the mirror, combing his hair, he is dressed smart, wearing expensive aftershave for his date with Roxy. Tom is sat reading his paper, Chris is watching the tv.
Chris: So where are you taking her?
Romeo: Valentinos...
Chris: Oh how original...:p
Romeo: Just becuase you're jealous...
Chris: Me? Jealous? When I can pull any girl I like? :cool:
Romeo: In your dreams
The boys laugh.
Chris: But seriously tough you've found yourself a stunner there...

James is in the living room, putting clothes into a suitcase, it is clear he is packing his bags to leave Val.
Outside Val is trying to catch up with Amy as she heads towards the house.
Val: Amy! Don't you dare do this!
Amy: I have no choice!
Val: You wouldn't do this if you cared for me!
Amy: No Val! That's why I'm doing it! Becuase I care for you, and know you need your family here to support you!
Amy knocks on the door. The scene cuts to James shocked reaction. He tries to ignore it, but when Amy knocks on the door again he picks up his case and hides it out of view. He heads into the hallway and opens the door.
James: Amy?
Amy: I need a word...
Amy barges trough and walks into the living room.
James: Now isn't exactly the best time...
Amy enters the living room, and in the corner of her eyes sees Jame's suitcase.
James: What is it?
Amy turns aorund and faces him, James is unsure if she has seen the suitcase...
Poor Val! Shes really going through the wringer at the moment. To see such a strong person, feel so afraid (understandably). Hope things go well.
Good luck Romeo - will he need it though lol
OMG James has packed his bags! Will Amy tell all about Val now, how will he react! Amy is right though - James and Emma should know about this and should be there in support of Val, she shouldn't be doing this alone

Amy shakes her head.

Val looks uncomfortable just as Amy was, unable to say the words.

James is shocked at Val's startling admission.

Vicky and Roxy are chatting at the bar about Romeo. Roxy sips at her White Wine..
Roxy: Tonights going to be great for me. It seems like ages since i really got out there, and had a proper good night.
Vicky: He's my half brother, did you know?
Roxy: I know! I so wouldn't have put you two together!
Vicky: He's a good man though. You two'll have a great time, i'm sure of it.
Roxy: With any luck... god, i'm all jittery inside! Theres just one thing i'm a bit... concerned about...
Vicky: Oh yeah?
Roxy: His ex's? Are there any i should watch out for? No one really says much around these parts about it...
Vicky: There was this one girl, Claire. She lived around here for ages, they got really close. But thats in the past, and totally dead an buried. I'm gonna go home and tuck the little 'un in, but you two have a great time, hun.
Vicky leaves, and Roxy smiles to herself.

James looks away, and his eyes start to well up...

Hilary: Look, I know what I did was wrong... I never meant things to get out of hand....
Tanya: Wrong? My husband and children died because of your sick games...
Hilary: And I'm sorry! But I can't live with the fear...
Tanya: Oh I can, it's one of the few things keeping me going at the moment...seeing you suffer...
Hilary: You're just calling my bluff... you have nothing on me...
Tanya: Is that right?
Hilary: Richard wouldn't believe your stupid lies...

Hilary looks clearly shocked.

INT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - DAY
James and Val follow the nurse as she leads Val to her bed in the ward.
Nurse: This will be your bed Val...if you can get changed into the robes in a bit, then the porter will come for when it's time...
James: Thanks...
The nurse walks off. Val sits down on the bed weakly. James sits beside her and holds her hand.
Val: It's finally happening then...
James: Don't worry, you'll get trough it... WE will get trough this together....I just wish you'd told me sooner
Val: I didn't know what you'd do...or how you'd react...
James: I'd have been for you every step of the way... like I am now...We're all here for you, you just have to tell us...
Val: Don't tell Emma yet... I'll tell her when the time's right...when the operation is over...
James: Don't worry, I won't...
Val: I'm just so scared...
James: You HAVE to keep positive Val... I love you, the girls love you... you just remember that and you will get trough this...(jokes) besides if youre not back for Christmas who will we get to cook the turkey?
Val gives a breif smile. James holds her and gives her a supportive hug.
INT. JENKINS MANOR - DAY
Hilary enters Tanya's room, clealry aware that she's taking a risk. She checks to see that the bathroom is clear before she heads to Tanya's bed and starts to roumage around in her suitcase.
Hilary pulls out clothes, toiletries and gifts, in search of the dictaphone/tape. The bedroom door opens and in walks Tanya, Hilary gives a shocked noise and tries to walk away from the suitcase innocently.
Hilary: Tanya... I was just seeing if you had any dirty laundry that needed washing...
Tanya walks towards Hilary, who gives a nervous gulp.
Tanya: The day you do laundry is the day Peter Stringfellow becomes a gayman... I know exactly what you were doing in here...
Hilary: Oh come on Tanya, cut me some rope... am I just meant to sit around and wait for you to play that tape?
Tanya: As far as I see it, that's your only option...
Hilary casts Tanya an evil look, Tanya has a smug look on her face. She zips up her suitcase and shoves it in the wardrobe.
Tanya: Besdies did you really think you'd find it here... I'm not that stupid... that tape is the most precious thing I own...it's in the safe and capable hands of someone I know I can trust...
INTERCUT:
EXT. VALENTINO'S RESTAURAUNT - DAY
A luxury silver sports car speeds into Baymoore and pulls up outside Valentinos. A man, early twenties, steps out of the car, dressed in a smart suit and shoes.
He removes his designer sunglasses. It is Will Ashworth, he makes a call on his cell phone.
Will: Tanya darling, it's me... yeah I've just got back...
Oooo Tanya and Will Ashworth have teamed up!
*suddenly has flashback to other script and remembers the scene*
Oh I'm so loving this new Tanya!
James better be telling the truth, although how is Lorraine going to react when she hears this news...
INT: TORBAY HOSPITAL- Day
James is pacing around a corridor in the hospital. He looks to the clock, and sees only half an hour has passed. He turns, and is shocked to see Lorraine..
James: Lorraine!
Lorraine: I had a feeling you'd be surprised to see me. Why didn't you show last night?! You were all ready to be with me properly, and then... nothing! No visit, so phone call, no text...
James: I just... Something happened...
Lorraine: Oh yeah?
James: Its Val. I'm sorry Lorraine, but shes got cancer...
Lorraine: And?!
James: What do you mean "And"?! She's got cancer! She could be dying in there for all i know it!
Lorraine looks unemotional, and stern...
James: Sorry Lorraine, but its over. I can't be with you, not now, not ever. I'm just sorry it took this to make me realise that...
Glad James has broken it off, although will it last :hmm: Will Lorraine accept it? Will James be able to keep away? I hope he fully supports Val, now he knows about her cancer etc.
I can't see Lorraine letting this go.. she will make his life at work hell after all she is the boss!!
Tanya and Will, I am sure Richard will not be happy and Hilary now can see if she can get Jared to get the tape from Will
EXT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - NIGHT
James: Sorry Lorraine, but its over. I can't be with you, not now, not ever. I'm just sorry it took this to make me realise that...
Lorraine: You what!?
James: I'm sorry Lorraine but...
Lorraine: No.. don't you dare do this to me!
James: It's the only option...
Lorraine: But you can't just leave me! You don't even lover Val!
James: I do!
Lorraine: That's not how you were feeling yesterday when you were going to leave her for me!
James: I do... I think deep down I always have... it's just... the cancer has made me realise she's the one for me, and what an idiot I've been...
Lorraine: Idiot!? You mean what we've had is "idiotic"
James: I didn't mean it like that...
Lorraine: Really!? How else did you mean it!?
James: Look Lorrain, it's Val I love... I can't bear to loose her... what we had was great....but it has to end...
Lorraine: You've messed with the wrong woman! You and miss wonky tit are gonna pay the price for pissing around with my emotions!
Lorraine gives James an evil look as she storms off, Amy walks around the corner, having heard the entire conversation...
INT. VALENTINOS RESTAURANT - DAY
Will is sitting down, looking out of the window to the sea. A bottle of champagne in an ice bucket is on the table, along with two glasses. Tanya enters the restraunt and sits down.
Tanya: Joe darling, I wondered when you would get back...
Will: I just had to tie up the last few ends in Miami, I'm all yours now
The pair kiss, she sits down oppsite him. Tanya pours the champagne into the glasses.
Will: Where's your ring?
Tanya: Huh?
Will: Your engadment ring...
Tanya: Oh erm... well I didn't want to wear it yet, incase dad saw it...
Will: And what would be so wrong with that?
Tanya: I just want to make an official anouncement to the family...
Will: God, don't remind me... I'm so nervous about meeting them...
Tanya: Well you need to get used to them don't you darling, seen as you're going to be married to me by Feb 14th...
The pair kiss each other tenderly on the lips. Tanya gets up and drags Will up.
Tanya: Come on then, let's tell them....
Joe!! Why is Will calling himself Joe?! And boy are they going to get a shock when they all get together and meet each others families! Can't wait for that!!
Whats Amy going to do now shes overheard the conversation between James and Lorraine?! And Lorraine's reaction!! Be afraid, be very afraid!!

James is certainly gonna regret splitting things off with Val..i have a feeling that she has revenge in mind for both him and Val!
Will and Tanya! What a pairing! I can't wait to see the reactions of the Taylor family when they tell them that they're engaged!

James sits in the corridor, with his face in his hands, contemplating what has happened. Amy sits next to him, sipping a cup of tea...
Amy: Tell me then
James: Huh? Tell you what?
Amy: Tell me what the hell you think you were doing earlier. I'm not stupid, James. The bag... Lorraine and your "private little chat" earlier...
James: Dont read into things, Amy..
Amy: You were, weren't you! You were leaving Val for.... her?! :eek:
James: Dont tell her... please...
Amy: What?! So you dont want to explain it to me, you just want to make sure Val doesn't find out?!
James: I'm sorry...
Amy: Sorry?! Shes in there having treatment her Cancer, James! Do you really think that i would put her through finding out that her so called husband as been cheating on her, while shes been suffering with that?!
James: I didn't know she had it!
Amy: And that really makes it better, doesn't it. You were going to leave her, and now you found out this, you're suddenly with her again...
James: Its just shown me how much i love her. I can't bare to lose her...
Amy: If you dare do this again James, then you've been warned. Cheat on her, harm her, whatever... you do it again, and i'll kill you.
Lorraine is out for Revenge and yes Em.. I was wondering that too, why is Tanya calling Will JOE???
INT. KYLE'S FLAT - DAY
Kyle is sitting down on his sofa with a cup of coffee in his hands. Daniel is on the floor beside him playing on his X Box.
Kyle: I take it you like this game then?
Daniel: Yeah! Halo's cool!
Kyle: (Laughs) That X Box turned out to be the best investment I've ever made, kept you entertained for hours...
Daniel: Luke says the X Box 360 is way cooler! Can i get one for Christmas!?
Kyle: Erm...it's a bit expensive mate...
Daniel: But I need one!
Kyle: You don't need one, you want one... anyways we will have to see what Father Christmas brings you...
Daniel continues to play on his X Box. Kyle gives a devious smile then begins a new topic of conversation.
Kyle: Just think, next Christmas you will have a new baby brother or sister...
Daniel: That's ages away yet!
Kyle: Yeah I'm just saying... a little baby brother or sister, it's gonna be cool huh?
Daniel: Not really, it's only gonna be a half brother or sister...
Kyle: What's wrong with that?
Daniel: Well it's just the same as having a full one is it?
Kyle: (Grins) Dan... your mom hasn't been entirely honest with you...
Daniel: What do you mean dad?
Kyle: Nick is gonna be the baby's daddy, I am...
Daniel looks shocked, Kyle grin with delight....
INT. JENKINS MANOR - DAY
Hilary pours herself a drink at the cabinet, her hands shaking. She downs the drink in one and stares at herself in the mirror.
Richard: Are you ok Hilary?
Hilary: What?
Richard: Are you okay...you haven't been yourself recently?
Hilary: Oh it's just...time of the month...you know...
Hilary pulls a face of worry, stressed about Tanya's evidence. Richard has a concerned look on his face. Tanya walks into the room with Will.
Tanya: We're back...
Hilary: We?
Tanya: Yeah, me and Joe...
Richard: Joe? Who on earth is Joe?
Tanya: Hilary, Dad... Joe is my fiance!!!
Tanya waves her large and expensive diamond ring in the air, a smile of delight on her face. Joe nervously waves his hand and waves it. Richard and Hilary look at each other, fuming...
INT: MANSFIELD'S HOUSE- Day
Vicky is sitting watching the TV, Daniel walks down the stairs..
Vicky: Room nice and tidy now?
Daniel doesn't reply...
Vicky: Daniel? Have you tidied your room like i asked you to?
Daniel sits in a sofa, and doesn't reply...
Vicky: Come on sweetie, whats wrong?
Daniel: I was just wondering... Maybe you forgot to tell me or something...
Vicky: Wondering what?
Daniel: Are you and Dad getting back together?
Vicky: No! What made you think that!?
Daniel: But the Baby is Dad's baby...
Vicky: Thats nonsense, you know its Nicks, Dan. Me and your Dad aren't getting back together, and me, you and Nick are going to be a family together, with your new brother and sister, aren't we? Me, you and Nick... not your Dad...
Daniel storms upstairs...
Playing a child like that and using Dan in that way is so wrong - I hope someone sorts Kyle out and soon - he can't go round using Dan like that to try and cause friction - its not fair on Dan apart from anything else.
Ooo, so Hilary and Richard have met "Joe" (still why is he calling himself Joe - is it to hide he's an Ashworth?!) and what will happen when Hilary discovers that he is Jared's son - will she use that to try and get the evidence away from Tanya - I hope not. She was responsible for the twins death and deserves her comeupance big time!!
INT. KYLE'S FLAT - NIGHT
The lift doors to Kyle's coridoor open. Vicky storms out of the lift and towards his apartment, she hammers on his door. She taps her feet in annoyance of waiting.
Natasha opens the door, wrapped in a towel, wearing nothing else.
Natasha: Vicky?
Vicky: I want to speak to Kyle...
Natasha: What for?
Vicky: Now!
Natasha: He's not in...
Vicky: Where is he then!?
Natasha: I have no idea, look is it important becuase I was just about to pop into the bath...
Vicky: You tell you ******* of a boyfriend that I want him to stay out of mine and Nick's life from now on okay!?
Natasha: Why what's happened!?
Vicky: If he tells Daniel anymore lies then I wont let him see him ever again! The one night stand meant nothing to me, nothing! I've moved on, and so should he!
Natasha: One night stand!?
Vicky: Just tell him!
Vicky storms off in a furious rage. Natasha bites her lip, not happy at the news she has been delivered.
INT. JENKINS MANOR - EVENING
Richard: Joe? Who on earth is Joe?
Tanya: Hilary, Dad... Joe is my fiance!!!
Tanya waves her large and expensive diamond ring in the air, a smile of delight on her face. Joe nervously waves his hand and waves it. Richard and Hilary look at each other, fuming...
Richard: Your fiance!?
Tanya: Yeah! Isn't it great!? :D
Tanya beams hapiness, "Joe" gives a nervous smile.
Richard: No! It's anything but!
Tanya: Dad?
Richard: It's been less than six months since you buried Gary!
Tanya: You think I dont know that!?
Richard: Well what the hell do you think your doing marrying this "Joe" fellow, did you ever care for Gary!?
Tanya: Of course I did!
Richard: You have a funny was of showing it! Your finger is barely cool form taking off his ring!
Tanya: Look dad! It's been an emotional year for me! A lot has happened! Joe has got me trough this, gave me some confidence! Changed who I am! He's a decent man Dad and I want to marry him!
Richard: Well if you expect me to condone this marraige you've got another thing coming!
Tanya: For Christ's sake Dad, we're living in the 21st century! I dont give a damn if you condone it or not! You should be happy for me! For us!
Richard: Dont be so bloody naive Tanya! You've come back from Miami minus any form of common sense by the looks of it!
Will: Look, Mr Taylor...
Richard: Trust me boy you don't want to start an argument with me! Get the hell out of this house!
Hilary: Richard!
Richard: I'm sorry but this is pure madness! I need a serious word with you Tanya! Alone! Now!
EXT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Will leaves Jenkins Manor and walks towards his flash sports car. Hilary opens the front door and walks towards him.
Hilary: Stop!
Will stops and turns to face Hilary.
Hilary: I want a word Joe...or should I say Will?
Will: You what?
Hilary: What is you game he? I know who you are...
Will: You must have me mistaken with someone else...
Hilary: Don't mess with me Will, I know you father... the question is why are lying to Tanya?
Will: Look, what I do and say has nothing to do with it! So keep quiet about it!
Hilary: And you think I'm going to take orders from you little boy....maybe I should tell Tanya about your true identity...
Will: I don't think your in a position to blackmail anyone Hilary... after all I've got a your taped confession of murder...
Hilary suddenly looses her dominance in the conversation, and takes a nervous gulp.
Hilary: How the hell!?
Will: I'm sure the police would love to get their hands on it... so for the time beging I think I'm going to stay Joe Fletcher okay!? One word from you...and your done for...
Will turns his back on Hilary and drives off. Hilary is left alone, scared and vulnerable.
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Tanya is sitting down on the sofa, as Richard passes the room, unable to grasp the situation.
Richard: I just can't understand where you are coming from here...
Tanya: I love him, it's as simple as that...
Richard: When your mother died...
Tanya: Please dad, you didn't love her, so don't start...
Richard: I never went with anyone else out of respect for her memory...
Tanya: I'm not going to forget Gary in a hurry dad...
Richard: It's just so sudden, if you came back as partners then maybe I could understand...but marriage? It's all so sudden Tanya...
Tanya: I can't believe it myself, but I know he's the right man for me dad... he's been my rock for the past six months, he's got me trough it all...
Richard: We could have done that for you...
Tanya: But that's the thing...you didn't... I couldn't when I was around you all... but when I detached myself from the Taylors...Baymoore... Gary and the kids...
Tanya tries to hold back the tears.
Tanya: If you have any idea how much I miss them dad! Not a day goes by without me thinking of them... my whole life has been changed in the past year... Will was there at the right time...
Richard: But is he worth marrying!? So fast!?
Tanya: Yes...I truely believe he is... I'm a grown woman dad, I can make my own decisions and can deal with consequences... Joe makes me so happy...I just want you to support me on this...
Richard sits down beside her and holds her hands.
Richard: If it's what you want... if it's what makes you happy... then go for it...
Richard gives her a hug. Tanya buries herself in her fathers arms. The camera shows his face: unsure of how he should take the new relationship....
:eek: Hilary knows who Will is....obviously Will doesn't like her though :hmm: whats going on there then....
Let her be happy Richard - shes has so much to deal with she deserves some happiness. OK, so "Joe" is lying about who he is which makes you wonder what his ulterior motive is, but Richard doesn't know that. Well done for swallowing your pride - shes a big girl and has to make her own decisions in life. Just be there for her when his real identity comes out, if it causes problems and what ever you do - dont say, I told you so.
