INT. BAYMOORE ARCADE UPSTAIRS FLAT - DAY
Tom and Emma walk into the flat, the curtains are drawn, the room in total darkness. Emma walks across the room and opens the curtains, the room looks shabby and empty.
Emma: A lick of paint and this place will be fab...
Tom: I can't thank you enough babe for this...
Emma: Yeah well it's not like I wanted to go uni and travel the word anyways is it...
Tom: Yeah but I doubt you nan intended you to buy some shabby little flat above a games arcade does she?
Emma: She wanted me to be happy, with the man I love...
Tom holds Emma, and kisses her tenderly.
Tom: I'll pay it back, in monthly installments...
Emma: Don't worry about it...honestly...
Emma begins picking up the rubbish and puts it into a black bin bag.
Emma: Now let's get to work on this place, and then we can show it the boys :D
INT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - NIGHT
Val is outside in the coridoor, looking on as the doctors cover James body. Tears rolls down her face. Claire comes over to her.
Claire: Mom...
Val: Leave me alone...
Claire: Mom, please don't shut me out like this...
Val: He's gone Claire, and he's not coming back...
Claire: I know, and we've got to stick together, now more than ever, it's what dad would have wanted...
Val: How the hell do you know what he'd have wanted!? You weren't married to him for over 20 years!
Claire: It's not my fault he's dead mom, so don't take it out on me okay!?
Val: No, but I know whose fault it is, Craig Harvey's!
Claire: You what!?
Val: One minute he's threating your dad and now this!? It's about time some one showed him that he can't get away with the things he does!
Val storms past Claire, speeding out of the hospital. Claire looks concerned, worried for what her mother will do...

EXT. OUTSIDE THE ADOPTION AGENCY- DAY
Patrick and Amy are walking away from the adoption agency. Amy suddenly pulls out an address book from her handbag.
Patrick: What's that?
Amy: Nothing...
Patrick pulls the address book out of Amy's hands and looks at the page that Amy turned too. It has a girl's address written inside.
Patrick: Amy! Where did you get this from?!
Amy: I just got it from the adoption agency that's all...
Patrick: You stole details from the adoption agency!
Amy: Look relax...
Patrick: This is ludicrous! Not to mention illegal...
Amy: Look Patrick, i've come up with this idea, i can't afford to wait around to get a child, so i thought i'd use my initiative and get this address book, and see this woman myself..see if we can come to some kind of arrangement, without getting the agency involved..
Patrick: But you've stolen the details from the agency, maybe this girl doesn't want you dragging up the issue, hence why she went to an agency!
Amy: Look, i just got the address because i want a word with her, nothing else..it's not like i'm gonna force her to agree to anything, if she says no to my offer then fair enough, but there's no harm in trying is there?!
Amy looks at Patrick determined, but Patrick looks on, unsure over Amy's plans.

INT. HARVEY'S MOTORS- DAY
Val storms into Craig's garage, tears are rolling down her eyes. She starts screaming at Craig who is doing paperwork.
Val: You *******! You've killed my husband! :angry:
Craig: You what?!
Val: My James is dead! And it's because of you!
Craig: I swear, i had nothing to do with it, James got killed in a hit and run..
Val: Yeah and you were behind the wheel! You wanted James dead, you had a motive! It was you! You need to be taught a lesson Harvey, you can't go round getting away with everything! :angry:
Craig: I swear to you, i wasn't involved in James's death...i issued him with a few threats, told him to stay away, mind his own bloody business but i didn't murder him!
Val: Oh no...you didn't murder him did you!? You got one of your heavies to do your dirty work! :rolleyes: Your not gonna get away with this Craig! You killed my husband, and i'm gonna prove it!
Craig: You can't pin anything on me because i didn't do it!
Val: You'll get your commeupance Craig...one day..
Val leaves Craig's garage in tears. Craig looks distressed at the suggestion, clearly he wasn't involved. He gets his phone out and dials in a number.
Craig: Yep mate, i need you to do me a favour...check your databse, I've got a registration number that I need you to trace...
INTERCUT:
(FLASHBACK) EXT. BAYMOORE STREETS - NIGHT
Flashback to the time that James is run over. Craig is sitting in his BMW, looking on in the distance to the entrance of the alleyway.
He sees James running out, and within a split second a car speeds by and sends James flying onto the pavement. Craig looks on in shock at the scene infront of him, clearly things haven't gone to plan.
He quickly takes a picture of the Car's registration number before it speeds off. He stares at James body in the distance, and quickly speeds off, to clear the scene. It is clear that Craig had no invovlment in the hit and run...

Oh my gosh i am in total shock but i still dont believe it was Richard behined the wheel it must be something to do with Hilary???
EXT. LYNNE'S HOUSE - DAY
Patrick and Amy are walking towards Lynne's house.
Amy: This is the one...looks like a really nice area...
The pair head up the garden path.
Patrick: I swear you've lost the plot doing this Amy, you're crazy woman!
Amy: Yeah well thats what 12 years of marraige does to you...
Patrick: I'm gonna make sure this "Lynne" knows that I had no part in this crazy idea...
Amy: You're here with me aint you? That's as good as being involved...
Patrick: Like I had a choice!
Amy knocks on the front door. The pair stand in silence, Amy casts Patrick a disaproving look.
Patrick: What's that for!?
The front door opens and Lynne, a woman in her late teens/early twenties opens the door.
Lynne: Hello? If it's double glazing we had the front and back done the other month...
Amy: Erm we're not here to sell anything, you are Lynne aren't you?
Lynne: (Cautious) Yes, why?
Amy: It's a bit awkward actually...erm...well we saw you're name at the adoption agency and we thought we'd come and speak to you...
Lynne: I don't understand...
Amy: Look do you mind if we come in and explain?
Lynne: (Apprehensive) Ok then, come on in...
Amy: (Enthusiastic) Thank you so much!
Amy and Patrick walk through the door. Patrick casts Lynne an apologitic look as they head into the house...
INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - NIGHT
The pub is in a down mood, with the news of James' death. There is slight chatter, but everyone has sad looks on their faces. Claire comes into the pub, a worried look on her face.
Vicky: Claire hun, I'm so sorry to hear about your dad...
Claire: Yeah, look have you seen my mom?
Vicky: Not recently no, is everything okay?
Claire: She's blaming it all on Craig, and she said she was going to have a word...
Vicky: Oh god, do you think she's okay?
Claire: I don't know, that's what I'm worried about...
The pub falls into sudden silence as Val walks into the pub, she has a look of rage on her face, she is shaking with anger.
Claire: Mom, what's up?
Val whipes the running mascara from her eyes, and casts each and every person a look of pure venom.
Val: Craig wasn't responsible...which means someone in here ran my James over! Come on then! Who did it eh!? What pathetic coward ran my James over and then didn't even have the decency to stop and see if he was alright!?
Claire: Mom, don't do this...
Val: No Claire! Someone in here did this! And I want to know who!
Vicky: I think you'd best listen to Claire Val, go home and sleep on it...
Val: Sleep on!? My husband is dead, how can I sleep with that running around in my head!? I swear to god, when I find out who did this to my James, I'm gonna kill ya! D'ya hear me!? I'll bloody kill ya!
Claire grabs hold of Val's arm, but Val shakes her off and storms off by herself, Claire running after her. Muffled conversations begin to take place between people. A close up of Richard who is suddenly looking very guilty, realising he could well have ran James over...

Amy's lost the plot. And Craig's in the clear from killing James my eye he is.
:crying: James is gone.. I can't believe it.. I still don't think richard did it on purpose.. Hilary and jared is behind this.. How can Callum be so callous.. poor Shell when she finds out about her mum
Cheer Bry and Davey... you have me sitting here crying... had to run out and dry my eye before anyone at work saw.. brilliant piece of writing!!!

INT. JENKINS MANOR- NIGHT
Richard is leaning on his mantlepiece, sipping a glass of expensive wine. Hilary comes in.
Hilary: My god Richard...it's only just gone morning and your starting on a bottle of wine!
Richard: I have good reason too...i think i've done something Hilary, something awful...
Hilary approaches Richard curiously.
Hilary: Like what?
Richard refuses to say anything. Hilary folds her arms in dissaproval.
Hilary: I know there's something wrong Richard...you've been acting off since you got back from the Red Rum...now, what is it? Just spit it out!
Richard: I think i might have killed James Andrews!
Hilary: You what!? You can't be serious!
Richard: Perfectly serious Hilary..i've been so stupid, so silly! I was drinking for christ sake! I woke up at a service station with a bottle of drink next too me, i can't remember what happened..i must have killed James! I must have hit and ran him!
Hilary: Dear god Richard! What the hell have you done!? Why were you drinking behind the wheel?!
Richard: Since i've started losing my memory Hilary, i've felt depressed...i mean let's face it, this is the start of me getting old, becoming forgetful, i just needed something to drown my sorrows so i've turned to drink!
Hilary: You stupid, stupid man! I know you starting to lose your memory has been hard, but you've got to face up to it love, your getting old..your not getting any younger..
Richard: I know...i know..
Hilary: So what are you going to do now?
Richard: I feel so guilty Hilary...really guilty...i mean i've killed 2 people...first Siobhan, now James...
Hilary: Siobhan was different Richard...she was a deranged psycho, she was gonna kill us all if you hadn't done anything! There was no other way to get rid of her...
Richard: But i still killed her! And James was an innocent man, a Baymoore resident for so many years and i snatched his life away from him...i feel so guilty Hilary...
Richard starts crying into his hands. Hilary gives Richard a hug.

INT. LYNNE'S HOUSE- NIGHT
Amy and Patrick enter Lynne's living room. Lynne gestures for Amy and Patrick to sit down.
Lynne: So what is this about?
Amy: Well, you see, we got your address from the adoption agency, and well, me and my husband have been desperate for a baby for a long time now, it's the only thing we've ever wanted! And we saw you were on the adoption agency, and thought we'd pay you a visit...we could always adopt your baby...
Lynne: Look i've left it with the agency to pick the most suitable parents for my child, it's the least I owe to my baby!
Amy: Please! I'm begging you! Me and my husband want a baby more than anything! I can't have my own kids, this is my only chance for a child!
Lynne: I'm sorry, but I'm going to do this officially, whoever the agency decides are the most suitable parents for my baby, then that's who my baby will go too.
Amy: What is it to you who the baby goes too?! If you cared, you would never have put it up for adoption in the first place!
Lynne shouts at Amy, hurt by her words.
Lynne: Just get out! Get out of my house!
Amy: I'm sorry...i didn't mean what i just said...
Lynne: Get out!
Patrick: Come on Amy, let's just go...
Amy and Patrick leave Lynne's living room and leave through the front door. Lynne slams the door on them both. We see Amy, who has a paniced look on her face.

INT. HARVEY’S MOTORS – DAY
Craig is working on a car, when Tanya walks into the garage.
Craig: Tanya, what a pleasant surprise…
Tanya: I’m not here for small talk, I’ve just come to collect Simon’s car…
Craig: How come he cant collect it himself?
Tanya: I don’t think that’s wise given the circumstances, do you?
Craig: What do you mean? :p
Tanya: I suppose you think it’s funny don’t you? What you’ve done to poor Charlie!
Craig: Poor Charlie!? She’s no angel, she’s the one that asked for the drugs!
Tanya: But you didn’t have to sell them to her! Honestly! I thought even you might have some morals…
Craig: Morals are what separate the do gooders from the thilthy rich, it’s about supply and demand, Charlie wanted it, so she got it…
Tanya tries to hit Craig but he reacts fast and grabs her arm.
Craig: I’m getting a slight feeling of déjÃ* vu here Tanya, you really need to learn to control that feisty little temper of yours!
Tanya: Just give me the keys!
Craig grabs the keys and throws them onto the floor.
Craig: Get on your knees and pick them up…like a dog…
Tanya: Piss off Craig!
Craig: Well if you want the car back…
Tanya bends down and picks up the keys, she gives Craig a look of total disgust.
Tanya: You *******!
Tanya gets up and spits in his face, she then turns and leaves the garage, her blood boiling. On her way out she bumps into Jon.
Jon: Tanya, what’s up?
Tanya: Oh it’s him! He deserves to be shot!
Jon: Come on, let me take you for a drink to settle your nerves, you can tell me all about it…
Tanya: No offence but I hardly know you, why would I tell you anything?
Jon: It’s an age old saying Tanya, your enemies enemy is your friend, now come on, the first round’s on me…
Tanya and Jon head off towards the Red Rum, Jon has a huge grin on his face.

INT. JARED ASHWORTH’S OFFICE – DAY
Jared is sat in his minimalist office, overlooking Torbay harbour, he is reading through some documents when Hilary walks into the room with a grin from ear to ear.
Jared: Hilary, what a pleasant surprise, have we got a lunch date?
Hilary: No, I just thought I’d come and tell you some amazing news…
Jared: Oh yeah?
Hilary: It’s about Richard…
Jared: Don’t keep me in suspense, what is it?
Hilary: He’s only blooming confessed to me that he might have killed James Andrews…
Jared: What do you mean ‘might have’?
Hilary: Well he woke up flat out at the wheel, he has no idea what he’d done that night…the same night James was hit down by a car!
Jared: Two mere coincidences…
Hilary: He doesn’t seem to think so, all we need is one call to crime stoppers and bobs your uncle…
Jared: Or better still, you need to convince him that he did do it, so as he confesses it to the police, then they don’t even need to find evidence…
Hilary: Oh my god! That’s amazing! Why didn’t I think of that?
Jared: Because you’re not cold and calculated enough :p
Hilary: Oh I can be when I want to…and whilst he’s behind bars I can do a runner with his money….
Jared: We all win then…sounds like a done deal, let’s got out the champagne to celebrate…
Jared heads over to his minibar and gets out a bottle of champagne, he opens it and pours him and Hilary a glass. They have huge grins on their faces as they chink their glasses.
Both: Cheers :D
Oh oh!! I think Jared killed James.. he was talking about richard confessing and not have to looking for evidence.. Poor Richard!!

Romeo and Chris are sat at a booth in the Red Rum having a drink. Emma comes in and sits next to the pair.
Romeo: Emma...what was the call about?
Emma: Well i just wanted to get you both together..
Chris: What for?
Tom suddenly walks into the Red Rum. Chris and Romeo see this and look on with disgust.
Romeo: Oh no! We're not gonna start talking to him if that's what your thinking!
Tom comes over to Romeo and Chris.
Tom: Look guys, please..just hear me out..
Chris: You've got 1 minute...then we'll stop listening to you! :rolleyes:
Tom: I've got a surprise for you both..
Chris and Romeo look at each other, they're both intrigued.

INT. RED RUM- DAY
Tanya and Jon are sat at a booth talking, while drinking their drinks.
Tanya: So I take it that Craig isn't on your Christmas Card list either?
Jon: You could say that...he's a nasty piece of work..Craig needs to be pulled down a peg or two! Anyway, what have you got against him? I take it he's done something awful to you as well?!
Tanya: He's ruined my life Jon, i don't have any proof but, well if i did, i'd make sure he'd get his commeupance!
Jon: What happened?
Tanya: He was responsible for the murder of my husband and my twins...he's ruined my life and i'd love to see him pay, along with my witch of a mother-in law!
Jon: Jesus Christ! I'm so sorry...you must have felt awful when you learnt what happened..
Tanya: I've never got over it properly...i don't think i ever will...he ruined my life Jon, at one point, i didn't even think it was worth living! He snatched the people who i loved most in this world...
Jon: He will pay eventually Tanya, i can guarantee that too you now!
Tanya: The sooner, the better because he can't carry on like this! I mean, he hasn't just ruined my life, it's Mandy's life he's ruined too...the murder of her mother, Margaret...she was sure that he was responsible...but Carl went down for the murder, and I bet the whole of Baymoore know that Craig was responsible for Margaret's death somewhere along the line! He always thought she was a moany old bag who couldn't keep her nose out of anything!
Jon looks at Tanya in complete shock.
Tanya: What's wrong? I haven't said anything out of tone have I?!
Jon: Mandy...she never told me about her mother...
Jon storms out of the Red Rum without saying goodbye to Tanya. Tanya watches Jon leave, puzzled by his sudden departure.
INT. BAYMOORE ARCADE UPSTAIRS FLAT - DAY
Tom opens the door, Romeo and Chris follow in after him.
Romeo: What you brought us here for then?
Tom: Emma's brought the place, we've spent the whole weekend doing it up...
Chris looks around, impressed by the decor and furniture
Chris: Sweet pad Tom, this must have set you back a bit...
Tom: Yeah, well as I say Emma's money, not mine...
Romeo: Look, what's the point of this eh? To rub it into our faces that you have a place and we dont? :rolleyes:
Tom: Look, about that...
Romeo: Here we go, the crooks of the argument...
Tom: Mate I'm sorry for what I did okay!? Dya think I haven't suffered? What I did was bloody stupid, but I want to make it up to you both... I want you to move in...
Chris: You what!?
Tom: That's if you want to...
Chris: Yeah! This place is mint man! Count me in! :D
Tom detects that Romeo isn't as enthuasiastic...
Tom: Romeo? I know it's not a patch on the house...but if we want to live with Bachelors this place is gonna be more like it...just like the guys off friends, what dya say?
Romeo: I suppose so...
Tom: Thanks Romeo! It means so much! :D
Romeo: Yeah well, I suppose we all make mistakes from time to time...
Chris: But the main thing is Tom has got us this place! I think a celbration is in order! You got any cans mate?
Tom: Of course! :D
Chris gets some cans out of the fridge and throws them to Romeo and Tom.
Tom: Well here's to the new bachelor pad then :D
The three of them open their cans, and chink them together - Bachelor Boys reunited.
INT. BAYMOORE B&B - DAY
Jon enters the B&B, in a mood, he slams the door shut behind him. Mandy walks into the hallway, startled by the door slamming. She notices he is in a mad mood.
Mandy: Jon? What's up?
Jon: Just been told something rather intresting...
Mandy: What?
Jon: About your mother...
Mandy: What about her?
Jon: Why didn't you tell me that she was murdered!?
Mandy: It has nothing to do with you, that's why!
Jon: Did Craig kill her!?
Mandy: I don't know!
Jon: What do you mean you don't know!?
Mandy: Yes! Probably! I don't know! Does it matter!? It's not going to bring mom back...
Jon: I can't believe you didn't think to tell me this...
Mandy: Just leave it Jon, it has nothing to do with you...
Jon: I've heard too much bad **** about that man recently, I'm gonna have a word with...
Mandy: For god's sake Jon, can't you just leave it?
Jon: He can't get away with doing all of this stuff to people!
Jon leaves the room, Mandy follows him, trying to convince him not to go.
Mandy: Jon, don't!
Jon leaves the house, slamming the door behind him.
Mandy: Jon! :angry:
uh oh!! what is jon going to do with Craig!! I can't wait for that.. So glad the boys are back together!! nice one tom!!

Lynne is leaving her workplace and is starting to walk home. Amy is standing by Lynne's workplace and sees Lynne leave. Amy gets up and runs towards Lynne who is walking through the car park. Lynne turns and sees Amy.
Lynne: Jesus Christ! Are you stalking me or something!? I made it clear to you the other day when you came round my house uninvited..
Amy: Look please Lynne, hear me out...
Lynne: Just leave me alone you psycho! I can do without the stress, it's not good for me or the baby!
Amy: All i ask is to talk to you for five minutes..just hear me out, then i'll leave you alone, i promise.
Lynne looks at a desperate Amy.
Lynne: Fine, five minutes, then i expect you to leave me alone..

INT. HARVEY'S MOTORS- DAY
Jon storms into Craig's garage. Craig looks at him and speaks sarcastically.
Craig: Well..well...what do you want? Do you need your car fixed?
Jon: Don't play games with me Craig...you need to be taken down a peg or two...
Craig laughs at Jon's comment.
Craig: Deary me Jon...you should take up a job as a comedian..
Jon: I'm being serious, i know what a nasty piece of work you are and your gonna pay Craig, your really going to pay..
Craig: Oh i'm shaking in my boots! :rolleyes:
Jon: I know what happened with Margaret, Mandy's mother...you killed her didn't you?!
Craig: Margaret...Carl's gone down for her murder, it wasn't me...i adored Mandy's mother..
Jon: It's not just Margaret though...there's Charlie, Jessica, Jacob, Gary, Ed...all these lives you've killed or ruined!
Craig: What can i say....it's just part of the job..
Jon: It's gangsters like you that gives gangsters a bad name! You'll pay Craig Harvey, you'll pay...
Jon leaves Craig's garage. He gets his phone out and dials a number.
Jon: Yep, i've got someone that needs dealing with..
EXT. LOCAL PARK - DAY
Lynne and Amy are strolling along the local park from Lynne's work.
Amy: We've been trying for years, we just kept saying "maybe next month" but after a while we know what was wrong, Patrick refused to accept that anything could be wrong, probably too scared that it might have been his sperm...
Lynne: And was it?
Amy: No it's me...when they told me, it was like someone had creeped inside me and torn my heart out, it's all I've wanted...all I've ever dreamt of...
Lynne: Look no offence Amy, you and your husband seem nice people...but it doesn't seem fair to do this...hearing your case, I want to give all the parents an equal chance...
Amy: I can understand that but surely you can see how much me and Patrick want...need a baby...
Lynne: And so do all the other parents that want to adopt my baby...the adoption agency will know whose the most worthy...
Amy: Yeah, but will the adoption agency pay you to hand over the baby? I don't think so... come on Lynne, I can set you up for life, you name the price...
Lynne: I'm sorry Amy, it's not right.
Amy: But...
Lynne: I'm sorry, but no...now leave me alone...
Lynne walks off, leaving Amy alone devastated.
INT/EXT. HARVEY'S MOTORS - NIGHT
Craig leaves the office and heads out of the gargae, turning off the lights behind him. He steps outside and begins to lock the doors.
Out of the shadows appear 4 middle aged men, well built, dressed in black.
As Craig puts away the keys he turns and jumps at the site of them.
Craig: Who the bleeding hell are you?
Heavy: We're friends of Mr Kerrigan, he's asked us to give you a message...
Craig: I take it it's not a verbal message?
The heavies advance towards him, Craig steps backwards, looking scared.
Craig: Look how much is Kerrigan paying you eh? Whatever it is I'll double it...
Heavy: You don't get away with it that easily...
Craig: (Nervous) Get away with what!
The lead heavy propells a heavy punch into Craig's stomach, winding him, Craig falls on the floor in pain. The others heavies charge at him, violently kicking and punching him.
Heavy: He's told me to tell you to clean up your act or else...
Craig: Or else what!?
Heavy: Or else it'll be a gun barallel you're facing rather than my foot!
The heavy deals him one final kick to his groin. Craig screams out in pain. The heavies step away from Craig, who is rolling around the floor, groaning in pain.
Heavy: Come on lads, I think he's got the message...
The heavies get into a range rover and speed off, leaving Craig on the floor badly beaten...

Yes finally craig has got what he deserves however i still dont think that this is over and i dont think Craig scares easily! But what will he do???

INT. RED RUM- NIGHT
Patrick has just closed the Red Rum. He is picking up some of the remaining glasses at the booths, when Amy comes in through the back room.
Amy: Hi babe...
Patrick: Amy! Where have you been!?
Amy: Talking to Lynne..
Patrick: For goodness sake Amy! If you carry on harrassing that woman, she'll have you reported to the police!
Amy: I just wanted to talk to her...i was just wondering if she wanted to agree to my deal, about letting us adopt her baby from outside the agency, but she's having none of it! She wants to do it by the book..

Craig staggers home after being beaten up by Jon's heavies. Leah opens the front door to Craig and looks at Craig, shocked.
Leah: Oh my god! What's happened?! :eek:
Craig: Just let me in please...
Leah lets Craig in and shuts the front door.
Leah: Oh my god! It looks like you've been badly beaten...are you ok?
Craig: Look i'm fine..
Leah: Who did this to you?!
Craig: It was just a gang of yobs, nothing to worry about, all i want to do is sit down and relax ok?!
Leah: No it's not ok! I need to get you to hospital, you look awful...you need to be looked at, you've been really badly beaten Craig! I need to get you to hospital so the doctors can check you over..
Craig: I'm a grown man Leah...i'll survive, there really is no need to fuss!
Leah: Look let me help you walk into the living room atleast..
Leah is about to touch Craig, but he flinches, he's edgy. Leah looks at Craig seriously.
Leah: This wasn't yobs was it?! It was Jon...wasn't it?! Jon did this to you!
Craig: So what?! Maybe he did! Just stay out of it ok!?
Craig staggers into the living room to sit down. Leah looks on, deeply concerned.
INT. BAYMOORE B&B - NIGHT
Jon and Mandy are sat down watching television, John looks at his watch and then stares into thin air, looking distant.
Mandy: You alright love...you seem...distant?
Jon: I'm fine...
Mandy: Was it Craig, what did he say to you earlier?
Jon: It's no big deal Mand' honestly, I just told him not to mend his ways.
Mandy: As long as that's all...
All of a sudden there is a loud repetitive knock at the door. Mandy jumps up to open the door. Jon looks petrified - fearing Craig has come to tell Mandy.
Mandy opens the door, Leah walks in and charges towards Jon.
Leah: You nutcase! What the hell do you think you're beating up Craig eh!?
Jon: I haven't!
Leah: Don't lie to me! I know you did it!
Mandy: He hasn't done any such thing! He's been with me all night!
Leah: Oh come on Mandy you should know by now that they never do it themselves...people like Jon and Craig always get someone else to do their dirty work...
Mandy: Where do you get off barging into our house and spouting your poision!?
Leah: Face facts Mand', you've just moved from one gangster to another... at least Craig has the good grace to admit to being one!
Leah turns to face Jon, pointing a finger at him.
Leah: You haven't heard the last of this Kerrigan, when Craig's better you're gonna regret ever sending calling the heavies on him!

Val gets up and stands beside James coffin. A picture of him in his police uniform is placed on top of the coffin, an emotional Val begins to adress the congregation.
Val: 49, it's no age is it? James was the greatest man I've ever meet, no exaggerations. He was a good natured man, selfless to the core... he loved me and his girls unconditionally, we meant the world to him...and he meant the world to us...
Emma is barely able to cope with the greif, Tom stands beside her, holding her hand in support.
Val: He was dedicated to his job, and to the local community...for him to be snatched away from us like this, at such a young age is criminal... wherever you are now James, needless to say you will never be forgotten, I love you babe...
INTERCUT:

The locals are in the Red Rum for James's wake. They're sitting at the booths, drinking and talking quietly with sad looks on their faces, devastated that James has gone forever. Val is at the bar.
Val: Pour me another glass will you Ams?
Jared suddenly stands next to Val and interrupts.
Jared: No, let me get this for you, it's the least i could do to offer my condelances to you over the loss of your husband..
Val smiles at Jared for his generous offer.
Val: Thank you...:)
Jared pays for Val's drink and Amy goes to get Val's drink.
Jared: Like i said, i'm sorry to hear about your husband, Val..
Val: You didn't know him very well did you?
Jared: No i've only just moved round these parts, let's just say, me and Richard know each other quite well, we go way back..
Val: Oh..i see..
Jared: But i must say, what Richard's done is unforgivable..
Val: What do you mean?
Jared: There's something you should know Val...god help me for saying this..
Val: What is it?
Jared: Richard was the person who killed your husband...
Val: You what?! No, we've known him for years! He would never do such a thing!
Jared: He confessed to me Val, he told me in confidence what he did!
Val: But...but..i don't believe you! He may have always thought he was a cut above everyone else here in Baymoore...and James may have not been his most precious friend in the world, but no way would Richard kill him!
Jared: You should have seen his guilty face in the church Val, it was an absolute picture! You could tell from a mile off he was responsible for James's death, he had GUILTY written all over him!
Val: No...no...i want proof!
Jared: You'll just have to trust me Val, but believe me, he's been bricking it...hoping not to get found out, he confessed to me what he did, he said he had killed James, and he didn't know what to do! I really didn't want to say anything, but i thought you deserved to know, Richard can't get away with what he's done...
Jared walks away from Val. Val looks on in complete shock. Jared smiles as he walks away, hoping he has managed to get Val to believe him.
INT. BAYMOORE B&B - NIGHT
Leah has just left the house. Jon is left looking guilty, slowly Mandy turns to Jon, giving him a look of total digust...
Mandy: Is she telling the truth!?
Jon: Mandy...
Mandy: I want to know Jon, just tell me...did you arrange for him to get beaten up!?
Jon: No, honestly, do you really think I'd stoop to that level?
Mandy: I don't know Jon...one minute I think I know you and the next...
Jon: Okay then...I did it...
Mandy: (Outraged) You what!?
Jon: You want honesty...you've got it...I did it! Okay!?
Mandy: No it's not okay! What the hell did you think you were playing at!?
Jon: Oh come off it Mand'! You telling me that he didn't deserve it!? After what he did to your mom... after all the people he's hurt!?
Mandy: Fighting fire with fire doesn't make anything better Jon, it just brings you down to his level!
Jon: I'm sorry Mandy, what can I say?
Mandy: It's gonna take more than a bloody apology Jon, I made it perectly clear from the start that I need honesty in this relationship!
Jon: Well what are you saying?

Jon is left stunned by Mandy's ultimatum.
EXT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - DAY
Richard is sat outside of the Red Rum, sat at one of the outdoor tables, he is looking a nervous wreck, Hilary hands him a whiskey.
Hilary: Here, get this down you, you look like you could do with it...
Richard: It's this that got me into the state I was the other night...
Hilary: Look Richard it's terrible, what happened, but you need to get your act together, or you're gonna end up getting found out!
Richard: Maybe it's for the best, it'd settle my conscience....
Val marches out of the pub, in a furious rage, she shouts out at Richard.
Val: Oi! Taylor! You *******!
Richard gets up, instantly aware that Val has realised it was him. He calmy approaches her...
Richard: Look Val...
Val slaps Richard hard around the face, and continually hits him, Hilary pulls her away from him.
Val: You *******! You ran over my James, and didn't even have the decency to stop and help him!
Richard: Val, I'm so sorry, you have to believe me! I was drunk out of my head, I didn't even realise I'd done it!
Val: What the hell were you doing in a car drunk!? Thanks to you my James is dead, you ****ing *******!
Richard: I know, and I hate myself for it, honestly, I'm sorry!
Val: You bloody well will be! You hand yourself into the police today or I will do it for you!
Val storms off into the distance, absoultey fuming. Richard takes a nervous gulp, Hilary is standing there wondering whether Richard will do as Val has said...

Mandy: So, have you made up your mind Jon? Are you gonna quit your dodgy routes or not?!

Mandy: I just want you to be true to me Jon! So will you promise to quit your dodgy routes so we can be together without no secrets or lies?! I've been messed about too many times before Jon and i don't want to be messed about again!
Jon gets up and hugs Mandy.

Craig is holding a phone number in his hands. He rings it up. The reciever answers, and we hear Craig speaking to them on the phone.
Craig: Well...well..well..your the owner of the car that ran over James Andrews aren't you!? I know your dirty little secret and i want us to meet up...
Craig has a huge grin on his face.
INT. STUART'S PENTHOUSE APARTMENT - DAY
Jon knocks on the door of his son's apartment. Stuart (Nigel Harman) opens the door, wearing just a towel wrapped around his waist, he is startled to see his dad at the door.
Stuart: Dad...what are you doing here!?
Jon walks through into Stuart's flat. It is open planned and ultra modern, clealry Stuart has a lot of money.
Jon: For god's sake put some clothes on...I've come to have a word with you...
Stuart puts on a dressing gown and heads into his kitchen.
Stuart: Can I get you a coffee?
Jon: No thanks...
Stuart: What is this about then?
Jon: It's the buisness, I'm handing it over to you...
Stuart: (Shocked) You what!? Are you serious!? Why the sudden change...
Jon: It's about time I settled down, I'm getting too old to play the big gangster, you've got so much more to give...but use it wisely okay...don't let me down...
Stuart: Don't worry I wont...wow...I don't know what to say...
Jon: Thanks will be a start...
Stuart: Yeah of course, thanks...what about Craig Harvey?
Jon: Leave him for the moment...
Stuart: Yeah well what about Joe eh!?
Jon turns around, horiffied at Stuart even mentioning his name.
Stuart: He scolded him, then set a pack of dogs on him dad! Or have you forgot that already!?
Jon: Of course I haven't!
Stuart: Yeah I dont know how you can act so cool about it! Leaving in the same street as the ******* that killed your son!
Jon: When the time is right Craig will pay the price for his actions! Every gangster falls, but lets make it the biggest fall possible...believe me Joe's death will not be in vain!
EXT. BAYMOORE STREETS - NIGHT
A close up of Craig's feet walking down a pathway. Then cutting to an extreme close up of him pressing a door bell, no clue as to the location.

The doorbell rings, no one answers. The doorbell continues to ring, Tom runs out of his room half dressed.

Andonis is home alone, blasting out music in the living room. He hears the doorbell ring, but chooses to ignore it.
Andonis: Get lost!
Andonis raises the volume on the stero, but the ringing continues, annoyed he gets up to answer the door...

INT. ANDREWS HOUSE - NIGHT
Emma is cooking her tea in the kitchen, dancing to the music on the radio. The doorbell rings and she heads off to answer it...
INTERCUT:
INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - NIGHT
Patrick and Amy are busy serving behind the bar at the Red Rum, the back doorbell rings.
Amy: For god's sake, who's that!?
Patrick: I dont know, I'll go check, just a mo...
Patrick heads out into the hallway to answer the door....
INTERCUT:
INT. HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE - NIGHT
Michelle and Callumn are sat down watching some tv, when the doorbell rings. The pair look at each other, confused as to who it could be.
Michelle: What you been up to now? :p
Callumn suddenly panics.
Michelle: Go on, you best go answer it...
Callumn nervously gets up to open the door...

Amy is talking to Sanjita who is behind the counter of the shop.
Sanjita: You know, i never thought i'd say this so soon, but it seems everything has got back to normal now, sooner than i thought it would, i mean, it's great being back at home and working with Iqbal in the shop...we've got over what happened with Kash quicker than i thought we all would...
Amy: So now Kash is out the way, you and Iqbal can be together, happily..you could even consider the big M?
Sanjita: Marriage?!
Amy: Why not? Like i said Kash is out of your lives now, your divorcing him aren't you?!
Sanjita: Yeah i am, but i can't see Iqbal asking for my hand in marriage..i love him Ams and he loves me, but i can't see him wanting to be tied down...
The camera pans away from Sanjita and Amy, and we see Iqbal in the back room. He's been listening to Sanjita and Amy's conversation all along, he has a look of contemplation on his face.

Craig: Well i bet the police won't believe that once they find out that your James's murderer...
Emma: I'm not his murderer!
Craig: Wow, calm down Emma! All i'm saying is that it's not gonna look good on you is it...i mean you ran him over and fled the scene, you didn't even stop to see if he was ok!
Emma: I paniced...i didn't know what to do! I wasn't thinking straight, so i just drove away..
Craig: Oh dear, oh dear Emma...your really are in the **** now aren't you eh!?
Emma: Your not gonna tell the police what you know are you Craig?!
Craig grins at Emma, as Emma continues crying.
Craig: Well that depends....:D
Emma: Depends on what?!
Craig: You've got to pay me off Emma, give me £5,000 and i won't breathe a word about what you did to James!
Emma: You can't do that! You can't just blackmail me!
Craig grabs Emma by the throat.
Craig: I can do what i bloody well like! Now if you don't get me that money, i will shop you to the police and you'll end up locked behind bars....do you understand me?!
Craig lets go of Emma's throat.
Emma: Yeah i understand...i'll get you your money..
Craig: Good, bring it to the garage once you've got it, i'll see myself out..
Craig leaves the Andrews house, a smile on his face. We see Emma, she looks a nervous wreck as she wipes the tears away from her eyes.
INT. BAYMOORE BEACH - DAY
Marcus is sat on the beach, looking out at sea, Iqbal walks over to him.
Iqbal: I've been looking all over for you...
Marus: Oh, alright dad, I just got back from Torquay was having a few moments to myself, want anything?
Iqbal: Just a chat really...
Marcus: What about?
Iqbal: You're mom...(Iqbal sits down beside Marcus) I know she's gone now, but I'll never stop loving her, you know that don't you?
Marcus: Yeah, of course, but why you saying this now?
Iqbal: I've just been having a think, about the future. What do you think of Sanjita?
Marcus: She's great, and if she makes you happy that's all we can ask for...
Iqbal: Yeah, well how would you feel if I proposed to her?
Marcus: (Excited) What, you two gonna get married!?
Iqbal: If she agrees, Well I haven't asked her yet, but only if you're happy with it...
Marcus: Of course I am, go for it dad, mom would only want you to be happy....
Iqbal is pleased, having his son's approval of the marraige proposal.
INT. ANDREWS HOUSE - NIGHT
Emma sneaks into her mothers room, she is shaking with nerves from her encounter with Craig.
She begins searching through Val's drawyers for money. No luck. Emma sighs in desperation. She puts her arm under the matress and pulls out a wod of bank notes, she smiles to herself with releif.
Val: What do you think you're doing with that?
Emma jumps out of her skin, and turns around to see Val standing in the doorway, a look of disaproval on her face. Emma takes a nervous gulp, unsure of how to explain herself...

Iqbal and Sanjita are having a meal at Valentino's.
Iqbal: Nice meal isn't it?
Sanjita: Very nice...but what i want to know Iqbal is why you've brought me here, it's not like you usually take me anywhere special...:p
Iqbal: Well there is a reason behind it actually...i'm just waiting for the right moment to tell you...
Sanjita: (paranoid) Your not breaking up with me are you?
Iqbal: No of course not Sanjita! I love you!
Sanjita: Well spit it out then, you know i don't like surprises! :D
Iqbal suddenly gets up and goes down on one knee to Sanjita. Sanjita looks at Iqbal and blushes. She whispers to him.
Sanjita: What are you doing?
Iqbal: This is why i've brought you here Sanjita...will you marry me?
Sanjita is beaming. She smiles at Iqbal, delighted over what he's asked her.
Sanjita: Yes! Yes, of course i'll marry you!
Sanjita hugs Iqbal and they both kiss. All the other people in the restaurant have been watching the scene in front of them and clap the happy couple.

Emma looks at Val and starts crying..
Val: There's no point crying about it Emma! I'm furious, dad's just died and now your out too nick my money! How could you even think about robbing your own mother?!

Val: I know dad has just died, but you shouldn't react by trying to nick your own mother's money! It's just not right!

Sanjita and Iqbal walk into the Red Rum, smiles beaming on thier faces.
Amy: You too look happy, what can I get you?
Iqbal: I dont know, how about champagne, all around, for everyone!
Amy: Why, what's the ocassion?
Sanjita waves her hand around, to show off her ring.
Sanjita: We're getting married! :D
Amy gets all excited at the news.
Amy: Oh that's brilliant! Congratulations! I'm dead chuffed for you! :D
Sanjita: I know, I've never been so happy in my life :D
Amy rings the pub bell to get everyone's attention.
Amy: Ladies and gentlemen champagne all around to toast Sanjita and Iqbal's engagement!
There is a buzz around the pub, with people cheering and congratulating the pair. Andonis is sat in the corner of the pub with some of his mates, shocked when he hears this.
Friend: You kept that one quiet 'Don....
Andonis: Yeah well you know, not my place to say is it...
Friend: What do you think about your mom getting married again then?
Friend 2: And to your uncle! Talk about keeping it in the family!
Andonis takes a sip of his point, casting a disaporving look to the happy couple...
INT. ANDREWS HOUSE - NIGHT
Emma: You don't understand mum, i killed dad, i ran him over and killed him!
Val looks at Emma, a look of complete horror on her face. Val doesn't speak, she just stares at Emma.
Emma: Mom, did you hear me? I said...
Val: I heard you...
Val walks slowly past Emma, totally stunned, she sits down on the bed, lost for words.
Emma: Please mom, say something...
Val: Like what?
Emma: I dont know! Shout at me! Hit me! Do something!
Val sits there in silence, the blood starting to rage inside her.
Emma: I'm so sorry! I never meant to do it! I was just driving along and I hit him!
Val: And you didn't think to stop!?
Emma: I didn't know it was him at the time...
Val: And that makes it all ok does it!? Either way you'd hit someone Emma! You don't just leave them for dead! We've brought you up better than that!
Emma: If I stopped then I'd have got done for...
Val: Done for what!?
Emma turns away from Val, unable to look her in the face.
Val: (Through gritted teeth) Done for what!?
Emma: Drink driving!
Val: You stupid little bitch!
Val slaps Emma around the face hard, Emma falls onto the floor. Val starts slapping at her, Emma bursts out into tears.
Emma: Please mom! Stop it! Stop it! I'm sorry!
Val: You've killed your father! You bitch! He's gone! Dead! And all thanks to you! You stupid little girl! I hate you!
Emma: I'm so sorry! Please mom, you've got to believe me, you can't make me feel any guilter than I already do!
An emotional Val moves away from Emma, running her hands through her hair in despair, she sniffs away the tears.
Emma: What are we gonna do mom?
Val: "We" aren't gonna do anything..."You" are gonna pack your bags and get the hell out of my house!
Emma: Mom, please! I'm your daughter!
Val: No, not anymore you're not...
Emma: (Emotional) Please mom, You can't do this to me!
Val: (Coldly) Get out...now...

Richard is outside the police station, contemplating about handing himself in and owning up to James's death. Richard suddenly hears Val, who is shouting behind him.
Val: Richard! Wait!
Richard turns to Val.
Richard: Look Val, i really don't want you mouthing off at me again, i know i've done wrong and i'm gonna do the right thing, i'm handing myself in, don't worry, justice will be done for your husband...
Val: You don't understand! I got it all wrong...it wasn't you that killed James..

Val: I'm sorry i doubted you Richard, i just assumed, jumped to conclusions, Jared told me that you confessed to running over James and i just hit the roof, i didn't find out the facts for myself...i just assumed it was you by the words of another person!
Richard: Jared?
Val: Yes...he said you were a friend of his and you told him confidence that you ran over my James...
Richard's face turns to complete anger. He storms off away from the police station.

Tom is watching television when there is a sudden knock on the door. He moves off the sofa and goes to the front door and answers it. He is shocked to see Emma on the doorstep, she is crying with a suitcase in her hands.
Tom: Oh my god Emma! What's happened?!
Emma: (tearful) I've got nowhere else to go! Mum's chucked me out...
Tom: Come on in Emma...
Emma enters the Bachelor Boys house.
Tom: Now, come on, you know you can talk to me...what's wrong?
Emma: I've done something awful Tom! Something really awful and mum's never going to forgive me!
Emma bursts into tears. Tom puts his arms round her and gives her a comforting hug.
Tom: It can't be anything that bad...
Emma: I killed my father, Tom! I was the one who ran him over and killed him!
Tom has a shocked facial expression on his face, but carries on comforting Emma, realising how upset she is.
Tom: Look, atleast you owned up and told the truth...i'm sure your mum will forgive you over time...
Emma: You really don't understand do you!? I'm terrified that mum's gonna shop me to the police! I'm so so scared, i don't want to go to jail Tom!
Emma continues to cry. Tom carries on hugging Emma.

Jared is sat in his office looking through some files when Richard barges in, followed by Jared's secretary.
Secretary: I'm so sorry sir, he just barged past me!
Jared: Not to worry Kerry, if you can tell my next apointment I'll be a few minutes...
The secretary leaves, Jared gets up and heads to the drink cabinet.
Jared: To what do I owe this unexpected visit?
Richard: You know perfectly well why I'm here...
Jared: (Sarcastic) I'm sorry Richard, I'm getting forgetful in my old age, please remind me?
Richard: What the hell do you think you were doing telling lies to Val Andrews about me!
Jared: Lies? From what I've heard that was a lot of truth in it...
Richard: Yeah well I didn't kill her ok, Val has found the real culprit...
Jared: Yes but you were still drunk behind the wheel of the car, as a law obiding citizien it's only my duty to report anything...
Richard: You'd have seen me go to bloody jail for this!
Jared: And it'd be no more than you deserve...you've got away with too many crimes in your lifetime Richard...robbing my father, driving him to suicide...and god knows what other dirty tricks over the years...sooner or later I'll get you... and I'll make you pay for what you did to my families and others like mine! Now get the hell out of my office!
Richard: This isn't over Ashworth...
Jared: You're right... it isn't...
Jared casts Richard an evil look as Richard leaves his office.
INT. BAYMOORE LESUIRE CENTRE - HAIR SALON - DAY
Val is in the salon sweeping the floor, she is clealry in a very emotional state. Tom walks in.
Tom: Got time for a quick trim?
Val: If she's sent you, you can sod off...
Tom: Look Val, don't you think you're being a bit heavy handed with this?
Val: No Tom, I don't! She ran over her own father, bloody killed him!
Tom: No intentionally, if you could only see what a state she's in over it, she's greiving just as much as you are...
Val: Only I wasn't the one that killed him, she's more scared about me shopping her to the police then she is sorry for what she did...
Tom: And are you gonna... shop her to the police?
Val: I've got so much on my plate at the moment...
Tom: Please Val, she's your daughter...
Val: Don't worry...I would never do it... I couldn't...
Val sits down.
Val: It was just a nasty coincidence...it could have been anyone...so if you've come to see if she's going down for it...don't worry...she isn't...
Tom: (Uneasy) Val...
Val: Just go Tom...please...leave me be...
Tom leaves, unsure of what to say. Val is left alone, she begins crying to herself, unable to come to terms with James' death...
poor val.. she has lost her husband and finds it hard to talk to her daughter.. I am not sure if she is doing the right thing by Emma, letting her get away with it

Richard enters Jenkins Manor and goes into the kitchen. Tanya is there making herself a cup of coffee. She looks at Richard, and sees he is in a bit of a state.
Tanya: Dad! Are you ok?
Richard starts crying. Tanya hugs her father, clearly concerned.
Richard: Oh Tanya...what's happening to me eh?! I don't know whether i'm coming or going..
Tanya: (jokes) Look dad..it happens to us all at the best of times!
Richard: You don't understand Tan, it's much more serious than that, i'm becoming really forgetful!
Tanya: Dad, please...
Richard: (tearful) No Tan! I've always been one to admit my problems, and i have one!
Richard breaks down into tears. Tanya hugs her father.
Richard: I'm concerned i'm losing my mind Tan! I'm losing my mind, i'm losing my marbles, i just know it!
Richard continues to cry. Tanya carries on hugging Richard, deeply concerned for him.
EXT. TORBAY GRAVEYARD - DAY
Emma stands up and turns away from James' grave where she sees Val standing in front of her.
Emma: Mom...
Val: Emma...
Emma: Look I'll go okay...
Val: I never asked you to...
Emma: Dad's grave doesn't seem the most appropriate place for us to argue...
Val: Just as well I wasn't gonna then eh?
Emma looks at Val confused.
Emma: But yesterday...
Val: Let's just blame that on high emotions, yeah?
Emma: I'm so sorry mom...honestly...
Val: I know you are...
The pair stand in silence for a moment, looking at James grave.
Emma: What do you think he'd say if he was here now?
Val: He'd be throwing the rule book at you...you'd never here the end of it...but he'd never have shopped you to the police, he cared for you too much...
Emma: If you only knew how guilty I feel...
Val: I can only imagine, and there's no point punishing you for it...becuase you'll be doing that inside forever more... besides I wouldn't be able to live with myself if you went to prison...
An emotional Val grabs hold of Emma's hand, and holds it tight.
Val: Now James is gone I need my girls here beside me...we can get through this if we stay together, so let's never mention this again okay?
Emma silently nods. Val gets out a tissue and whipes the tears from Emma's eyes.
Val: Come on, let's go home...
Val puts down a bunch of flowers on James grave, and the pair head off. The camera stays on James' gravestone.

Nick is sat in the longue, watching a wildlife documentary, only half paying attention. Tanya walks in and sits down beside her, a worried look on her face.
Nick: You alright Tan, where's dad?
Tanya: He's having a lie down, look I need to have a serious word with you about dad...
Nick: What about him?
Tanya: You can't tell me you haven't noticed...I'm really concerned about him Nick...
Nick: So am I Tan, but what can we do about it? It's nothing something you can just go the doctor about and get sorted out...
Tanya: I wish there's something we could do...he's always been the rock of the family, I don't know what we'd do if we lost him...
Nick: Hey come on, we're not gonna loose him...
Tanya: Nick he can't even remember what he had for dinner last night! He's mentally ill...he's going mad... we need to prepare ourselves for the worst...
Nick: What are you saying Tan?
Tanya: He could well become a danger to himself...or others... at this rate we're going to have to get him sectioned...
Nick and Tanya both look deeply concerned at the situation that is unfolding infront of them...
I hope they do send him to a doctor and they find he is full of sedatives that Hilary is feeding him.. Poor Richard

Amy has gone to Lynne's work. Lynne is in the back room, on the phone looking distressed. Amy notices this and speaks to Lynne's co worker who is standing next to her.
Amy: Is she ok?
Co-Worker: Poor girl, it's one thing after another...
Amy: I really don't know how she copes!
Co-Worker: Oh, so you know her?
Amy: Yeah, i'm worried about her...
Co-Worker: I'm so glad i'm not the only one! Poor girl, her house is in danger of being reposed...as my husband says never get in debt, and of course since the baby her and her parents have had a bit of tense relationship so she wont ask for help...
Amy: I'm sure everything will turn out ok..
Lynne suddenly comes into the room and looks at Amy in disgust.
Lynne: What the hell is she doing here!?
Co-Worker: She said that you were friends...
Lynne: Friend?! Hell no! She's some crazy woman that has been stalking me!
The co-worker and Lynne look at Amy like she's a freak. Amy looks on, embarrased.
INT. BAYMOORE LESUIRE CENTRE - GYM - DAY
The gym is relatively busy, Leah - who works there as a fitness instructor, is walking around, checking that everyone is okay.
Stuart is working on on one of the weights machines, making relativley easy work of it. Leah stands there admiring the view as he lifts some iron.
Stuart: You finished looking?
Leah: Oh, erm...sorry...:o
Leah notices that Stuart is making easy work of the weights.
Leah: May I suggest you try something a bit more challenging?
Stuart: I'm fine as I am...
Leah: What, dont think you can handle it? :p
Stuart: Of course I can...
Leah: Prove it :p
Stuart: I haven't got the time to mess around...
Stuart gets up, looking moody. He picks up his towel and heads off. Leah is amused at Stuart's attempt to be macho...
INT. LYNNE'S WORKPLACE - DAY
Lynne: Friend?! Hell no! She's some crazy woman that has been stalking me!
Co-Worker: I'm sorry Lynne, she just acted like she knew you...
Lynne: What have you been telling her eh!?
Amy walks up to Lynne, trying to get her calm.
Amy: I was just asking some questions about you Lynne...I'm concerned...
Lynne: Yeah well I can do without your "concern", you nutter...there's no way you're getting my baby! D'ya here me!? And I'm gonna tell the agency what you've been doing...I'll make damn sure that you never get to adopt a baby!
Amy: Please Lynne, you can't!
Lynne: I've warned you, but you keep on coming back...you wont take no for an answer...I'm calling them now...
Lynne gets out her phone and dials a number, Amy's face immeditaley turns to one of panick and desperation.
Amy: Don't! Please Lynne!... Look I know about your debts! Hang up the phone and I'm sure we can come to some sort of comrpomise...
Lynne looks at Amy like she's barking mad. The sound of someone at the other end of the phone can be heard, Lynne is left staring at Amy in disbelief.
Agency Worker: Hello?... Hello!?
Lynne hangs up the phone, ready to listen to Amy...

Lynne: How did you find out about that?
Amy: She told me...look does it matter? You need the money and I want a baby, it seems logical that I pay you money for the baby!

Amy: How isn't it? People do it all the time, you'd just be like a surrogate mother...it's not illegal or anything...
Lynne: Oh I'm sure it is! Paying for babies, it's Britian, not the middle east!
Amy: What's your issue with it?

Amy: Yeah well not every woman has to adopt do they? No one understands what it's like to want a baby and not to be able to have one... when you have to rely on someone else to give you one...and then for women like you to just give your bloody kids away!
Lynne: Oh save the sob story! IF I was to do this, it would be for the money...you understand?
Amy: Yeah, how much will clear off your debts?

Amy is taken aback by the such high figure, is it worth paying for a baby...?

Iqbal is sat in the kitchen eating his breakfast, Sanjita comes into the room holding the post.
Iqbal: Oh anything for me?
Sanjita: Yeah, there you go...
Sanjita hands Iqbal his post, and opens her letter. She looks at it with a smile on her face.
Iqbal: (Jokes) Had a win on the premium bonds?
Sanjita: No, much better than that!
Iqbal: What?
Sanjita: My decree absolute! Me and Kash are now officially divorced! :D
Iqbal: Wow babe that's fantastic!
Iqbal gets up and hugs Sanjita.
Sanjita: Which means we can now see about planning the wedding! :D

Amy is back at the flat, it is evident she has just told Patrick about the arrangement.
Patrick: 40 grand!? Have you lost the plot!
Amy: There's no need to go off on one, I know what I'm doing Patrick...
Patrick: Need I remind you what happened with Hayley!? You're willing to waste even more money, this time on a complete stranger!?
Amy: She wont have an abortion, it's against her beliefs, besides she's eight months pregnant...
Patrick: And what if she decides to keep the baby!?
Amy: She wont, and she's only getting the money once she's handed the baby over to us...I've cleared it with my solicitors, so there's nothing to worry about...
Patrick: Solicitors!? Jesus Christ Amy this is ludicruous! You can't seriously expect me to believe this is going to work out do you!?

Sanjita and Iqbal are curled up on the sofa, the lights are dimmed and some gental music is playing. They are drinking wine whilst looking through bridal catalouges.
Sanjita: I always dressed of a white wedding, but Kash insisted we do it traditionally...saris and what not...
Iqbal: Yeah well this time you have the final say, I want this day to be perfect...so stuff the old Indian tradions eh?
Sanjita: You spoil me...
Sanjita gives Iqbal a playful kiss. Andonis walks into the room, having just arrived home, he switches on the light, unaware Sanjita and Iqbal were in there.
Andonis: Sorry, didn't realise... what you doing without the telly on?
Iqbal: Conversation, there's more to life than TV :p
Andonis gives Iqbal a sarcastic look.
Sanjita: We're talking about wedding plans, what do you think - white wedding or traditional Indian?

Marcus: It'll only take a minute...
Marcus sits down next to Andonis.
Marcus: Come on, what's hassling you?
Andonis: Dad...I can't just stop loving him...I feel like I'm the only one fighting his corner...
Marcus: It's only natural to care 'Don, but don't take it out on Sanjita and Iqbal, they've done nothing wrong...nothing but care for you...let them be happy...
Andonis: It just feels like I should be doing something! Saying something! That's all...
Marcus: Yeah well this just isn't you 'Don, you're a nice lad...your dad has messed up this family big time, but we need to stick together and get on with things the best we can...

Tanya: (Understanding) Yeah sure, but first I don't want to snap but from now on can you try and make an effort to behave yourself...it's really got your dad down seeing you like this...

Sanjita and Iqbal smile at Andonis, pleased that they have his approval. They all share a family hug.

Charlie: I don't know, but i overheard Craig and Hilary talking, and Craig said to Hilary about her slipping Richard gaga pills, and that's what made me suspect her Aunty Tan! And sedatives slow down reactions right!?
Tanya: Yes....yes your right! And that would explain everything...
Charlie: You've got to know Aunty Tan, that i didn't realise what Hilary wanted the sedatives for! If i knew she was drugging Richard, i would never have got them for her!
Tanya: Look Charlie, you've done the right thing telling me, but please do me a favour, don't breathe a word of this to anyone, not until i've looked into this...
Tanya looks at Charlie, determined to bring Hilary down.

Sanjita: I can't believe this is happening! I just can't believe this is happening! Ruby's done nothing wrong, it's that **** Kyle!
Iqbal: Now come on, it's all going to be ok, we know Ruby's innocent and the courts will realise she's innocent too!
Sanjita: I hope your right Iqbal, i really hope your right...
Iqbal holds Sanjita's hand. Iqbal, Sanjita and Marcus leave for the courts, heads held high, determined that Ruby will be found innocent.

Leah walks into the bar, having just finished work at the gym.
Michelle: Hiya Leah, what can I get you?

Leah runs her hand through her hair and takes a deep sigh, tired from her hard day at work.
Stuart: Worn out already?
Leah turns, and sees Stuart standing at the bar.
Leah: Oh, well if it isn’t Mr Moody…

Ruby and her lawyer are sat in one of the court offices. Ruby is sat at the table, with the lawyer pacing the room.
Ruby: Look, how do you see this going?
Lawyer: The chances are grim, Mr Williams has laid a lot on you...
Ruby: Too right, and I'll be damned if I go down for what he did!
Lawyer: You have to deny anything that the prosecution throw at you...
Ruby: You make it sound like I'm gonna admit to it!
Lawyer: Well that would be the better option if you ask me...
Ruby: Why will I admit to something I havent done!?
Lawyer: Becuase in terms of this case it looks like you did, at least if you change your plee they may be a bit more leniant on your sentance...
Ruby: No way! Now listen up, my parents are paying you a pricey sum, so make sure I get off!
Lawyer: I'll do my best, but it's up to the jury to decide...we just have to hope for the best...

Amy switches on the TV for Lynne and hands her the remote control. Lynne holds her stomach.
Lynne: If I knew how much blooming pain it is to be pregnant, I'd have never had that one night stand, but life is full of "ifs", we have to live with our consequences...
Amy: I admire how you thought of adoption rather than an abortion..
Lynne: It's not like I had a choice, I'm Roman Catholic, my parents have as much said that if I get rid of it they'd disown me...
Amy: I'm sorry to hear that...
Lynne: No your not, it means you can have my baby...you don't give a dman about me, it's just her! (Points to belly) The sooner I have this little turd and get my money the better!

The Singhs are outside the court, preparing for Ruby's trial to begin. Kyle walks up to them.
Kyle: I just wanted to wish you the best of luck of dealing with the guilty verdict, i understand it's hard for you to accept that a member of your own family commited such an awful crime! :p
Marcus: You *******! Your enjoying this aren't you eh!?
Marcus punches Kyle in the face. Iqbal grabs Marcus and holds him back from Kyle. Kyle wipes his nose as it starts bleeding.
Iqbal: Ruby will be set free...the courts will realise she hasn't done anything!
Kyle smugly grins at the Singhs.
Kyle: I wouldn't be so sure, they prosecute heavily for evasion, after all, it's stealing the state's money!
Iqbal: You won't be so cocky when Ruby gets off and exposes you for what you really are!
Kyle gives the Singhs a patronising look as the case for crown against Ruby Singh is called to start.

Maureen, Lynne's mother storms into the Red Rum and up to the bar. Amy is behind the bar.
Amy: What can I get you?
Maureen: My daughter! I want to speak to her now!
Amy: Erm, i'm sorry..i don't know what your talking about..
Maureen: Don't you dare lie to me!
Maureen goes behind the bar and barges past Amy. Amy cries out.
Amy: You can't go up there!
Maureen: Oh yes i can! I can do what i want where my daughter's concerned!
Maureen storms upstairs, angrily. She enters the living room and sees Lynne on the sofa nursing her bump.
Maureen: I thought you might be here!
Lynne stands up in shock.
Lynne: Mum! What are you doing here!?
Maureen: I'm here to stop you doing something which is morally wrong! Selling your baby Lynne! How dare you even think about it!?
Lynne suddenly looks at Maureen.
Lynne: Oh no! My waters have just broken...
Lynne stands frozen, a shocked and paniced look on her face.
Oh god.. the baby is coming early.. will she still give her baby to Amy???

Nurse: I'm sorry, but are you family?
Amy: I'm the baby's adoptive mother.

Amy: I'm not going anywhere! She's about to give birth to my child!
INTERCUT:
EXT. MATERNITY WARD - NIGHT
Maureen and Patrick are waiting outside for news.
Maureen: You and that Amy, you should be ashamed of harassing my daughter into this immoral act!
Patrick: It was all my Amy's doing! You must understand that i'm not exactly overjoyed of the prospect of me and Amy having a child, but it's what Amy wants!
Maureen: Maybe if you’d been true with her all along, there’d have been no need for any of this madness!
EXT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - NIGHT
Leah looks at Craig angrily and slaps him before storming off. Stuart enters the Red Rum just as she rushes off.
Stuart promptly steps outside of the pub and chases after Leah.
Stuart: Leah!
Boiled with rage Leah continues walking away.
Stuart: Leah wait!
Stuart grabs hold of Leah to stop her from walking off.
Leah: Get off me!

Stuart puts his hand on her face, the pair look into one anothers eye. Leah notices Craig coming out of the pub in the distance, she pulls away from Stuart.
Leah: This isn't a good idea...
Stuart: Why not?
Leah: For god's sake I'm taken so let's just leave it at that shall we!?
Leah hurries off back towards Craig, Stuart is left alone, feeling concerned for her...
INT. MATERNITY WARD - NIGHT
Lynne is lying on the bed, midway through giving birth. Amy is sat beside her holding her the hand. The midwife is talking to Lynne.
Midwife: Come on darling, just a couple more pushes...
Lynne: Ahhhh! No! I can't! It hurts!
Amy: Come on, be brave Lynne, you can do it...
Midwife: Ok then, give me one last push....come on...
Lynne screws up her face as she gives one final push. The sound of a baby crying can be heard, Amy is overjoyed by the sound of crying.
Midwife: Congratulations it's a little baby girl...
The midwife wraps the baby in a blanket and hands her to Lynne.
Amy: I'll have her if you don't mind...
Amy snatches the baby off Lynne and begins to rock the baby to stop it from crying.
Amy: Awww, isn't she adorable? (hugs baby) Say hello to mommy...
Lynne: Can I hold her?
Amy: I don't think that's wise Lynne...
Lynne: She's my daughter! I gave birth to her!
Amy: No. We've agreed I'm her mom, and in a couple of hours time it will be official...
Amy makes a fuss of the baby, as Lynne looks on, feeling disheartened...

Lynne is in bed resting, the baby is in the baby ward for observations. Maureen walks in slowly, approaching her daughter...

Lynne: It's not my responsibility...
Maureen: It's not too late to go back on it love...
Lynne: I can't have a baby Mom, not at my age, I want to live a bit first.

Ruby is standing in the dock. On the other side of the room, the Singhs are sitting in the public gallery, praying Ruby will get off. The jury come back in, they've reached a verdict. The barrister stands.
Barrister: Can the foreman please stand?
The foreman stands.
Barrister: Have you reached a verdict in which you have all agreed?
Foreman: Yes we have....
Barrister: Do you find the defendant, Ruby Singh, guilty or not guilty of fraud and tax ivasion?
We cut to Ruby. She is a bag of nerves. We cut to the Singhs who are praying the verdict is a good one.
Foreman: Guilty...
The Singhs look on, shocked at the verdict. We cut to Kyle, who has a smug look on his face. We cut to Ruby, she looks absolutely devastated. Iqbal starts crying and shouts out.
Iqbal: (upset) This...this is an outrage! Ruby isn't guilty of anything! She was set up! It was him! (points to Kyle) That ******* Kyle!
Judge: Please keep quiet or you'll be in contempt of court...we will return shortly to give Ruby Singh an appropriate sentence for her crime..

Tanya is in Richard and Hilary's room, rummaging through Richard's pill box. She finds some heart tablets. Tanya gets her phone out and dials in a number.

INT. TORBAY LAW COURTS - DAY
Everyone is back in court, a slight mumbling of discussion about what sentance Ruby might get.
Sanjita: Look at her, the poor love...
A close up of ruby, looking sad, her mascara ran down her face. The judge enters the room.
Clerk: All rise...
Everyone stands up as the Judge walks towards his seat and sits down.
Judge: Ruby Singh, I have taken serious consideration of your crimes, and heard the case as a whole, granted this is your first time in the dock, but this does not excuse the extent of lying and deceipt that you have taken a part in. You have fleeced Mr Williams of a considerable amount of money with these unlawful acts and therefore I have no choice but to sentance you for 10 years imprisonment...
Ruby: Noooo!!!!!!
Judge: Take her down...
Ruby: But I didn't do it! I swear to god I didn't do it!
The security guards begin to drag her away to the cell, her declarations of innocence slowly fading as she goes out of site...
EXT. TORBAY LAW COURTS - DAY
Kyle walks out of the court room confidently, followed by a distraught Sanjita, Iqbal and Marcus. The press rush over to Kyle to ask him some questions.
Pressman: Any comment on today's verdict Mr Williams?
Kyle: I just want to say that Justice was done...
Iqbal: You wouldn't know justice if you landed on your lap! You scumbag!
They all barge past the press, continuing their argument.
Iqbal: Oi williams, we aren't going to forget you! Sometime, when you least expect it I'm gonna get you, and you wont be able to prove anything!
Kyle: (Smug) Anytime...
Iqbal: You make me sick to the stomach, you *******!
Kyle: What's a few names when I just got away with fraud :D
Kyle walks off, Marcus holds Iqbal back. Sanjita can barely console herself.
Sanjita: What are we gonna do Iqbal?
Iqbal: There's nothing we can do...we just need to be there for her...and try and appeal...

Ruby and several other convicts are lead into the prison van. Ruby sits down, beside herself with sadness. She holds her head in her hands, an emotional state.
The van pulls off, Ruby heading to jail, the last we will ever see of her...

Simon: Well as i'm staying round here permanently now, I figured I might as well try and get a job instead of sponging off Richard and Hilary! I think the next step for me and Charlie is to get a house...

Simon: I really do want me and Charlie to get our own place Tanya..it'll be so much easier, there'll be more space for us..

Lynne: I've decided after all that i want to keep my daughter!

INT. TORBAY CHARITY FUNCTION - EVENING
A grand hall is filled with many people dressed in fancy frocks and smart suits. It is one of Richard's local buisness functions that he always attends. Him and Hilary are dancing.
Richard: Oh look at Jared, perving over that poor woman...
Hilary looks jealous at the thought of it. We see dancing Jared dancing with an elegant old woman (Honor Blackman)
Hilary: Who is she?
Richard: Lady Stephanie Windsor, a very influential woman in these parts...
Hilary continues giving her and Jared daggered looks. The camera cuts to the pair of them, Stephanie notices Hilary looking at them.
Stephanie: What is that woman's problem?
Jared: Oh just ignore her, she's probably just jealous that you're dancing with Devon's most elagable bachelor...
Stephanie laughs at Jared's attempt to talk himself up.
Jared: So how's the Windsor empire?
Stephanie: Positvley blooming, as per usual...but I somehow doubt you've started up conversation out of polite chit chit...

Patrick hurries up the stairs and into the bedroom where Amy is packing her bags in a hurry.
Patrick: Be Jesus! What the hell are you doing woman!?
Amy: We've gotta get away from here fast, before that bitch takes our baby away!
Patrick: This is madness Amy! You can't run off with her! She not our baby!
Amy: Yes she is! Lynne said we can have her!
Patrick: That doesnt hold up in a court of law, nothing has been signed! You go off with Holly and the police will see it as abduction...now hand over the bloody baby!
Amy: I swear to God Patrick Don't you dare!....
Before Amy has finished her sentance, Lynne and Maureen come into the room.
Lynne: This ends now Amy! Give me my baby!

Police Officer: Hand over the baby..
Amy: No, she's mine!
Police Officer: If you don't, we'll have no option but to arrest you for the kidnap of the child!
Amy: No! Just go away! This has nothing to do with you!
The police run and grab Amy.
Police Officer: Give her up!
Amy tearfully hands Holly to Patrick. Amy starts crying. Patrick hands the baby over to Lynne, and we see Amy, an emotional wreck as she is carted away by police.

Maureen: Well I'm not suprised she sounded like a nutcase from day one...
Maureen gets into the taxi.
Patrick: Look I'm sorry but I need to get down the station and sort this mess out...
Lynne: (Clears Throat) Aren't you forgetting something?

Lynne: The 40 grand you promised me...for keeping the baby, and not letting Amy have it...

Vicky is sat on the sofa, awaiting Kyle bringing Daniel back, when there's a knock at the door she immeditaley gets up to answer it. Daniel runs in, a smile on his face, Kyle follows.
Vicky: What time do you call this!? I said five!
Kyle: Sorry, we got distracted and forgot about the time...
Vicky: That's not good enough Kyle!
Kyle: Look, where's the harm, he's home safely now?
Vicky: I could have had plans for him tonight!
Kyle: Oh yeah...looks like it :rolleyes:
Vicky: God you make me sick to the stomach you smug little git!
Kyle: What have I done now!?
Vicky: What haven't you done!? Poor Ruby behind bars just so you can have an extra few quid in your pocket! Was it really necessary!?

Amy is in her cell in tears. A policeman opens the cell door. Patrick enters. Amy looks confused.
Police Officer: Lynne doesn't want to press charges after all, your free to go..
Amy gets up weakly and Patrick goes over and hugs her.
Patrick: Come on, lets get you home..
Amy is an emotional wreck.
Amy: Why did she do it Patrick!?
Patrick: I don't know love...i don't know...

Kyle and Nick are arguing over Vicky. Vicky is on the sofa.
Nick: To be honest Kyle, you should leave now! You have no right to be here!
Kyle: Of course i have a right to be here! It could be my baby inside Vicky!
Nick: You don't deserve rights Kyle! Not after what happened to Ruby!
Kyle: Ruby has nothing to do with this! I'm concerned for Vicky's welfare, i want to see how she's doing...anything wrong with that?!
Nick: Yeah there is actually! Your timing isn't exactly perfect is it?! It's 10pm!
Kyle: Well i wanted to see Vicky now...
Vicky: Look both of you, just stop it! Stop talking about me like i'm not here! Listening to you two arguing isn't doing me or the baby inside me any good!
Vicky suddenly starts crying out.
Vicky: Oh my god...
Nick: What?!
Vicky: (struggling to speak) I think the baby's coming Nick...
Nick: What?! Already?!
Vicky's waters break. She starts crying out in pain.

Stephanie and Jared are in a private room getting passionate. Hilary suddenly walks in on them.
Hilary: What the hell is going on?!
Jared turns to Hilary, shocked.

Stephanie: Oh Jared, for goodness sake! Don't patronise the woman, she has eyes!

Vicky: (in pain) I don't care who takes me but will one of you just take me there before the baby drops out in the middle of the friggin' living room!
Nick: Right i'm gonna take you...
Nick helps Vicky up from the sofa. She is crying out in pain.
Kyle: (to Kyle) You can't shun me like this! I'll see you both at the hospital..

Hilary: I can't believe you!
Jared: It's not a crime, i'm a single man...

INT. MARTERNITY WARD - NIGHT
Vicky is lying on a bed, midway through labour, the sweat is pouring from her face as she huffs and puffs her way through childbirth. Nick is sat beside her holding her hand.
Nick: Come on babe, you can do this....
Vicky: It feels like I'm pushing a friggin watermelon!
Midwife: Come on love, just a couple more pushes...push!
Vicky: It is going to be ok isn't it!? I'm only 8 months gone!
Midwife: Of course it will, dont worry. I've known hundreads of babies born at 8 months that survive, and live healthy ordinary loves, do dont worry...now one last push...
Vicky screams in pain as she gives one last push. The sound of a baby crying can be heard. Vicky and Nick look at one another overjoyed.
Midwife: Congratulations, it's a baby girl...
Vicky takes hold of the baby.
Vicky: Hello little one, I'm your mommy.
Nick shuffles over, the three of them united. Kyle stands outside of the ward, looking jealous of the scene infront of him, he grinds his teeth before he heading off in a mood...
Wow.. vicky had a baby girl.. really really hope it is Nicks and hope hilary gets her revenge

Stuart is buying some cigarettes. Leah bumps into him. He looks at her tray and sees a microwave meal for one.

Leah: Well Craig is away so you know….all on my own….I’m sure I’ll find something to pass the time…
Stuart: Well I best go and pay for these….see you around…
Stuart goes to the counter and leaves Leah in the aisle. He pays for his cigarettes and leaves, thinking….

The pub is heaving with customers. Claire and Patrick are rushed off their feet.
Claire: Where's Amy, she's usually down by now to lend a hand...
Patrick: She's resting, trying to numb out the pain you know...
Claire: (Concerned) What pain?
Patrick: Don't you know? Oh well, Lynne decided she wanted the baby afteralll, Amy's heart broken...
Claire: Oh god how awful!
Patrick: To be honest with you, I have no idea how to deal with the situation...everything I say and do seems to be the wrong thing...

INT. MATERNITY WARD - DAY
Vicky is resting in the ward, Nick is bent over the incubater making a fuss of the baby.
Nick: I think Katy suits her, what do you think?
Vicky: Yeah Katy is nice, why not?
Nick: Katy it is then :D
Richard and Hilary walk into the ward, carrying flowers for Vicky and a teddy bear for Katy.
Nick: Mom, Dad, I didn't know you were coming!
Richard: We never knew, until Rebecca told us earlier...we were so worried, is the baby ok?
Vicky: Yeah she's fine, a bit premature, but the doctors say she'll be fine.
Richard looks over at the baby, a huge smile on his face.
Richard: Oh this is just brilliant, I'm so happy...
Nick: Yeah, well save your hapiness for a while yet
Richard: Why?
Nick: Well there's a chance that the baby could be Kyles...
Richard is fuming at this peice of news, he casts a killer look at Vicky...

Leah is sat alone, watching Sex and City on the TV. The doorbell ring, Leah gets up, looking curious - expecting no visitors. She opens the door to Stuart.
Leah: Stuart...
Stuart is carrying a few bags of shopping, he pulls out a bottle of wine and hands it her.
Stuart: I thought I'd suprise you...
Leah: What are you doing?
Stuart walks in and gives her a breif glimpse of the food in the bags.
Stuart: Seen as Craig's buggered off and left you on your own I figured you might want to be waited on...
Leah: Oh I don't know, honestly...
Stuart: No, I insist, tonight you will be treated like a princess.
Stuart heads off into the kitcehn. Leah closes the door, a guilty smile on her face, secretly pleased at the effort Stuart is making for her...
INT. RED RUM UPSTAIRS FLAT - NIGHT
Claire walks into the room with a bottle of wine. She nervously approaches Amy, who is sitting on the sofa, staring into space.
Claire: Am'... I thought you could do with having someone to chat to...
Amy: I'd rather be on my own ta...
Claire: Oh come on, would be a shame to see this bottle of bubbly go to waste, what do you say?
Amy looks at Claire, and gives a faint glimer of a smile, she curls up, allowing room for Claire to sit down beside her.
Claire: Patick told me what happened with Lynne...
Amy: Why me eh Claire!? What have I ever done to have all this **** thrown at me! I've had two babies cruelly snatched away from me, maybe it's a sign that I shouldn't be a mother!
Claire: Hey, don't say that Am'. Life has just dealt you some cruel blows recently...you're time will come to be a mother, you mark my words...
Amy: I hope so Claire, I really do, but I can't help feeling that the whole world is against me at the moment...
Claire: Hey, come on, try and stay positive...
Amy: (Emotional) How can I be positive when I can't have the one thing I really want in this world! A baby! I give up Claire, really I do!
Amy bursts into tears, Claire grabs hold of Amy and begins rubbing her back to comfort her. Claire consoles her friend, looking concerned...

Nick: Well there's a chance that the baby could be Kyles...

Richard: Nick and Hilary, go and get me a cup of coffee from the vending machine, i need to have a little word with Vicky for a second...
Nick and Hilary obey Richard's orders and leave the cubicle. Richard confronts Vicky, an angered look on his face.
Richard: How could you Vicky? How could you?!
Vicky: I'm sorry...i'm really sorry, i swear the baby is Nick's!
Richard: Well you don't know for sure do you!? You dirty little tart!
Vicky: Don't you dare call me that!
Richard: You know what!? I thought this would be the happiest news in months...the Taylor family have suffered tough times, and i thought you having this baby would be a shred of happiness that we could hold onto!
Vicky: Richard, i can't stress enough how sorry I am...but I was honest with Nick, i didn't lie to him! I told him straight that the baby could be his or Kyle's!
Richard: Oh and that makes it all better does it?! I never knew you were the sort to bed hop!
Vicky: This is out of order Richard! This situation is between me and Nick, we're working through this together! I don't need the third degree from you!
Richard: Nick should do the decent thing and dump you! You don't deserve my son...

Hilary is buttoning up her blouse, Brandon is straightening his tie, slightly out of breath.
Brandon: If Jared found out I'd been sleeping with you then he'd kill me...
Hilary: Oh I'm sure he wouldn't mind, he thinks I'm "desperate" nowadays... besides I like the thrill of it, forbidden passions and all that...
Hilary gets out her compact mirror and begins replying her lipstick.
Brandon: Something gives me the idea that this wasn't becuase you were attracted to me...
Hilary: How did you guess? :p
Brandon: Well what is it that you want then?
Hilary: I want to get back at Jared...that ******* can't just throw me away like I'm another one of his cheap tarts!
Brandon: And where do I come into this?
Hilary: Well he seems to assign you all his trusty jobs...lawyer, and more importantly acountant...I want his money...
INT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - NIGHT
Nick leaves the maternity ward, looking tired. He runs his hands through his hair in stress. Kyle appears from around the corner, arms folded and an arrogant look on his face.
Kyle: The stress getting to you?
Nick: I'm tired, not stressed... it's hard work brining up a baby...
Kyle: You mean my potential baby? :p
Nick: Shut it Kyle! We've had enough of you spouting your posinous lies!
Kyle: Ah, but they're not though are they? That baby could just aswell be mine and it could be yours...and that's what's really getting to you isn't it...
Nick: I swear to god Kyle you leave me and my w...
Kyle: You're what? You're wife...!? But she isn't though is she? Thanks to me that one got nipped in the bud, and just you wait...when she finds out who the real father is of her baby, she'll come running back to me, wanting to play happy families...
Nick: You better shut up now Kyle, or I'll paste you one! Vicky loves me okay!? Not you!
Kyle: If she loved you that much she wouldn't have come back to me would she? :cool:
Nick charges at Kyle and pins him against the wall.
Nick: Shut it you *******!
Kyle: That's right, show Vicky just why she should be with me rather than a violent madman!
Nick lets go of Kyle, but gives him one long look of hatred. A doctor approaches them, carrying a white envelope.
Doctor: Erm Mr Williams?
Kyle: Who wants to know?
Doctor: I'm Dr Ramesh...we've got the results of the paternity test come through...
Kyle and Nick look at one another, nervously awaiting the results...

The post arrives at the Harvey’s house. Leah opens the front door and sees some flowers on the doorstep. She quickly picks them up and sees who there from, before hiding the note in her pocket from Craig.
Craig: Who are the flowers from?
Leah: Oh I’m not sure, they were on the doorstep, I’m sure they’ve gone to the wrong address…I’ll chuck them…
Craig: No, it’s a shame to waste them. (jokes) For one second there, I thought I had a rival for your affections…

The doctor has come in with the results.
Nick: So am I the father or is Kyle?
Doctor: The results show that the father of baby Katy is Nick.
An overjoyed looks crosses Nick’s face. The Taylor family smile, clearly happy for him. Kyles smug smile quickly vanishes. Richard turns to Kyle.
Richard: I think you best get lost, you could have caused Nick’s family permanent damage by being the father to that baby…just stay out of our lives because you aren’t wanted…
Kyle is lost for words, angered he storms off, feeling hurt and humiliated...
INT. HARVEY'S HOUSE - MORNING
Leah is in the kitchen, she gets the flower card out of her back pocket and reads it. "To Leah, Thanks For Last Night, Stuart x". Leah breifly smiles at this, but immeditaley realises she shouldn't and crunches it up into a ball and puts it in the bin.
She gets her phone out to call him, but realises Craig is only in the next room, reading the paper. Flustered, she puts on her coat and heads out, improvising an excuse...
Leah: I'm erm...just gonna go and get some erm...milk...
Craig ignores her, and continues to read his newspaper. Leah leaves the house, as she does so she dials Stuarts number. As she does so she hears his ringtone, she turns to see him standing down the alleyway.
Leah: Jesus, Stuart, you have to stop this!
Stuart: Stop what!?
Leah: Standing right next to my house! What are you my stalker or something!?
Stuart: No, I was just in the area...
Leah: "Just in the area"!? You don't even live in the fricking area, yet you spend half your life here, harassing me!
Stuart: It's hardly harassing if you enjoy it...
Leah: Who says I enjoy it?
Stuart: You telling me you don't?
Leah doesn't answer this.
Stuart: I do admit I come to see if you liked the flowers...
Leah: They were nic, but you can't do stuff like that, Craig will start to suspect something...
Stuart: We've done nothing for him to suspect about...
Leah: Craig wont see it like that...if you know what's good for you Stuart you'll just leave me alone...
Leah hurries off out of site, Stuart is slightly disheartened, but adamant not to give up so easy...
INT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - DAY
Nick and Vicky are walking down a coridoor, holding hands, smiles beaming on their faces.
Vicky: So then, it's official, you're the daddy, oh babe you don't know how happy I was to hear that...
Nick: Me more so, when the doctor came in, I thought for a second that it was gonna be his...
Vicky: But it isn't, and now we can cut him out of our lives for good...
Nick: It's not that easy though is it, you still have Daniel as a shared intrest...
Vicky: Yuck, don't remind me...still we'll come through it, we always do :)
Nick and Vicky walk into the baby ward, and notice that Katy is missing.
Nick: Where is she!? Where's Katy!
The pair look at one another with worry, realising that someone has taken her...

Vicky: (panic) Oh my god! Our baby’s gone! Our baby has gone!
Nick: Jesus Christ! We’ve got to tell security, Katy couldn’t have gone far…
Vicky starts crying. Nick comforts her.
Vicky: If we never see our baby daughter again, I’ll never forgive myself!
Nick: Now come on, we’ve got to stay positive, it won’t come too that…
Vicky: Who would have taken her though eh?! Who would want to hurt us like this by taking our precious daughter away!?
Nick’s eyes light up.
Nick: Oh my god…Kyle…
INTERCUT:
We see Kyle speeding in his car and see baby Katy in the backseat, not belted in.
INT. MATERNITY WARD - DAY
Vicky is sat down, in tears, one of the nurses is comforting her. Nick is pacing the room, stressed, waiting for the police to arrive.
Vicky What if he hurts her? Do you think he will hurt her Nick!?
Nick: If he lays a single finger on her I'll bloody kill him!
Vicky: Oh god, I knew this would be too good to be true...
The police walk into the ward.
Policeman: Mr Taylor?
Nick: Yes, look it's my baby, she's been adbucted!
Policeman: I need to take down some details Mr Taylor....
Nick: Stuff the details! You should be out there with security trying to find my baby!
Policeman: If you help us sir, you'll make the search a whole lot easier...have you any idea who may have taken her?
Nick: Kyle bloody Williams! That's who! Now get in your car, and save my baby from that bloody psycho!
INT. DANIEL'S NIGHTCLUB - DAY
Kyle rushes into the back room, and hurries to the safe. In a rush he tries to unlock it. Upon opening it he stuffs the money and valuables into a bag. Seconds later the bar manager walks in.
Manger: Kyle, what's happening?
Kyle: I'm go away for a while...
Manager: How long for?
Kyle: A while, you gonna be ok looking after this place?
Manager: Yeah sure.
Kyle rushes out of the club, carrying the bag full of money.
INTERCUT:
EXT. DANIEL'S NIGHTCLUB - DAY
Rebecca is passing the nightclub as Kyle rushes out. She notices a baby in the backseat.
Rebecca: What the hell are you doing!?
Kyle: Stay out of my way Rebecca!
Rebecca: No! Is that Katy!?
Kyle: Get out of my way you old bag!
Rebecca grabs old of Kyle, trying to stop him from getting into the car. The pair have a breif tussle, but he throws her down onto the floor, and kicks her hard in the stomach.
Rebecca: Someone help!
Kyle gets into the car, throwing the bag onto the bag seat next to Katy, who is still not belted up. He speeds off out of the village. Rebecca is lying on the floor in agony.
Rebecca: Quick! Someone help! He's got the baby!
:eek::eek: what is going to happen to the baby.. how cruel can Kyle be?? .. I want to know more..

INT. MATERNITY WARD - DAY
Policeman: If you help us sir, you'll make the search a whole lot easier...have you any idea who may have taken her?
Nick: Kyle bloody Williams! That's who! Now get in your car, and save my baby from that bloody psycho!
Policeman: Now hang on a moment, you need to calm down, you can't start making any wild accusations....
Nick: This isn't any wild accusation! It's true, i know it is! He's took our baby!
Policeman: Well if your so sure, we need to take down some details about him, give us his description...
Nick: I haven't got time to give you a bloody picture of him! You need to be out there now finding our baby!
Vicky is sitting on the hospital bed, tears rolling down her eyes.
Vicky: Please Nick, they're only doing their job...
Policeman: If you don't give us his description, how do we know who to look for eh? Now please, just tell us briefly what he looks like and we'll take things from there...
Suddenly the policeman gets a call on his phone. He answers it.
Policeman: Hello....oh right really?.....i'll be on my way now...thanks..
The policeman hangs up.
Vicky: What was that?
Policeman: We have just recieved a tip off of the whereabouts of Kyle Williams and your baby...
Vicky: Oh my god! You've got to go and get our baby back now!
Nick: And we're gonna come with you!
The police rushes out of the hospital with Vicky and Nick following. They get outside and the police enter their car, and Vicky and Nick jump in the back seats. The police car speeds off.

INT. DEVON COUNTRY ROAD- DAY
The police have caught up with Kyle. A car chase has ensued between Kyle and the police. Kyle is speeding along a quiet country road with Katy in the backseat and the police are speeding behind him with Nick and Vicky in the backseat.
Nick: For god sake, try to pull him over...
Policeman: We can't, he is going too fast, we'll have to keep following him, would you say Kyle is a dangerous man?
Vicky: No, he doesn't usually seem this dangerous at all...
Nick: Well he's certainly showed his true colours now hasn't he?!
Policeman: I'm sure he'll give up this silly little game soon and hand the baby back...
Vicky: I damn well hope so!
At this moment, Kyle stops his car and takes Katy quickly from the backseat before running towards the edge of a cliff with baby Katy in his arms.
EXT. DEVON CLIFFTOP - DAY
Kyle steps closer and closer towards the edge of the cliff, holding onto baby Katy tightly.
The police car pulls to a stop, and they all run out of it. Vicky is beside herself with agony, she runs towards Kyle, screaming.
Vicky: Kyle! Give me back my baby! Now!
The police hold her back.
Vicky: Let go of me! I have to get my baby!
Policeman: Any closer and you might make him jump!
Nick: Oh god...please no...
Kyle is standing nervously on the edge, whimpering. Vicky shouts over to him.
Vicky: Kyle, please, don't do anything stupid!
Kyle: Stupid!? Why would I do anything stupid!?
Vicky: Look, why are you doing this!? It's not fair on me or Nick...we dont deserve this...
Kyle: I've got nothing left... why should I let you two be happy if I'm not eh!?
Vicky: What are you talking about, you've got Daniel and the nightclub! You've got you're whole life ahead of you...please Kyle...don't jump...
Kyle: If I jumped would you care?
Vicky: Of course I'd care...
Kyle: No you wouldn't! You only care about the baby, you couldn't give a stuff about me!
Nick: (Angered) Just give us back our daughter you stupid *******!
Kyle: Stupid!? There's that word again!
Kyle looks behind him, and takes a step backwards. Vicky is worried, slowly but surely she steps nearer to Kyle.
Kyle: You made it clear that you weren't gonna let me see Daniel ever again!
Vicky: I know and that was stupid of me...look you can have custody of Daniel...we can we equal parents to him...you can see him whenever you want...how about it?
Kyle: I dont want him, I want you...I thought...I thought if the baby was mine we could have made a go of things...
Vicky: But it wasn't...and even if it was...I'm with Nick...you had your chance all those years back Kyle, we were never meant to be...
Kyle whipes the tears from his eyes.
Vicky: If you ever loved me Kyle you'll hand over the baby...please Kyle...I'm asking this one thing of you...
Kyle: I'm sorry...
Kyle hands the baby over to Vicky, she breaths a sigh of releif and hurries away from Kyle. The police rush over and grab hold of Kyle, who is motionless.
Kyle sniffs away the tears, staring at Nick and Vicky as the police lead him towards the police car...

Flaming nora. For a moment there I thought the car was going to crash with the Kyle and the baby in it.
EXT. DEVON CLIFFTOP - DAY
The police car, with Kyle in it, drives away. Nick and Vicky are left standing alone, with baby Katy.
Vicky: Thank god she's safe...it's all over now, he can't touch us anymore...
Nick: It's Kyle, never say never....
Vicky: I don't know babe, I've never seen him like that before...he was a state, he seems to have just lost to will to carry on...
Nick: Who cares, it's not our problem anymore...
A car speeds towards the clifftop, Richard, Hilary and Rebecca hurry out of the car and towards Nick and Vicky.
Richard: Oh my god, we've only just heard!? Are you okay!?
Vicky: We are now...
Rebecca: I was so worried, when I saw Kyle speed off with Katy my heart skipped a beat...
Nick: He's out of our lives now, it's just me, Vicky and baby Katy from now on...infact...now seems like the best time...
Vicky: The best time for what?
Nick hands Katy to Hilary, and then gets down on bended knee.
Nick: I know this might seem like deja vu but now feels like the best time to ask you again...Vicky Mansfield, will you marry me?
Vicky: Yes! Of course I will! :D
Vicky jumps into Nick's arm, he swings her around, the pair of them overjoyed. The pair share a tender kiss. Richard, Hilary and Rebecca smile to themselves, happy for the pair of them...
INT. BAYMOORE LESUIRE CENTRE - GYM - DAY
Stuart is in the gym, casually jogging on one of the treadwills. He is laughing and joking with some woman, who is on the treadmill beside him. Leah sees this and walks over to him, clearly annoyed.
She pushes the stop button on the treadmill and pulls him away from the woman.
Stuart: Leah, what's up?
Leah: You're doing this on purpose aren't you!?
Stuart: Doing what?
Leah: Flirting with that woman, here, infront of me...
Stuart: Leah you've told me to forget about you, so I am...
Leah: Even so Stuart, you dont have to rub my nose in it...
Stuart: Look I respect what you're saying, but you have no right to tell me what I can and can't do...unless you actually fancy me...
Leah: Don't be so ridiculous!
Stuart: I know you do, you can't deny with we have a spark...
Leah: Get out! Come on! I've had enough of this...
Stuart: Fine, I'm going but it wont change the fact that you and me are gonna get together...you can't fight it Leah...
Stuart walks off, Leah looks slightly worried by what Stuart has just said.

Michelle and Callumn are both curled up on the sofa together with the television on in the background. They are both sharing a bottle of wine.
Michelle: You know Callumn...i just wanna say thanks to you for being a great husband these past few months..
Callumn: Hey, you don't need to thank me, it's just something I should have to be...
Michelle: Yeah well, I for one never thought you'd change, but you've pleasantly surprised me.
Callumn: I don't think you realise how much I love you Michelle, I know sometimes I slip up but my love for you is real..
Michelle: I'm pleased you feel that way, i've been thinking...
Callumn: Oh yeah, what about?
Michelle: I want us to start a family, i'm serious about it..

Tanya is in the kitchen making a cup of tea when Simon walks in.
Tanya: Oh, did you want a cuppa?
Simon: No it's ok, i just came to tell you that me and Charlie have found a flat just outside of Baymoore.
Tanya: Well that's good news then...:)
Simon: Yeah it'll do until we find somewhere more permanent.
Tanya: You know Simon, you don't have to leave if you don't want too...
Simon: I want to.
Tanya: Well i'm gonna miss you not being around here..
Simon: Yeah it'll be odd, but onwards and upwards. :)
Tanya: No I genuinely do mean it, i'll miss you.
Simon: What are you saying Tanya?
Tanya: I think you know what i'm saying...
Tanya and Simon both gaze into each other's eyes and share a tender kiss. Suddenly Tanya's phone rings and Tanya pulls away from Simon. She answers the phone, it's Jenny.
Tanya: Oh Jenny, ok...i'll be there as soon as i can, bye..
Tanya hangs up.
Tanya: I have to go..
Simon: What to do?
Tanya: It's really important, I need to go now..
Tanya rushes out of Jenkins Manor. We see Simon standing in the kitchen, confused over his kiss with Tanya.

Nick: You know, i feel like the happiest man alive! I have you and baby Katy..

Hilary comes to Brandon's office.
Hilary: How much is there?
Brandon: 1 million...anymore and it would be ludicrous!
Hilary: How are you going to explain it?!
Brandon: Jared rakes in so much money that he won't notice, trust me..
Hilary kisses Brandon on the lips.
Hilary: Thanks Brandon, your a star, i won't forget this! :)
Hilary grabs the suitcase full of money and leaves the office. Once Hilary leaves, Brandon grabs his phone from his pocket and dials in a number.
Brandon: Yeah...she's just left my office...
INT. MANSFIELD'S HOUSE - DAY
Vicky is in the kitchen, checking the temperature of the milk bottle. The house phone rings, Vicky goes to answer it.
Vicky: I'll get it...
Vicky picks up the phone. The scene cross cuts between the Mansfield's house and Paignton Police station.
Kyle: Vicky is that you!?
Vicky: Kyle, what the hell!?
Kyle: Don't hang up, its my only phone call I'm allowed...
Vicky: What is it Kyle, I've got a baby to look after...
Kyle: The police have set my bail at 5 grand, I dont suppose...
Vicky: Kyle I haven't got that kind of money, even if I wanted to pay it...
Kyle: Yeah but Nick has... please Vic...don't do it for me, do it for Daniel...
Vicky looks into the living room where Daniel is on the floor, with Nick making a fuss of baby Katy, they are laughing and joking.
Vicky: Nah, he doesn't need you, and neither do I... goodbye Kyle...
Kyle: Vicky please!
Vicky puts the phone down, she walks into the living room carrying the milk bottle, a smile on her face, having finally told Kyle where to stick it...
INT.EXT/ SOLICTORS OFFICE - DAY
Hilary gets out of the lift, and walks across the lobby, struggling to lift the heavy suitcase filled with money. A security guard comes up to her.
Security Guard: Can I give you a hand with that madam?
Hilary: (Snaps) No thank you!
Hilary leaves the building and walks over to her sports car, she opens the boot of the car and stuggles to put the case in. She looks around to check no one is around. She then opens the case, to see a case full of sand...
Hilary: What the!?
Hilary is shocked beyond belief, at being double crossed by Brandon.
Jared: No more than you deserve...
Hilary turns around to see Jared standing by her, arms folded, a look of clear annoyance on his face. Hilary's smile fades, realising she has got some explaining to do...

Rebecca: Eh..calm down, i think she needs feeding that's all..
Vicky: Can you do it?
Rebecca: I'm not a walk in nanny you know...

Vicky is at the dinner table, baby Katy is in her baby chair, Vicky is trying to give her her bottle.
Vicky: Come on open your mouth...
Katy pulls her face as Vicky moves the bottle to her mouth.
Vicky: Fine, don't have your bloody milk!
Rebecca comes into the room, concerned at Vickys short temper.
Rebecca: Vicky!
Vicky: I'm sick of it, all she does is whine and cry, and when I try and sort it out, she wont have any of it!
Rebecca: You have to be patient with her, it's not easy but you have to...
Vicky: It's taking it out of me, I just want to focus on this wedding, not fighting to feed her 24/7
Rebecca: I don't understand you, most mothers want to spend every waking minute with their babies, but all your fussed about is this blasted wedding...
Vicky: Forgive me for caring about my wedding! :rolleyes:
Rebecca: I'm just saying...you have a baby to look after, remember that...
Rebecca leaves the room, shaking her head. Vicky casts baby Katy a resentful look...

Hilary: Because of Karen...
Jared: What about her?
Hilary: I know what you did to her...
Jared: (Stunned) What do you mean!?
Hilary: I might not have been around but I had eyes and ears in Devon...I know what you did! You pushed her off that cliff!
Jared: No...you're wrong...she fell...
Hilary: There's no way Karen would fall off a cliff edge, she's scared of heights, she'd have never been by one! You chased her there, and you killed her!
Jared: So what have these past few years been then? Revenge!?
Hilary: She was my sister! Did you honestly expect me to leave it be!? You murdered my sister, and I was sure as hell gonna make you pay for it!
Jared: (Laughs to self) The double bluff...not only Richard but me...I've got to hand it to you Hilary, you're one cow...
Hilary: Don't pretend you're any better...
Jared: Just aswell Brendan is loyal to the family... look about Karen...
Hilary: It doesn't matter now, I've moved on from it...at my age I've had enough of these petty feuds...revenge has it's downsides, you've made it clear you don't want me...I just want to settle down with Richard now...

Jared: I guess this is where we say goodbye then...
Jared leans in for a kiss, Hilary pulls away. Emotionally she gets into her car and speeds off leaving Jared standing alone with the suitcase full of sand...

Iqbal: Well guys, i can't believe this is my last night of freedom! This time, tomorrow night, i'll be a married man!

Patrick, Iqbal and the rest of the lads toast Iqbal's last night of freedom and his future happiness. Suddenly a stripper walks in. The lads and Iqbal turn round and look at the stripper, smiles on their faces.

Michelle, Vicky and Amy are at the bar talking. We see Lauren drinking nearby.
Vicky: You know, i can't tell you guys how happy I am, I have Nick and baby Katy, we've shaped up to become one happy little family! :D
Amy: I'm gutted that I lost Holly, I really wanted her to be mine!
Michelle: Your time will come Amy, if your dead set on having kids, you will eventually have kids..

Rebecca opens the front door to Nick, who is carrying a Mothercare bag.
Rebecca: Oh hiya Nick, Vicky will be back in a bit, she's just gone out for a drink...
Nick: And left Katy on her own!?
Rebecca: No it's ok, I told her to get out for a bit, I was looking after her...
Nick bends down and puts his finger by Katy, she holds it and giggles.

The music is blasting out and the club is packed. Sanjita and the girls are in the club, having her hen night.
Val: Come on Sanjita, get a couple of shots down you!
Sanjita: Just the one, I want to remember my wedding day...
Val: That's what the wedding videos for! Come on, get them down you!
Sanjita downs them, laughing. The girls cheer her on. Her phone rings, it says unknown number calling.
Sanjita: Hello!?
Sanjita puts her finger in her other ear, struggling to hear over the music.
Sanjita: Hello!? Who's there!?
Sanjita heads outside, to hear the caller. As she does, someone covers her mouth, and drags her kicking and screaming into a car...
INT. DANIELS' NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT
The club is bustling and the girls are getting into the party spirit, Val brings a tray of cocktails over to the group.
Val: Get them down you ladies, start as we mean to go on! :D
Mandy: Amen to that! Chin! Chin!
Claire: Eh, where's the blushing bride got to?
Val: She went to take a call I think...
Amy: Yeah that was about twenty minutes ago! Maybe one of us should go look for her...

Val dials Sanjita's number and waits for her to answe.

Sanjita's phone rings. She is in the back of the car, tied up, screaming, a look of horror on her face...

The winebar is dead quite, Callumn is behind the bar, bored sensless. Lauren storms into the bar, a look of annoyance on her face.
Callumn: Lauren?
Lauren slaps Callumn hard around the face.
Callumn: What the hell was that for!?
Lauren: I just heard you sad old hag of a wife talking about you wanting to have kids...
Callumn: Yeah about that...
Lauren: I swear to god Callumn, you best not be giving me the brush off!
Callumn: Look it's fun yeah? But it's Michelle I love...it's her I have to be with...

Val: It's Sanjita! We and all the girls were having a girlies night out last night, you know celebrating her last night of being a single woman, but well, she's dissapeared...
Iqbal: What do you mean, dissapeared?
Val: Well her phone rang, she stepped outside to answer it, and since then, we haven't seen her!
Iqbal: Jesus! Where's she gone?!
Val: I don't have the foggiest idea, but there must be some kind of explanation why she's gone off and not told anyone...
Iqbal: Well i can't think of any possible explanation...can you!?
Val: Well she wouldn't go off like this, i know that!
Iqbal: I agree, this isn't like Sanjita at all...what am I going to do!? It's our wedding today and she's nowhere to be seen! What if she's had second thoughts and decided to back out of it!?

Andonis: I've just had a phone call from the mental institute...Kash has escaped and they wanted to know if we know where he is..

Leah and Craig are in bed. Craig is asleep, whilst Leah lies awake. Suddenly her phone beeps. She picks it up from the top of the drawer and opens up the text message she recieves. It's from Stuart. It reads:
Text from Stuart: Missin' u babe, come round, we need to talk..
Leah ignores it, but then looks back at the message. She sees Craig snoring - he is fast asleep. She gets up from bed and puts her coat on.
Leah: I'm off out for a bit...
Leah leaves the bedroom with her coat, re-reading the message as she goes.

Iqbal is pacing up and down the hallway, frustrated over Sanjita's dissapearance and Kash's escape. Val and Andonis are sitting on the stairs.
Iqbal: He's got her! He must have! Why else would Sanjita have dissapeared!?
Val: Now hold your horses! We don't know that for a fact..
Iqbal's phone rings. He picks it up and answers it. It's Kash. The scene cuts between Iqbal and Kash who are both talking over the phone.
Iqbal: You *******! What have you done with Sanjita?!
Kash: My wife...
Iqbal: Ex-wife!
Kash: Maybe she is but i'll be damned if I let you marry her!
Iqbal: Please don't hurt her Kash!
Kash: I would never hurt her! She's too precious to me...
We see Kash stroking Sanjita's cheek. Sanjita whimpers.
Iqbal: I swear too you if you don't hand her over, I will hound you down and kill you!
Kash: Your not gonna find us Iqbal, we're going somewhere very far away...
Kash hangs up.
INT. STUART’S APARMENT – NIGHT
Stuart is in his apartment, shirtless, doing press ups. There is a knock at the door, he grabs a dowel and dabs away the sweat, as he goes to answer the door. It is Leah.
Stuart: Leah…come on in…
Leah walks in, looks around the flat, but keeps a sense of awkwardness about her.
Stuart: I must admit I didn’t think you’d come…

Stuart looks into her eyes, he holds her head in his hand and leans in for a kiss. Leah closes her eyes and doesn’t resist. The pair share a tender kiss. After a while he pulls away, a smile of happiness on his face.
Stuart: Wow…
Leah doesn’t know which way to look, unable to look him in the face.
Stuart: So where does this leave us now then?
Leah: I don’t know…
Stuart: I wont wait forever for you…you have to decide who…or what you want…
Stuart lets go of her hand, a sympathetic look on his face. Leah leaves the apartment, unsure about her feelings…
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Hilary enters the house, the sound of her high heels across the marble floor can be heard, the house is in silence.
She looks in the mirror, gets out a tissue and whipes away the running mascara from her face, clearly emotional.
Hilary: You're loss Jared Ashworth...
Hilary blows her nose, and shakes off her depression. She holds her head up high and walks into the living room.
To her shock Richard, Tanya, Nick & Michelle are all sat down, arms folded, serious looks on their faces.
Richard: Sit down you bitch, it's about time you told us all what the hell's been going on...

Iqbal: How can I calm down, when he's got Sanjita! He could be anywhere! He could have done anything to her, for all I know!
Marcus: He loves her, he's not going to hurt her...
Iqbal: Are you forgetting that he tried to burn her alive, all but three months ago!?
Marcus: You've got to stay positive dad...

Richard: Don't you dare lie! You've been caught out Hilary, i don't want excuses, i want answers and i want them right now!

Sanjita and Kash are in the car together. Kash is holding Sanjita captive and Sanjita is crying.
Kash: Why the tears?! You're with me!
Sanjita: Today was meant to be the happiest day of my life and you've ruined it!
Kash: It can still be the happiest day of your life...
Kash gets a pair of tickets out of his back pocket and shows them to Sanjita.
Kash: We're both going to go to India...a new start to salvage our relationship..
Sanjita: Small problem, I don't want too and there's nothing you can do to make me!
Kash: We will be together, it's up to you, if it's in India or in hell...
Kash strokes Sanjita's cheek and grins at her. Sanjita looks at Kash, petrified.
Wow.. Kash is a horrid man.. can't believe he is doing this to Sanjita.. and can't wait for Hilary's goodbye week... hope she get what she deserves
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Tanya, Nick and Michelle are in the kitchen, Richard and Hilary's argument can be heard off screen. Nick is pacing the kitchen, unable to believe what Hilary's been up to.
Nick: How could she do this to dad!?
Tanya: (Smug) I've told you all along that she's a rotter...
Nick: Oh I bet you're loving this aren't you!?
Tanya: Every minute of it...
Michelle: Honestly will you both stop being so petty! We need to stand united here, and not have these petty squablles...it's not about getting one up over each other, it's about Dad, we need to be there for him...
Nick and Tanya cast each other looks of rivalry. The scene cuts to the living room, where Hilary is sat down on the sofa, shaking nervously. Richard is circling the sofa like a hunter to it's prey.
Hilary: Richard please you have to har me out here...
Richard: Why!? You've tried to bloody send me mad!
Hilary: Ok...I admit it, I've been switching the pills...
Richard: Finally, we're getting to the crooks of it...
Hilary: But I swear to gods it was never my idea! I was just doing as I was told!
Richard: And who told you to do this then!? Eh!?
Hilary: Jared Ashworth...
Richard suddenly turns around, shocked at what Hilary has just told him...
INT. HOTEL ROOM - DAY
Sanjita is handcuffed to the toilet pipe, she is on the floor, in tears. Kash is in the bedroom, packing their suitcases. He is talking to Sanjita.
Kash: I know I've made a lot of mistakes in the past...but I'm reformed now...I know I did bad, and I want to make it up to you Sanjita...
Sanjita whimpers. She feels inside her pockets for her phone, she gets it out and nervously dials Iqbal's number...
Kash: But these narrow minded fools would never let me back there...so you see, if we're going to be together we have to leave Devon...go back to India...
Sanjita whispers into the phone.
Sanjita: Iqbal, we're by the airport...some hotel...quick...
Sanjita puts the phone down just as Kash comes into the room, she manages to smuggle it back into her pocket without him noticing.
Kash: Come on, it's time to start our new life together...

Iqbal puts the phone down, having just spoken to Sanjita.

Kash is trying to drag Sanjita out of the hotel. The receptionist sees that Sanjita is in distress.
Receptionist: Are you ok?

Kash drags Sanjita out of the hotel door. We see the receptionist dialing 999.
INTERCUT:
EXT. HOTEL - NIGHT
Kash has dragged Sanjita out of the hotel and pushes her towards the car.
Kash: Do you know how foolish you've just been?!
Suddenly Kash looks ahead and sees Iqbal running.
Iqbal: Sanjita!
Sanjita looks and sees Iqbal running towards her and Kash.
Sanjita: Iqbal! Help me!
Kash opens the car door and pushes Sanjita in before getting into the drivers seat. He sees Iqbal running towards the car, but he starts the car and speeds off.
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Richard: Tanya....oh god, she was right all along..
Hilary: Tanya has nothing to do with this...forget about her...
Richard: She's been telling the truth hasn't she!? And me like the fool am I have been ignoring her all along!? Talk about blinded by love!
Hilary: You were right to ignore her, I didn't do any of the things she accused me of!

Richard turns to Hilary, a look of horror on his face. Hilary is unable to make eye contact with either of them.
Richard: (Outraged) Is this true!?
Hilary: Yes, but I swear on my life Richard I never knew that Gregg would kill them, the whole thing was planned for him to return them to Tanya, he was just meant to stalk her and steal the kids...
Richard: Oh, and that's all ok isn't it!? :angry:
Hilary: We just wanted to make Tanya pay for sticking her nose into our buisness...but when the kids died it was as much a shock to me as it was to the rest of you...I've been raking it up in my mind ever since...
Richard: So the bitch has a conscience...

Richard walks over to the house phone and picks it up.

Hilary: You report me to the police and I'm going to battle for half of the entire Taylor estate, this place, the buiseness...if you care so much for you pathetic little empire you wont want to see me going away with half of it!
Richard: I'll be damned if I see you go away with a penny of my money!
Hilary: You just watch me, I'll hire the best bloody lawyer in Europe! You make that call and it'll be the last mistake that you and your pathetic family ever make! I know my rights and I wont go down without a fight! If I get send down I'm dragging all of you and this shoody empire down with me!
Hilary has a look of dead certainty about her. Nick, Tanya and Michelle are look at Richard, unsure of what he will do. Richard puts the phone down.
Richard: Well it looks like you leave me with no choice...
INT. KASH/IQBAL'S CARS - DAY
Sanjita: Iqbal! Help me!
Kash opens the car door and pushes Sanjita in before getting into the drivers seat. He sees Iqbal running towards the car, but he starts the car and speeds off.
Iqbal looks around in shock, he sees a concierge getting out of a car, Iqbal psuhes him out the way and gets into the car, starts up the engine and speeds off in pursuit of Kash's car.
Various shots of both cars speeding down quite Devon roads, well over the speed limit. Kash keeps looking in his car mirror, seeing Iqbal in close pursuit.
Kash: You shouldn't have called him! You stupid woman!
Sanjita: You're times running out Kash, Iqbal's gonna save me, and you're gonna be locked up forever!
Kash: And I'll just escape again, you should know by now Sanjita that I will do anything to be with you...we're meant to be together...
Sanjita: I'd rather die than be with you!
Kash: (Coldly) So be it...
Sanjita looks petrified at Kash's cold response, fearing for her life...

Tanya charges at Hilary and thumps Hilary hard in the mouth. Hilary loses her balance and flies backwards onto the gravel.
Tanya: How can you live with yourself Hilary!?
Hilary: Hell, all i have to think of is the look on your face when the kids were brought out in bodybags, and that's justification enough for what i've done!
Tanya screams and starts repeatedly punching Hilary who is still lying on the gravel. Michelle is seen running onto the driveway and she pulls Tanya away from Hilary.

Nick, Tanya and Michelle are all sat in the living room, in silence. Richard walks in, looking as pale as a ghost.

Richard: Please...don't...
Nick: We need to talk about what's happened...
Richard: I've done enough talking for today.
Tanya: Well what do we do from here?
Richard: As much as Hilary thought the whole world revolved around her, it doesn't...we do what we've always done...we stand tall...we stand united...Hilary was just one obstacle, but we will survive, and we'll go stronger for it...The Taylor family will never give up.

Iqbal is in his car chasing after Kash and Sanjita who is in the car in front. Iqbal swerves to the side and manages to crash into Kash's car. Kash's car swerves and goes out of control, heading for a quarry...Sanjita screams but Kash manages to pull up the handbrake as the car is about to go over the edge. Iqbal gets out of his car and runs towards Kash and Sanjita's car. He starts banging on the windows.
Iqbal: Give this up Kash! Let Sanjita go!
Kash ignores Iqbal's plea and he starts revving up the car. Sanjita sees a hose pipe sticking in the car window.
Kash: (to Sanjita) We are both sinners....your an adulterer, i'm a rapist and now we go to hell!
Smash the window Iqbal! Pull the love of your life out of there! You have time!

INT/EXT. HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE - NIGHT
Michelle walks into the house, looking worn out from the night's events at Jenkins Manor, she goes into the living room, when she suddenly hears the beeping of a car horn from outside.
The scene cuts to outside, where Callumn and Lauren are sat in her sports car. She is beeping the horn.
Callumn: (Panicky) What are you doing!?
Lauren: Getting that sad old sap out here...
Callumn: Just let me do the talking yeah?
Lauren: As long as you tell her it straight...
Callumn gets out the car, and walks towards the cottage, where Michelle launches on him.
Michelle: What you doing in a car with her!?
Callumn: 'Shell...
Michelle: Why isn't she driving off!?
Lauren is sat in the distance, she gives a wave to Michelle, rubbing it in.
Callumn: I'm not gonna get into details, there's no need...I've just come to collect my stuff...
Michelle: What do you mean? Collect you're stuff?
Callumn: I'm leaving you Michelle...I want a divorce...
EXT. QUARRY - DAY
Iqbal sees the gas fumes starting to appear inside the car, horrified he rushes over to the car and tries opening the doors, to no avail. He bangs on the doors, trying to get Sanjita out, she is inside screaming.
Iqbal picks up a lump of rock and smashes the window open. He drags Sanjita out who is coughing and spluttering.
Iqbal: Thank god, are you okay!?
Sanjita tries to get her breath back, she indicates to Iqbal to turn around, as he does so Kash launches on him, trying to strangle him. The pair begin to tussle and fight between one another.
Iqbal: Why did you do this eh Kash!? Why didn't you let them give you help at the institute!?
Kash: The only help I need is from the lord! You sinners need to pay for your crimes!
The pair continue to fight, Sanjita tries to intervene but Kash punches her, she falls to the floor. Kash punches Iqbal in the stomaching, winding him and sending him to his knees.
Kash runs over to Sanjita and tries to strangle her, her body is dangling off the cliff edge. Sanjita begins to scream.
Sanjita: Get off me Kash! You don't want to do this! Don't do this to me!
Iqbal launches at Kash, dragging him up. Sanjita scurries out of the way of the pair.
Iqbal: You've crossed the line one too many times Kash!
The fight comes to a head, Iqbal flings Kash off the edge of the cliff. Sanjita looks on in horror as Kash falls hundreads of feet to his death...

INT. HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE - NIGHT
Callumn: I'm leaving you Michelle...I want a divorce...
Michelle: You what!?

Lauren: Leave her, you've done what you had to do! Don't worry about the silly little bitch, just get in the car!
Callumn reluctantly does what Lauren says and gets into the car. Lauren gets into the driver's seat and they speed off. Lauren has a triumphant grin on her face.

INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Vicky steps into Jenkins Manor, where she sees Kyle.
Vicky: What the hell do you want?!
Kyle: I want a word..
Vicky: About what?! Really...can't you save this til tomorrow Kyle!?
Kyle: No, this needs to be sorted now you bitch!
Vicky: What did you just call me?!
Kyle: A bitch, that's what you are!
Vicky: Kyle...where the hell has this come from!?
Kyle: You've never given a crap about me have ya eh?!
Vicky: Kyle! Please stop it, your scaring me...
Kyle: You sleep with me, then deny me access to my own child! I'm gonna teach you a lesson once and for all!
Vicky looks at Kyle, a horrified look on her face.
INT. HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE - NIGHT
Michelle walks into the living room, in tears. She looks at herself in the mirror, mascara running down her eyes, in annoyance she throws a small statue at the mirror, shattering it to peices.
In a fit of rage she begins trashing the place, throwing furntiture in the air and smashing anything breakable. She picks up her wedding photo, and emotionally smashes it against the wall.
She tries to hold back the tears but can't stop crying. She sits down on the sofa, and gets out her phone. Reluctantly she calls Kate's phone...
INTERCUT:
EXT. FOREST - NIGHT
We see an quiet and dark forest, where Kate's body was buried. We hear what Michelle is hearing, the phone trying to connect and then...
Operator: I'm sorry, but the person you are calling is not available, please try again later...
I'm confuzzled (which isn't hard these days lol) - wasn't Kyle in prison for the kidnap of the baby??
But OMG Vicky - watch out!
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Simon and Tanya are in the living room, there is a sombre mood in the house following Hilary's depature. Tanya walks over to the sofa with a bottle of wine, and two glasses, and sits down beside Simon.
Simon: Wow, I can't believe it...she seemed so nice...
Tanya: Go no, she was Hitler in a skirt...she's tried her best to ruin this family...if it wasn't for her I'd still have the twins...and Gary...
The pair have a silent moment for Gary and the twins.
Simon: Look, there's no point dwelling on it now, as sad as it is, life has to move on... I learnt that when Charlie's mom died...
Tanya: We have more in common than we'd initially think...
Simon: Look about yesterday Tanya, the kiss and everything...
Tanya: I don't think either of us are ready for a full on realtionship...
Simon: I wasn't expecting one, but I care a lot about you Tanya, I always have done...
Tanya grabs hold of Simon and looks into his eyes.
Simon: Only if you mean it...let's take things slowly...
Tanya leans in, the pair share a long and tender kiss...

Vicky picks up the phone. The scene cross cuts between the Mansfield's house and Paignton Police station.
Kyle: Vicky is that you!?
Vicky: Kyle, what the hell!?
Kyle: Don't hang up, its my only phone call I'm allowed...
Vicky: What is it Kyle, I've got a baby to look after...
Kyle: The police have set my bail at 5 grand, I dont suppose...
Vicky: Kyle I haven't got that kind of money, even if I wanted to pay it...
Kyle: Yeah but Nick has... please Vic...don't do it for me, do it for Daniel...
Vicky looks into the living room where Daniel is on the floor, with Nick making a fuss of baby Katy, they are laughing and joking.
Vicky: Nah, he doesn't need you, and neither do I... goodbye Kyle...
Kyle: Vicky please!
Vicky puts the phone down, she walks into the living room carrying the milk bottle, a smile on her face, having finally told Kyle where to stick it...
That was the last time we heard about Kyle, so he must have had a visitor, Craig maybe, as I can't see anyone else posting his bail.

INT. BELLAMY HOUSE - NIGHT
Jared enters the living room of Bellamy House where Richard is sitting in the darkness.
Richard: I know what you've done! What you have plotted with Hilary for the past five years!
Jared: The cow has finally confessed then! :rolleyes:
Richard: No, me and my family found out...
Jared: She's duped us both, she is a bitch and I for one am glad she is gone!
Richard: It doesn't excuse what you've done Jared...
Jared: It needed to be done...
Richard: For god sake! Can't you live and let bygones be bygones?! This feud is so old and pointless!
Jared: My parents died because of you! Our family was destroyed because of your selfishness and greed! As long as there is a breath left in my body, I will stop at nothing to make you and your family suffer Richard! This feud ends the day I die and not a moment sooner...

INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Michelle enters Jenkins Manor with an overnight bag. She calls around.
Michelle: Hello? Anyone here?
She stands, quiet.
Michelle: Just me then!
She goes into the living room and opens the cabinet. She pours herself a drink and downs it in one, then picks up the bottle and begins swigging direct from it.
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Kyle: You sleep with me, then deny me access to my own child! I'm gonna teach you a lesson once and for all!
Vicky looks at Kyle, a horrified look on her face.
Vicky: Please Kyle don't do anything stupid!
Kyle: Why not!? You're seeing to it that I'm up on an abduction charge!
Vicky: How did you get out...
Kyle: I sold the club, didn't look like anyone else was going to pay for my bail...
Vicky: The club you brought for Daniel? You *******...
Kyle: I figured he'd rather see his dad a free man, than have a club...
Vicky: You're not gonna see him, ever again if I have my way!
Kyle: There you go again, refusing me rights to my child!
Kyle grabs hold of Vicky and pushes her against the wall, she whimpers in pain.
Kyle: You've pissed me off one too many times Vicky!
Vicky knees Kyle in the groin, he falls to the floor in pain, she tries to run away but he grabs her. The pair tussle and fight, she picks up a candlestick and whacks him over the head with it.
He falls to the floor immediatley. Vicky shakes on the spot, horrified at what she's done. She bends down and checks for a pulse...
Vicky: Oh thank god...
Vicky rushes out of the room, scared, and unsure what to do...
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Jenkins Manor is in darkness, the sound of the granfather clock pendant swinging can be heard. The front door opens and in walks an undisclosed figure, dressed in black, wearing high heels.
The high heels click against the wooden flooring as they walk around the house. We see various shots of petrol being thrown around the house. The entire ground floor is covered in petrol.
The camera pans up to show Hilary standing there, triumphantly with a smile on her face. She steps outside, and on her way out throws a lighted match into the hallway.
She closes the door just as the fire spreads. She steps backwards onto the gravelled driveway and watches on in satisfation as Jenkins Manor goes up in flames.
We see a shot of Michelle in her bedroom, curled up in a ball on her bed, asleep, hugging a bottle of vodka. We then see a shot of Kyle beginning to stir, holding his head in pain... The next show we see is of the fire spreading up the staircase and onto the first floor.
The scene returns to Hilary, who is now sat in her sports car, watching the fire from a distance, she picks out an air ticket for the Costa Del Sol from her handbag, she smiles to herself in satisfaction.
Hilary: Adios amigos...
Hilary wraps a scarf around her head, and puts on sunglasses, to discose her identity, she then pulls away and speeds off into the distance....
THE END
And that ladies and gents is the end of season two.
I would like to thank you all for sticking with Devon Seas throughout it's second season, and a bit thanks to Abi and Dave for helping me write it.
I'm not sure yet if or when Devon Seas will return, but you will all be the first to know when I've decided.
And thank you Bry for bringing us Season 2 (and to Dave and Abi for the writing assistance!)
I shall miss DS over the Summer and look forward to seeing DS return very soon.

Well done to you Bryan and Abi and Davey for keeping us on edge with brilliant stories. Deavon Seas has been fabulous can't wait for its return.
Wow.. what an amazing ending.. Hilary gets her revenge and possibly another death on her hands.
Thank you guys for bringing this here and I can't believe you would even think of given it up Bry.. it is a fab piece of writing.. Will miss this over the summer..
