INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - NIGHT
The pub is practically empty. Amy and Patrick are behind the bar.
Patrick: Well this is brilliant isn't it? Empty on a Saturday, sign of things to come?
Amy is looking at a flyer, advertising the opening of the nightclub for this evening.
Amy: I don't see what you're worrying about, Marbal has never been a threat for us before, and neither will this one...
Patrick: Oh yeah, so have all the locals turned invisible overnight then? Becuase I don't see anyone supping pints, do you!?
Amy: They're just going to see what's it's like, they much preferred the quiet country pub to some noisy nightclub, trust me, this time tomorrow it'll be back to normal...
Patrick: I suppose...I wonder who the new owner is?
Amy: No idea, but me and Val are going to check the place out...
Patrick: So much for staying loyal to this place!
Amy: Oh come on, a nosey of the competition wont harm...I'm sure you can manage on your own for a night, after all there's not many people "supping pints" :D
Patrick: On my own!? Where the hell are Claire and Vicky!?
Amy: Coming out with me and Val...(kisses his cheak) enjoy your Saturday Night :D
Amy leaves the bar, Patrick is alone, with Eddie propped up against the bar slowly supping a pint, and doing his soduku.
Patrick: Brilliant, just brilliant :rolleyes:

Oh no! Looks like Romeo and Roxy are finished! :(
INT. BACHELOR BOYS HOUSE - NIGHT
Roxy struggles down the stairs with her bags, Romeo comes towards her and tries to take her bags off her.
Romeo: Here, let me help...
Roxy: I'm perfectly capable of carrying my own bags Romeo...
Romeo: I know, but...
Roxy: Please Romeo, don't make this any harder than it already is...
Romeo: You don't have to go...
Roxy: I've got no choice. I'm sorry.
Roxy opens the front door. Outside her taxi is waiting for her.
Romeo: Rox'...
Roxy: My cab's waiting...
Romeo: Please...
Roxy: Don't...(she touches his face affectionatly) thanks for a good few months...(lowers head) I really thought we had something ya know...
Romeo: We did, we still do!
Roxy: You and Claire have a baby together, who am I to stand in the way of you making a go of things?
Roxy kisses him goodbye and walks toward's the taxi, she opens the door and begins putting her bags in.
Romeo: Where will you go?
Roxy: To my moms...goodbye Romeo, have a nice life...
Romeo: Goodbye Rox'...:(
Roxy gets into the cab, and it drives off. Leaving Romeo standing alone...
INT. NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT
The crowds begin to enter the newly furnished nightclub. Val, Amy, Claire, Vicky, Sanjita, Ruby and Mandy are all on a Girls' night out.
Claire: I wonder why they've covered up the sign?
Vicky: They've probably renamed the place
Mandy: I suppose it can't stay Marbal forever, wonder what it's called?
The girls go over to the bar, where free drinks are on offer.
Val: Ooo I wonder whose the owner, I haven't had this much fun since...I meet Jermey, I did tell you I'd meet him didn't I? :D
Amy: Yeah Val about twenty times...
A bouncer walks past the group.
Val: Oi love, when's the new manager coming out?
Bouncer: He's just coming out now...
The girls look at each other with eager anticaption. The door to the office opens and outsteps Kyle.
Kyle: Evening ladies, how nice of you to come :D
Everyone is shocked, non more so than Vicky who has a total look of devastation on her face.
As times goes on, people's lives change, and they can no longer spend time on things that they would like to. Unforuntaley for us, Abi has decided she no longer wants to write for Devon Seas.
This is a shame, but I would like to take the oppurnity to thank her for all her hard work and great writing over the past year and a bit, without her Devon Seas wouldn't be here now.
So everyone, a big thanks and applause for Abi! :bow:
Aww! Thats a shame Abs, but understandable with all of your work etc you have in front of you.
Thank you so much for assisting Bry with DS and helping to ensure it continued to where it is today.

INT. BACHELOR BOYS' HOUSE - NIGHT
Romeo enters the house, Roxy just having left for good. Chris is sat on the sofa feeling sorry for himself.
Chris: Looks like we're in the same boat now mate...
Romeo: Excuse me!?
Chris: Claire...Roxy... what ever happened to the Bachelor Boy motto "never let a woman get you down"?
Romeo: Yeah well maybe if you hadn't gone behind my back the events of the past year might not have had to happen!
Chris: You can't help who you fall for mate!
Romeo: Yes, you can when it's your mate's girl! And for the last time, you are NOT my mate! Not anymore!
Claire walks into the room, mid argument.
Romeo: What the hell do you want!? Haven't you caused enough damage as it is!?
Claire: I'm sorry to have to break this to you, but I've got some bad news...
INT. NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT
The girls look at each other with eager anticaption. The door to the office opens and outsteps Kyle.
Kyle: Evening ladies, how nice of you to come :D
Everyone is shocked, non more so than Vicky who has a total look of devastation on her face. People begin to mutter between them selves, Ruby is in hysterics of excitement.
Ruby: Oh my god babe! Why didn't you tell me!?
Kyle: I wanted to suprise you...
Ruby: Well you've certainly done that...come here you!
Ruby bigs Kyle a big hug and ends up snogging him.
Ruby: This is so bloody great! Wow! You own a nightclub! :D
Kyle: Yeah, but I want you to play an active role in the running of this place, we can do it together :D
Ruby jumps around in excitement. Cuts to Vicky who is is fuming.
Vicky: I don't bloody believe it! What the hell does he think he's playing at eh!?
Amy: Calm down Vicks...it aint that bad...
Vicky: Yes it is! Am I ever gonna get that creep out of my life!?
Kyle clears his throat and calls for attention, the crowds quiten to listen to him.
Kyle: I'd like to thank you all for coming tonight, it means so much to see so many of you here to celebrate the opening night, and without further ado I would like to reveal the name of the nightlclub :D
Kyle pulls on a cord, the peice of cloth falls off the wall, revealing a bright blue neon sign that says "Daniel's"
Kyle: Daniel's everyone! :D Named after my son, for my son! :D
Vicky is furious. She charges towards Kyle and grabs him by the arm.
Ruby: Hey what dya think your doing?
Kyle: Easy Tiger!
Vicky: Out the back! Now! I want a word! :angry:
Vicky drags him into the back room, clearly annoyed.
INT. BACHELOR BOYS' HOUSE - NIGHT
Claire: I'm sorry to have to break this to you, but I've got some bad news...
Romeo: What you on about? What could possibly be worse than me loosing Roxy?
Claire: You might want to sit down...
Chris: Just get on with it!
Claire: I tried to call the show earlier, tell them that we've found out who the dad is...
Romeo: And?
Claire: They say that we have a legal obligation to do the follow up show..
Chris: But why? We've sorted out the issue...well...maybe not, but at least we know who the father is...
Claire: Yeah but the audience doesn't...
Chris: Like we haven't made big enough prats of ourselves as it is!
Romeo: We can't go back on...it would tip Roxy over the edge...
Claire: I thought you said you two had split?
Romeo: I did...but the last thing she needs is the paternit test results being aired to the entire shame, she deserves some to be treated with some dignity at least...rather than going back to her mom with all this humiliation...
Claire: Look I'm just as pissed off about this as you two are...
Chris: We should have never listened to your bloody mother, I knew this was a mistake from the start...
Claire: But like it or not, we have to do this, or they are going to demand we pay them some sort of compensation...
Romeo: Oh that's just brilliant isn't it? :rolleyes:
Claire: We just need to go, get it over and done with, and then we can all move on with our lives, okay!?
The pair reluctantly shake their heads in aprroval, clearly annoyed at this peice of news.
INT. DANIELS' NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT
Kyle walks into the back room, looking cocky and confident. Vicky follows, clealry annoyed, she slams the door shut behind her.
Kyle: So, you gonna congratulate me then? :D
Vicky: You've done this to wind me upo haven't you?
Kyle: So being so bloody self-centred, the whole world doesnt revolve around you...
Vicky: There was a time you seemed to think so...
Kyle: Times change, thankfully, that's all in the past... you're with Alan Sugar jnr, and I'm with Ruby...
Kyle sits down on his office chair, Vicky paces the room in annoyance.
Vicky: So why did you buy it then, if not to get at me!?
Kyle: For me and Ruby... and for Daniel when he's old enough...
Vicky: Oh don't make out like it's all for him... you've done this to get closer to us in Baymoore, and to annoy me...
Kyle: Why would I want a pregnant tramp like you when I have the glamarous Ruby?
Vicky: You got me into this state!
Kyle: What, you admitting I'm the father now?
Vicky: No! Of course not...
Kyle: One day I am, the next I'm not..make up your mind Vicky...
Vicky: Like you even give a damn who the father is, you'd only walk out on this one like you did Daniel...
Kyle: I do give a damn, and if it turns out to be mine I'll fight you in the courts for it...what I don't give a damn about is you and your pathetic whining, so come back to me when you've given birth to the little sprog, and then the fun will begin...
Vicky goes to swing for Kyle, but thinks better of it.
Kyle: If you ever need to get in touch, I'll be here...in Baymoore, with Ruby :cool: Now get out you sad act...
Vicky leaves, feeling humiliated. Kyle swings around on his chair, an arrogant grin on his face.
First.. Thank you so much Abi for helping Bry out with this.. it will be a sad loss for us DS fans but you have your workload to do so I understand but again thank you thank you thank you :clap::clap::clap:
Back to DS, my god kyle bought the club.. Craig is going to chew him right up.. Can't believe Chris loves Claire and I still dont' believe he is the dad.. is this a set up to get Roxy out of Romeo's life so he can be with Claire then Chris is the good guy again????
Anyway I am glad Roxy is gone, ok I understand she is annoyed that Claire has a baby for Romeo but come on.. millions of girl are with guys who have kids with other women and if you love someone, you can work this out! She just all ME ME ME !!!
INT. ASHWORTH CASINO - DAY
Tom is off shift. He is sat at a table playing poker, with a few other players. Tom and another man are the only ones left in the game.
Dealer: Ok, show your cards gentlemen...
The other man shows a king and queen.
Dealer: Two pair...
Tom gives a brief smile before turning over his cards a 10 and jack
Dealer: Royal flush...congratulations
The dealer pushes the chips towards Tom, who pockets them. Tom heads towards the bar where a college starts speaking to him.
Ray: You're on a role, you seem to be a natural at this gambling lark...
Tom: What can I say? The cards are just on my side... but I could sure get used to winning this kind of money :D
Ray: Just be careful mate, I was like you but I gave it up a long time ago...almost ruined me...
Tom: Have you seen my luck though!? I seem to be doing great, even you said...
Ray: I know mate but a word to the wise...quit whilst your ahead, you could do more harm than good...
Tom: Nonscence! I know my limits.. I think another game is in order :D
Tom heads back to the table. His friend looks at him, concerned.
INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - NIGHT
Hayley is stood behind the bar, a glass of wine in one hand, and her mobile in the other, texting Charlie.
C U TONIGHT @ DA CLUB, LUV H X
Amy: What do you think you're doing?
Hayley: Having a break, I might be the landlord's daughter but I still have my rights...
Amy: I'm not on about that, I'm on about this!
Amy snatches the glass of wine off Hayley.
Hayley: Hey!
Amy: You shouldn't be drinking when you're pregnant with my child!
Hayley: No, MY child! MY pregnancy, you should be thankful you're getting this baby at all...
Amy stares at her in disbelief at how rude she is being.
Amy: Now listen here...
Hayley: No you listen, this baby is in on my terms, I do what I want, I drunk last night, and I'll drink tonight too!
Hayley snatches the wine back off Amy.
Hayley: Now go serve pints and leave me to the pregnancy lark you sterile old witch
Amy tries to swing for Hayley, but Hayley steps backwards, gesturing that Amy would be harming the baby. Amy gives Hayley a look of digust and storms off to serve a customer. Hayley sips at her wine with glee.
INT. ASHWORTH CASINO - DAY
The game is in it's final stages. The room is silent, all is tense. Chris holds a queens and ace, and sees 3 other cards of the same hand. He has a flush.
Player: I'll raise you 500...
Tom begins to sweat under pressure. He takes a moment to contemplate his next move, but pushes forward the 500.
Dealer: Show you're cards please gentlemen.
Tom puts down his cards.
Dealer: Flush
The other player puts down his cards, a king, jack and 10.
Dealer: Royal flush wins again...
Tom throws gets up in a huff, having lost. Ray comes up to him.
Ray: Not so cocky now are you?
Tom: Just leave me a minute Ray!
Ray: There will be plenty more moments like that...
Tom: You have to take the rough with the smooth...
Ray: 500 quid! That's nearly a week's wages! What's stopping you putting in your life assets, your house?
Tom: Just shut up mate, I can handle my gambling, it's not like I'm gonna become some addict over night!
Ray: I'm just saying...
Tom: Yeah well don't!
Tom storms out of the casino, furiated by his loss.
INT. SINGH'S HOUSE - NIGHT
Sanjita and Iqbal are snuggled up on the sofa, clearly in love. Andonis looks on from the other side of the room, playing on his PSP and given them looks of disaproval. All of a sudden the doorbell rings.
Sanjita: Would you get that son?
Andonis gets up, clealry annoyed at being disconvienced.
Andonis: Dya want me to fan you with a kipper whilst I'm up? :rolleyes:
Andonis opens the front door, Amy comes in.
Andonis: Amy?
Amy: It's Hayley...she's gone out clubbing with that bloomin Charlie Donagoon in Torquay!
Andonis: And!? Why should I give a damn about her, she made it perfectly clear that she wants nothing to do with me!
Amy: At this rate, the ammount she drinks will kill the poor baby before it's evern born!
Andonis: Look Amy...
Amy: Don't you even give a damn about the health of your unborn child?
Andonis: Of course I do!
Amy: Then go and find her and bring her back!
Andonis grabs his coat and leaves the house. Amy has a smug smile on her face, predicting trouble ahead for Hayley...

I wonder when the abortion is going to come out (if she really did have it) and I am sure hayley is not going to listen to anyone

INT. TORQUAY NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT
Hayley and Charlie are stood by the bar, feeling the music and checking out the lads.
Hayley: Cor blimey, it's totty central here tonight aint it?
Charlie: Spoilt for choice...
Hayley: How about that one... (points) I think I might give the Hayley O Brian treatment :D
Hayley goes off towards the young lad, and begins to dance seductively with him. Charlie smiles, and drinks some of her drink. A man in his late twenties comes over to her, checking her out.
Charlie: Did you mom never tell you it's rude to stare? :p
Rodney: I can't help it, you're just so beautiful...
Charlie: (Laughs) That's got to be one of the worst chat up lines I've ever heard....
Rodney: It made you laugh though... so you alone?
Charlie: I came with a mate, but well...
Charlie gestures towards Hayley, who has her tounge down the throat of the lad she is dancing with. Rodney smiles.
Rodney: Small world, he's my mate...fancy a double date some time?
Charlie: You're not shy are you...
Rodney: I can tell you're new to this clubbing lark...you need to lighten up a bit
Charlie: Oh, and what d'ya suggest I do?
Rodney: Welll...this might help...
Rodney gets out a tissue, opens it out and picks up an ectasy tablet.
Rodney: Go on, it'll make you're night all the more enjoyable...
Charlie: How much?
Rodney: Don't worry, I'm sure we can sort out some kind of payment later :D
Charlie picks it up, and downs it with her drink, she smiles suggestively at Rodney, who thinks hes onto a winner...
INT. BELLAMY HOUSE - NIGHT
Jared is sat by the fireplace reading a book. Lauren and Will are sat watching some tv. The house phone rings, Will picks it up.
Will: Hello?... Yes, he's here, I'll just get him for you...
Jared puts his book down. Will hands Jared the phone.
Will: It's for you dad...
Jared: Hello? Jared Ashworth...(long silence) I understand... I'll be there straight away...goodbye.
Jared puts down the phone. He has turned as pale as a ghost, staring into the fireplace.
Lauren: Who was it?
Jared does not respond, he begins to breath heavily.
Lauren: Dad, what is it? You're scaring me...
Jared: It's you gran...she's passed away...
Will and Lauren look at each other in shock. Jared is close to tears, clearly emotional at this news.
INT. TORQUAY NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT
Charlie is dancing crazily to the music with Rodney, the tablet has clearly given her a burst of energy.
Charlie: This feels amazing! Wow! I feel so alive!
Rodney: There's plently more where that came from...if you do me a favour...
Charlie: Like what?
Rodeny leans in for a kiss, Charlie grabs his head and begins to snog him. The camer cuts to the entrance, where Andonis storms into the club, he looks around for Hayley.
Hayley is on the dancefloor snogging the lad. Andonis storms over and pulls them apart.
Lad: Hey! What the hell are you doing!? (To Hayley) Do you know this idiot!?
Hayley knods.
Andonis: What the hell do you think you're doing Hayley!?
Hayley: Dancing, what does it look like!? :rolleyes:
Andonis: Don't you think you should be taking it easy!?
Hayley: Oh get lost Andonis! You don't own me!
Andonis: But Hayley!
Lad: You heard her mate, piss off!
Andonis: No! How about you back off! She's not your type!
Lad: What do you mean!?
Andonis: She's pregnant, with my baby!
The lad looks at Hayley in disgust and walks off. Hayley gives Andonis a killer look, enraged by what he has just said...
INT. PRIVATE MENTAL INSTITUTION - NIGHT
Jared is sat down in the managers office, where the manager is talking to him about Gillian's death.
Manager: Needless to say Mr Ashworth our sympathies are with you and your family at this time..
Jared: Thank you, but I'd like to know...how it happened...
Manager: Your mother went for a walk earlier this evenning and fell down the staircase...
Jared: Went for a walk!? She never leaves her seat in that recreation hall!
Manager: We had been having problems with her all day, she had taken a turn from the worse, kept shouting out...
Jared: Why? I don't understand...
Manager: We consorted with the doctor and he seemed to think that you're mothers mental disorder had been getting progressivley worse...
Jared: So why the hell did you let her off on her own, knowing she's in this kind of state!?
Manager: A nurse what just going to get her medication, we cant keep an eye on all of patients every second of the day Mr Ashworth...
Jared: This wont do! Expect to be hearing from my lawyers!
Jared gets up and grabs the box filled his mothers belongings. He walks out of the office and towards the exit. Jared is shaking with a mixture of sadness and anger, he gets out his phone and dials Hilary's number.
Jared:(Serious)... Hilary...we need to meet...now
uh oh.. what is Charlie getting herself into with that guy!! and I wonder if Hayley will tell andonis that she doesn't have a baby anymore
INT. BELLAMY HOUSE - NIGHT
Jared is stood by the fireplace, staring into the mirror above the mantelpeice, a tear rolls down his face. Hilary comes into the room, looking flustered.
Hilary: I'm sorry I only just got your message...
Jared turns around, and bursts into tears. He collapses onto her, she grabs hold of him, concerned.
Hilary: What's up!? Eh? Why the tears!?
Jared: Mom's died!
Hilary: Oh Jared, I'm so sorry...how?
Jared lets go, and whipes the tears from his face.
Jared: Had another one of her mental episodes...and we all know whose fault it is!
Hilary: The institutes?
Jared: No! Richard bloody Taylor of course!
Hilary: Come now Jared, even I have to admit that's a bit farfetched...
Jared: I don't care! It's becuase of what he did to this family that drove mom into that state! That man killed my father, and my mother! And i swear to god he's going to pay the price for it...and you're going to help me...
Hilary looks at Jared, slightly disturbed. Jared has a look of deadly revenge on his face.
INT. TORQUAY NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT
Andonis: She's pregnant, with my baby!
The lad looks at Hayley in disgust and walks off. Hayley gives Andonis a killer look, enraged by what he has just said...
Hayley: What the hell do you think you're doing!?
Andonis: Stopping you from making a big mistake!
Hayley: Who gave you the right to judge what I can and can't do!? and why are you even bothered about me!
Andonis: I'm not if you must know, Amy told me to!
Hayley: Amy, oh why I am not suprised :rolleyes:
Andonis: They care about you Hayley, they dont want to see you in this state!
Hayley: They don't care about me, they just care about this baby!
Andonis: Yeah well, maybe you should start too! Come on, I'm taking you home!
Hayley: I'll come home when I'm good and ready!
Andonis: Fine, but if I dont, your dad will...
Hayley: Fine! :rolleyes: (shouts over to Charlie) Come on Char, we're off!
The camera cuts to Charlie, who is snogging Rodney.
Charlie: Look's like my cue to leave...
Rodney: Ah, just as we were getting started...
Charlie: Don't worry, look...give me your number...
Rodney writes it down and hands it to her, with a packet of Es. She gives him a peck on the cheek and runs off to catch up with Hayley and Andonis.
INT. BELLAMY HOUSE - NIGHT
Hilary and Jared are sat down. Jared is shaking with anger, Hilary is calm and collected, as she lights a cigarette.
Hilary: So what do you want me to do?
Jared: Whatever it takes...I want that man to really suffer, I want his whole bloody family to suffer... I want the Taylors to witness at first hand what us Ashworth's have had to suffer for the past thirty years!
Hilary: And how exactly do you propose I do that? :rolleyes:
Jared: I want you to help me turn him mad...I wont stop until that man is locked up in one of those dreaded care homes, soiling himself and not remembering who he is! He needs to know what hell mom has been through ever since he played that wicked trick on my family!
Jared speaks with such anger, that Hilary is slightly disturbed.
Jared: If there's one thing I do before I die Hilary, it's to avenge my parents' death...
INT. ANDONIS' CAR - NIGHT
Andonis and Hayley are sat in the front seats arguing like cat and dog. Charlie is sat in the back, none of them are wearing seatbelts. Andonis continually keeps taking his eyes off the road to argue with Hayley.
Hayley: You know I used to think you were alright, but now...I think you're a ****...
Andonis: Sticks and stones Hayley!
Hayley: Yeah well maybe I wouldn't have the need to if you stopped acting like some...
Andonis: Some what!?
Hayley: Love sick puppy!
Andonis: Yeah, you wish!
Hayley: Just get over it! Emma dont want you! I dont want you...and if every woman in Devon had any sense they wouldn't want you either!
Andonis: Oh just go to hell!
Charlie: (Screams) Car!
Andonis quickly looks ahead, a car is coming directly towards them, Andonis quickly swerves to avoid it. But the car ends up falling onto it's side.
The three of them scream as the car begins to fall down an embankment...

Blimey evreything is happening so fast but im loving it.
Woah!!! I hope they are alright but this give Hayley the perfect excuse to say she lost the baby.... and will the police find the drugs on Charlie??? Excellent work Bry!!
EXT. DEVON ROADS/EMBANKMENT - NIGHT
Andonis quickly looks ahead, a car is coming directly towards them, Andonis quickly swerves to avoid it. But the car ends up falling onto it's side.
The three of them scream as the car begins to fall down an embankment...
The car speeds down the embankment, turning and turning, as the car takes a severe bashing. The car eventually comes to a stop, crashing into a tree.
INTERCUT:
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
The scene cuts to Tanya at Jenkins Manor. She comes up the staircase shouting out for Charlie, clearly disatisfied at the inconvienance of having to do so.
Tanya: Charlie! Charlie! Why don't you answer me when I'm talking to you! Your dinner's been on the table for ten minutes!
Tanya knocks on Charlie's bedroom door before entering. She switches on the light, and looks around curiously.
Tanya: Charlie?
Tanya sees the bed in a state, and tied up bed sheets hanging out the window.
Tanya: (To self) Oh for Christ's sake...
Tanya gets out her phone and dials Charlie's number.
INTERCUT:
EXT. DEVON ROADS/EMBANKMENT - NIGHT
The car is smashed up against a tree. Smoke is coming out, the windows are smashed. Charlie's mobile phone rings. The camera cuts between shots of each of them: all in a serious condition...
INT. BACHELOR BOYS' HOUSE - NIGHT
Emma is curled up to Tom on the sofa, watching TV. Tom is sat reading the local newspaper.
Tom: Hey look babe, theres an add for a two bedroomed apartment in Torquay, new development overlooking the seafront...
Emma: And?
Tom: Well, do you reckon we should go for it?

Emma looks at him as tough he's gone mad, fuming at the suggestion...
EXT. DEVON ROADS/EMBANKMENT - NIGHT
Charlie's phone continues to ring. She begins to stir, battered and bruised. The phone stops ringing.
A driver from one of the cars on the road rushes down the embankment to help them.
Driver: Is anyone concious in there!?
Charlie: Yeah! Help us! Please!
The driver tries to open the door, but it is jammed shut.
Driver: I can't open the door!
Charlie: Smash the window in!
The driver stumbles off to find something to break the window with. He returns with a rock and throws it into the window, smashing it.
Driver: Here! Take my hand!
Charlie grabs hold of him as he pulls her out, she coughs with the amount of smoke billowing out of the car.
Driver: Are there others?
Charlie: Yeah! Two in the front! You gotta save them!
The driver tries and pushes the car onto it's wheels to get them out. Charlie staggers through her pockets to find her phone. Nervously she dials 999.
Charlie: Hello...an ambulance please...it's my friends they've had a car crash!... Erm just outside of Baymoore! Hurry, please quick, they are bleeding badly!
Charlie shakes with fear, nervous that they wont pull through...

Ruby and Kyle enter the flat carrying boxes.
Ruby: Wow, I can't actually believe that I'm moving in :D
Kyle: It's great aint it? Why waist time courting, we know it's serious so let's just skip a few stages...
Ruby: This is like a dream come true...
Kyle is looking trough Ruby's things, he finds a certifcate for an A Level in Accountancy.
Kyle: You never told me you'd done accountancy...
Ruby: Oh it's nothing honestly...
Kyle: Well it's more than I ever got
Ruby: Dad made me do it, imagined I'd be doing the books for my corner shop owning husband in the future :rolleyes: Hated the subject...
Kyle: Well it looks like you did well in it...hey, why don't you help me with it all...
Ruby: I'm your girlfriend babe, not you're accountant...
Kyle: Of course you are...but well I want you to be my partner in the club, and doing the books from time to time wouldn't harm would it?
Ruby: Oh my god, partner? :D
Kyle: Yeah, i want us to have a future, before we get bogged down in marraige and all that rubbish, it would be great if we worked together professionally.
Ruby: This is brilliant babe! Oh my god, I'm so pleased! :D
Ruby jumps into Kyle's arm. He hugs her. She has a beaming smile on her face, Kyle has a shifty look on his face...
EXT. DEVON ROAD/EMBANKMENT - NIGHT
Hayley is helped up the hill by the other driver, a protective sheet over her. The parademics are wheeling Andonis and Hayley's stretchers into the ambulances.
Driver: Are you sure you're okay?
Charlie: Yeah, I'll be fine...
Driver: You make sure you get yourself checked out...
Charlie's phone rings, Tanya is calling once more.
Tanya: Charlie! Where the hell are you!?
Charlie: (Emotional) Oh thank god Aunty Tan...
Tanya: (Concerned) Is everything okay?
Charlie: No...we've been in an accident...
Tanya: Oh my god, are you okay!?
Charlie: Yeah I'm ok, we're going to the hospital now...
Tanya: I'll meet you there, what about the others?
Charlie: I don't know Aunty Tan, they are looking in a bad way...
Charlie looks on, concerned, as the parademics close the doors to the two ambulances and speed off to the hospital...
INT. DANIEL'S NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT
Claire is at the bar, chatting to Ruby who is behind the bar.
Claire: I must say this place is swanky, Kyle's got a great place here...
Ruby: "We" have a great place...
Claire: Eh?
Ruby: Kyle's said he wants me to be an equal partner in the club! He's gonna get it all done with the lawyers! :D
Claire: Wow how great is that!? Congrats babe!
Ruby: I couldn't believe it when he told me, it's all going so well, moving in to his flat, and now this place...
Claire: Yeah but you want to be careful Rube', Kyle is trouble, you only have to ask Vicky to find that out...
Ruby: He's a changed man Claire, honestly I was sceptical at first, but he's so kind and considerate... I think he might even love me...
Kyle: Love? Next you'll be wanting me to marry you :D
Kyle comes up behind Ruby and kisses her neck. She turns round and kisses him.
Claire: Well I'm happy for the pair of you. :)
Kyle: (To Ruby) Can you come out the back to sign some papers babe?
Ruby: Sure thing :D
Ruby and Kyle head off, Ruby gives Claire a big grin, to show her hapiness. Claire gives a breif smile at the loved up couple.

INT. DANIEL'S NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT
Kyle and Ruby are sat in the back office. Kyle hands Ruby a document and a pen.
Kyle: I just need you to put your autograph on this and you can get back to your girly chat with Claire...
Ruby: What is it?
Kyle: It's the contract making you equal partner in this place, had my lawyer draft it up earlier on for you...
Ruby: Wow that was quick, and you sure I haven't got to pay?
Kyle: Not a penny...
Ruby: This is like the best thing ever babe, I'm so happy! :D
Ruby signs her signature on the contract without a moments hesitation. Kyle gets out a wod of £50 notes, and hands it to Ruby.
Kyle: Call this an advance on the month's profits, you take Claire out tomorrow and spend away to your heart's content
Ruby: Wow babe! Cheers! :D
Ruby takes the money and leaves the room with a beaming smile on her face. Kyle remains behind the desk, a devious grin on his face...
INT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - NIGHT
Tanya, Amy, Patrick, Sanjita and Iqbal hurry into the A&E of Torbay hospital and rush to the reception desk, looking flustered and worried.
Charlie walks through the doors weakly to great Tanya, Tanya runs over to her and gives her a hug.
Tanya: Oh thank god you're ok, I've been so worried!
Charlie: I'm sorry Aunty Tan, I promise I'll never do it again...
Sanjita and Iqbal approach Charlie, worried for Andonis.
Charlie: He's just come through, it's not as bad as they initially thought, I think he's in cubicle 13...
Sanjita: Oh thank goodness!
Sanjita and Iqbal hurry off to find Andonis. Patrick and Amy are clearly anxious.
Patrick: (Worried) What about Hayley, is she okay?
Amy: And the baby!? Oh please don't say she's lost the baby!
Charlie: It doesn't look good... she didn't have a seatbealt on...
Patrick: (Distressed) Oh go no...
Amy: If she's lost that bloody baby...
Patrick: For god's sake Amy, forget about the baby for once second.
A doctor walks through the doors and approachs Charlie.
Doctor: You really shouldn't be up and about, you need to rest...
Patrick & Amy lurch towards the doctor immediatley.
Patrick: Doctor, how's my daughter doing!? Hayley...Hayley O Brian...
Doctor: She's in a stable condition, and looks as though she's responding to treatment....she's had a lucky escape...
Patrick: Oh god, I was so worried, thank you doctor!
Amy: What about the baby? Is it okay!?
Doctor: I...don't understand...
Amy: Hayley, she's pregnant...
Doctor: I can assure you she isn't Mrs O Brian, we've just done a scan and there is certainly no baby...
Amy looks at the doctor, and then at Patrick with a mixture of shock and anger...
INT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - NIGHT
Tanya is walking Charlie back to her cubicle in the A&E ward.
Tanya: (Sympathetic) What were you thinking, going out clubbing at 17, you silly little girl...
Charlie: I just wanted to have some fun, take my mind off mom and stuff...
Tanya: At least you've learnt from your mistakes now...
All of a sudden Charlie begins to feel faint and dizzy, she looses her balance.
Tanya: Charlie!? Are you okay!?
Charlie: I feel...
Charlie faints, and crashes into a surgical trolley, and then onto the floor. She begins to start fitting on the floor. Tanya looks on in horror at the scene in front of her.
Tanya: Help! Somebody get some help! Please!
:eek: I wonder if its a reaction to the pill Charlie took in the club.
Ooo so now Patrick and Amy know there isn't a baby - will Hayley own up to having a termination or are they going to believe that there was never a baby in the first place?!

Patrick grabs Amy, who tries to resist force and try and attack Hayley once more.
Hayley: What the hell is all this about!? You nutter!
Amy: You lied about the baby! You spiteful little cow! There never was one was there!?

Amy:Don't you dare lie to us! The doctor has just told us you're not pregnant!
Hayley doesn't respond.
Amy: Come on, at least have the common decency to admit it you horid little bitch!

Amy: What do you mean? One minute you are, the next you're not?

Tom is sat down at the poker table mid game, a large pile of chips beside him. Emma is behind him, she bends down and whispers to him.
Emma: You're not going to see sense are you?
Tom: Listen, what I'm doing is sense, trust me babe it'll all turn out okay...
Emma: Please Tom, don't do this...
Player1: I'll raise you a 1000...
Tom: I'll match you're 1000, and raise you 13,000.
Shocks all around the room, as gamblers here this and gather around the table. The dealer looks uneasily at a fellow worker, asking for confirmation, he nods.
Player1: You must think you've got a good hand...
Tom: I have...
The other player, a fat rich man, with a big pile of chips, looks at his cards and then back at Tom.
Player1: Okay...
The player puts down an equal amount of chips. The room is silent with tension, waiting for the final showdown.
Emma: Jesus Tom...
Dealer: Okay gentlemen, show your hands.
Tom turns over his cards to show to make two pairs of Kings.
Dealer: Two pair. Kings.
Tom: Don't worry babe, it's a good hand...
The other player turns over his hand to show a straight flush. Applause all around the room.
Emma: What does that mean?
Dealer: Congratulations, Mr Lewis wins.
The dealer pushes all the chips over to the other player. Tom is shaking with rage, he gets up and storms out of the casino, Emma follows him, concerned.
INT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - NIGHT
Hayley: I had an abortion! Okay!?
This revealation stuns Patrick & Amy, who look at Hayley in total shock....
Amy: You did WHAT!?
Hayley: I had an abortion...
Amy: I can't believe what I'm hearing...
Hayley: What's it got to do with you, it's my baby...
Amy: I paid you all that money for the baby! Or have you forgotten about that!? I suppose I can kiss goodbye to getting that back aswell!?

Hayley: Becuase I didn't want my daughter being brought up as my sister...it's just...wrong...

Hayley: Oh get over yourself, Dad, knock some sense into her...
Patrick: This is unforgivable Hayley, even by your standards...
Amy: So when were you going to tell us then, eh?
Hayley: I don't know, soon...
Amy: I bet you weren't going to at all were you, just do a runner, with my money!
Hayley: I was going to say I'd had a miscarraige, no one would have suffered...

Patrick gives her a disaproving look, then walks away, leaving her on her own.
EXT. ASHWORTH CASINO - NIGHT
Emma chases after Tom as he leaves the casino and rushes towards the carpark.
Emma: Tom!
Tom continues to walk, ignoring Emma's calls, almost in tears.
Emma: Don't you dare walk away from me Tom Adams!
Tom gets out his keys to unlock his car door, but drops them. By the time he gets up Emma is standing there.
Emma: You bloody fool! Happy now!?
Tom: Just leave me alone Emma...
Emma: No Tom! You've lost almost all your money!
Tom: Do you you think I don't know that!?
Emma: I thought it was "all gonna be okay"...
Tom: Yeah, well, obviously not! I messed up! Okay!? Just drop it!
Tom gets into the car, slamming the door shut, Emma hurries around to the other end and gets in the car. Tom is disatisified at her continuing to moan.
Emma: You have to admit it Tom...
Tom: Admit what!?
Emma: That you have an addiction...
Tom: Yes! I have an addiction! But what can I do eh!? I'm hooked!
Emma: You've got nothing to be hooked with now though! You've lost it all Tom! So let's see an end to this now! Okay!?... You fool...I'll get the bus home...
Emma gets out of the car, leaving Tom to dwell on his big loss...

Charlie is lying on a bed, now okay. Tanya stands in the corner nervously, as the Nurse finishes checking things over.
Nurse: You've had a nasty shock, it's probably best for you to take it easy for the next few hours, we'll have to keep you in overnight for observation...
The nurse leaves, as the doctor enters the cubicle.
Doctor: Ah Charlie, feeling any better now?
Charlie:A bit...
Tanya: Do you know what caused the fit doctor?
Doctor: Erm there's easy way for me to put this...
Tanya: Oh god, was it becuase of the crash and her bang to the head?
Doctor: No Mrs Taylor, infact it's something that Charlie brought on herself, I would presume...
Charlie looks scared as soon as he mentions this, fearing the truth be revealed.
Tanya: How do you mean "brought on herself"?
Doctor: Well the test's we've done, show that her fit was caused by a bas reaction to ectascy tablets in her bloodstream...
Tanya looks shocked, then turns to face Charlie, clearly annoyed. Charlie takes a nervous gulp.
INT. JEREMY KYLE SHOW STUDIO - DAY
Claire, Chris and Romeo enter the studio, where Jermey walks over to them, a huge grin on his face.
Jeremey: Ah Claire good to see you, and Chris...Romeo...
Claire: Pity we can't say the same...this is just pointless us having to come back on, we've sorted out our problems...
Jeremey: Look don't bite the hand that feeds, you came here for help and that's what you will be getting...
Romeo: Look mate, I've lost a very good girl becuase of this bloody show! And I don't want to rub her nose in it, but having to do another show!
Jeremey: Look you people sign your souls away on shows like this, you have to pay the price for it...
Chris: Jesus! I can't believe you're being so arsey about this!
Jeremey: No offence, but I couldn't care less about your three and your sodding paternity issues, I'm just paid to present a show and that's what I'm gonna do. We're live in five, so shut your mouths and get on that stage!
Jeremy walks off in a camp huff. Claire, Chris and Romeo look at each other, clearly disatisfied at having to do this.
INT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - NIGHT
Doctor: Well the test's we've done, show that her fit was caused by a bad reaction to ectascy tablets in her bloodstream...
Tanya looks shocked, then turns to face Charlie, clearly annoyed. Charlie takes a nervous gulp.

Doctor: Needless to say Ectasy, or any form of drugs, can seriosuly damage your health, or worse...as you've just experienced, so from now on I advise you cut it out, okay?
Tanya: Thanks doctor. :)
The doctor leaves the cubicle. Tanya launches into an argument with Charlie as soon as he leaves.
Tanya: I can't believe what I'm hearing! Ectascy!?
Charlie: (Weakly) Look, Aunty Tan...
Tanya: How the hell could you be so bloody stupid!?
Charlie: Oh calm down, everybody does it...
Tanya: That doesn't mean you have to! God Charlie, this stuff can really do you damage! Even kill you!

The theme tune stops playing. Jeremy is centre stage, with Claire, Chris and Romeo behind him.
Jeremey: Hi and welcome. On Today's show it's the one you've been waiting for, results time for our three sets of troubled parents. First up today is Claire, who if you remember got pregnant after a one night stand with her boyfriend's best friend, but she wasn't sure who the father was...
Claire: You make me sound like some tart...
Jeremey: I'm just telling it, as it is, you think it sounds like the actions of a "tart" then you need to look in the mirror darling.
Romeo: Oi! Don't speak to her like that!
Jeremey: Coming from the man who didn't want anything to do with her, last time you were all on the show.
Romeo: Yeah well, things have changed.
Jeremey: How do you mean?
Chris: Look this is bad enough for us, as it is so just tell us the results!
Jeremy: It's clear you all have issues, which need sorting out, becuase whoever the father of the baby is, if you don't sort them out the poor little tyke will be brought up in the middle of a conflict. You all need to grow up, act your age and start showing some responsibility for you're actions! The only "victim" in this whole saga is baby Nathan!

Tom is sat in the living room on the computer, he is on an interent banking site. He looks at his credit, which is signifcantly low. He takes a deep sigh.
He looks at a leaflet for credit cards, and phones up the number. He clearly looks depressed.
Tom: (Into phone) Hi, I'd like to order a credit card...yeah I'll hold...
Tom peaks out the window and sees Emma going into the Andrews house, laughing. Tom takes another deep sigh.
Tom: (Quietly to himself) I'm only doing this for you babe...
INT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - DAY
Hayley is lying in her hospital bed, reading the latest copy of Heat. Andonis walks towards her, looking down at her.
Hayley: What you looking at me like that for?
Andonis: Amy told me what you did... you should be ashamed of yourself...
Hayley: Ooooo harsh words 'Don
Andonis: You should aplogise you know...
Hayley: Who to!?
Andonis: Me! Amy, your dad!
Hayley: Why should I? The only thing I'm sorry for is ever getting pregnant in the first place...
Andonis: You should have talked to me about it Hayley...I should have had a say in the matter...
Hayley: No you shouldn't...MY baby, MY choice...
Andonis: I hate you!
Andonis is about to leave, but Hayley calls him back, realising she has been harsh.

Amy is sat in the lounge, the room in darkness, a cup of coffee in her hands, staring into space. Patrick comes into the room, wearing his dressing gown.
Patrick: Amy, what on earth you doing up this early? It's not even 6 yet...
Amy: How can I sleep? After all that's happened
Patrick walks towards the sofa, and sits down beside Amy.
Amy: I just feel like all the hope I've ever had has been taken away...
Amy becomes emotional and starts to cry. Patrick holds her, crying to comfort her.
Patrick: Hey come on, it's not that bad...
Amy: It is Patrick! she'd lied! About a baby of all things! She knows how much I wanted....needed a baby! And she's done this to me!
Patrick: I know babe, but it was a silly idea...
Amy: I hate her Patrick! I really do!
Patrick: Look the damage is done now Amy...things can't get any worse...
Amy: My dreams have been destroyed Patrick! I just...can't see how we can change things... how I am ever going to get a baby now!? Eh!?
Patrick: Come on babe, don't cry...we'll find a way...don't you worry...
Patrick tries to console Amy, who is crying uncontrolably.

INT. BACHELOR BOYS' HOUSE - MORNING
The morning after the events at the studio. Chris and Romeo are both in the kitchen, making their breakfasts. They are ignoring each other, clear tension in the room. Tom walks in, feeling awake and refreshed.
Tom: Morning...
The two of them grunt back at him. Tom rolls his eyes in disatisaftion as the pair continue to ignore one another.
Tom: Is this what it's going to be like from now on? Moody looks and awkward silences? This bloody show was meant to solve your problems not make them worse!
Romeo: We wouldn't have any problems at all if he'd kept it in his trousers...
Tom: Look, can't the both of you just forgive and forget?
Romeo: How can I forgive him? He went with my ex, got her pregnant, and blown whatever chances I have with Roxy!
Tom: I'm sure she would understand and take you back...
Romeo: Nah, nah she wouldn't...thanks to him!
Chris: Look! I'm sorry! Okay mate!?
Romeo: You gave up the right to call me that a long time ago.
Romeo gives Chris a total look of disgust, as he storms out of the kitchen. Chris if hurt by this strong words, Tom gives a supportive smile, concerned for the growing tensions between him and Romeo.
INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - MORNING
Amy: I'm not joking Patrick! After all she's done it's her gone or the end of our marraige!
Patrick is left feeling uneasy with Amy's sudden ultimatum.
Patrick: Amy, do you realise what you're saying?
Amy: Honestly Patrick, I couldn't bare to live under the same roof as her for another minute...
Patrick: I know what she's done is bad...terrible, unforgivable, but...
Amy: No Patrick! What she's done is nothing less than evil!
Patrick: Oh come on...
Amy: I know she's hated me since day one, but this! This is the cruellest form of eveil she could do! To offer a child to a woman who can't concieve!? To take money from her, then to have an abortion!?
Patrick: I know it's upsetting...
Amy: Upsetting doesn't cover it Patrick! Stop trying to play bloody devil's advocat! If you've ever loved me, you will do what's right for me now, when I need you to! Get that wicked little witch out of our lives for good, or I swear to God, I will turn my back on this marraige for good!
Amy is deadly serious. Patrick is left with little say in the matter...

INT. ANDREWS' HOUSE - MORNING
Val is sat infront of the TV, with a mug of tea and a bacon sandwhich, eagerly awaiting the Jeremy Kyle show. Claire walks into the room having just got up.
Claire: Morning mom...
Val: Oh you alright love?
Claire: :rolleyes: I've been better...
Val: It's just a phase love, things will get better...
The show comes back on. It is the initial interview with Claire, Chris and Romeo.
Jeremy: Welcome back to the show. Next we have Claire. After a long term relationship with Romeo, Claire fell pregnant. But is it his, or Chris, the otherside in this story? Claire, can you sum up for me your point of view?
Claire is furious at Val for watching this.
Claire: Oh for god's sake mom! I can't even get away from it in my own home can I!?
Val: What!? I was just flicking through to see if they caught me in the audience. :D
Claire: D'ya know what? Just forget it!
Claire storms out of the room. Val pauses the tv, and metaciously checks every face in the audience, trying to find herself.
All of a sudden there is a knock at the door. Claire relecuctantly goes to answer it. It is Chris.
Chris: Hi Claire, I want a word...
Claire: What about?
Chris jestures towards the kitchen, where baby Nathan is sat in the high chair.
Chris: I think you know what about...
Claire lets him in, clearly reluctant to talk about the matter in hand...
INT. BAYMOORE NATURE PARK - DAY
Claire and Chris are sat down together on a bench in the local park. Claire is pushing Nathan back and forth in the pram. The pair are looking at him, whilst talking.
Chris: Wow, I can't actually believe I'm a dad...
Claire: I know what you mean, if you'd told me a year back that I'd be a mom...
The pair remain silent for a moment, unsure how to approach the situation.
Chris: I suppose it's all change now, for us like...
Claire: I don't see why it would...
Chris: We've got a child together Claire, that's got to make a difference...
Claire: Look Chris I'm not going to be a bitch, you can have your rights, weekends, days out and alike, but don't for one second think that we will get together becuase of this...
Chris: But Claire...
Claire: No Chris, I'm the mother of your child, nothing else...
Chris: Why not? We're both single, and it would be good for Nathan to have both his parents around...
Claire: Like I say you can see him whenever you want, but as for me and you? No...I simply don't fancy you...
Chris looks disheartened by Claire's rejection...
INT. DANIELS' NIGHTCLUB - DAY
Kyle is sat in his office, swinging around confidently on his chair. There is a knock on the door. He stops and composes himself before answering.
Kyle: Come in...
The door opens and in walks Craig, smoking a cigar, he looks around the office, observing Kyle's taste of decor.
Craig: Not half as bad as I imagined it to be...
Kyle: What did you expect? A throwback from the 60s?
Craig: Well...I hlaf expected you to still have charchoal stains all over the walls...
Kyle: Ah yeah, I wonder how that fire come about?
Kyle is smug, alluding to the fact that Craig had some connection to the fire.
Craig: Look, I'm not particulary happy that you took over this club...
Kyle: Oh come on Craig, no hard feelings, it's only buisness....
Craig: A buisness that I wanted...
Kyle: Carpe Diem, I ceased the moment, I wanted it, so I got it...
Craig: Very profound...
Kyle: Well you have to be if you want to suceed in life...
Craig: I must admit you seem to be doing a good job of this place, infact...I have a little bit of buisness for you...
Kyle: Oh yeah?
Craig: I don't know how "liberal" you are, what's your take on drugs?
Kyle: Not my cup of tea, but I don't have an issue with them, why?
Craig: How about you sell them at the club for me?

Craig: Call it compensation for snatching this place off me... I need a new branch for my little...empire, and this place could suit it just fine...so what do you say?

INT. FIVE STAR RESTRAUNT - DAY
Jared and Hilary are sat at a table, overlooking Darmouth harbour. The pair are eating an expensive meal, and drinking champagne.
Hilary: Well I must admit, this lobster is sensational...
Jared: You know me, I only have the best...
Hilary smiles breifly at his comment towards her.
Jared: But needless to say I didn't just bring you here to discuss the menu...
Hilary: Ten guesses what this is about :rolleyes: ...
Jared: Well how is it going?
Hilary: You have to understand Jared that I can't do this over night, it's going to take some time...
Jared: Every day he's alive is an insult to my parents' memory...
Hilary: I've done litte tricks like hiding his car keys then putting them in an obvious place ten minutes later. Telling his false information, then denying saying it afterwards....
Jared: For goodness sake Hilary that's going to do nothing to his mind!
Hilary: Well what do you suggest then? Seen as this is your crazy idea in the first place...
Jared: Drug him...
Hilary: With what?
Jared: Sedatives! Slow down his reactions, get him drugged up to the eyeballs without him realising!

Chris is propped up against the bar, drowing his sorrows with a pint of beer. Patrick walks over to him.

Patrick: Honestly mate, the bloody Jeremy Kyle show? You'll never be able to live it down!
Chris: Yeah, thanks for reminding me :rolleyes:

The pub goes into silnce, as everyone looks on.

Everyone in the pub begin to talk among themselves.
Chris: Stuff you then! Stuff the whole lot of you!
Chris storms out of the pub, looking like a fool.
INT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - DAY
Hayley is sat on her hospital bed, her bag packed. The nurse is checking over her medical notes.
Nurse: Right then, all looks fine to me, you're free to go.
Hayley jumps up, eager to leave. The nurse holds her arm for a second.
Nurse: You've had a lucky escape this time...you be careful in future...
Hayley: Thanks Nurse...
Hayley walks off, and towards the entrance of the hospital. She bumps into Charlie, who has just been discharged also. Tanya is with her.
Charlie: Hayley! Oh my god are you okay!?
Hayley: So so, how about you babe?
Charlie: (Jokes) I've been better...
Tanya: (To Hayley) I've heard all about you and you're disgusting behaviour...
Charlie: Leave off Aunty Tan!
Tanya: What you did to Amy is just out of order...I don't want you to hang with Charlie anymore...
Charlie: You can't tell me who I can and can't see!
Hayley: Don't worry Char, I've got a feeling I wont be in Baymoore for much longer anyways...
Charlie: Oh...well wherever you go, whatever you do...you take care of yourself babe...
Hayley: You too.
The pair hug each other, fully aware this is the last time they will see each other. As they leave the hospital they head their seperate ways. Hayley prepares herself to face the music...
INT. SINGH & SON'S CONVIENANCE STORE - NIGHT
Chris staggers into the newly opened shop. He walks down the booze eisle and picks up a cheap bottle of Vodka. He slams it down on the counter and gets out his wallet. Iqbal looks at him, concerned.
Iqbal: I don't think it's wise to have this mate, looks like you've had enough already...
Chris shoves the money on the counter and casts Iqbal a condesending look.
Chris: I'll decide when I've had enough, alcohol is about the only thing keeping me going at the moment...
Iqbal: Whatever you troubles this wont make things go away...
Chris: No but it'll numb the pain...
Chris walks off, without bothering about the change. He staggers out of the shop muttering to himself.
Chris:...and believe me there's a lot of pain to numb...
INT. RED RUM UPSTAIRS FLAT - NIGHT
Hayley unlocks the door and walks in. The pub is now shut. She walks up the stairs, and walks nervously into the living room.
Patrick and Amy are stood waiting for her. Amy has her arms folded, a look of contempt on her face. Patrick has his hands on his hips a stern look on his face.
Hayley: Here me out yeah? Let me explain...
Patrick: There's nothing to explain Hayley. You've lied and you've cheated...
Hayley: Please Dad...
Patrick: I can't even bear to look at you...you're a disgrace...you're bags are packed, now bugger off back to Ireland and get the hell out of our lives!

Patrick: What you did was evil and inhumane! Have you any idea how distraught Amy's been because of all this!?
Amy looks down at the floor as he says this, a sad luck on her face.
Patrick: I don't ever want to see you again!
Patrick hands her her plane ticket for Ireland. She reluctantly takes them off him, clearly upset. The cab bibs it's horn from outside.
Patrick: Now go...
Hayley is almost in tears, she looks over at Amy who has a sudden smug look on her face. Hayley whipes her eyes, picks up her bags and leaves the room, her head held high...
INT. ASHWORTH CASINO - EVENING
Tom walks into the casino and towards the bar, where his college Ray is working.
Ray: Good'day Tom, perked yourself up from the loss?
Tom: Yeah, you have to pick yourself up and get on with it don't you?
Ray: As long as you've learnt from your mistakes...no more gambling!
Tom: Ah, I'm not so sure about that...I have a new weapon on my side!
Tom waves his new credit card around, clearly showing off to Ray.
Ray: Crickey Tom! Look mate, seriously, you have to stop! You're messing with money that you haven't got...one slip at the table and you'll be grands worth of debt with the bank, is that what you really want?
Tom: I know it's not ideal, but I need to get that money back...don't worry I'll be careful...
Ray: Tom, it's well and good saying that, but in the heat of the moment, the addiction will kick in, you'll raise to see the next card..then the next, and then you'll be sure you have the better hand...it's too risky. I'm not telling you this to be a nag, but the same thing happened to me, it was the worst time of my life, it's not appealing to be facinbg bankrupcy as you turn 30...
Tom: Thanks for the advice Ray but I know this time I will get it right...
Tom heads off to play a game of poker. Ray looks on, and takes a deep breath, concerned.
EXT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - NIGHT
Hayley opens the cab door and puts her bags inside, she takes one final look at Baymoore beach, and then up to the first floor flat of the pub, where Patrick and Amy are stood at the window looking down at her.
Hayley: So long...losers...
Hayley gets into the car and shuts the door behind her. She whipes her tears.
Driver: You alright love?
Hayley: I will be...
The cab moves off. Hayley looks out the back window, taking in the view as the cab leaves Baymoore...
INTERCUT:
INT. RED RUM UPSTAIRS FLAT - NIGHT
Amy closes the curtains as the cab drives off. Patrick puts her arms around her and buries his head in her neck.
Patrick: Don't worry babe, it's all over now...
Amy: Is it? Is it really? This time last week I had everything to look forward to, a child, a future, and now...nothing...
Patrick is unsure how to approach the situation, but looks concerned for Amy...
INT. ASHWORTH'S CASINO - EVENING
Tom looks at his cards. Triple Kings. He has a smug look on his face, as the game comes to it's closing stages.
Player: I'll raise you a grand...
Tom looks at the other player, and smiles to himself, looking confident.
Tom: Sure...why not?
Ray casts Tom a disaproving look. Tom ignores this and pushes the chips forward.
Dealer: Right then, gentlemen, cards please...
Tom lays down his cards to make tripple kings.
Dealer: Tripple Kings.
The other player puts down his cards to show tripple aces. Tom closes his eyes in despair and takes a nervous gulp.
Dealer: Congratulations Mr Penniston wins...
The chips are pushed over to the other player. Tom gets up weakly from his chair. The manager walks over to Tom, having just seen the game.
Manager: Quite a big loss there Tom, I hope you can pay off your tab.
Tom: Yeah no worries, here you go...
Tom hands the manager his credit card, feeling as though he's had no big loss.
Manager: Sorry Tom, company policy...no credit cards, you should know that...
Tom looks as if he's just been hit by a car at 70mph.
Tom: I didn't...
Manager: Not to worry, cheques are fine...you do have the money don't you?
Tom: Erm...
Manager: Well you best bloody had, becuase if I don't have the 10 grand, plus intrest by the end of the week, I'll be calling the ballifs and you'll loose you're job...
Tom takes a nervous gulp at this startling revealation...

Kyle is sat in the back office, doing some paperwork, Craig walks into the backroom without knokcing as if he owns the place. Kyle jumps when he sees him, and readjusts himself in his seat and straightens his tie.
Kyle: You could have knocked...
Craig: I don't do knocking...
Kyle: What can I do for you? D'ya want a scotch?
Kyle gets up and heads towards his minibar.
Craig: Nah, I've just come for a breif visit...
Kyle pours himself a drink whilst Craig walks around the room confidently.
Craig: Buisness is booming already, profits are up since our little...agreement...
Kyle: That's all good then?
Craig sighs as if there is a catch. Kyle sits down, ready to listen to it.
Craig: The only problem is laundering money...I can't go around with grands worth of drug money...
Kyle: And?
Craig: Well let's just say there's a shortage of "reliable sources" at the moment...the less people I have ties with the better if you know what I mean...
Kyle: And you think I can help?
Craig: Oh don't act like you have morals now, you're all too willing to take a cut of the profits, but you need to do me a favour in return... you seem like a man who moves in them kind of circles, so...know of anyone?
Kyle: It just so happens that I do, I can take care of it if you want...
Craig gives Kyle a serious look, as if to check if he can trust him.
Craig: Alright then...but if you mess me around...I'll kill ya...
Kyle: Don't worry Craig, I value my life, so I'll make sure I get the job done well...

Craig leaves, laughing smugly. Kyle sits with a smile on his face, managing to keep his cool with Craig.
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Tanya and Charlie walk through the front door, having just left the hopsital. Charlie is arguing about the way she spoke to Hayley.
Charlie: You had no right talking to Hayley like that!
Tanya: I had every right to...that girl nearly killed you!
Charlie: How did she!? I was the one that didn't wear a seatbelt...I was the one that took the Es!
Tanya: Niether of which you'd have done before you meet her...besides do you really want to be making friends who exploit people for money?
Charlie: (Low) She's the only friend I had, and now she's gone...
Tanya realises she has been harsh, and comes down to Charlie's level.
Tanya: Look I'm not being harsh for the hell of it, I just want the best for you... let's just hope all this makes you realise that you have to change your ways...
Charlie: Look, no offence Aunty Tan, but I'm never gonna take orders off you...you're not my mom!
As she says this a man appears from the living room. This is Simon Donagoon (Sean Bean)
Simon: No she isn't, but I'm your father, so you best sit down, shut up and listen to what I have to say...
Charlie is shocked at her father's appearance, she takes a nervous gulp, aware that she's now in a lot of trouble...
INT. ANDREWS' HOUSE - NIGHT
James and Val are sat in the living room watching TV. Claire walks into the house, and slams the front door shut in rage. James and Val jump up at this, and pay attention as Claire enters the room.
James: (Concerned) You alright love?
Claire: No! Not really!
Val: Why love? What's the matter?
James and Val focus their attentions on Claire, who is shaking with rage.
Claire: Bloody Chris! After all he's done I was civil with him! Said he could have his rights and he threw them all back in my face!
James: (Outraged) You what!?
Claire: He was all set on us getting together "for the sake of the baby", and when I knocked him back...well he said he didn't want anything top do with me or my "******* of a baby".
Val is shocked by Chris' harsh words. James gets up, clealry angered by what he has heard.
James: I knew this would happen! It's about time that you all started acting like adults and taking some responsibility for your actions!
Val: James! It's not her fault that Chris is being...
Claire: Look if Chris doesn't want a part in Nathan's life then that's fine, he's not worth the effort. I don't want him in my chid's life if that's the way he feels about him...
James: No love, I don't care! It's a matter of principle, I'll bloody make sure that he acknowledges his child!
James puts on his coat and storms out of the house in a rage, Val and Claire look at one another, concerned for what he will do...
EXT. BAYMOORE PIER - NIGHT
Chris is sat on the end of the pier, his feets dangling over the edge. He looks at a picture of him and Claire on his phone, that he took at their picnic last year.
He whipes the tears from his eyes and then deletes the picture from his phone, before putting it away. He downs the last swig of drink from his bottle of cheap Vodka and drops it into the sea, a long drop between the pier and the sea.
Chris gets up, almsot falling down again due to the amount of alchol he has drunk. He climbs up onto the rails of the pier and leans over the edge, contemplating jumping...
Will he jump?

Romeo is interupted mid sentance by Rebecca, who has ran over from Valentinos. She is waving she hands in the air and screaming.
Rebecca: Quick! Romeo! You've to come! Hurry!
Romeo: (Concerned) What's up?
Rebecca: It's Chris! He's about to jump off the pier!
Everyone look at each other in shock, before rushing off towards the beach to stop him.
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT

Chris stares down at the water, contemplating jumping. In the distance screaming and shouting can be heard, as the crowd run toward him, lead by Claire and Romeo, both of whom concerned for his safety.
Claire: Chris! Please...don't!
Chris: Go away Claire! Just leave me alone!
Romeo: Don't be daft mate! Come on, get down!
Chris: All of you, just get lost!
Claire gestures for them all to move backward, they do so. She walks slowly towards Chris trying to calm him down.
Claire: Come on Chris, don't be a fool...you don't want to be doing this...come on down...
Chris: Why, who would miss me!?

Chris: You don't want me! Romeo doesn't want anything to do with me! I'm just a big laughing stock who everyone loves to hate!

Chris looks down at the sea, but reluctantly decides to climb back over the bars. Everyone breaths a sigh of releif. Claire and Romeo run over to catch him. He falls weakly into Romeo's arms, still drunk.

The there of them walk off back towards the house, united in the same troubles...

The morning after Chris' attempted suicide. He is sat on the sofa, sobering up. Tom walks into the room with a mug of coffee, that he hands to Chris.

Chris: Yeah...I can't believed I acted like such a prat...
Tom: Don't matter about it mate, drink does that to people.
Chris: I know, but to try and kill myself!? I'm scared just at the thought of it...

Dr Ryan Organo is sat in his office, looking a bit worse for wear since we last saw him. He buzzes in for the secretary to call in the next patient.

Ryan flicks through his files, whislt waiting for the next patient to arrive. In walks Hilary, dressed in a smart suit, with a short dress showing off her legs.

Chris and Romeo are sat on the sofa together, left alone by Tom for them to bury the hatchett.
Romeo: When I saw you...about to jump, I felt physically sick...
Chris: Yeah, I'm sorry about that, was stupid of me...

Hilary is on the phone to Jared, pacing the room in frustration.
Hilary: Well god knows what I'm going to do now, I went to see Ryan and he wouldn't give me any...
Charlie walks through the front door and hears Hilary's raised voice from the living room, she slowly walks towards the room, eavesdropping on her conversation.
Hilary: Do I look like the kind of woman that accosiates with drug dealers!? Well where the hell am I going to get these sedatives from!? It's not like I can just go out and get a regular prescription on the black market....yeah well by the sounds of I'm going to need loads to do the trick...

Amy goes off to serve Craig. He looks over at Tom, who is drowning his sorrows into a pint.

Charlie hands Hilary the drugs, which she hides under her jacket.

Hilary hads Charlie a wod of bank notes.

INT. ASHWORTH CASINO - NIGHT
Tom walks into the casino, where his manager is chatting to Ray at the bar.
Manager: Ah Tom, didn't expect to see you until d-day, you got my money?
Tom: As it happens, yes...
Manager: Oh right, well I must admit I didn't think you'd be able to come up with the readies, 10 grand is a lot of money...
Tom: Indeed it is, but there's every penny of it.
Tom hands over an envelope full of cash to the manager. The manager flicks through it counting it. Ray looks at Tom curiously, wondering how he found the money.
Manager: Word to the wise Tom...stop this addiction now, before it get's worse...
Tom: Actually I wanted to let you know I'm quitting...
Manager: You what!?
Tom: It's the only way I'm gonna be able to stop it.
Manager: Well it's a shame to see you go Tom, but maybe it's for the best...
Tom and the manager say their goobyes, he then walks off to put the money in the safe. Tom is left at the bar with Ray.

Charlie is with a bunch of college mates, they walk down the coridoor, all clealry depressed.

Lewis: Last lesson is gonna suck, Morton just sends me to sleep...
Charlie: Maybe we can go to the pub? Merry our spirits before last lesson :D

Richard and Hilary are sat outside by the pool, eating their lunch and enjoying the sun. Simon comes out and sits down beside them at the table.

Richard: Of course there is, Isabella will bring you some out in a minute...so then, how you settling into Baymoore? A bit different from the city life I expect...
Simon: Well yeah, it's like two completley different worlds, but I enjoy this far more, so much more peaceful... I can't thank you both enough for letting me and Charlie stay here...
Richard: Don't worry about it, with all these rooms going spare, we can always make room for friends of the family.

Simon: I'm sorry for her behaviour of late, I don't know what's caused it...probably her mom dying, and the divorce and everything..

Richard: (Uncomfortably) Dead? Yes.

Richard: Don't be, it's just one of those things... anyway as I was saying it's just a phase, sooner or later they grow up, we just have to be there to kick them into shape in the meantimes...
Simon reflects on Richard's advice, as Isabella the maid serves them all their lunch.
EXT. BAYMOORE STREETS - DAY
Charlie gets off the bus, having spent the afternoon at the pub, she is slightly tipsy and unable to walk in a straight line.
Craig is walking around the corner and bumps into a drunken Charlie, she drops her handbag on the floor, the contents spilling out.
Craig: Woh, woh, I think you'd had a bit too much to drink...
Charlie: (Jokingly) You telling me I don't know how to handle my drink? :p I'm stone cold sober me :D
Charlie bends down to pick up the contents of her bag, Craig helps her, and in the process picks up her bag of Es, significantly less filled than earlier.
Craig: Oh maybe Alchohol isn't the your problem...
Charlie snatches them off him and puts them in her handbag, looking embarassed.
Craig: I take it they're not aspirin then...
Charlie: Maybe they are, maybe they're not :p
Craig: Well if you want to be the big girl, you might want to try something stronger...
Charlie: Oh yeah?
Craig: Whatever you fancy, I can get it for you...

Craig: You do that. And try and act sober when you get hope, that Tanya can be a fiesty one in argument...
The pair head their seperate ways, Charlie contemplating Craig's offer.

The camera slowly pans across the room, with Hilary on the phone to someone.
Hilary: Well unfortunatley Richard's got a touch of the cold, wont be able to meet you after all... I'm sorry...yes I'll pass on my wishes, okay goobye...
Hilary is sat in Richard's office, her feet on the table, a devious smile on her face. The camera shows Richard's diary and a list of various appointments/contact numbers.
Hilary's manicured finger hovers over the upcoming week's page and lands on a random apointment. She dials the number on the office phone and waits for a reply.
Hilary: Ah yes, is that Mr Preston?... It's Hilary Taylor here, Richard's wife...basically I'm calling to cancel the appointment he has scheduled with you later this week...
Hilary grins to herself in satisfaction, her sinister plan starting to take effect...

Tom is sat watching TV, trying to take his mind off his money worries. Emma comes in, having just got dressed.
Emma: Monies not gonna come into the bank watching TV all day, you should be out there looking for a job...

Emma: I know it's hard babe, but you've got to pick yourself up and move on. I'll cook tea tonight, what dya say eh?

Michelle is lying on the sofa, dressed in a smart suit, trying to relax after a hard day at work. There is a loud continuous knock on the door. Michelle gets up to answer it.

Michelle opens the door to Tanya, who clearly looks very annoyed.

Tom is walking out of the shop, with a big of shopping for tea. As he heads home he bumps into Craig, who makes him jump out of his skin.
Tom: Good god Craig, you scared the hell out of me there!
Craig: Glad to see I haven't lost it...
Tom: How are you?
Craig: Happy as a pig in mud, when you gonna give me back my money?
Tom: Erm...soon...not just yet...
Craig: Just make sure that you do, becuase I don't take kindly to people pissing me about...
Tom: Yeah I know, I've just got to find the cash from somewhere, give me a week yeah?
Craig: Intest is increasing every day Tom, there's a thin line being excepting a favour and taking liberties...if I don't see the money in the palm of my hand by the end of the week I'll kneecap you...
Tom takes a nervous gulp at Craig's brutal threat.
Craig: The last person that owed me money was Ed Taylor... and we all know what happened to him... so unless you want you or your pretty little girlfriend hurt I suggest you cough up the moolah...sooner rather than later...
Tom: I swear to God Craig! Don't you dare...!
Craig: You're in no position to make threats Tom... you know where we stand on the situation, the clocks ticking...
Craig walks off, leaving Tom a nervous wreck.

Callumn is pacing the front garden on his mobile phone, clearly not wanting Michelle to hear. He is on the phone to Lauren.
Callumn: You nearly got me into trouble...
Lauren: (O.S) Why so?
Callumn: Well Tanya questioned why the winebar was closed...
Lauren: Oh don't worry about that dyke...
Callumn: Look Lauren, we're gonna have to rethink this...I can't have Michelle finding out about us...
Lauren: Oh come on, don't make no hasty decisions, yeah it was a close shave, but it just adds to the fun of it...

Just caught up, Simon is a great addition to the cast, i can't wait to see what he gets up to in Baymoore. I hope Tom can manage to pay back Craig, if not, then he's a dead man, i am glad Chris and Romeo are friends again.
And i am loving the stuff with Hilary and the drugs!
INT. HARVEY'S MOTORS - NIGHT
Craig is sat in the garage doing some paperwork. The sound of high heels clicking against the concrete floor can be heard. Craig looks up to see Charlie standing there with her hands on her hips.
Craig: Well I must admit I didn't think I'd be seeing you around here...
Charlie: Yeah well... I'm up for all things once...so what do you suggest?
Craig: A girl like you should know there's a lot on offer...
Charlie: Some weed?
Craig: (Patronising) Purlease... that's for silly little boys who try to act cool... you can't gain people's respect from smoking a spliff...
Charlie: Well, what else then?
Craig: This...is what you want...
Craig gets out a small bag of cocaine from one of the drawyers.
Charlie: That's a bit heavy, isn't it?
Craig: It's not as bad as it sounds... a simple sniff, but the results are mind blowing...
Charlie: You tried it yourself then? :rolleyes:
Craig: Back in the day...
Charlie: You're all mouth, selling it but daring to try it...
Craig: I grew out of drugs when you were in short diapers...look take it or leave it...but I've sold this stuff for over five years and no one's ever had any complaints...
Charlie: Ok then...I'll take it...
Craig: Brilliant... no need to pay me now, I know you're from a...wealthy family...
Craig hands Charlie the bag of cocaine, she stashes it in her handbag.
Craig: There's plenty more where that came from...
Charlie: Yeah, well we'll see how it goes...I best be off
Charlie leaves, Craig grins to himself - another sucker getting addicted...
EXT. BAYMOORE B&B - NIGHT
Tom is stood over the road from the B&B, wearing a black hoody. He sees Annie and Mandy go out for the evening, locking up and heading towards the pub. Tom pulls up his hood and heads over the road...
INTERCUT:
INT. BAYMOORE B&B - NIGHT
The house is in darkness, total silence. Suddenly a brick is thrown through the back window. Tom jumps through the window, flashing his torch he begins to creep around the back room.
Tom heads into Annie and Eddie's bedroom and sees the safe, open. He rumouges through but finds nothing - Mandy has gone to the bank. Tom looks on in dispair.
As a last resort he opens Annie's jewerlly box and throws the various peices of jewerelly and a lottery ticket into his bag. Suddenly a light comes on in the hallway.
Eddie: Hello!? Whose there!?
Tom: (To self) ****!
Tom begins to rush out of the bedroom, he enters the hallway where Eddie is standing there.
Eddie: Who the hell are you!?
Tom tries to rush out of the house, Eddie tries to stop him, but Tom pushes Eddie over.
Eddie: Oi! You! Come back here!
Eddie falls to the floor, clutching his chest in pain, he's clearly having a heart attack.
Eddie: (Weakly) Help! Help me!
INTERCUT:
EXT. BAYMOORE B&B - NIGHT
Tom rushes out of the B&B and runs down an alleyway. Eddie's shouts for help can be heard in the background. Tom rests against the wall of the alleway, breathing heavily. A mixture of emotions releif, shock and fear...
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Charlie walks into the house, trying to get upstairs fast to hide the cocaine from Simon and Tanya. But before she can do Simon is in the hallway, ready to start an argument.
Simon: And where have you been!? Hilary has cooked us all a nice meal and you can't even be bothered to show up and eat it!
Charlie: Where I go is none of your buisness.
Simon: Until your 18 it is my buisness! What was it this time, eh!? Unprotected sex with a stranger? A couple of shots of Vodka down the Red Rum?
Charlie: If you must know I stayed behind for some extra tutoring with my maths! I'm sick of you thinking so little of me! How can I even try and reform when you're there 24-7 expecting the worst of me!
Charlie storms off upstairs. Simon is left feeling guilty for expecting the worst. Once out of site Charlie grins to herself.
Charlie: Tutoring my ****...
INT. BAYMOORE B&B - NIGHT
Eddie is lying on the floor, breathing heavily and clutching at his heart, in great pain. The front door is suddenly opened, as Mandy returns.
Mandy: You alright dad!? It's only me, Annie forgot her purse!
Mandy walks through the private door, and then sees Eddie lying on the floor in pain, she rushes to his aid.
Mandy: Oh my god! Dad! Are you okay!?
Eddie: It's...my...heart...
Mandy starts to panic, and rumouges in her handbag for her phone.
Mandy: Oh god... don't worry...stay in there...
Mandy dials 999 nervously, and waits for a reply. She props Eddie up into the suitable position to help him. His breathing is getting weaker.
Mandy: Hang in there dad...(into phone) Hello, ambulance please, it's my dad... he's having a heart attack...
Eddie holds Mandy's hand tightly. Mandy is emotional, fearing that he is about to die.
Eddie: (Weakly) Mand'...
Mandy: (Into phone) Baymoore B&B...please...quick...hurry...
Mandy puts the phone down. She focuses her attentions on keeping Eddie alive.
Mandy: That's the ambulance, they're gonna get here as soon as they can, okay!?
Eddie: (Weakly) Mandy'...
Mandy: What is it?
Eddie: Take...care....
Mandy: No Dad! Don't give up! Come on, you've got to keep fighting!
Mandy holds onto Eddie, she suddenly bursts into tears ad he slips away in her arms...
INT. BAYMOORE B&B - MORNING
The morning after the night before. Annie and Mandy are sat down at the kitchen table, over struck with grief. Josie is milling about in the kitchen, making them all a cup of tea.
Annie: I just...can't believe that someone would break in, and not help him...
Mandy: Since what have thieves had morals though? They'd rather see dad die than get caught...
Annie: It's not like they stole much...but it's the principle, you know?
Mandy: It's not like it matters anyway is it!? Dad's dad now, that's what we have to focus on, not some bloody jewellery...
Josie walks over with cups of tea.
Josie: I'm sure Annie didn't mean it like that, the death just hasn't hit her yet...she'll soon realise what's happened...
Annie: I am here you know! Of course I know what's happened! And I swear, I'm gonna find out what little scumbag did this to my Eddie!
Josie and Mandy look at each other, concerned for Annie's state of mind.
INTERCUT:
INT. PAWNBROKERS - MORNING
Tom walks into the pawnbrokers and puts down the jewellery on the counter, he picks up the lottery ticket and stuffs it into his back pocket.
Tom: How much can you do me for all this?
The assistant looks at the jewerlly as it's tat.
Pawnbroker: Most of this is costume jewellery, total tat... £500 probably?
Tom: £500!?
Pawnbroker: Take it or leave it...
Tom: Ok...I'll take it...:rolleyes:
The pawnbroker takes away the jewellery, Tom realises that Eddie's death has come about for just £500, guilt starts to hit him...
INT. JENKINS MANOR - DAY
Richard comes home, looking annoyed, he pours himself a drink from the drinks cabinet to steady his nerves.
Hilary: It's a bit early to be hitting the gin isn't it?
Richard: I waited two bloody hours for Dareen Carter to show up! He never bloody came!
Hilary: Show up for what?
Richard: I was meant to be meeting him this morning to discuss a new buisness venture...
Hilary: Richard dear...don't you remember...?
Richard: Remember what?
Hilary: I told you last night that Darren had to cancel last minute...clashed with a scan for his firstborn....
Richard: No you didn't...
Hilary: For God's sake Richard are you calling me a liar!? I specifically told you! I know you've been getting forgetful of late but this is just ridiculous!
Richard: (Confused) I'm sorry, it's just... I forgot...
He walks out of the room dazed, questioning whether she told him. Hilary has a devious grin on her face.
Hilary: (To Self) Stupid old fool :D
INT. JENKINS MANOR - DAY
Charlie is lying in her room listening to music. Simon is on the other side of the door, trying to apologise.
Simon: Come on Charlie, don't be silly open the door please...
Charlie: Go away dad!
Simon: Five minutes! That's all I ask!
Charlie: Get lost!
Charlie raises the volume on her stereo to block out Simon's voice.
Simon: Look I'm sorry for not having confidence in you, but judging on recent behaviour...
Charlie gets the bag of cocaine out of her hanbag and makes a line of it. She rolls up a ten pound note and snorts the line of cocaine. A rush of energy coming to her, as she whipes her nose and smiles to herself in glee...
INT. BACHELOR BOYS' HOUSE - NIGHT
Tom is sat in the living room, aimlessy staring into space, trying to come to terms with recent events. Chris walks into the room and sits down beside Emma and Romeo on the sofa.
Chris: What are you watching the lottery for?
Emma: Waiting for Casualty to come on...
Chris: What d'ya want to watch that drivel for? The death rate on that show is ridiculous...
Romeo: Eh, talking about death...what about poor old Eddie at the B&B...shocking isn't it?
Chris: I know are, letting him die for a couple of peices of jewellery...there's some real scum on this planet...
Tom looks incredibly guilty as they say this, he closes his eyes in despair.
Romeo: I used to feel safe in this neigborhood, but nowadays...
Emma: Sush...the numbers!
Chris: Why? It's not like you have a ticket...
Emma: Yeah I know, but it's tradition like...
Chris gives Emma a funny look as she listens to the numbers being called...
Ball Caller: First up tunight is number 36, last draw 2 weeks ago...next up number 25, followed by....number 7, haven't had that one in a while...
Tom casually pulls the lottery ticket out of his pocket on the off chance, to his amazement numbers 36, 25 and 7 are on the lottery ticket, he leans forward eagerly anticipating the next set of numbers.
Ball Callers: 4th out tonight number 49...followed by number 18, draw three times in the past once...and last of all number 5....and the bonus ball...32...
Tom looks at his ticket, all 5 of the hot pick numbers have come up, he smiles to himself in satisfaction, having won £130,000....
:eek::eek: what the hell is going on with Tom.. he was always the sensible one of the batchelor boys, now he owes craig 10K, killed (well didn't help) Eddie and he has won this money with Eddie's lottery ticket (I bet they will know it was Tom cause they are number Eddie used for years)

Tom, Romeo, Chris and Emma walk into the pub. Tom looks slighetly worried, but the others are joly and excited over Tom's lottery win. They are singing "We're in the money"
All: We're in the money! Come on my honey! Let's spend it, send it, rolling along!
Everyone looks at them as though they've lost the plot.
Chris: A bottle of champagne please Paddy! We're celebrating!
Patrick: Why had a bit of luck on the geegees?
Romeo: No! Tom's won on the lottery! £130,000!
The room is alight with buzz, as the punters begin discussing this and congratulating him. Annie immediatley jumps up to confront them.
Annie: Say what?
Emma: Tom's won on the lottery! Five numbers on the Hot Picks! £130,000 grand! Aint that great!? :D
Annie snatches the ticket off Emma, they all look at her as if she's mad.
Annie: This is our ticket! That's Eddie's five numbers! You little scumbag! You're the one that robbed our house, and killed Eddie!
Tom: You what...?
Romeo, Chris and Emma immediatley defend Tom.
Romeo: Oi! Just becuase he's got the same numbers as you Annie...
Annie: Funny how our ticket was robbed last night, and then someone else in the same village wins with exactly the same numbers the day after!
Emma: It's just a coincidence Annie!
Chris: Yeah! You're just jealous that he's won...and you...haven't!
Annie: (To Tom) What have you got to say for yourself eh!? You murdering scumbag! Did you rob it!? Eh!?
Tom: No, of course not! Eddie was telling me that he'd worked out these numbers were likely to come up...so you know I took his word for it and gave it a go...
Annie: I don't believe you!
Romeo: Yeah well dya know what, we do, now we're sorry about Eddie and everything but Tom didn't do this, okay!?
Everyone starts talking amongst themselves and giving Annie looks of disgust.
Annie: (To Tom) I'm on to you lad...
Josie: Come on Annie, I think it's best we go...
As the pair leave everyone goes back to talking about Tom's win. Tom takes a nervous gulp and looks very guilty, from across the room Emma spots this, putting two and two together she realises that Annie was right...
INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - NIGHT
The pub is a buzz with excitement over Tom's lottery win. In the background the Bachelor Boys are lauging and joking. Amy is stood at the bar, staring into space. Vicky comes over to her.
Vicky: Amy, you alright babe, you seem...lost?
Amy: I was just thinking, you know...about Hayley and the baby and everything...
Vicky: Maybe it's best to...
Amy: How could she do that to me? Take my money and my confidence, my trust...and then betray me and Patrick like that...she knew how much I wanted a baby!
Vicky: I can't believe what she did to you babe...it doesn't bare thinking about does it?
Amy: Yeah well I can't help but keep brining it up...it's driving me mad... it was so cruel and horrid...
Vicky: I can imagine...how as Patrick taken it?
Patrick is in the back hallway, he eavesdrops open hearing his name.
Amy: He's hurt at Hayley's betrayal but as for the child, he doesn't care...I tell you what though Vick', I've never felt so low in my whole life...
Patrick overhear's Amy desperate cry for help, and starts thinking...
EXT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - NIGHT
Tom is sat outside the pub, at one of the tables, smoking a cigarette and staring out to sea, deep in contemplation. Emma sits down beside him.
Emma: Was she telling the truth?
Tom: What?
Emma: Annie...as soon as she left I saw you...you looked as pale as a ghost...
Tom: So would you if you'd just been accused of theft and murder...
Emma: Only if I was guilty...
Tom: What? Are you saying you think I did it!?
Emma: Let's not play games here Tom, I know you did it...just admit it...
There is an awkard silence between the pair, as much as confirming that Annie was right.
Tom: It wasn't as though I'd stolen that much...
Emma: It's the bloody principle Tom! Stealing is stealing! Not only did you steal that poor woman's lottery ticket, you ran away and let her husband die!
Tom: I know! But I swear I never intended to hurt anybody! I just needed to clear this debt...and...and....It was the only option left babe! I had Craig pressuring me...threatening me....threatning you!
Emma: So you thought you'd go rob an innocent couple of their profits, and in the process ended up killing one of them!?
Tom: It's not like that! And you know it!
Emma looks at Tom in disgust.
Emma: What have you become?... You're the bloke that I once knew...the Tom I know would never have robbed, lied and cheated...infact the Tom I know would never have even got into this situation in the first place!
Tom: I only ever gambled to make money for our own place! And I only robbed to protect you babe!
Emma: (Coldy) I think we need a break from each other...
Upon saying this, Emma walks off, leaving Tom alone, devastated...
INT. RED RUM UPSTAIRS FLAT - NIGHT
Amy walks up the stairs, feeling depressed and exhuasted. She walks into the living room, where soft music is playing. The lights are out, and in it's place a few candles scatterd around the room.
Amy: What's all this Patrick?
Patrick carries two plates from the kitchen to the dining table, which has been dressed up for the ocassion.
Patrick: I thought I'd cook you a special meal babe...
Amy: And what is this supposed to achieve?
Patrick: I heard you talking to Vicky earlier...and welll...I wanted to make you happy...
Amy: Happy!? And you think your burnt offerings of a meal are gonna cheer me up!? You have no idea how unhappy I am Patrick....
Patrick: I can imagine...
Amy: Yeah well imagine that and times it by 100! That little bitch has taken every last shred of hope from me Patrick! And now, thanks to her, I have nothing!
Patrick: You have me...
Amy: Big deal! :rolleyes: I want a baby Patrick! That's all I want! And I can't have one!
Amy starts to sob uncontrolably, Patrick holds her in his arms, looking very concerned for her...
Understand Amy is hurt but at least Patrick is making an effort here.. mmm wonder if Emma will say anything to Anne or will she keep this to herself???
INT. BACHELOR BOYS' HOUSE - MORNING
Romeo is sat on the sofa watching TV. An advert comes on for a combilation albumn of love songs. He switches off the TV and sighs to himself. Chris walks into the room.
Chris: Hey...what's up?
Romeo: Let's just say Romeo by name, but not by nature...
Chris: I know the feeling, what happened to the times when we had the women queing around the block for a peice of us eh?
Romeo: We're ten years older now...they want younger models...
Chris looks at himself, worrying that he has lost it.
Chris: I'd like to think I've got everything them young lads have...but with more experiance...
Romeo: We should be settling down, not chasing skirt like we used to...
Chris: No thank you! I don't intend on "settling down" for a very long time to come yet...
Romeo: I've had enough of the dating game, I just want to find the one, and settle down with her...

Nick is sat in the living room ready a glossy magazine, Nick walks in and sits down beside her.
Hilary: Hiya Nick, shouldn't you be at work darling?
Nick: Yeah, but I wanted to have a word with you...
Hilary: About what?
Nick: It's dad...I'm getting a bit worried about him...
Hilary puts down the magazine and focuses her attentions on Nick.
Nick: He seems to be getting really forgetful...
Hilary: It's just his old age son
Nick: No, it's more than that! It's been happening a lot recently...he keeps forgetting that have been arranged months in advance, important ones... and just last week I asked him to order in some timber for the new cabins at the holiday camp and he ended up ordering double the amount I've asked for...
Hilary: Look, he's had a lot on his mind recently what with Charlie, and then all this stuff with Jared Ashworth and all...
Nick: Don't go making excuses for him mom, I really think there's a problem there...
Hilary: Look, you needn't worry, I'm sure it's just a phase he's going through...
Nick: I hope so mom...I really do...
Nick has a concerned look on his face, Hilary is barely able to contain her delight...

Chris: You didn't mate! She was crazy for you, she only left because of the baby buisness, and seen as...well... seen as you're not the father then there's nothing stopping you two getting back together...

Chris: Why shouldn't it be? Honestly why do people have to complicate love!? You love her, and I bet you my final tenner she stills loves you!
Romeo: Hold your horses, she's a fiesty one, and she probably still holding a grudge...infact knowing Roxy that's almost certain...
Chris: You'll never know if you don't try, you just need to give her an insentive to let go of any grudges she might have...
Romeo opens his mouth to argue, but Chris interupts...
Chris: I'm not taking no for an answer here Romeo Carboni! So go upstairs, smarten yourself up and go and get her back into your life! :D
Chris words cause Romeo to get up, with an optimistic smile he runs upstairs to get changed. Chris looks at himself in the mirror...

Patrick and Amy are behind the bar. Amy is staring mopily into space, there is an awkard atmosphere between the pair following last night's heart to heart.
Claire walks into the pub, pushing baby Nathan in his pushchair.
Patrick: (Jokingly) Oi! There's a few years yet before we start serving him a pint :D
Claire: He'll be starting young if our family has anything to do with it...
Patrick: What can I do for you love, didn't think you had a shift today?
Claire: An old school mate wants to go out tonight, and well...I wondered if Amy wanted to babysit...
Patrick looks over at Amy who looks very depressed.
Patrick: I don't think that's such a good idea at the moment, she's been down about the whole baby issue, what with Hayley and everything...
Claire: Oh right, yeah, I never thought sorry...oh well I'm sure aunty Emma can look after him for a few hours, take her mind off the whole Tom fiasco...
Patrick: Them two on a break? God it's none stop in Baymoore...
Claire: Tell me about it, anyways Paddy I'd best be off, see you tomorrow...
Patrick: Yeah bye...
Patrick walks over to Amy and wraps his arms around her.
Patrick: You alright babe?
Amy: What do you think?
Patrick: I tell you what, little Nathan is sure growing up fast, i'm sure he's shot up since I last saw him...
Amy: Yeah, well make the most of it, becuase the only chance we're gonna get of seeing kids grow up is through other people's children...
Patrick: Actually, Am'...I've been thinking about that...and well...I was thinking maybe we could adopt?
Amy turns around suddenly as Patrick says this, a sudden ray of hope given to her.
Amy: You what!? Are you joking me!?
Patrick: No...If it's what you want, then it's what I want...
Amy beams with hapiness, jumping around in excitement.
Amy: Oh my god Patrick! You don't know how happy I am to here you say that! I never thought I'd see you come around to the idea...
Patrick: Yeah well, things change don't they?
Amy: I'll get onto the adoption services later on, and hopefully they can fit us in for an appointment before the end of the week! :D Oh come here!
Amy launches herself at Patrick, giving him a hug. Amy is beaming with hapiness. The camera shows Patrick's face, he's not exactly happy but feels as though he has no other choice...

Tom walks into the living room, on his phone.
Tom: Alright, so if I come in later, we can arrange for that to be done? Ah right... thanks, I'll see you then...
Chris looks at Tom curiously.
Chris: What was that then? Thinking about a buying a Rolls, or a house in the country?
Tom: No, I'm not wasting this money Chris...
Romeo comes into the room, having got dressed up to go and see Roxy.
Romeo: Come on mate, Chris has a point, you only win the lottery once in a blue moon, treat yourself...
Tom: Its £130,000 not a million, that will soon go if i fritter it away!
Chris: Yeah, but you can't be an old prude and put it all into a "savings account" :rolleyes:
Tom: Actually, I'm going to pay off our mortgage...
Chris: Oh, you are such a bore!
Tom: Yeah, but I may aswell put the money to good use, meaning we never have to pay for this house ever again...
Romeo and Chris look at Chris as if he's gone mad, clealry unimpressed with his sensible plans for the money...
INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - NIGHT
Charlie walks confidently into the pub, swinging her handbag and flashing her boobs to everyone. She sits down by the bar and gets out her purse.
Charlie: I'll have a vodka and coke please...
Amy: No chance...
Charlie: For god sake, I'm 18 in a couple of weeks!
Amy: Until then you're underage, and you aren't worth me loosing my licence over...
Charlie: Fine...:rolleyes: An orange juice then...
Amy pours Charlie an orange juice and takes the money. Craig walks over and pours a shot of vodka into her drink whilst Amy isn't looking.
Charlie: Thanks, how much is it?
Craig: Oh don't worry, what's a shot of vodka between friends? :D
Charlie: We're friends now are we? :p
Craig: Well more...aquantancies... so then, how did you find the old marching powder?
Charlie: Yeah...it did the trick...
Craig: If you want anymore you know where to come...
Charlie: I would, but dad's being strict on the allowance, until I behave...
Craig: Ah right, not such a daddy's little princess after all are you? :p Don't worry about it, I'll give it you on a tab...
Charlie: Why would you do me a favour like that?
Craig: Becuase I know that you Taylors have the money...and becuase I like you....

The pair chink they glasses, and take sips of their drinks to seal yet another drug deal.
INT. BAYMOORE B&B - DAY
Annie is sat at the dining table, making calls and arranging the funeral. Mandy comes in with a cup of tea for her.
Mandy: Thought I'd bring you a cuppa...hows it going?
Annie: Okay I suppose...you just have to get on with it don't you?
Mandy sits down and holds Annie's hand.
Mandy: I know it's hard, but once the funeral is over, you'll be able to move on...
Annie: It's not as easy as that though is it? I can't just forget 40 years of marriage with him...
Mandy: No one's saying you have to forget, you just need to be able to move on with life without him...
Annie: I suppose, I've managed to book the funeral in at the local church, I never for one moment thought that they'd have space...
Mandy: Space?
Annie: In the graveyard, I've decided to bury him...
Mandy: Are you sure that's what he would have wanted?
Annie: No offence but you've only known him for half a year or so, I known him by own life, so I'm the one that's best to judge "what he would have wanted"...
Mandy seems to take offence by this.
Mandy: I was only saying...
Annie: I know what you was saying, but I know what's best for my husband, not you, so he's getting buried...
Mandy is left feeling annoyed by Annie's harsh words.
INT. HARVEY'S MOTORS - NIGHT
Tom pops into the garage, where Craig is working on a car.
Tom: It's not often I see you getting your hands dirty...
Craig: Yeah well, it is my buisness, I have to chip in from time to time...
Tom: There's me thinking you were a loan shark and drug dealer...

Craig: I heard about you're lottery win, maybe I should up the intrest rate...
Tom hands Craig the money, Craig counts it and then puts it away safely in his jacket pocket.
Craig: Much appreciated, if you ever need any more favours...
Tom: No thanks, I've made that mistake once, never again...
Craig: Hey, easy, don't bite the hand that feeds, you never know when you might need a helping hand...
Tom: In future I'll stick to the legal methods...
Craig: I'll quote you to that next time you come begging for money...
Tom begins to head out of the garage.
Craig: Oh by the way, me and a few friends are holding a poker night tomorrow...fancy coming?
Tom: No thanks, I've given that mugs game up for good...
Craig: Come on, for old times sake...
Tom: I promised Emma I wouldn't.
Craig: And by all acounts you and her aren't dating anymore, so why feel the need to keep your promise?
Tom: Look Craig, no offence, but I dont want to get involved...
Craig: It's nothing bit, just a few tight fisted gits who aren't gonna put more than £100 in the pot, come on, you can whipe the floor of them...
Tom is reluctant, but gives up arguing.

Tom leaves. Craig lights a cigar and takes a blow of it, a sinister smile on his face....

EXT. ROXY'S MOM'S HOUSE - DAY
Romeo pulls up outside of Roxy's house. He takes a deep breath before getting out of the car. He picks up a bunch of flowers from the passenger seat and head's up the garden path.
He knocks on the front door, and stands there nervously, smartening himself up. She opens the door, shocked to see him.
Roxy: Romeo?
Romeo: (Uneasy) Suprise!?
Roxy: What are you doing here?
Romeo: I've come for you...I want you back babe! :)
Roxy: Oh, do you? :rolleyes:
Romeo: Forget about Claire and everything, Chris turned out to be the dad...
Roxy: (Bitter) Yes...I saw, so did half the nation...
Romeo: Look, life's moved on and I've realised that I want you... infact I've never stopped wanting you...please Rox'...
Roxy is unimpressed by Romeo's whining. She grabs the flowers off him and takes a deep sigh.
Roxy: I suppose you'd best come in then...
INT. JENKINS MANOR - DAY
Hilary is in the hallway, she sees Nick and Tanya in the living room. She gets out her phone, we see clearly that she doesnt call anyone. She puts the phone up to her head, and walks into the living room, pretending to be talking to someone...
Hilary: Richard darling, only me... can you remember to bring back takeaway tonight, chef's having the night off and we haven't got anything in...ok...thanks darling, bye.
Hilary puts the phone away.
Tanya: How typical of you, why can't you go down the shops and get something in?
Nick: (Defensive) Why don't you?
Hilary: Honestly Tanya just wait an hour and you're father will bring some food, we can live like common people for the evening and enjoy a takeaway together...
Tanya rolls her eyes in disaproval, Hilary goes to the drinks cabinet, a sinister smile on her face...
INT. ROXY'S MOM'S HOUSE - DAY
Romeo is sat down, clealry nervous. Roxy walks into the room.
Roxy: Do you want a drink or something?
Romeo: I haven't come for drinks Rox', I've come for you...
Roxy: A hell of a way just for me...
Romeo: You're worth it.
Roxy: I'd forgotten what a charmer you are :rolleyes:
Romeo: (Nervous) Surely that's a good thing?
Roxy: It's been over a month Romeo, if I'm the one you want to be with, what's taken so long?
Romeo: I've had things to deal with...
Roxy: Claire? :rolleyes:

Roxy: It's always going to come back to her isn't you...you have history together...

Romeo: Ocassionally...but that's only human nature! You're telling me you never think about your exs!? Most people, including me, move on, and I have, and I want to be with you Roxy! Like mad!
Roxy: You've spent a month messing around, for all I know stuff could have happened between you teo...
Romeo: Don't be so stupid, we just had to tie up some loose ends, sort out our differences...
Roxy: And the result is?
Romeo: We're all going to lead our seperate lifes, but stay friends...
Roxy: And where do I fit into this?
Romeo: I want to be with you, I know I've acted like a total idiot, but I know now that...I love you...and I want you to come back to Baymoore with me...
Roxy: Oh my god! Say that again!? :D
Romeo: I want you to come back to...
Roxy: No, not that! The first bit!
Romeo: I love you...
Roxy: You don't know how long I've waited for you to say that to me! Do you mean it!?
Romeo: Of course I mean it!
Roxy: Oh my god!
Roxy jumps into Romeo's arms and kisses him passionatley. Romeo pulls away, excited.
Romeo: So's that a yes then? You'll come back with me!?
Roxy! Yes! Of course! :D
Romeo beams with hapiness. The pair kiss once more. Happily reunited.
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Richard comes through the front door, empty handed. He walks into the living room where everyone is sat.
Richard: What's for tea love?
Hilary: Eh?
Richard: Come on, I'm starving...what we got?
Hilary: Richard...
Richard: What?
Tanya and Nick look at him as if he's crazy.
Richard: Would some on care to explain what's the big deal here?
Hilary: I asked you to bring us a takeaway...just about an hour ago...
Richard: Don't be so stupid! You did no such thing!
Nick: She did dad, she was on the phone to you...
Richard: No..you can't done, I'd have remembered...
Hilary: I called you Richard! Don't accuse me of lying just because you've forgotten the takeaway!
Richard: I haven't forgotten anything for heaven's sake!
Hilary: Well judged on recent events, you could well have done...
Richard: But...
Tanya: Look, no harm done dad, I'll just ring in for some instead, you sit down and have a drink....you look like you need one...
Nick hands Richard a drink, he sits down on the sofa, looking worried...Tanya and Nick look at one another, concerned for their father's forgetfullness.
Noooo!!! Stay where you are Roxy - don't come back.
I was hoping we'd seen the last of her.
And Hilary's plan is springing into action! Nasty!

And so it begins. Stage 1 of Richard thinking he's gone bonkers. Hilary's is putting her plans into action evil bitch.
INT. TORBAY GRAVEYARD - DAY
Many of the residents are stood by Eddie's grave. Mandy is beside herself with tears, Josie is stood beside her, supporting her.
Annie is stood in the centre, she gets out a peice of paper from her handbag and begins to say a speech, clealry emotional.
Annie: You never really think about death until it hits you, so Eddie's death come as a shock to me, to all of us... I'm not one to make a really long speech, so I'll just say a few words... Eddie is one of the most caring individuals I know, he was always there for anyone who needed him... I loved him unconditionally, and I just can't imagine my life without him... whatever happens to me...wherever I go in the world, I was always love him... rest in peace my dear...
Annie finishes her speech. Mandy grabs hold of Annie's hand as she bursts into tears. People then begin taking it in turns to throw dirt onto the coffin, everyone clealry emotional.
Preist:We therefore commit our brother Edward to the ground; earth to earth, ashes to ashes, dust to dust; in the sure and certain hope of the Resurrection to eternal life...
INT. HARVEY'S HOUSE - NIGHT
Tom nervously walks up the garden path to Craig's house. He rings the bell, shaking. Craig opens the door, a confident smile on his face, the top two buttons of his shirt undone and his sleeves rolled up.
Craig: Ah Tom, we've been expecting you...
Tom: Sorry, had to make my excuses...
Craig: Excuses? There's nothing to be ashamed about, it's just a friendly game of poker...
Tom: Yeah, but I'm meant to be quitting it aint I?
Craig: You might aswell go out in style...
Tom and Craig walk into the living room where 4 others are sat around the dining table, all dressed similary to Craig in smart suits, drinks by their side and cigars in there mouths. Tom takes a nervous gulp.
Craig: Don't worry, we don't bite...hard...
Craig notices how uneasy Tom is.
Craig: Lighten up, it'll be fun...take a seat...
Tom sits down and nervously smiles at the beefy blokes, who do not seem to be phased by his pleasantries.
Craig: Let the game begin...:D
INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - NIGHT
The pub is filled with people for Eddie's wake, their is a somber mood with barely anyone speaking. Annie and Josie are sat down in a booth, looking depressed.
Annie: This is the bit I was dreading the most, everyone looking uncomfortable, dont know what to say or to do...
Josie: He'd have wanted us all to have a good old knees up, but it's not so easy in theory is it?
Annie: I don't know Josie, this time last week he was out in the garden, potting the summer plants...and now...dead...
Josie: Life's cruel...
Annie: Life's too bloody short I tell you that! We're sat here living ordinary lives, and what for? To just die!?...
Josie: Annie, you don't want to start thinking like that...
Annie: I want to do something with whatever time I have left Jos'... I want to move on from Baymoore, cus it's only ever gonna remind me of Eddie...
Josie: Move where?
Annie: I want to see the world, go on a cruise, and see where that takes me!
Josie: But what about the B&B!?
Annie: Stuff it! I've had enough of cooking fry ups and making beds...I'm gonna sell it..., the only question remains Jos', will you come with me?...

Poor Annie! I wonder if Josie will accept her offer..:hmm: Tom is gonna end up in big trouble again, he shouldn't have got persauded by Craig.. I love the Hilary stuff with her trying to make Richard think he's going mad...it looks like her plan is working! :D I am glad Roxy is back too, am i the only one? I think her and Romeo are sweet together, and with Roxy returning, her character can be developed a lot more.
INT. HARVEY'S HOUSE - NIGHT
The room is in darkness, except for one lamp by the table. There is an eary atmosphere at the game reache's it's conclusion. Each of the men are still in play, casting deep moody looks at one another.
Craig: I'll see you, and raise you...10 grand...
Tom What!? You said this was a friendly game...
Craig: You don't have to carry on, you can always fold...
Tom looks down at his cards, confident he has a good hand...
Craig: What's wrong Tom, pressure getting to you?
Tom: I haven't got that kind of money...
Craig: Your deeds...
Tom: You what!? You joking me!?
Craig: It's always an option...
Tom looks concerned at this suggestion. He looks down at his cards, he has a straight flush, the second best hand. He sees all of the men fold, other than Craig.
Craig: Look's like it's just you and me left Tom...
Tom is nervous. He stares at Craig as if to suss him out. Hesitantly he gets the deeds out of his pocket and puts them on the table. The men raise their eyes at Tom's brave move.
Craig: Right then...let's show our hands...
INT. HARVEY'S HOUSE - NIGHT
Craig: Right then...let's show our hands...
Tom puts down his hand. The men cough, thinking that he has beat Craig. Craig looks nervous.
Craig: Well Tom, it looks like you've won...
Craig begins to put his cards on the table, Tom is overjoyed with relief.
Craig: Or does it?
Craig puts down his cards, to show a Royal flush. The men applaud and congratuate Craig on his victory. Tom looks as if he's seen an army of ghosts. Craig has a smug look on his face.
Craig: Well, well, well...lucky me...
Craig begins to scrape over the money and the deeds to his side of the table.
Tom: (Emotional) Please Craig... don't do this...it's my home! I'm begging you!
Craig: I'm sorry Tom, but rules are rules, you can't go back now...
Tom: Have some compassion! It's my home Craig!
Craig: Then you shouldn't have been so fast in gambling it away!
Tom begins to burst into tears.
Tom: Please...
Craig: I'm in a room with Devon's most influential crime bosses,you go back on your word and you're a dead man...
Tom dries up his tears, and begins to look scared as the men eye him up. Craig gets up and starts to show Tom to the door.
Craig: I think you'd best go now...to my house, and break the news to your little budiess...
Tom: But how!? I can't just!....This is crazy!
Craig: A pleasure doing buisness with you Tom, I'll come for the keys in the morning.
Craig pushes Tom out the front door. Tom is left alone outside in the cold, shaking like a leaf...
INT. BACHELOR BOYS HOUSE - MORNING
Tom is sat in the living room, curtains drawn. He is starting at himself in the mirror, totally traumatised by the events of last night, nervously awaiting Craig to come and drop the bombshell.
The camera cuts to Craig who casually walks up the garden path, he knocks loudly on the door. Tom doesn't get up to answer it. The knocking continues.
Chris runs down the stairs in just his boxer shorts, and sees Tom sitting down.
Chris: I'll get then shall I!? :rolleyes: Honestly!
Chris opens the door, Craig walks in confidently.
Chris: Craig?
Craig: How you doing Chris, hope you didn't react too badly...
Chris: What the hell boss? It's a bank holiday I aint gotta come in...
Craig walks around the living room, observing the decor.
Craig: Bit of a stig hole, but given a lick of paint...
Chris: What you going on about boss?
Romeo comes down the stairs and enters the living room.
Craig: Oh come on, you mean Tom hasn't told you the bad news yet?
Chris and Romeo look at Craig blankly. Tom sits nervously, awaiting their reactions.
Craig: You're little friend here gambled the deeds to this house in a game of cards last night...and he lost...
Romeo: You what!?
Craig: You heard, now gather up your things and get the hell out of my house...
Chris: You're kidding us right boss!? This can't be happening!?
Craig: I'll leave Tom to explain, if you're not out in the next hour I'll be sending in the heavies...
Craig walks out, leaving them to it. Romeo and Chris look at Tom with looks of total despair...
Romeo: You'd best bloody starting talking...now...
EXT. BAYMOORE B&B - DAY
Annie is stood outside the B&B, she watches as the for sale board is being put up. Mandy comes outside.
Mandy: What's all this noise?
Mandy sees the board being put up, and instantly looks at Annie in shock.
Mandy: What's going on!?
Annie: I'd have thought that was pretty obvious...I'm selling up...
Mandy: And when were you going to tell me about this!?
Annie: I don't know, now I suppose...
Mandy: Well what about me!? Where I am going to live!?
Annie: That's not my problem Mandy, you're a grown woman, you'll find somewhere...
Mandy: I can't believe you've done this...without consulting me...
Annie: I'm sorry but where in the rulesbook did I have to inform you about selling my B&B? You were Eddie's daughter, not mine I don't owe anything to you...
Mandy: Oh now you're just being daft...
Annie: Look Mandy, I just want to sell up and move on, I can't be worrying about you...I'm sure Jon wont see you out on the streets, now if you don't mind I've got things to be doing...
Annie walks back into the house, leaving Mandy slightly stunned by this sudden anouncement...

Charlie walks in from the pool, wrapping a surrong around her waist. She is on the phone to one of her friends.
Charlie: Sound's great Caz, but dont know if Dad will let me, he's being a real ******* at the moment...
Charlie walks into the room, where Simon is rumouaging through her shcool bag, she instanly panicks.
Charlie: Look Caz, I'll have to get back to you. Ok. Bye...
Charlie snaps her phone shut in rage, casting Simon a look of disbelif. He continues looking through her bag.
Charlie: What the hell do you think you're doing!?
Simon: Looking for you're report from the college, had a letter saying they expect students to show it to their parents, a test of responsibility...
Charlie: Yeah well you could have asked rather than root through my bag like that! Honestly!...
Simon: That totally goes against the whole point of it! You should be trusted to show me the report!
Charlie: It's just a peice of crappy paper!
Simon: What's so bad about it then!? Too ashamed to show me your rubbish grades!?

Simon pulls out a bottle of vodka from her bag. He casts her a look of disaproval.

Charlie grabs her bag off him and storms off upstairs. He is left with a look of despair on his face.
INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - DAY
Patrick and Amy are in the living room, dressed up smartly for the adoption agency. Amy is fussing about Patrick's appearance, straightening his tie.
Amy: Honestly Patrick, what are you like? Need me to dress you at the age of 35!?
Patrick: Honestly Amy a suit isn't going to change the mind of them at the agency...
Amy: Wrong Paddy, it's all about firsy impressions, we need to stand out above all the other prospective parents...
Patrick: Look Amy about this...
Amy: You best not be chickening out on me now Patrick...
Patrick: No...of course not...it's just... let's not get too carried away eh?
Amy: What you on about?
Patrick: I mean sometimes you have to wait months, even years before a there's a baby that's there for us to adopt...they don't grow on trees you know...
Amy: Do you think I don't know that Patrick? We just need to stay positive and hope it comes sooner rather than later :) And believe me, it will be worth it in the end when we get our own little baby :D
Amy leaves, a beaming smile on her face. Patrick is concerned that she's setting herself up for a fall.
INT. JENKINS MANOR - DAY
Charlie is in her room, music blasting out to drown out the sounds of her father shouting up the stairs. She gets the bag of cocaine from under her pillow and looks at it, there isn't much left.
Charlie: (To Self) God's sake...
Charlie looks at herself in the mirror, she is looking worse for wear, slightly shaky. She picks up her phone and calls Craig.
Craig: (O.S) Harvey...?
Charlie: Yeah it's me...look I need some more powder...
Craig: What, already?
Charlie: Let's just say I've needed a few pick me ups recently...
Craig: Don't you think you should pay off what you owe me first before you ask for more? It's expensive stuff you know...
Charlie: Look you'll get your money, plus intrest...but I really need some more Craig, please...
Craig: I'll be around at the garage for another half an hour or so, come and get it...
Charlie puts down the phone, and breaths a sigh of releif. She runs her hands through her hair in despair, realising what she's let herself in for...
INT. BACHELOR BOY'S HOUSE - DAY
Romeo and Chris look at Tom with looks of total despair...
Romeo: You'd best bloody starting talking...now...
Tom whipes away the tears, lost for words
Romeo: Aren't you even gonna admit what you've done!? Come on Tom! Get talking! :angry:
Tom: I'm so sorry...
Chris: I can't believe it, what the hell were you playing at gambling the deeds away!?
Tom: I don't know, I was just so sure that I had the winning hand...
Romeo: Well you didn't! And now you've lost this place! It's not just your house, it's all three of ours! You had no right gambling it away!
Tom: Do you think I don't know that!?
Romeo: Then why the hell did you do it then!?
Tom: It was my addiction, I though i'd kicked it...
Chris: Obviously you haven't! And now we've lost our home...
Tom: I know I've done bad, but please...
Romeo: Bad don't cover it Tom! You've betrayed us and now we're out on the streets becuase of you...
Tom: Let me make up for it mate, I'll pay you both back..
Romeo: Too damn right you will or I'll be on to my lawyers! I can't believe you've done this Tom...
Tom: Please mate...
Romeo: To think I fell out with Chris for stuff less serious than this... I aint your mate "mate"....
Romeo gives Tom a look of disgust, and head off upstairs to pack his bags.
Tom: (Desperate) Chris, you can forgive me can't you?
Chris shakes his heads and follows Romeo. Tom is left alone, devastated by his friends' disowning him.

Craig is on the phone to the estate agents, to sell the Bachelor Boys house.
Craig: Well anytime tomorrow morning would suit me fine, I only live over the road so it's not any hassle at all...11...that's fine...ok then...thank you.
Craig puts the phone down and continues with some paperwork. Charlie walks into the garage looking rough.
Craig: God you look like you've been dragged through a hedge backwards...
Charlie: (Agitated) Just give me the gear, okay!?
Craig: Wooo easy, where's the rush?
Charlie: Look I need to get back before they notice I'm gone!
Craig: Tut tut...has naughty Charlie snuck out of the house? I wonder ehat they'd say if they found out you were on Columbia's finest....
Charlie: Just give it to me Craig!
Craig: Manners...you don't want to be biting the hand that feeds...

Craig hands Charlie a bag of cocaine, but just as shes about to leave he grabs her arm and holds it tightly, she screams with pain.

Craig lets go of Charlie's arm, she runs off, scared. He grins to himself before getting back to his paperwork.
INT. VALENTINOS RESTRAUNT - DAY
Mandy and Jon are sat in the wine bar, having a spot of light lunch.
Mandy: Well it's not often that I get treated to lunch...
Jon: You deserve a change from a ham cob and a cup of tea, they work you hard at that B&B...
Mandy: Yeah, well not for much longer...
Jon: Why?
Mandy: Annie's selling up, didn't even bother to tell me until they put the for sale boards up, still I wouldn't have felt comfortable staying there without Eddie...
Jon: Well, why don't you buy it off her then?
Mandy: I'd love to, but I haven't got that kind of money to spend...
Jon: Well it's simple then...I'll buy it for you...
Mandy: Oh no Jon you couldn't possibly...
Jon: Oh yes I could, and I can... look Mandy I've been thinking of settling down with you for a while now, and this seems like the perfect oppurtunity to do so wouldn't you say?
Mandy: Yeah but what about all your buisnesses? I can hardly see you giving all that up to come and work in a B&B with me...
Jon: I'll give it to Stuart, it's about time he earned his keep...
Mandy: Yeah but is what you really want?
Jon: I don't know until I've given it a try...but I love you Mandy, so I'll give anything a chance if it's going to make you happy...so if you let me, I'll buy it and we can run it together, what do you say?
Mandy: Yes! Okay then! :D
Jon smiles in delight, he pours them both some more wine and the pair toast to the decision.

Amy and Patrick are sat in an office at the adoption agency, where one of the social workers are reading through their details.
Social Worker: No criminal records....good financial status...you own your own home and buisness...
Amy smiles at Patrick postively as the worker puts down their application.
Social Worker: Looks good on paper...but obviously we have to take in account more than that... hows married life?
Patrick: Well to be honest with you...
Amy interupts Patrick mid sentance.
Amy: Perfect! I can assure you Mrs Whitehouse that you'll never find a more loving couple of a child...
Patrick kicks Patrick under the table for almost cocking up the interview.
Social Worker: Well I'd have to agree Mrs O Brian, from what I can gather you would make great adoptive parents...
Amy: Really!? Oh that's brilliant! :D So what's the next stage?
Social Worker: Well as you're aware it's not just as simple as going away with a child, we have you on a waiting list, and when we get a prospective newborn for you, we will let you know...
Amy is beaming at this news, Patrick can barely manage a smile, clearly not so pleased.
EXT. BACHELOR BOYS HOUSE - DAY
Patrick stands at the bottom of the garden path, arms folded with a huge smile on his face. Tom, Chris, Romeo and Roxy come out of the house carrying their belongings.
Craig: That it? Got everything you want, becuase whatever's left goes on the skip first thing in the morning...
Romeo: (Bitter) You're welcome to it...
They cast Craig looks of venom as they leave.
Roxy: How can you do this? You monster...
Craig: Hey it's not my fault, blame surfer boy here for gambling what he shouldn't have...
Tom looks really guilty as Craig says this. The others refuse to look at him.
Craig: Oh what's this, you all fell out with him? Dear me Tom, it just isn't your week is it?
Chris: Just leave it Craig...
Craig: Watch what you say, remember who pays your wages... right then, I best have a look around my house before it goes on the market tomorrow...
Romeo: You what!? You're selling it!?
Craig: Well I'm hardly gonna let it gather dust am I?
Romeo: So you're not even keeping it for yourself? Why be so heartless and chuck us out, just forget about it and let us stay...
Craig: I don't think so sunny Jim, i got this fair and square...so do us a favour and bog off...
Romeo is about to swing for Craig but Roxy pulls him back. Craig laughs to himself as he heads into the house. The Bachelor Boys are left outside as he closes the door.
Romeo: Come on then, let's get our things round to Rebeccas...
The three of them head off to their new homes. Tom is left alone in the middle of the crescent, no where to go, no one to turn to...
ah I am happy that Jon is going to settle down with Mandy.. hope it all works out and that someone like Craig doesn't buy it and kick her out
INT. HARVEY'S MOTORS - DAY
Hilary drives her Ferrari sports car up the driveway towards Craig's garage, he comes out to see her.
Craig: Hilary, what can I do for you?
Hilary: Got a bit of trouble with the exhuast, wondered if you could fit in me?
Craig: I can always fit you in :cool: Come out the back and I'll see if we're free to take a look at it later
The pair walk out the back, towards Craig's office.
Craig: So hows old Richard doing these days?
Hilary: Well to tell you the truth we're a bit worried for his state of mind at the moment...
Craig: He finally loosing his marbles then? :p
Hilary: We don't really want to say anything to him incase he takes it badly...
Charlie walks around the corner and begins to enter the garage, she hears Craig and Hilary talking, and keeps her distance, eavesdropping on their conversation.
Craig: You caring him for? I don't believe that for a second...
Hilary: (Jokes) What are you saying? :p
Craig: I bet knowing you you've been slipping him some loop pills on the sly...
Something instantly clicks in Charlie's mind as she hears this. Putting two and two together she realises what Hilary's been doing with the sedatives. She runs off, stunned...
EXT. BAYMOORE B&B - NIGHT
Tom stands outside the B&B. He is holding a page of the yellow pages, with all of the B&B's crossed off, except for this one.
He takes a deep breath and reluctantly walks up the garden path, carrying his bags with him.
Tom sees there is a vacancy sign and breifs a sigh of relief. He knocks on the door, and waits for someone to open it. It is Annie.
Tom: Annie...
Annie: What the hell do you want now!?
Tom: Look, I'm in desperate need of a room...
Annie: And you're thinking of coming here? You've got a bloody cheak!
Tom: Annie...I swear I had nothing to do with Eddie's death...
Annie: Well I don't believe you...you killed my husband and then expect me to put you up!? You've got another thing coming...
Tom: Please! Annie! I have nowhere else to go!
Annie: Yeah well, you should have thought of that at the time...you deserve all that you get...
Tom: Please!
Annie: Go Away!
Annie slams the door shut behind him. Tom runs his hand through his hair in despair, nowhere to turn, he looks over towards the beach and reluctantly head over there for the night...
EXT. JENKINS MANOR - DAY
Hilary walks out towards the pool, a cocktail in her hands. She sits down on the sun lounger, puts he shades on and takes a sip of her cocktail, before lying down and relaxing.
Minutes later Charlie marches outside, a serious look on her face. She grabs Hilary's cocktail and throws it over her. Hilary jumps up, the cocktail dripping over her.
Hilary: What the hell are you playing at!?
Charlie: I've worked it out...
Hilary: Worked what out!?
Charlie: What you wanted them sedative thingies for...you've been drugging Uncle Richard...
Hilary: Don't be so bloody ridiculous...
Charlie: No, it makes perfect sense now...
Hilary: (Panicky) You don't know what you're on about you silly little girl...
Charlie: Really? I'm sure Dad and Aunty Tan would be intrested in what I have to say...
Hilary: Now listen up you little brat, shouting out stuff like that can get people into trouble!
Charlie: Don't worry, I've got nothing to gain from telling one...
Hilary breifs a quick sigh of releif.

Charlie: I'll keep it shut, as long as you pay me readies, I won't grass...

Charlie:(Smug) It's your choice, do you want my silence or not?

Charlie: 2 grand...for now...

Hilary takes a reluctant sigh and casts Charlie a killer look. Hestistant at first she gets out her cheque book and writes out a cheque to Charlie.
Charlie: I think I could get used to this little arrangement...
Charlie walks off with the cheque, a smug smile on her face. Hilary breaths heavily, worried that her secret will be rumbled...
INT. BAYMOORE BEACH - NIGHT
Tom is sat on the beach, his bags around him. He is lying in his sleeping bag, shivering with the cold. Tears roll down his face as he stares out to see.
Emma: What you like eh?
Tom looks over his shoulder to see Emma standing there with a cup of tea from the cafe. She sits down beside him and hands him the tea.
Tom: Thanks...at least someone gives a toss about me...
Emma: I'm not gonna deprive a thirsty man a cup of tea....
Tom: I appreciate it :)
Emma: Honestly Tom, what were you playing at? Gambling the house away like that...
Tom: It was a spare of the moment thing...
Emma: I thought you'd have learnt your lesson already, I thought you were gonna put a stop to it all...
Tom: I was, but Craig used me, and now I've got nothing...and noone left...
Emma: Some would say that's all your own fault...
Tom: Look Emma if all you've come here for is to give me a lecture then sod off! I know I've done wrong okay!? I've lost everything becuase of this bloody addiction! And now I realise what a bloody fool I've been!
Tom looks down at the floor, clearly emotional. Emma puts her arm around her.
Emma: Yeah you have been...
Tom: But what have I got to carry on for eh!? If I jumped off that peir tonight would anyone miss me!?
Emma: I would...
Tom looks up at Emma, unsure of what she's saying.
Emma: You've done some daft things, and maybe I should have been therefore you more when you need me... but despite being a idiot, everyone makes mistakes...and I still love you...
Tom: Emma...
Emma: If you promise me that you've kicked this addiction for good, I'll take you back, okay? :)
Tom sniffs away the tears and nods weakly. Emma whipes his tears away and leans in to kiss him...

INT. HARVEY'S MOTORS - DAY
Charlie walks into an empty gargage, holding an envelope filmed with cash.
Charlie: Hello?
All of a sudden Craig pulls out infront of her, from underneath the car, she jumps out of her skin.
Charlie: Christ Craig, you scared the hell out of me!
Craig gets up, whiping oil over his overalls.
Craig: That my money?
Charlie: Yeah, that makes us even now, I'll be back for more soon...
Craig checks the money.
Craig: So how did you get this, nana Hilary finally bailed you out?
Charlie: Let's just say I've found something out that she wants to keep secret...
Craig: Blackmail...I like it...
Charlie: Yeah well I don't get messed around by anymore..
Craig: Evidently, I amidre a woman who can stand her own ground...put remember, you're gonna need a constant source of money if you want to keep on top of your debts...
Charlie: Don't worry, I've got it all in hand :D
Charlie leaves looking confident. Craig smiles at her attitude, impressed.
INT. RED RUM PUBLIC HOUSE - DAY
The pub is filled with many of the local residents, drinks in their hands, ready to see off Annie and Josie.
Josie: I can't believe so many people have showed up for us...
Amy: Yeah well, we all care for you both around here...
Annie: It means a lot :)
Patrick: Speech!
Annie: (Shy) Oh I don't know...
Josie: Come on Annie, for Eddie...
Everyone agrees with Josie, and soon quiten to hear Annie.
Annie: Ok then...just for a few words...as once said "it was the best of times, it was the worst of times" and never a truer word spoken. I've lived the best days of my life here, with Eddie and all my friends, moments I'll never forget, and ones I'll take with me...when I die. And yes, I've had some bad times, but the beauty of living in Baymoore is that everyone sticks together in times of trouble, and becuase of you all, you've always managed to put a smile on my face when I need it most. Wherever I go in the world, I'll always hold a place in my heart for Baymoore and the people that live here...you're all very dear friends, and I'll miss you all...
Everyone looks slightly said, realising that Annie and Josie will soon be gone.
Josie: Come on everyone! Don't look so down! We want to leave, with everyone having a smile on their face! Come on, drinks are on us!
Everyone cheers and head to the bar. Annie gets out some money from her purse and hands it over to Amy.
Annie: That should cover them...
Amy: You put your money away...we'll pay for them...we're gonna miss you loads, I hope you know that :)
From outside, a car horn can be heard. Val looks out the window to see what it is.
Val: Looks like you're cabs here ladies...
Annie takes a deep breath.
Josie: Well then, looks like it's time to make a move...
Annie and Josie grab their bags, everyone wishes them goodbye. Their walk outside, where the cab driver starts loading their bags.
Annie: To think Jos, this will be the last time we ever see this place...
Josie: On to pastures new though eh?
Annie: Yeah, but I'm sure gonna miss this place...
Josie gets into the cab, Annie is about to follow but sees Tom and Emma over the road. Tom smiles at her, and reluctantly she smiles back, a silence gesture of peace. Annie gets into the cab, and closes the door behind her.
The camera pans up as we see the cab drive off into the distance, goodbye to Annie and Josie.

Ruby is behind bar refilling the spirit bottles. Craig walks into the club carrying a sports bag. Ruby turns to see who has come in.
Ruby: (Jokes) A bit early for a scotch yet Craig...
Craig: Don't worry, I havent come for a drink, Kyle around?
Ruby: No he's gone to meet an events manager...anything I can do?
Craig: I suppose so, see that he gets this...
Craig puts the bag on the counter.
Ruby: What is it?
Craig: None of your buisness, just give it to your boyfriend okay?
Ruby casts Craig a suspicous look.
Craig: Look it's best you don't concern yourself in it darling, tell Kyle I popped around...good girl...
Craig taps her on the cheaks, patronising. He then walks off, leaving Ruby alone in the club. She opens the bag to see wods of bank notes. She is stunned...
INT. ANDREWS HOUSE - DAY
Tom walks into the kitchen, fresh from a shower, drying his hair. Val, who is cooking breakfast casts him a disaproving look.
Tom: Morning Val...
Val grunts an almost inaudible morning.
Tom: Look, thanks for letting me stay, it means a lot...
Val: It's Emma you want to thank, not me. If it was down to me you'd be out on the streets, where you belong...
Tom: Please Val, can you just try and forget what's happened?
Val: Selling Chris and Romeo's home without them knowing, thats low Tom! It's a good job Claire don't still live there or James would have you hung drawn and quatered!
Tom: I just want to move on from it now, the damage is done...

Emma walks into the room, and kisses Tom good morning, she can sense the tension between him and Val.
Emma: Got something you want to get off your chest mom?
Val: Yes actually...
Emma: Well keep it to yourself okay!? How can Tom move on, with people like you forever judging him! He's a guest okay!? So show him a bit of respect!
Val bites her tongue. Emma smiles at Tom, who is left feeling uncomfortable.

Kyle walks into the club, a grin on his face, and a spring in his step. He enters the office, where Ruby throws the bag of money at him in rage!
Ruby: You *******!
Kyle: Wooo! What's all this!?
Ruby: Like you don't know!
Kyle: Would I be asking if I did!?
Ruby: Money from Craig Harvey! There's got to be over ten grand there!
Kyle: Oh right...
Ruby: Is that all you've got to say? What's it for eh?
Kyle: Just buisness babe...
Ruby: It's never just buisness with Craig Harvey! We all know that Craig's money doesnt come from fixing cars...so what's this for then eh!?
Kyle: Look I'm just passing it on to a mate to clean it alright!?

Hilary is sat at a picnic table on the clifftop, looking out over Baymoore, she is nervously awaiting someone to show up. Moments later Jared's Jag pulls up on the carpark. He gets out and sits beside her.
Hilary: Oh thank goodnes...
Jared: What's up? You had me worried...
Hilary: We have a...complication...
Jared: What kind of complication?
Hilary: It's Tanya's little turd of a neice, she's worked out what we're up to and is blackmailing me...
Jared: Oh for Christ's sake, I can't rely on you for anything can I?
Hilary: Well maybe you should do it yourself then!
Jared: I can hardly slip him pills in every meal seen as I don't live in the same house!
Hilary: What am I supposed to do about her then?
Jared: Well you'll have to keep paying her...
Hilary: With what exactly, I'm not made of money!
Jared: You husband is a multi-millionaire for Christ's sake!
Hilary: I can hardly afford paying out that little brat on a weekly basis, he'd soon cotton on...

Mandy is stood outside the B&B, taking down the for sale sign, a grin on her face. Jon is moving his things in. Craig walks down the street, watching the pair.
Craig: So whose brought this place, you or your boyfriend?
Jon: Go away Craig...
Craig: (Mocking) Mr Big cooking fried breakfasts and making beds, how the mighty have fallen...
Jon: Mock me all you like but I have the pefect life, with the perfect woman...
Craig looks at Mandy in disgust.
Craig: She's nothing special, unless you like love handals and bingo wings...
Jon: You don't know what you're talking about Craig. If I hear you disrespect her again one more time you will regret it...
Craig casts Jon a look of bitter rivalry. Leah comes along dragging Craig away.
Leah: Come on babe, leave them to it...
Jon: Yeah Craig, you listen to the organ grinder...
Jon and Mandy laugh at this, Craig walks off casting them both looks of disgust.
Mandy: What an idiot...
Jon: Don't worry babe, he's the one that's left looking like a fool. Come on, let's get my things inside :)
Mandy and Jon hug smile to one other, happy at finally settling down together...
INT. DANIEL'S NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT
Kyle is in the back office, the music from the nightclub thudding through. He passes the room, stressed out at the situation. He picks up a whiskey bottle and takes a swig, in rage he throws the bottle against the wall.
Kyle sits down on his office desk, and sees a picture of Ruby, he takes a deep sigh, trying to calm his nerves. Reluctantly he picks up the phone and dials 999...
Kyle: Hello...police please...I'd like to report a crime...
Kyle has a sinister look on his face...
EXT. BAYMOORE B&B - DAY
Leah and Craig are walking away from the B&B having an argument.
Leah: What's your problem eh? Why can't you just leave them alone?
Craig: It's that Kerrigan...rubbing it in my face all the time...
Leah: Rubbing what...Mandy!? You two have split, so why does it bother you so much!?
Craig: She's my ex!
Leah: Which means she no longer has anything to do with you! She's entitled to have her own life you know!
Craig: But Kerrigan of all people, I swear he's doing it to wind me up!
Leah: It shouldn't mind you up Craig, unless you still care for her!?
Craig: Of course I don't, but you know...
Leah: No Craig, I don't... you can't expect her to stay single forever...we killed her mom, we can at least let her be happy with Jon...
Craig begins to realise that she is talking sense.
Craig: Besides you can have the last laugh, seen as your with Baymoore seixest woman :p
Craig grins as the pair hug each other. He looks over at Mandy and Jon laughing and joking, an envious look on his face...
INT. DANIEL'S NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT
Ruby is behind the bar serving drinks. Kyle comes back, a shifty look on his face. He joins her behind the bar.
Kyle: Busy tonight aint it?
Ruby: (Cold) Yeah...
Kyle: Look babe, I dont like us falling out...
Ruby: Well you can easily avoid it, just tell Craig that you don't want anything to do with him...
Kyle: I can't go back on a deal with him...he'd kill me!
Ruby: No he wouldn't he's all talk, besides you can stand up for yourself...
Kyle: To be honest, I dont want to stop...I'm on to a winner...
Ruby: Fine, expect a call from the local bobbies then...
As she says this two police men walk into the club, looking around.
Ruby: Oh...it looks like someone else might have beaten me to it...
The police walk up to the bar, Kyle is looking nervous, Ruby watches delightfully at the scene about to take place.
Policeman: Ruby Singh?
Ruby: (Confused) Eh?
Policeman: Are you Ruby Singh?
Ruby: Yeah, why?
Policeman: We've had a crime reported against you..
Ruby: You what?
Policeman: Can you come down to the station with us please?
Ruby: Erm no, I've done nothing wrong!
Policeman: Fine then... (grabs Ruby) Ruby Singh I'm arresting you on susicpion of tax ivasion and embezzlement, you do not have to say anything, but anything you do say may be taken as evidence and be used against you in a court of law...
The police officers drag Ruby away, she was a look of total devastation on her face.
Ruby: But I haven't done anything! I swear! It's him! He's the one you want! He's set me up!
Policeman: Save it for the station!
Kyle watches on in delight as Ruby is carted away by the police...

James and Patrick are chatting at the bar.
James: Val's been telling me about you and Amy planning to adopt...
Patrick: Oh don't mention it please, Amy is doing my head in with it before it's even started, I'll be resenting the little runt before it's even here...
James: Ah Paddy, don't be so cynical, once you have a baby in your arms it will change everything...being a father is the most important thing in the world...
Patrick: Yes, but until then I've got to put up with her going on about baby clothes, cot and ruddy pushchairs!
James: Oh let her be, if it's making her happy then that's the best thing...
Patrick: (Jokes) Not if it means I end up thottling her it doesn't!
Amy walks into the bar, a huge smile on her face.
Patrick: Oh speak of the devil...
James: Heya Amy, you're looking happy....
Amy: Yeah well I have good reason to, just had a call from the agency...they say a newborn has just been put up for adoption, they want us to go in and talk about it :D
Patrick looks far from pleased with this new, but Amy is positively beaming...

Kyle is in the bar, supervising as the suppliers bring in the order. Marcus storms into the club, pushing past the suppliers.
Supplier: Oi! Watch it mate!
Marcus: Get lossed...
Kyle immeidaltey retreats towards the back office as Marcus chagres towards him.
Kyle: Marcus, what can I do for you?
Marcus: Like you don't know you *******!
Marcus punches Kyle in the face, Kyle falls backwards onto the bar, Marcus pins him down.
Marcus: What the hell has gone on eh!? Why have the police arrested her!?
Kyle: Because that little bitch has been robbing from me! And ivading tax!
Marcus: No...she wouldn't do that...
Kyle: I didn't think she would either but she has, she conned us all Marcus, and like it or not she's going to have the book thrown at her for this...
Marcus lets go of Kyle, looking devastated at the news. He hurries off out of the club. Kyle straightens his tie, and gets up, a smug smile on his face.

Hilary is sat in the living room, reading a glossy celeb mag. Charlie walks into the room, looking confident, she clears her throat.
Hilary: Shouldn't you be at college?
Charlie: Couldn't be bothered, besides having my nails done at Vals in an hour or so...
Hilary: Well don't expect me to make up excuses for you when your dad starts having a go...
Charlie: I dont want your excuses, I want your money...
Hilary: I beg your pardon?
Charlie: I need more money from you...
Hilary: Who do you think I am, your own private bank account!?
Charlie: Don't you remember, I own lol, I just need to mention them sedatives to Aunty Tan and you're done for...
Hilary: Look Charlie you have to be reasonable, I only gave you two grand last week!
Charlie: Yeah and I need two more today...
Hilary: What the hell have you spent all that on!? I'm sorry Charlie but you'll have to wait until next week, Richard will soon notice if I'm regulary handing you out money...
Charlie: Would you rather explain that, or the fact that your drugging him up the eyeballs!?

Charlie walks out of the room, jittery. She gets a text from Craig:

Charlie takes a deep breath, worried about her debt to Craig...
INT. TORBAY POLICE STATION - DAY
Ruby is sat in the interview room, running her hands through her hair in despair, her mascara has run down her face and dried, she looks an emotional wreck.
Detective: You can keep up the tears and silent act for as long as you like, but it's not creating a good impression...from our point of view...you're guilty...
Ruby: I didn't do it okay!? I'm telling you its that lying **** Kyle! He's set me up becuase I was going to report a crime!
Detective: Oh I see, dump him in the **** to save yourself...just aswell he clocked on to what you were doing then...
Ruby: I haven't "done" anything okay!? Why wont you listen to me!?
Detective: Becuase I don't believe you!
Ruby: Yeah well I don't care, becuase I didn't do it!
Detective: Have you got anything to prove you haven't?
Ruby: Have you got anything to prove I have!?
Detective: As a matter of a fact, yes we have...
The detective gets out a pile of paperwork, each in plastic exhibit bags.
Detective: This little paper trail proves to me that you've been telling us a pack of lies, so if you want to save yourself you'd be start explaning...imediatley...
INT. JENKINS MANOR - DAY
Tanya and Simon are sat at the breakast table, Simon looks worried.
Tanya: You okay Simon? You haven't touched any of your breakfast...
Simon: Don't feel too hungry...to be honest with you I'm a bit worried about Charlie...
Tanya: Why, she seems to have been behaving herself...
Simon: Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining, she just doesnt seem herself...
Tanya: Let's hope she's finally seen the error of her ways...
Hilary walks into the room and scoffs at this. Tanya casts her a killer look.
Tanya: Got something you want to say Hilary?
Hilary: She's anything but a sweet little angel...you want to teach that girl some discipline before she goes off the rails...
Tanya: You don't know what your on about! She's been behaviour herself recently!
Hilary: Whatever... you evidently dont know what goes on behind closed doors...
Tanya raises an eyebrow, as if to tell Hilary that she doesnt believe her. The scene cuts to Charlie's bedroom where she is lying on her bed, staring into space. She gets a text message, she picks up her phone and reads it.
I WANT MY MONEY NOW, OR ELSE
Charlie jumps up as she reads this, and begins to worry.
INT. ADOPTION AGENCY - DAY
The social worker calls Amy and Patrick into the office, they greet one another and sit down.
Social Worker: Well it appears your luck has come in, sooner than we expected aswell...
Amy: I know, I couldn't believe it when we got the call...
Social Worker: Usually there is high demand for newborns, but fortunatley for you we have a shortage of couples wanting to adopt in the area at the moment...
Amy: That's great! So any ideas when we might get to have the baby?
Social Worker: Even so...we still have a handful of couples wanting to adopt...
Amy: (Disheartened) Oh...
Social Worker: We will have to look at the case in great depth, and see who we think would be the ideal parents for this child...
Amy: Yeah but we are pefect for it! We want the baby and we have so much to offer! You've even said so before!
Social Worker: That's what we hope to establish Mrs O Brian, you just have to be patient, if you don't have this child then you're time will come...
Amy looks slightly disapointed at this news. She looks at Patrick, who holds her hand in support. He is silently relieved...

INT. TORBAY POLICE STATION - DAY
The detective gets out a pile of paperwork, each in plastic exhibit bags.
Detective: This little paper trail proves to me that you've been telling us a pack of lies, so if you want to save yourself you'd be start explaning...imediatley...
Ruby: Look...i haven't done anything ok?! Why won't you believe me for christ sake?!
Detective: Explain yourself..tell us your side of the story, then we might start believing you..
Ruby: It's Kyle! He's obviously set me up..
Detective: Well this proves otherwise...
The detective holds up an exhibit bag to Ruby, it has the papers with her signature on it, that Kyle tricked her into signing. Ruby looks shocked.
Ruby: But...but...no..no way!
Detective: Is this your signature?!
Ruby: But..it can't be...it just can't be! I can't have signed that! I can't have!
Detective: Well..i must say, things aren't looking good...the evidence really is stacking up against you!
Ruby: The only papers i've signed are the ones that Kyle told me too! He told me that if i signed some papers then i would get half of Daniels nightclub..but he obviously lied to me! He obviously told me to sign those papers so he could set me up!
Detective: And you didn't bother to check what you were actually signing?! You just put your signature on the dotted line without thinking?!
Ruby: I trusted him! I didn't think he would set me up like this! I thought he was such a caring man...oh how wrong i was! :rolleyes:
Detective: I suggest you stop telling us lies young lady..this interview will be over a lot quicker if you just admit what you've done!
Ruby: For the zillionth time, i've done nothing! He set me up because i was about to shop him to the police, he was involved with the local gangster..he was involved in money laundering!
Suddenly a bag is brought into the interview room. The detective holds the bag up to Ruby.
Detective: Is this your bag?
Ruby: Yes..yeah it is..why?
Detective: There's money in this bag..it equates to the amount that you took out of your account this morning...
Ruby: But i haven't taken any money out!
The detective shows the bank statement to Ruby of the money that was taken out.
Detective: Oh look...you bought some air tickets too...were you planning to do a runner by any chance? Trying to get away from what you've done?!
Ruby: I haven't drawn any money out of my account! I haven't bought any air tickets..i wasn't planning to do a runner! This is just one big set up!
Detective: Miss Singh...we're charging you for tax ivasion and embezzlement..
Ruby: But i've done nothing wrong! I've done nothing!
Ruby starts crying and screams as two policemen walk in and drag Ruby to her cell.

INT. HARVEY'S MOTORS - DAY
Craig is working on some paperwork in the garage. Suddenly Charlie walks into the garage. Craig looks up at Charlie.
Craig: Well..well...look who it is...have you got my money?
Charlie: No i haven't got your money...but look..your being unreasonable!
Craig: Unreasonable?! I'm only asking for what's owed to me!
Charlie: Look, you know very well Craig, i'm a college student, i haven't got the kind of money that your asking for!
Craig: Well you shouldn't have borrowed drugs from me then...you know they come at a high price! And if you can't afford that high price, your in deep trouble..
Craig edges towards Charlie. Charlie backs away, quite frightened.
Charlie: Look, please Craig! Give me more time, i'm begging you! I promise i'll pay you back eventually, you know i will!
Craig: I can't afford to give you more time! I've given you enough time already!
Craig grabs Charlie and strokes her cheek with affection. Charlie looks on, scared
Charlie: What are you gonna do Craig!?
Craig: Well you'll have to pay me back somehow..and if you can't pay me back with money...then there is another solution..
Charlie: What do you mean!?
Craig grins at Charlie and unbuckles his belt.
Craig: I think you know what i mean...
Charlie looks at Craig, knowing what he is asking her to do.
INT. SINGHS' HOUSE - DAY
Sanjita is sat on the sofa, sick with worry, Iqbal is sat beside her, unsure of how to handle the situation.
Iqbal: Come on hun, there's no point threating over it...
Sanjita: I can't help it babe, my daughter...being accused of all them crimes...
Iqbal: I'm just as shocked as you are, but we need to keep a level head...
Sanjita: How can I, when she's being interrogated for something she hasn't done!
Iqbal: Look, we know that she's innocent, and if the police have half a brain cell, they will do too, dont worry about it babe...
Sanjita: Yeah I guess you're right.
Suddenly the house phone rings, Sanjita answers it, as she speaks she turns as pale as a ghost, weakly she puts the phone down.
Iqbal: What's up? Who was it?
Sanjita: (Devastated) It was Ruby, they've charged her for embezzlement and tax ivasion...
INT. HAYLEY'S MOTORS - DAY
We see a close up of Craig's desk, where we see charlie pushed against it, we can clearly gather that she and Craig are having sex, Charlie isn't pleased but feels she has no other choice. He phone begins ringing, she rumouages through her handbag to find her phone, she picks it out.
Craig: Don't answer it...
Charlie puts the phone down on the table and let's it continue ringing. The screen says "Aunty Tan calling".
INTERCUT:
INT. JENKINS MANOR - DAY
Tanya is sat in the room, on her phone, impatiently waiting for Charlie to pick up. It goes to answerphone and she hangs up annoyed. Simon walks into the room.
Simon: Something up?
Tanya: Just trying to call Charlie but she isn't picking up...
Simon: She's probably just got her music blasting out at top volume, you know what kids are like these days...
Tanya: Yeah I suppose so, still...not like her really...
Simon: I'm sure she'll be back in a bit, look I've got to pop out...
Tanya: Where to?
Simon: Need to drop my car in at Craig's for an MOT, I'll see you in a bit...
Tanya: Yeah, okay bye...
Simon picks up his car keys and leaves the house, totally oblivious of the suprise awaiting him...
I hope Simon catches them and beat the pooh out of Craig.. he is taken advantage of a young girl.. (I won't say innocent, Charlie is far from that).. Can't believe Ruby was arrested.. Kyle is a nastier piece of work, more than Craig is

INT. DANIEL'S NIGHTCLUB - DAY
Kyle is in the nightclub. He has grabbed himself a drink from behind the bar and is drinking it quite happily while reading the daily newspaper. Suddenly Iqbal comes charging in the nightclub.
Kyle: Oh Iqbal...wasn't expecting to see you here...
Iqbal: You *******! You know why i'm here!
Kyle: Erm...sorry..but i don't know why your here...the nightclub isn't open yet if you must know...so if you don't mind, can you please leave?!
Iqbal charges towards Kyle and grabs him by the shirt and pushes him against the wall.
Kyle: What the bloody hell was that for?!
Iqbal: You know what...you've set Ruby up...you've stitched her up, so you could cover your own back! Now thanks to you, she's just been charged for tax ivasion and embezzlement!
Kyle: Well all i can say is thankgoodness, justice is being done for once! :p
Iqbal sees red and is about to punch Kyle, when the police arrive. Iqbal looks at the police, and then makes a menacing look at Kyle.
Iqbal: Don't worry...i'm leaving..
Iqbal leaves the nightclub.
Kyle: Thankgod your here, that madman was about to attack me!
Detective: We're not just patrolling the area, we've come here to see you specificly, we've come to speak to you about Ruby Singh..

Simon parks up outside Harvey's Motors. He gets out of his car and sees that the garage shutters are down but the door is still left slightly open. He curiously approaches the door and knocks but there is no answer.
INTERCUT:
INT. HARVEY'S MOTORS - DAY
Simon enters the garage.
Simon: Craig? Are you here? I've come to get my car MOTed..
Craig suddenly pulls away from Charlie in a panic from hearing Simon's voice. Simon suddenly looks and sees Charlie up against the wall doing up her bra, and Craig doing up his fliers. Simon looks at them both in complete shock.
Simon: Oh my god! Charlie! :angry:
INT. DANIEL'S NIGHTCLUB - NIGHT
Kyle tries to act cool, leading the two police detectives into the back room.
Kyle: Can I get you two gentlemen a drink?
Detective: No thanks, we're on duty...
Kyle: Glass of water? Orange juice?
Detective: We'd just like a moment of your time Mr Williams, that's all...
Kyle: Fine then...take a seat...
They all sit down, Kyle straightening his tie, looking cool as a cucumber.
Kyle: So what exactly has been going on? I mean I know I reported some money missing, but I've heard all sorts of things...tax ivasion...?
Detective: Well as you know she's been taking money from the company accounts, so we've charged her with Embezzlement...just as well you reported it, seems to have dug up a whole can of worms, we've charged her with tax ivasion aswell, also looking into credit card fraud...
Kyle: Jesus, who'd have thought it eh!?
Detective: You're saying you had no idea until you checked the the companie's bank balance?
Kyle: Well no, to be honest with you not many people do these days, put it all on the plastic and check it on from time to time...
Detective: Normal people spending money yes, but when it comes to running a buisness people tend to be more careful with their money...
Kyle: Yeah well...I don't spend too much time in Baymoore, so I usually leave all the accounts and money side of things to Ruby... I can't believe she's done all of this...I trusted her...
Detective: Turns out she's been transferring your money into her account and taking it out...most of it's been spent on designer clothes probably, but we'll get you back all that we can from her...
Kyle: Thanks, I appreciate it...and just to check, I'm not going to get done for any of this am I?
Detective: (Suspicious) Well why would you...you haven't done anything...
Kyle: Well no of course not, just wondering that's all...
The detectives get up. They shake hands before leaving.
Detective: We'll be intouch soon regarding the money, take care Mr Williams...
Kyle: Yeah thank's gentlemen, I'll see you out...
Kyle follows the detective's out of the room, a grin on his face - having got away with his crimes.
INT. HARVEY'S MOTORS - DAY
Craig suddenly pulls away from Charlie in a panic from hearing Simon's voice. Simon suddenly looks and sees Charlie up against the wall doing up her bra, and Craig doing up his fliers. Simon looks at them both in complete shock.
Simon: Oh my god! Charlie! :angry:
Charlie: Dad! :eek:
Simon: (Outraged) What the hell is going on!?
Craig: I shant insult your intelligance mate, we are...
Simon charges towards him, seeing red he launches himself at Craig, slamming hard against the filing cabinet.
Simon: What the hell have you done to my daughter! You dirty pervert!
Craig: Get off me you nutter!
Simon begins to thottle Craig. Charlie looks on in despair at the scene infront of her.
Charlie: Dad! Get off him! He can't breath!
Craig is fighting for his breath, Simon refuses to let go.
Charlie: Dad! Please!
Simon: What has this scumbag done to you!? Eh!? Eh!?
Charlie: Let go of him Dad! For Christ's sake!
Simon let's go of Craig who breaths heavily, trying to catch his breath. He straightens his tie and whipes the sweat off his forehead.
Simon: What the hell are doing, sle...having... with him!
Craig: Don't make out like I'm some nasty man whose violated your princess daughter...she was up for it alright...
Simon: Do you want another throttling!? Why the hell would she want to sleep with you!?
Craig: You want to know the truth, you really want to know!?
Charlie: Craig, please...don't...
Craig: She's a dirty little coke head, who offered herself to me to pay off her drug debts...
Simon is instantly taken aback by this revealation. He turns to Charlie, a look of total disgust in his face.

Craig: She's a dirty little coke head, who offered herself to me to pay off her drug debts...
Simon is instantly taken aback by this revealation. He turns to Charlie, a look of total disgust in his face.
Simon: Is this true!?
Charlie: Yes...
Simon: I'll have words with you later (To Craig) But as for you...you *******!
Simon punches Craig in the face, knocking him to the floor. Simon begins violently kicking Craig and letting out all his anger on him.
Simon: What kind of sick monster gives Drug to a 17 year old girl!? Prick!
Charlie begins screaming for Simon to stop, but he is unstoppable, we get a true extent of his real ruthless nation.
Charlie: Dad! Stop it you nutter! Dad! He's defencless!
All of a sudden James rushes into the garage, shocked at the scene infront of him. He pulls Simon away from Craig. Craig is left rolling around the floor in pain. Simon tries to resist James, but he tries and calms him down.
James: Easy mate, calm it down okay? Easy...
Simon: Get off me James!
James: What on earth is going on eh!?
Simon: This ******* has been selling my Charlie cocaine, and forcing himself on her to clear her debts!
James is taken aback by this, he looks at Craig in disgust.
James: I think you two had best leave, I'm prepared to say I never saw or heard anything hear today...stay out of trouble okay?
Charlie: But what about...?
Simon: Come on young lady! We're going come!
Simon drags Charlie unwillingly by the arm and pulls her out of the garage. James and Craig are left alone. Craig whines in pain, James helps him up.
Craig: Thanks for that...
James: I didn't do it for you...if it was up to me I'd let him kick ten barraels of **** out of you, it's no more than you deserve...
Craig: Oh nice to see the police upholding moral values...
James: Selling drugs to a child, I thought even scum like you knew when to draw the line...
Craig: She's easy money...so young and niave...easy to manipulative...
James: Don't even joke about this Craig! You've overstepped the line this time...
Craig: Oh, I'm shaking in my boots...
James: So you should be, by the time we're done with you, you wont see the outside of a prison cell for the rest of your life...
James gives Craig a look of digust before leaving him alone. Craig is left alone, whiping away the blood, he stands there shaking nervously...
INT. JENKINS MANOR - NIGHT
Simon and Charlie return to Jenkins Manor. Simon slams the door shut, and the pair walk into the living room.
Simon: Get in there!
Charlie: Don't give me orders!
Simon: You're in enough trouble as it is, so shut up!
Tanya: What's up?
Simon: Apart from me walking into the gargae to see my daughter at it with Craig Harvey, only to be told shes a cocaine addict!?
Tanya: You what!? (To Charlie) Are you mad!? He's a nutcase! And drugs can ruin you!
Charlie: So what!? Shoot me! I need something to take my mind off Mom's death...
Tanya: Don't you dare keep using your mother as an excuse to condone your behaviour!
Charlie: Stop being so bloody controlling of me dad! I need a parents love, not you having a go at me all the time!
Simon: Is it any wonder why I am, when you do stuff like this!? You're grounded! You can't be trusted to act responsibly so from now on you don't leave this place!
Charlie: It's evident I have issues, but all you can never do is punish me, rather than help me! D'ya know what? Stuff you! Stuff the both of you!
Charlie runs off upstairs, feeling just as furious as Tanya and Simon.

Michelle is making a cup of tea in the kitchen. Callumn enters the kitchen.
Michelle: Fancy a cuppa?
Callumn: No thanks...look Michelle, there's something i need to tell you..
Michelle: What is it?
Callumn: I need to go away for the weekend...
Michelle: Where too?
Callumn: Just a convention..Matt at Delfein said it's quite useful for new managers..
Michelle: Why haven't i heard about it?!
Callumn: How should i know?! Besides, it was only decided at the last minute...
Michelle: Fine...well i'm coming with you..
Callumn: You can't, i've only booked one room.
Michelle looks at Callumn suspiciously.
Michelle: Are you being straight with me Callumn?! Something fishy's going on here..these are the kind of excuses you've made up before when you've played away!
Callumn: Bloody hell Michelle! What's your problem eh?! I thought i told you that i was a changed man...it's only a friggin conference...nothing more, nothing less..
Michelle: For all i know, you could be spending the weekend with that ruddy Lauren Ashworth!
Callumn: Jesus! Are you obsessed with that woman or something?! For the last time, there's nothing going on between us!
Michelle: Well you could have fooled me! The way you've been looking at her, the way you've been flirting with her!
Callumn: I can't believe i'm hearing this! My own wife doesn't trust me!
Michelle: I'm not a fool Callumn! I know your up to something, you've been off with me these past few days..
Callumn: And is it any wonder, when your accusing me of having an affair every five seconds?! I'll be glad to get away from you for the weekend, it'll save me from your constant bloody nagging!

INT. PRISON CELL - NIGHT
Ruby is shown her prison cell. She nervously walks in and is greeted by her cell mate.
Cell Mate: Oh look...new arrival, looks like you'll be sharing my company darlin' :p
Ruby: (nervous) Hi...i'm Ruby...
Cell Mate: Hi Ruby...i'm a druggie, it's what i'm in for...drug dealing and that..what you in for?
Ruby: Fraud, but i didn't do it..
Cell Mate: No one ever does in here! :rolleyes:
(Ruby sits down on a chair and looks round her prison cell, snobbly and clearly disgusted. The cell mate picks up on this)
Cell Mate: You need to get used to this you know? This place ain't no walk in the park, it's a dirty ****hole, so get used to it yeah?!
(The cell mate pushes Ruby onto the floor before leaving. Ruby picks herself up and starts crying into her hands, devastated)
INT. ASHWORTH HOTEL - NIGHT
Callumn walks down the coridoor of one of Jared's five star hotels. He has a huge grin on his face as he knocks on the door of one of the rooms.
Lauren opens the door, dressed in only a small silk dressing gown.
Callumn: Nice dressing gown...:p
Lauren: I'll let you into a little secret...there's nothing on underneath it
Callumn walks into the room, a mischevious smile on his face.
Lauren: What's in the bag?
Callumn: Just clothes and stuff...
Lauren: You don't need clothes for what I have planned...
Callumn: Sounds....intresting :cool:
The pair give each other flirtatious looks. Callumn grabs hold of Lauren, the pair begin to make out as he lowers her onto the bed...
INTERCUT:
INT. HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE - NIGHT
Michelle is sat alone in the living room, she is whiping away her tears, trying to act strong. She picks up the phone, but puts it down straight away. After a second's thought she picks it up again and dials a number...
Michelle: Hiya mom, it's Michelle....i know what I said...but...please can you come down? I need you...
INT. HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE - NIGHT
Michelle is nervously waiting for her mom to arrive. There is a knock at the door, she immediatley gets up to answer it. In walks Kate, looking flustered.
Kate: I've got here as fast I could, did well over 80 on the motorway, what's up? What has he done now?
Michelle: Mom...
Kate: I know you love, you aint gonna have called me unless something is up...
Michelle suddenly bursts into tears.
Michelle: I think he's having an affair mom...
Kate grabs hold of her emotional daughter, holding her in her arms to try and console her.
Kate: What? Well who with?
Michelle: I don't know, but he's acting jut like he did the time before, and the time before that!
Kate: I told you he'd never change!
Michelle: Yeah thanks mom, I could do without the lecture...I need your support...okay!?
Kate: That's what I'm hear for darling, don't you worry...we'll sort this out together...

INT. PRISON VISITING ROOM- MORNING
Ruby is sitting in the prison visiting room. She is expecting no visitors, but then Kyle waltzes in. He has a smart suit on and he has a glaring smile on his face. Ruby notices his arrival and gives him a mad look as he sits down opposite her.
Kyle: I bet you weren't expecting to see me...:cool:
Ruby: You *******! You've set me up!
Kyle: Well i couldn't have you spilling the beans to the police about my little deal with Craig now could I?! You've got to understand my motives Ruby...i set you up to protect myself..
Ruby: But i thought you loved me Kyle! I thought you genuinely cared for me!
Kyle: Love!? I never loved you! You were just a pawn to help me save some money!
Ruby's anger reaches boiling point. She is about to hit out at Kyle but she restrains herself.
Ruby: I own half that club though Kyle! I signed those papers saying so!
Kyle: Those papers you signed weren't for having half the club..it was for a credit card form, the account that you embezzled all that money into!
Kyle grins at Ruby.
Kyle: (patronising) Fraud is a very serious crime Ruby! I thought you would've known better! Your gonna go down for life for what you've done! :D
Ruby screams at Kyle.
Ruby: You *******!!!
Ruby spits at Kyle's face. Kyle wipes Ruby's spit away, and leaves the prison visiting room, a smug grin on his face.

Callumn arrives back home after his weekend away. He walks in through the front door and sees Kate's bags in the hallway.
Callumn: 'Shell!
Michelle walks into the hallway and sees Callumn.
Michelle: Good weekend was it!? :rolleyes:
Callumn: What the bloody hell is the old witch doing back here!?
Michelle looks at Callumn and then at Kate's bags and realises who he's talking about.
Michelle: That's my mum your talking about! I asked her to come here, i was feeling lonely with you away for the weekend..
Callumn: Why did you ask her to come here?! You know she's been trying to turn you against me! I thought you realised that you don't need her in your life..
Michelle: She's my mom though Callumn! I'll always need her in my life, more now than ever..
Callumn: What are you on about?
Michelle: Well i need her when your gallivanting off here, there and everywhere with whoever you fancy!
Callumn: I've just had about enough of this!
Callumn grabs Michelle and pins her against the wall.
Callumn: Now you shut your gob! I'm not cheating on you, so stop the accusations before I flip!
Callumn lets go of Michelle and smiles at her.
Callumn: Now if you don't mind, i have a bar to run..
Callumn leaves the cottage. Michelle sits down on the sofa, a bag of nerves.
INT. PAIGNTON POLICE STATION – DAY
The office is filled with uniform officers, who are all sat down awaiting a presentation. James walks in and switches on a slideshow of pictures of Craig Harvey, snapped by the police.
James: Craig Harvey, if you don’t know about him by now you can take the shirt right off my back… now we’ve never managed to nail him, but it’s no secret that he’s one of the biggest criminals in the South West.
PO: There any point to this Andrews?
James: This man has got away with too much for too long. Just the other day I heard first hand of an incident regarding Craig Harvey…dealing drugs to a 17 year old girl! She could easily have been my daughter, or your daughter, are we seriously going to let this man go unpunished?
There are a few grumblings of agreeance from around the room.
James: If we’re ever gonna nail him for his crimes we need proof. I want us all to crack down on this scumbag and build a case of hard evidence that will get him put down for a very long time! I want to stress that this is to be of the up most priority over the coming weeks…That’s all..
The officers begin to walk off, talking about what James has just said. A young officer walks out the room quickly, looking around sheepishly. He searches through his phone book and dials Craig’s number.
Mole: Yeah Craig, something you might want to know about…
INT. HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE – NIGHT
Kate walks through the front door, carrying some shopping bags.
Kate: Only me love, how does a Shepard’s Pie suit you?
Kate walks into the room, where Michelle is sat on the sofa in tears. A concerned Kate drops the bags and rushes over the comfort her daughter.
Kate: Michelle? Oh love, what’s wrong?
Michelle: Callumn almost hit me…
Kate: You what!?
Michelle: I challenged him about having an affair and he went mad…
Kate: Right that’s it, I’m gonna have a word with him…he might scare you but I’m not afraid of him! It’s about time I brought him down a peg or two!
Kate gets up, Michelle clings onto her mother’s arm/
Michelle: Don’t you dare mom, it’ll only make things 100 times worse for me!
Kate: How can it be worse than it already is love? He can’t go on like this…
Michelle: I just need to live with it mom, or he’ll only make things worse, yeah he’ll be nice when you’re here, but after you go I’ll be the one paying the price for you interfering…
Kate: I’m sorry, but I can’t have him treating my daughter like this…
Kate hurries off out of the room. Michelle is struck with a mixture of fear and anger.
Michelle: Mom! Don’t you dare! If you do I wont ever speak to you again!
mmmm Craig has a dodgy cop.. why doesnt' it surprise me with that man!!! Callum is nasty piece of work.. I hope Kate doesn't get in over her head!!
I am still leading the campaign to FREE THE DS 1!!!

Callumn is in a mood as he unloads the crates. Lauren suddenly waltzes in and puts her hands over Callumn's eyes.
Lauren: Guess who? :p
Callumn: Jesus Christ Lauren! Do you really have to sneak up on me like that!?
Lauren takes her hands away from Callumn's eyes as Callumn faces Lauren.
Lauren: Gosh...someone got out the wrong side of the bed this morning! :rolleyes: I'd have thought after the weekend you had, you'd have a grin on your face wider than Paignton Pier!
Callumn: It's not you Lauren....It's Michelle..
Lauren: What about her?
Callumn: She's invited her mom down, that woman will stop at nothing to prove what an unfit husband i am!
Lauren: That's a mother in law's job...i wouldn't take it too seriously! So anyway forget her, do you think we could..err slip off somewhere?
Lauren looks at Callumn seductively.
Callumn: Look Lauren, we're gonna have to stop this! If Kate finds out, she'd burn me at the stake! It just won't be worth it!
Lauren: (seductively) We'll just have to make sure that she doesn't find out about us then...
Lauren leans in to kiss Callumn but he backs away.
Callumn: Are you mad?! We can't do it here!
Lauren: Go on, take a risk! Live on the edge!
Callumn thinks for a minute then leans into kiss Lauren. They both end up in a clinch and head for the back room.

INT. ANDREW'S HOUSE- DAY
James hears a knock on the front door and goes to answer it. He opens the door and sees Craig.
James: What do you want?
Craig: To come in...we've got a few things to clear up..
James: Like what exactly?
James lets Craig in. He shuts the front door and faces Craig.
Craig: I know that your planning to bring me down James..so i've come round here to give you one warning and one warning only!
James: I'm not scared of you Craig! Someone has to stand up to you!
Craig: As we've known each other for so many years, i'm telling you to call of your manhunt against me immediately and stop nosing into my affairs!
James: Am i meant to take that as a threat?!
Craig: Take it how you want..but if you continue this manhunt against me, your gonna wish you hadn't!
James: Just get out of my house Craig! The day i give into a criminal's demands is the day i die!
Craig: So be it...but i can tell you now, your days are numbered!
Craig leaves the Andrews house. James looks on, determined to bring Craig down.
INT. BAYMOORE LESUIRE CENTRE - WINEBAR - DAY
Kate storms into the empty winebar, and begins shouting out.
Kate: Callumn!? Are you here!?
Kate walks around to the other side of the bar, but realises he isn't here. All of a sudden she hears the sound of giggling from the back room. Kate walks over to the door, and pushes it open.
The door opens to reveal Callumn and Lauren at it on the office desk. Kate looks on in shock and disgust. Callumn and Lauren immediatley stop and look at each other worried - finally caught out...
INT. ANDREWS HOUSE - NIGHT
James is sat down in the living room, staring moodily at the TV, Val is talking about something trivial, it is clear that James isn't listening.
Val: Amy was telling me the other day that they've opened another Dorthey Perkins up in Torquay, I almost creamed my jeans at the very thought of another stop on my weekly retail theraphy trip...
James does not respond to this, Val realises he isn't listening.
Val: Earth to James, you hearing me?
James shakes out of his trance and turns to face Val.
Val: What's up hun?
James: Oh, nothing big...
Val: Go on, try me...
James: It's just Craig...came around here earlier...
Val: (Concerned) What for!? What happened!?
James: Oh he was just spurting his usual poision, empty threats and all that...
Val: Babe, you best stay clear of him, you know what he's like.
James: Don't worry, he's all mouth Val..no harm will come to me...
INTERCUT:
EXT. HARVEY'S MOTORS - NIGHT
Craig locks up the garage, he heads off back towards his house. He gets out his phone, a serious look on his face.
Craig: Yeah Billy, the usual routine, one bullet, no questions.... James Andrews...
:eek::eek::eek: oh my goodness!!! Craig is going to kill James.. I need more info.. Hey davey, did I ever tell you how great you are??? (bry doesn't give me anymore so I will try working on you :rotfl::rotfl: )

The door opens to reveal Callumn and Lauren at it on the office desk. Kate looks on in shock and disgust. Callumn and Lauren immediatley stop and look at each other worried - finally caught out...
Kate: Oh my god! Jesus Christ! You make me sick Callumn! I knew it! I knew you were up to something, i knew you and Michelle being together again was too good to be true!
Callumn: Uh...do you mind?! I'm in the middle of having the best sex in my whole life here! :p
Kate's temper boils over and she lashes out and slaps Callumn continuously.
Lauren: Get off him, you mad cow!
Kate: Shut your mouth, you marriage wrecking tart!
Callumn: Can you just shut your mouth?! Lauren deserves some respect!
Kate looks at Callumn, shocked and disgusted.
Kate: I can't believe the ordasity of you, you've been caught cheating on your wife and you make out that i'm in the wrong!? Well, there's certainly no going back now, once Michelle finds out about this, she'll never forgive you, so i hope this cheap tart is worth it!
Kate storms out. Callumn and Lauren look at each other with worried looks on their faces.

Callumn and Lauren get dressed as they follow Kate who is about to leave the winebar. Callumn shouts after Kate.
Callumn: Please Kate...don't say anything to 'Shell! This will break her heart if she finds out!
Kate stops walking and turns to face Callumn.
Kate: You know what...i'm glad i've caught you Callumn because now it's all over, once Michelle finds out about this, she wouldn't want to cope with one more minute of your infedility, drinking and violence!
Callumn: You tell Michelle the truth and you'll regret it!
Kate: How can I regret letting my daughter out of her misery!? She can start again, get you out of her life, get a man who deserves her! She can finally get some happiness for all the years you've made a living hell of her!
Kate walks off. Callumn has a paniced look on his face. Callumn suddenly grabs a knife from the counter and sneaks up behind Kate. Callumn grabs Kate by the neck with his one hand. The knife is in his other hand. Lauren watches on, petrified.
Lauren: Jesus Callumn! What the hell are you doing?! Drop the knife!
Callumn ignores Lauren's plea. Kate has a terrified look on her face.
Callumn: You won't be saying anything to Michelle you bitch!
Callumn plunges the knife into Kate's stomach and repeatedly stabs her. Kate screams as she falls to her knees, then collapses to the floor.

EXT. BAYMOORE ALLEYWAY - NIGHT
James is walking home from the shops, carrying a six pack of lager. As he walks down the alleway, a hoodied man steps out in front of him.
Hitman: James Andrews?
James: Whose asking?
Hitman: Got a little message to deliver to you...from Craig Harvey...
The hitman starts to pull out a gun from his pocket, James immediatley sees this and reacts fast, he knees the hitman in the balls. He collapses onto the floor in pain, his gun dropping out of his hands. James starts to run off.
Hitman: You're a dead man Andrews!
The hitman grabs his gun and gets up, chasing after James. James runs for his life, a look of fear on his face. James begins to pant, out of breath.
Hitman: You can run Andrews, but you can't hide!
The pair run down another alleyway, with the hitman fast approaching, James reaches the end of the alleyway and runs out into the road then BAM!
A car speeds into James, well over the speed limit, James is knocked flying onto the pavement. The car stops for a moment, then speeds off into the distance.
Hitman: (To self) ****!
The hitman runs quickly off out of sight. James is left on the pavement, blood splurting everywhere, fighting for his life...
:eek::eek: what are you doing to me guys!!! two down but who will survive.. Callumn is evil.. and who was in the car that hit james.. I need more please!!!

Callumn plunges the knife into Kate's stomach and repeatedly stabs her. Kate screams as she falls to her knees, then collapses to the floor. Lauren looks at Callumn in complete horror, as Callumn watches Kate lying motionless on the floor, bleeding to death.
Lauren: Oh my god! What the hell have you done Callumn!? :eek:
Callumn: I couldn't take the risk of her telling Michelle the truth!
Lauren: Jesus Callumn! You've just killed an innocent woman! In cold blood! :eek:
Callumn: Like your Saint bleedin' Mary! Life isn't like a bunch of roses you know, life sometimes isn't nice and sometimes we have to do things to protect the ones we love!
Lauren looks at Callumn, terrified. Callumn picks up on this.
Callumn: Oh for Christ's sake! Like i'm going to stab you! :rolleyes:
Callumn puts the knife back down on the counter.
Lauren: Well you killed her!
Callumn: She was asking for it Lauren! The way she's gone on, she's been asking for it for a long time!
Lauren looks at Callumn, then stares at Kate's lifeless body, shaking nervously.

EXT. BAYMOORE ROAD - NIGHT
James's body is lying motionless in the road, blood slowly draining from his body. Val runs over to her husband screaming.
Val: James! James!!
Val sees James lying in the road. She starts crying, and lays beside James, cradling him in her arms.
Val: Oh James! Hang on in there! You can hang on in there! The ambulance is on its way...just hang on in there..
Val continues to cry, tears streaming down her cheeks.
Val: (to James) The ambulance is on its way...they'll send you to hospital, get you better, and you'll be out that hospital, fit as a fiddle and back on the beat in no time!
Val kisses James on the cheek and whispers in his ear.
Val: I know you can get through this James...your a fighter...we'll get through this together..
The ambulance suddenly arrives and two paramedics come rushing out. Val steps away as the paramedics put James on a stretcher and lifts him into the ambulance. Val shouts out to the paramedic.
Val: My James'll be ok won't he?! :(
Paramedic: We'll find out once we get him to hospital. :)
The paramedic gently smiles at Val. Val wipes the tears away and steps into the ambulance to accompany James to the hospital. The ambulance drives off.
EXT. DEVON ROAD LAYBY - NIGHT
Long shot of a Jag parked up on a layby, the sound of a horn beeping can be heard constantly.
The shot cuts to a close up of Richard, who's head is lying against the steering wheel. Weakly he opens his eyelids, and removes his head from the steering wheel.
Richard looks around in a daze, not sure where he is. He hold's his head in pain and tries to recollect what's been going on. He looks over to the passenger seat where a bottle of half empty Whiskey is lying.
Richard: (To Self) What is with you?
DID RICHARD RUN OVER JAMES ???
INT. BAYMOORE LESUIRE CENTRE - WINEBAR - NIGHT
Lauren looks at Callumn, then stares at Kate's lifeless body, shaking nervously. Callummn takes a deep breath and looks at Kate's body with a serious look on his face.
Callumn: Right...we've got to get rid of the body...
Lauren: You what?
Callumn: Well we can't just leave her like this, someone is soon gonna notice a blood soaked body on the floor :rolleyes:
Lauren: Are you crazy!? You think you're gonna get away with this!?
Callumn: Yeah...I am...but I need you to help me...
Lauren looks at him, distubed by the very suggestion, she is lost for words.
Callumn: Look it's too late to chicken out now...you wanted me, you've got me...we're in this for the long run now...
Lauren: When I started shagging you I thought you were Casonova not ruddy Ian Brady!
Callumn: Look I'm asking you to help me out here, okay!?
Lauren is shaking with nerves, scared at Callumn's reserved nature.
Callummn: We just need to bury the bitch...then we can get on with the way things were and forget this ever happened...okay!?
Lauren looks at him, a nervous wreck. Nervously she nods. Callumn begins to drag the body into the back room. Lauren has a look of total fear on her face...

INT. CALLUMN'S CAR - MORNING
Lauren is sat in Callumn's car, which is parked up by some woods. She is sitting in the passenger's seat, a nervous wreck. Callumn suddenly returns. He gets back in the car, and sits in the driver's seat. He wipes his dirty hands on a piece of cloth, then turns to Lauren.
Callumn: Are you ok?
Lauren fails to speak. She nervously nods her head. Callumn tries stroking Lauren's cheek, but Lauren flinches.
Callumn: Look...Kate's dead and buried in those woods now, we can forget about her! We can move on, get back to normal..get back to having fun!
Lauren: This changes everything Callumn, you killed an innocent woman! What if i ever get on the wrong side of you eh?! You gonna dispose of me as well?!
Callumn: Of course not! This was just a one-off, she just got in the way...and besides, your far too sexy to be killed..
Lauren: Jesus...what is it with me eh?! I should be running away as far as i can but even after what you've done....
There's a pause.
Lauren: I can't help it Callumn! I just can't help wanting you!
Callumn: Don't deny your feelings Lauren, this just adds to the danger of us being together...
Callumn and Lauren both lean in and share a kiss.

INT. RED RUM - DAY
Romeo and Chris are having a drink in the Red Rum. Tom suddenly comes in and walks towards the pair, but Romeo and Chris both try to ignore him.
Tom: Look guys, i don't know how many times i can say this... but i'm sorry...
Romeo: Sorry doesn't cover it!
Chris: "Sorry i used up the milk, sorry i forgot to feed the cat" but sorry isn't enough to cover giving our house away in a stupid game of poker! :rolleyes:
Tom: I know it was stupid guys, I realise that!
Chris: Too damn right it was! It was a good job that me and Romeo had places to go to, otherwise we'd have been homeless!
Romeo: Mates don't try and make us homeless Tom!
Tom: But i..
Romeo interrupts.
Romeo: Just get lost Tom!
Tom looks at Romeo and Chris, a look of sadness on his face. Tom turns away and slowly leaves, devastated that he may have lost his two best friends for life.
INT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - NIGHT
James is hooked up to a machine, lying unconcious. Val is sat close beside him, holding his hand tightly, she is clearly emotional. Claire comes into the room and slowly approaches Val.
Claire: Mom...
Val: Oh love, thank god you're here...
Claire: The doctor's told me what's happened...I don't know what to say...
Val: (Emotional) Nor do I love... nor do I...
Val bursts into tears, Claire squats down and gives her mother a supportive hug.
Claire: Come on mom, we've got to stay strong, for dad yeah?
Val: How can I love!? When he's hooked up to this machine! He can't even breath for hiself at the moment!
Claire: Yeah, but he's gonna get better yeah!? Keep postive mom...you have to...
Val: I'm trying to love, but I just dont think he's gonna survive the night...
The pair look at James, clearly emotional. The camera cuts up closle to James, his motionless body lying there, will he make it?
INT. HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE - MORNING
Callumn comes through the door, holding a bunch of flowers.
Callumn: 'Shell, I'm back...
He walks into the living room and hands them Michelle, he tries to kiss her but she pulls away.
Michelle: These supposed to make me feel better or something?
Callumn: They're an apology...I'm sorry, I shouldn't have flipped last night...
Michelle: No, you shouldn't...
Callumn: I just felt...hurt, that you thought I would cheat on you...I want to prove to you that I'm a changed man 'Shell...
Michelle: Yeah well, when you do thing's like that...
Callumn: Please, let's just pretend it didn't happen...yeah?
Callumn looks at Michelle, reluctantly she forgives him, he kisses her. She looks at his hands, dirty with mud.
Michelle: Why are your hands all muddy?
Callumn: Were...erm...it's the flowers aint it? Had to pick them myself...no shops open this time of the morning...
Michelle: Ah, bless you, I best put them in water...
Michelle gets up and heads into the kitchen.
Michelle: Oh by the way, have you seen mom?
Callumn: Yeah, she had words with me...
Michelle: Oh no, not again! I told her not to...
Callumn: It doesn't matter...just more of the rubbish about how I've corrupted you and turned her against you...she actually looked pretty riled up, you two had a falling out?
Michelle: Yeah, I told her that if she went off at you I'd never speak to her again...
Callumn: Yeah well last thing she said was "stuff her", she was heading ogg to the coach station, so she's probably back in Exeter by now...
Michelle: Oh well, maybe it's for the best...what's important is you and me...
Callumn: Course it is, let's show her how wrong she is...
Callumn grabs Michelle and kisses her on the lips, she walks off happy, Calumn is relieved that she fell for his web of lies...

EXT. BAYMOORE BEACH - DAY
Tom is sitting on the beach. He is watching the waves with tears in his eyes. Emma comes up to Tom and sits by him.
Emma: Are you ok?
Tom: No...no i'm not ok..
Tom bursts into tears. Emma puts her arm around him and gives him a comforting hug.
Tom: I've lost all my mates Emma, i've lost them all forever, and it's because of my bleedin' gambling addiction!
Emma: I told you not to gamble Tom, i knew you'd regret it..
Tom: I know, and i wish listened to you! You were making sense, but i ignored you Emma, i thought what i was doing was ok, and nothing would go wrong..but it did, i lost, i kept losing, and it resulted in losing the house! There's nothing i can do about it now! Chris and Romeo hate me for what i've done!
Emma: Hate is a strong word Tom..i doubt they do hate you..
Tom: Well as good as! If only there was a way i could make it up to them, show to them both how truly sorry i am..
Emma thinks for a moment.
Emma: Actually, i think i have the answer..i think i know how you can make it up to them..

INT. TORBAY HOSPITAL - NIGHT
Val is still keeping a bedside vigil for James. James is lying motionless in the hospital bed, with machines attached to him.
Val: So when your out of here, it won't be long until your retiring, we can get away from Devon, buy a holiday home maybe, somewhere to go to relax, the girls'll be moving out soon and leading their own lives...so we can spend our time with each other dearly, we can enjoy our retirement without no hassle. Maybe go on a cruise, get away from it all..how do you fancy it love?
Suddenly James' machine beeps continuously. James has stopped breathing. Val cries out to the doctor.
Val: Oh my god! Somebody help! Somebody help now!
Doctors come rushing in.
Doctor: Do you mind if you step back Mrs Andrews?
Val: No..i want to be here with my husband!
The doctors start resuscitating James.
Val: Come on James, i need you! I can't live without you love! I don't want you to die, i need you, i won't be able to live without you! Please James...come back to me..i don't want you to die! :(
The doctors keep resuscitating James, trying their best to save his life, but they fail.
Doctor: I'm so sorry Mrs Andrews...your husband is dead..
Val looks at the doctor, her face is as pale as sheet. Tears roll down her eyes and she breaks down on James' bedside, devastated. She kisses James one final time and strokes his head.
Val: I hope you've gone to a good place..i'll love you forever and ever James...forever and always! :(
