    I am 22 years old married man, I am 130 pounds in weight, I think I am a little bit overweight,
    I want to loose that weight but I don’t like to do exercise or any work out because I don’t have that much time...

    Weight: 26st as of 2 weeks ago.
    Taret weight 17st (1st target)

    in the past 2 weeks i have lost 11lb's/

    Dieting by using the slimming world plan.
