About the portion thing. Eat on smaller plates. Sounds a bit sillybut if you have a big plate, your more likely to overload it and eat more than you mean. It's the easiest way to reduce portions.
I've just told my mum to stop buying chocolates and rather than snacking on them I'll just have lettuce because I love thatI think just eating healthily is better than all these silly diets
