    You would need the plan (which is in German). You get 17 triangles per day for carbs and 12 circles for fat. Then it is a bit like WeightWatchers, you have a food plan telling you how many triangles or circles the particular food has. Example: A portion of Special K Black Berry (30g) has 3 triangles and 1 circle, you then need to add one more triangle for 1 glass (200g) of skimmed or semi-skimmed milk and one triangle and 2 circles for full fat milk. Throughout the day you mark off everything you eat and drink and Siobhan has proven that it works very well.

    to maintain weight you should be eating around 240gr of Carbs per day but you should also be eaten 70gr of fat.. If you don't eat both of them that's when weight is gained..
    As Perdy says, on this diet you eat half your allocation of carbs and fats per day but you can eat as much protein and fiber as you wish (read the back of packages for number of carbs).. For example, you can eat egg whites (not the yoke) and chicken (minus skin) and you don't cross of any symbols on this diet.. all protein..

    2000 calories for women, 2500 for men.

    There is a chip/burger van literally parked right outside our flats late at night. This is not good.

    but you havent seen where we are, there are so many hills apparently I will end up with whats called exeter thighs
    We are right at the bottom of the hill and then its hills all the way round and in campus, one pair of jeans is already starting to be a bit loose
