    Did they defiantly say April was in Leeds or was she in Hotten all this time? I do not remember them saying it was Leeds or maybe I just missed this. How far is Emmerdale from Leeds?

    I always thought Hotten was a fictional name for Leeds. So I am not sure where April was and if it was not for the question about the hospital, it would not matter.

    They were looking for her in Leeds and found her in Leeds... Hotten General does not seem too far away ..

    There are seven hospitals in Leeds, so if she was found in Leeds, as others have said why take her to Hotten, there must have been one nearer in Leeds.
