Could it be that Charity asks Ross first and when he declines she asks Finn. Could be that he feels guilty. Maybe, the writers want us to think that Ross ends up in prison and this scene could be after he is arrested, making us realise he doesn't stay in there long.
Ross was always destined for prison, even if its a short stint he could come back a changed man. Someone as cocky as Ross in jail could attract big trouble.Quote:

Isnt that what Aaron and Adam were going to before they bought the scrapyard? Maybe Ross Pete Adam and Finn will start up a family firm. Im sure that wouldn't be awkward at all.
