No, you can draw up a will all by yourself, get people to sign the paper (I think, maybe just one witness signature is required?) as long as they are not beneficiaries in the will .. but as far as I know, solicitors are not legally needed

Yes, Kirsty Leigh Porter was Holly's friend Roz (she never came back for the funeral) and I think she is known for spilling her heart out online, which I guess is up to her, but when they do that they just make fools of themselves so not the best move.

Aaron punched Andy and it so should've been Ross, it didn't exactly make sense at the time, but it's obvious why the scene didn't happen.

Well whenever people get into a mess, they always seem to come to Ross for help. I've always enjoyed Ross' scenes with Cain and Charity so it should be good. I was just looking in the christmas mag, and the new year preview says "Charity takes her revenge on Cain, but it has devastating consequences, and lives are put at risk." Maybe that's the the stuff that Ross, Debbie, Cain and Charity are filming, either that or the aftermath.

I think its still meant to be hinting at stuff though, its similar to what I read about Rebecca when she was first cast. An article hinted that she would start something up with Ross, but people just assumed that was speculation, but its about to happen. People will say Ross has had a quiet year because Mike has done charity work, but he only climbed Everest for 2 weeks and he filmed a few scenes in that new horror movie. Maybe it was the idea to rest Ross whilst Charlie is on materntiy leave - a bit unfair on Michael Parr - it didn't seem like he wanted that during the BSA Interview.

Its disappointing, I knew he would have a quiet year after the fake death and the Debbie stuff but it's well over a year now and nothing seems to be on the horizon. I wouldn't rule out Michael Parr leaving, he doesn't seem the type to settle for a background role.

Ross is one of my favourite characters on Emmerdale now - he hasn't had much to do lately but it was good to see him a bit more this week. I hope he has a big story again soon (away from Debbie) I really liked his story with Donna, they made a great pairing. The actor seems like a genuinely nice guy as well.

They have shown that Debbie still loves Ross as he was the only one she listened to about the police and with the Rebecca thing (which most people assumed would be forgotten about) continuing I'd be surprised if it wasn't the love triangle being talked about.

Will be interested to see what Ross wants from Robert then. Last we heard, Robert doesn't have much money left, so maybe he wants the scrapyard business or something? Would be a good way for him to annoy Adam aswell.

I though they were going down the Ross/Victoria route when they had that random scene together where Victoria questioned why he is lovely with Moses and horrible with everyone else. I still think he will eventually get closer to Rebecca though.

To me this makes no sense, Ross will still be blackmailing him when they return. The only thing I can think of is Robert being strapped for cash and needing time to come up with some money. It will be good to see squirm for once though.

So according to the soaplife mag, Adam finds a pregnancy test and assumes its Victoria's but its actually Rebecca's. So they're going down the who's the daddy route, surely it will be Roberts. It also says that Ross uses it to his advantage and blackmails Robert so he must be pretty convinced that the kid isn't his.

Perhaps Ross and Rebecca are secretly in it together to destroy Robert.

Emmedale are bound to come up with some sort of twist to please Robron fans. So my prediction is that Robert didn't actually sleep with Robert and the baby is indeed Ross' but they'll pretend its Roberts to mess with him and get his money/businesses.

I'm not sure it would be interesting though, IMO it will just result in Robert and Aaron with a baby and the fans will then forgive everything. Everything that happens is just a plot device for the Robron fandom to eventually end up happy.

Yep, that's exactly what I thought. I know he is good with Moses, but Ross would never be happy being saddled with another kid with someone else he doesn't even like very much. Atleast the blackmail plot is true to his character though.
