    Never really cared about him.

Although she was married to a bogus vicar, Laurel hasn't got the idea of this praying malarky, unless, of course, they always finished up hitting each other with a bible

Ashley was a real vicar, certainly more believable than Harriett or the present incumbent
Love many, trust few, always paddle your own canoe

Why didn't Laurel lock the door after she bashed Marshall's dad over the head?
Why, when someone is held captive in a room/house with the doors locked, don't they ever break the windows?
Sent from my desktop computer using my fingers on the keyboard.

It's as if Soap characters locked in a room forget there is a window. Instead of sitting on the bed or with her back to the door, Laurel should have been by the window waiting for a passerby so she could smash the window and shout for help.

And why when she did get the keys did she not wait until Colin went up stairs to try and open the door, or at least tip toe and try to open it silently.

Watching the TV show "Escape to the Country" where people move to find a quiet life, there is never any mention of religious maniacs kidnapping a past vicar's wife, or taxi drivers delivering dodgy packages. Certainly not garage mechanics killing their daughter's stalker and then fleeing to Ireland. It is all kicking off in The Village of the Damned now.

He was supposed to be a vicar but I don't even think he was a Christian.

Jai told him not to go because he had the Pride party at the house and did not apologise
