Does Sarah have any share in 'Underworld'? I thought that Carla owned it outright after buying Nick's shares?

Does the staff including Sarah not own half the shares in the company, or did Carla buy them back.

How? - Was the staff shares deal not something that happened when Nick owned, or part owned, the factory. I seem to remember Stephen offering the shareholding staff a bonus, as part of some deal he was doing fairly recently. The ownership goings on at underworld over the years, I doubt anyone understands it now.

I remember Stephen offering the staff shares to run Underworld when Carla was unwell because he drugged her but seem to remember that Carla felt better and walked into the factory and said This is not happening!!! or something like it...
