I don?t watch ED . I assume this is Paddy. What does Paddified him mean?

Paddy has become more of a bumbling idiot as time has passed, I think the same has happened to Dev. I seem to remember him as being more of a straight, efficient, dull even, business man when he first appeared, now he has become this silly rambling idiot a lot of the time.
