    Brian is becoming too silly now. In the past we had Derek and Mavis, who I used to find believably funny, but Brian and Mary are no Derek and Mac is. They are going too far with Brian.

    So, Steve (owns taxi firm), Tracy (owns florist), Daisy (barmaid), Daniel (teacher) and Ken (pensioner) all live at No1 yet together they cannot afford to have the roof fixed that has been leaking for months and have the scaffolding removed.....

    It could be that they do not feel responsible for repairs to studio property.

    Normally a scaffolding company will leave a scaffold for a month then they will start charging extra. If it is there long enough it will cost more than it would to get the roof fixed, it still it will not be fixed.
