There must be a Handbook "Soap Storylines by Numbers". The moment Ethan said he was going to ask Marcus to marry him, you just knew that Marcus had had an affair. Likewise with the staircase, just waiting for Joe to walk down. I cannot help but feel we had seen that exact scene before with different faces. It is all so predictable.

Where is a bomb, or a plane falling from the sky when you need one, to wipe out Charles and his entire family, including Marcus, maybe sparing Manpreet?.
