Absolutely, Paddy did his best to give Eve some fun time despite struggling with his mental health. Chas is a very very selfish madam!!!

I think Chas is trying to drive Paddy out of the pub, or even the village. I do not detect any feeling that she regrets anything she has done to create this situation. Her attitude seems to be that Paddy should forgive her and if he does not, then tough. Now that the Dingles have accepted her back into the fold, this has given her renewed confidence to treat him lik sh*t. - She must be able to see he is struggling. She really is a piece of work.
