if so good attendance as she only became a family member later than many others, which you would expect to come to the funeral, but avoided the service, wonder who will come to their funerals!!

It was good to see them use proper funeral directors

Dot never referred to herself as Dot and she would not have approved of her name plate on the coffin. It should have read...Dorothy Branning Mrs.

interesting that people from way back could turn up for Dot's funeral (LOfty, Mary etc)

So if Sonia is a "grandaughter" surely "Robbie" being Sonia's brother should have found a way to come, even Lauren came from Australia?

was anything said about her nephew Andrew not being there?

But all said, one of the best send-offs and at least those in the church knew her!
