Kerry's job offer to Noah seemed a bit random, and it did not really make sense. When has she ever had any connection to construction projects or mates who run them. But that aside if you were running a project there, you could hire someone in Lanzarote if you needed someone, cheaper. Most modern apprenticeships involve practical experience and theory sessions in college, which would presumably be run in Spanish. Why would you hire an apprentice in England and offer pay for "bed and board" when if you got a local apprentice you would save money?
