Phil is really hypocritical. He and his mother before him always harped on about "FAMILY", yet when Keeble is basically doing the same thing, he thinks she is playing dirty.

I've no sympathy for Phil at all, his past should be catching up with him. Its not right that Billy gets targetted and I thought that was him standing up to Phil a bit when he said he was tired of being treated like dirt.
