    Sorry to hear you have been through a rough patch Siobhan, but glad that things are ok again now. Make sure you do take things easy until you are well & truly healed.

    Finally, after nearly 2 years married, I had my honeymoon in Italy over the Easter. It was amazing. I organised it all, hotels, flights, trains. We started in Venice, then went to Florence, with a stop in Pisa, then Rome and finally Naples, including Pompeii. It was an amazing trip. I am totally in love with Florence and will 100% be going back. Would highly recommend a visit While away the family here caught covid, we returned to 2 still positive case. Back a week tomorrow and all the test were negative for me and my husband. We don't even feel ill.

    Have you tried heat? Hot water bottle or Deep Heat cream? Hot bath/shower? I have chronic back ache so I feel for you. Hope you feel better real soon xx

    A physio once showed me some exercises to do, youtube exercises for sciatica pain, might be able to do some of those to help you.

    yes ive tried heat hot spray plus also ice freeze gel and spray

    i look at some exercises online to help thanks perdy i may need my phone handy for an ambulance fire bridage afterwards for help moving lol
