Suki did refer to his 'new young wife's, and Nina certainly looks significantly younger than Ranveer.

It's quite possible that when Suki said "new young wife", it was intended as "new young wife to be".

I haven't watched Eastenders now for about 16 months and haven't missed it at all and reading the comments that are posted on here after each episode I am very happy that I have found something better to do with my time! It just looks dire.
