For Suki apparently being this self superior so intelligent businesswoman how did she not realize that just buying a GP surgery wouldn't work, besides very few are run solo as there are usually partners, practice managers, practice nurses of various stripes etc or is Ash expected to do that? Perhaps Kheerat and Vinny would be dragooned in to help the family despite being unqualified, having no NHS training or certification.
