I believe that people, especially younger ones that maybe spend more time outside can get sick due to air pollution in areas where the road traffic is busy. The fact that Maria wanted Sarah to take their firm van off the street there and then is ridiculous and her smashing the van to bits with Kevin looking on is even more stupid ..l

It may be that the CPS will be trying to prove them both guilty. I am not sure if "joint enterprize" is still being used but if it is, it could well apply here. If I remember correctly we saw Kelly join in with Corey kicking Seb and laughing while she was doing so. The fact is that she is a slightly built young girl and Corey is much bigger and stronger, and also a footballer does not mean that Kelly could not have delivered a fatal blow. Personally I feel they should both be held responsible. Corey might have initiated the attack, but Kelly joined in the chase of her own free will, so by no stretch of the imagination could she be seen as total innocent.

What happened to the other two friends of Corey who attacked Nina, were they caught and have they been tried already?

Good post. I also hold Corey to be mainly responsible but the fact remains that Kelly did encourage him by her behaviour.

Trials should not be a battle between solicitors. They should be a quest for the truth.

Grace, as an unmarried mother and a woman scorned, is entitled to live where she wants but she is being greedy. She should be offered the house at a modest rent.
