He seems to have become a bit more of a caricature recently, with the silly voice way of talking, hand gestures and lack of sensitivity. It is almost as if he goes out of his way to upset Asha, instead of taking a step back and thinking before speaking to her.

Asha is difficult at times, but a lot of the time her behavior is in reaction to Dev's. I don't think she intended to to go back to Corey until Dev started laying down the law. Asha has been spoiled and seems to feel everything happening to her is unfair or unjust. I think she did have a moment of realization though, when speaking to Summer recently.

I am not sure about this, but I think she would need to be in possession of the deeds, as proof of ownership before she could sell it. Certainly we were given deeds when we bought our freehold house, but it might be different for flats.
