I loved it when Asha told Dev they hadn't got him a birthday present because of COVID. So far, COVID hasn't stopped anyone doing anything in Corrie - case in point tonight with much talk about going to the library even though they've been shut in the rest of England since the beginning of January - so why would it stop her getting him a present?

Do not think so ... amazing that nobody seems to think father and grandfather should be told...

The last time I remember it being mentioned, was when Gail told David he could use the ?70,000 he had left over from the sale of the house to fix it. I think Debbie has admitted that Ray caused it, so surely she should pay to fix it.

I do not think it will ever be explained how Ray caused it, as quite frankly I think it would be impossible to do so it in a believable way. How on earth could anyone excavate and dispose of, a large amount of soil, in a built up urban area without anyone noticing? There must have been an access tunnel to get to the excavated area, where was that, in the middle of the street? Who would be stupid enough to dig out a large cavity underground that could cave in on them at any time while they were in there? No! - there is only one explanation as to how it was caused - MAGIC!

God, is it possible for Jacob to get any worse, any time I think no, he goes ahead and makes me think otherwise.

When he's going 'babe' and 'sexy' as well as "I would" to Simon about Leanne, I was cringing. I realise he's probably trying to make Simon uncomfortable, but the writing was so bloody cringeworthy.

Then there's Leanne being vile again to anyone, this time Toyah.

As mentioned before, Daisy is useless and irritating, get rid of her fast please.

Yasmeen and Leanne should team up and start "The Happy Club". I have no problem with a mental illness storyline but 2 at the same time is OTT. It's just not entertaining.

Has Shona recovered from her mental illness or has she forgotten about it now.

She still has it and it hasn't been forgotten. Her illness shows practically every time she is on screen.

Am I a bad person? Because I am losing patience with Leanne and Yasmeen. I should feel sorry for them but I just don't. It is not so much that Leanne is indulging herself in her grief, but she seems to find it impossible to be kind to anyone else when they are trying to help her. Her treatment of Nick and Toyah is disgusting. Yasmeen reminds me of a toddler lying on her back screaming and kicking her legs in the air. Tim should have known when he went to see her at Speed Dahl that perhaps it was not the best time to discuss things with her and backed off. I do find Elaine a bit annoying and don't think she is helping Yasmeen. I think perhaps the writers are just piling on the misery a little too mush, after all this is not Eastenders.
