Soooo Geoff has lived in the house for a long time, never showed signs of sneezing, coughing ... suddenly he sneezes because of a bit of dust ..

I think this is indicative of the fact that they are struggling to come up with new believable storylines, Geoff is just becoming ridiculous as is this nonsense with Tim and Sally. Sally is acting like a drama queen any normal person would just laugh off the situation, after all Charlie has agreed to a divorce.
