I am confused why is Ellis so afraid of Max? It was not Max who stabbed him, it was the brothers of the lad Billy beat up. Are they connected to Max or did Billy allow Ellis to think it was Max, but Billy knows it was not Max so why did he tell Max to back off when he was not threatening Billy in the first place? I am too thick to understand this or is it not written very well?
When did Paddy and Marlon show any interest in playing football? - The football team just another filler storyline.
