I decided not to watch. I've been reading the posts on Digital Spy and I'm pleased I stayed away.

Well I watched that live after all and it as so sad but it was a beautifully done episode and no other stuff thrown in to the pot just that storyline. Lucy & Dominic were brilliant, that must have been so hard for them to do, they deserve an award for those performances.

Lovely to see Robron there together at the hospital for support.

I'm certain it was very well done and that Dominic and Lucy put in excellent performances. It was something that I didn't want to watch, far too sad.

What was Aaron's involvement?

well that's the only thing I was bit disappointed with as he stayed outside the room but he was with Robert ("where else would I be?")

It was very sad to watch but it was very tastefully done. Aaron & Robert had both been there overnight by the looks of it and Aaron wished he’d been able to be a big brother to Grace. It’s a shame he didn’t get to see the baby but I could see why they just wanted it to be Mam, Dad & baby together. Robert there being the supportive future husband.
