Hi Matty - She was good as well - she was 72 when she started playing her, so it’s a good role for the older actress. 🙂

I really enjoyed the Aaron and Robert sofa scene. It was one of the best scenes of theirs in a long time. It was perfect!

One thing has bothered me though. There was a brief scene of Aaron looking doubtful over adopting Seb.
Was that just for effect before Aaron reassured Robert or will we see that doubt again?

I thought Aaron looked surprised rather than doubtful. I had to think about it.

Another hot and humid day here in north London. It's still 22c. I just want, and really need, a decent night's sleep. Very difficult in this sort of weather.

    Hi Eddy👋
It eventually turned very hot here today too and I was at the gym for a while which made it hotter still! I know what you mean about getting a decent nights sleep it takes a while to get settled. I suppose really we shouldn’t complain as Winter always seems a long time. I take a lot of pleasing!

    Morning All👋

Hope everyone has a good week and it doesn’t get too hot and uncomfortable for you.☀️😎

Doesn’t look like we’re going to be seeing either of the boys very much this week so real life may take over for a little while.🤔

Great to see Aaron and the Dingles. Good scenes throughout, especially the Liv and Paddy ones. Quite, heavy going, isn't it?

Tonight's light relief was dire. Bob's job interview and the Sharma nonsense were silly beyond belief. Is Emmerdale turning into a show for young children?

Have only just caught up with it and have to be honest the only scenes I actually stopped and watched were the Aaron, Liv & Dingle ones. Some nice but sad at times family scenes, shame Robert wasn’t there but then again a lot of the other familyy members were missing too. Didn’t watch any of the other scenes so can’t make a comment.

Emmerdale Twitter posts ... Rebecca tries to escape Lachlan's prison.

    A few of the replies:

    - The irony is that everyone Of your audience is trying to escape this storyline

    - I have not one ounce of sympathy.

    - Who needs a saw? If Rebecca really put her mind to it she could free herself by chewing off her hand or at least a couple of fingers Actually that could solve the starvation problem too

    - why do you always start these storylines earlier in the year then drag it out till the october week this formula is getting boring af switch it up a bit

    - Uffff that rock seems promising hahaha. She should have tried with her forehead instead....

    - We all know that you’re going to have her escape the day of the Robron wedding to ruin it.

    - 4 days without the Loo. amazing Lady.

    - Sorry Too long and drawn out people are becoming bored
