This is completely my own prediction but I reckon Cassius is the one who killed Hamish and/or has some sort of relation to Tyler which is why he’s so resistant to get close to Piper. The gnome photos he took can’t just be a coincidence. Thoughts?

I feel like he had an ex that maybe passed away and this is why he's so shut off towards Piper sometimes... I love theorizing!!

Yeah possibly. I just think the gnomes were a clue along with him getting closed off when Piper mentioned Xanthe nearly being killed by Finn. I said it as a joke a week ago but everything is starting to make sense. We never truly found out who killed Hamish because Tyler went to jail as they had no other suspects.

I reckon he had a long term partner who died either in an accident or from an illness and maybe she looked like Piper... can't wait to see how it all unfolds!! Gimme August spoilers already hahaha

My theory is that Cassius is Hamish's son from another relationship. The timing of him being around already doesn't add up, and he's already had to back pedal to explain how he managed to highlight those books when he technically wasn't meant to be in the area. My theory is that he was around when Hamish was killed, and he could even possibly the murderer. Either that, or he was coming to try and connect with Hamish before he died which is why he's interested in the gnomes and such.

There’s a photo of him, the night of hamish’s death. He was a waiter at Lassiters. I do agree tho, with the theory, that he’s Tyler’s half brother.

He seemed to react badly to Pipes nut job analysis of Finn... stating a possible motive for why Finn did it, then walked away.

Would make sense and be a great story line.

But I have to say wow, the geezer was blessed with all the looks,my toast has never been buttered that side but.... in the words of the pub landlord "I was never confused"
