Sorry but that episode was absolute tripe.

Poor Gerry didn’t get the send off he deserved.

No explanation at all as to why Robert wasn’t at the funeral of someone who lived in his home.

Lachlan is a vile thug - that is all he is and needs to go as soon as possible this has gone on long enough and considering the difference in size Terry would have been able to take him no bother at all.

So Terry had no connection at all and was just out for what he could get after surfing the net. What really was the point of all that?

Vanessa is starting to annoy me just by appearing in a room same as someone else.

The only people who showed any genuine feelings of upset towards Gerry were Aaron & Liv unfortunately they weren’t on enough to let this really show more. Aaron looking good in his suit.

Sorry, other people may have seen this episode differently altogether.

Considering Gerry lived in their house you would think they could at least have made a short reference as to why he didn’t attend his funeral. Even if they’d just said Seb was poorly and he’d had to stay and look after him.

I was wondering that, seeing as they went to the effort of showing him talking to someone on the phone last night surely they are not going to just leave it at that, maybe there’s a scene in a later episode where he’s away from the village and we see him meeting whoever it was, but then again maybe like you I’m thinking too much and it’s the usual ED not carrying things through.

I was hoping there would be more to it. I'm now convinced that was it and that the scene was there just to let us know it was all a con.

It does seem very much like that’s all we are going to get. I still actually can’t see the point of that whole thing. Surely if it was for to being the comic book into the story they could have done that without the Terry storyline and I do feel it made Gerry’s funeral a bit of a joke which is not the idea at all and the character actually deserved more respect.
