I'm not enjoying Sharon Marshall finding herself in this vey professionally embarassing situation. She has to accept responsibility, but Emmerdale also have to accept responsibility. In fact they have to accept the lion's share. Did they properly brief her? Did their researchers forget to tell her about the show's recent history? Were the final scripts for the three episodes thorougly checked? Did IM bother to read them before signing them off?

I think Emmerdale were well aware in advance that they could be problems with Thursday's episodes. They certainly started to deal with them within minutes of Thursday's second episode with statements on their Twitter telling viewers that all would be explained and quickly releasing that short video clip of Robert saying no in the Friday episode.

It’s maybe because I don’t really like this Bourel stuff but it does feel like there is being a lot of time spent on that storyline at a cost of other stories and making them more unclear.

Surely there should be a bit more consistency across the board and then explaining maybe wouldn’t be required as often.

    Next week's Emmerdale.

There's aone hour episode next Tuesday. It's mainly going to be about Charity. Sadly, it doesn't look as if either Aaron or Robert are appearing.

    Good morning everyone.

A Happy Easter to followers of the Orthodox Churches. I am Greek derivation, though British born. It's our Greek Orthodox Easter Sunday today which we celebrate in a huge way, rather like Christmas, with gifts, special cakes, big family lunches, parties and that sort of thing.

    Thank you.

There are very few differences between the Catholic and Orthodox churches. The differences that do exist are not huge. It's all about that initial split.
