Well, the snow arrived big time here in north London in the early hours. Our first delivery from the so-called 'Beast from the East', about 5 to 6cm of it. Temps averaging out at about -2c. I decided to take the day off work not that it took too much persuading.

It's totally nuts here with snow. Lucky I work from home. My commute wasn't too bad this morning. Made it down the stairs in 12 seconds.

Disruptions like that are not so bad to put up with, but on the other hand it means you can’t use the weather as an excuse for a day off.

Are you a big fan of Rebecca? I loved her when she first came in, much to the annoyance of other people. I like her now but hate the way her character is portrayed as a somewhat non-entity plot device. It's a shame. I really like Emily and wouldn't mind her staying as long as Bex's character is allowed to grow and expand her social circle.
