Just watched tonights episode.

I think Aaron said it all about Liv's behaviour and interference in his relationship status.

The impression I got from Aaron's look when DrPlot left was one we would all have when someone pays a subtle compliment and him saying he wanted to see him was a nice thing to say, we would all smile.

Aaron is clearly not looking for someone at this stage in his life that is so clear and this forced hook up with DrPlot is doomed to failure - Chas should know better than daring her son to prove he doesn't love his husband any more its immature and quite frankly emotionally dangerous.
