Just re-watching Monday's 2nd episode, the hair was mentioned, but no explanation was given. - Must try to stay awake in future!

he was called silver fox but no mention of why he grey now or tanned must be open prison in costa

That is just so true. Attention to detail is what is lacking.
Everyone seems to have forgotten that Phelan owes many of them thousands of pounds, yet there he is renovating a house, going to make him thousands of pounds - well from the insurance company now anyway.
