Further insanity through from surgery by text today: No repeat prescriptions can be ordered through the surgery. Patients now have to phone between 9am and 5pm or order them online (after registering with 2 pieces of ID, no information given as to what is deemed acceptable.)

Fairly sure that's going to run into problems with people who work 9-5, people who don't have the internet and people who's ID isn't considered acceptable...

Oh and they want 7 working days for it to be ready. Why replace a service with an even slower one?!

My mum told me last night in her area you have to ring for appointment 2 days in advance.. who know if they are going to be sick 2 days from now!!!! that is really stupid.
