    The factory was closed for the weddings so anyone moving any equipment including taking the roof would be seen and heard by someone given the location of the factory

    Having watched it again, I don't think they did get married .. Jenny could not go through with it in the end unless Rita was there so Johnny said if she can't be here we go to her .. would imply to me that they did not actually complete the vows in front of the registrar ....

    They turned up at the hotel on motorbikes to get married yes. But they didn't actually go through with the ceremony. They left before it was over and went to the hospital. The marriage there was not legal.

    That was before they got to the hotel .. but during the official ceremony, I believe they did not complete the official bit... I don`t think they are legally married .
