Chas and Robert visit Aaron in prison when news comes through about his appeal. Chas is shocked to see the state of Aaron, but he claims that he's given up drugs.
Robert also steels himself to confess his own antics, but will he go through with it?
Meanwhile, when April chokes violently on a sweet, Marlon is shocked as Carly does nothing to help her. Is there an explanation for her unusual behaviour?

Faith enjoys prophesying, but Emma panics when she overhears her claiming that she can communicate with spirits.
Emma's worry only increases when she realises that Faith is holding a public psychic reading in the pub. Fearing that the truth about James's death could come out, how will an emotional Emma cope with this?
Meanwhile, Carly takes action after yesterday's events with April.

Ashley returns to Emmerdale for a visit, as the men of the village have decided to smuggle him home to cheer up Sandy on his birthday. Laurel fears that Ashley might become overwhelmed, but he actually settles in well and even slips into his old cassock.
Later, after being returned to the care home, Ashley clearly has other ideas and heads for the exit. As he's still wearing his cassock, he's mistaken for a vicar and allowed outside.
All on his own in a deserted street, it's not long before Ashley becomes disorientated. How will Ashley's loved ones cope when they hear that he's gone missing?

Unable to cope with the high-stakes situation, Emma heads to the church and says a prayer to seek forgiveness.

Harriet catches Cain red-handed hiding a bag of stolen phones in the church.
Taking a no-nonsense approach, Harriet threatens to call the police if Cain doesn't return the phones. When Cain fails to take her seriously, Harriet grabs the stolen loot and storms off off. But will Harriet shop Cain to the police or not?
