In Leeds spent the last 3 hours trying to sleep. So much noise and felt like i was in the Bahamas. Too hot . It was their air conditioning unit which they came and switched off just now. I thought it was their boiler and piping system.i could not even have access to the internet at the beginning as i am on the 5th floor. You are supposed to have free complimentary internet as part of the package. I even switched on to my mobile data use and it still would not work. They said floor 6 only has a problem. Now they realise it is floor 5 too. I am sure they knew that before. So now they have given me premium fast internet for free when i probably will only use it for 15 mins. This is one of the best hotels around here. I just want to be in my own bed at home as still feel poorly. Eye still sore even though i started the day putting ice on it....my husbands idea. Not sure it made any difference.

I went 13 years totally agoraphobic, but it was the NHS that taught me CBT a tool im using now after 13 years of being taught it to be able to go out and about.

Anxiety illness is actually a target this government are targeting against trying to get sufferers off ESA, its the usual bash the ill and poor and reward the wealthy.

Have appointed a lettings agent to rent out my flat, I took a hit on the PCM amount as I rented out the flat to the agent who will be the landlord to any tenant. You see I have a stalker who will see it come up for rent and anyone can see on the net that I havent sold it, just google your own property and be amazed that out there is when you bought it and when.

Anyway, no one ever takes me seriously, I mean I prosecuted him for harassment over 6 years yet even my sister said Oh he would of forgotten you by now. Only 4 months ago he launch a cyber attack on me... oh that was just a coincidence. I mean in that case the guy must of just accidently moved 20 miles to be in the flat across the grass the second his restraining order ended. But yes several people have said that to me too.

Personalty I hope he does try to rent the flat revealing who he is, then I can get the Police to visit him. But the weak point in this is the lettings guy, who like so many just looked at me blnkly when I said you will get a visit from my stalker.

Wow Im a bundle of fun tonight

I take your stalker seriously, Splashy (though someone on the other end of a keyboard probably isn't much use to you!), and I think you deal with it with remarkable bravery and humour - especially considering your health problems. Never be shy about venting to us.

Splashy,as Dazzle has said you have a lot of friends on SoapBoards , there will always be someone to chat to and give support. This may not be ideal ,but between all of us and yourself we've all racked up a hell of a lot of life's experiences some good and many bad.
As for this stalker, if you have his name please consider reporting your concerns to the police and get it logged. If you decide to, make an appointment at a main police station, ( possibly Southampton ?) to see a ranked police officer. From the stalkers name he can be traced by the police from the electoral register, DHSS.e.t.c., he may already be known . The police may then be able to give this guy some serious advice.

Had a tooth pulled today, cost nothing and it was the quickest and most painless visit to a dentist ever.. He was that good I made a return appointment to get him to check the rest of my teeth

I have a good dentist here in Spain but I miss my dentist in Germany ... here he wants to do root canal or extraction when it is not really necessary.. I refused both last year and the tooth ache disappeared and has not come back by treating it with coconut oil ... my dentist in Germany would have fought hard for me to keep the tooth, not necessarily telling me to cover it in coconut oil a few times a day but he certainly would not have recommended extraction or root canal treatment Stick with this one you have, sounds he is a great dentist

I was stalked once by someone who worked in the same building as me. I got very ill and started taking sleeping tablets.
My every move was watched and he would be waiting from the point i parked my car in the morning. So i started parking further away...thats when i got mugged by someone.. anyway to cut a long story short things came to an end when he went missing for 2 days and then got sectioned under the mental health act. I as so frightened when he went missing as i thought he would turn up at my house. I had kept all if this from my husband because he would have just gone and beaten him up. At obe point i would not leave my office until i knew he was out of the building. My fellow workers went and got my lunch etc because the minute i opened my door he would be standing there. I was 35 and he was 62 caretaker of the building.

I too was stalked once ... I had to park outside my apartment and as soon as I got home from work the phone would ring but nothing would be said. The phone would ring every few minutes, I bought an answering machine and still the calls would come and nothing was said. At weekends the calls were fewer but what frightened me was that I was obviously being watched. I changed my phone number which stopped the calls as I was extremely careful who I gave the new number to ... but I moved to a different area shortly afterwards as I was quite scared to carry on living where I had been
