A blast of warm air slowly began to thaw me out as I presented myself to the ever present security guard. He smiled and directed me to one of the three jobcentre staff located at their desks in the near corner of the office. I explained why I was there and was told ' Oh yes do take a seat on the couch and the job coach will be with you shortly'. I suppose it was my business attire that made the difference ( I had decided to dress up as if I was having a job interview, which I might add has always had a good impact ). I had visions of the jobcentre character from Bread appearing or shouting 'NEXT!! in a loud voice. After what seemed like an eternity the job coach appeared. She introduced herself and explained her role very clearly to me. Afterwards she processed the relevant information on her compute my CV was well received , she did suggest that the font could be reduced from 12 to 11 ( great idea I thought).'Ok all the information has been referred to the organisation who will be helping you with your Work Choice, they will e mail next week. I thanked her for seeing me and left feeling positive about the outcome.

A very successful day, so I now await the e mail.
Great news and good luck, hope you get that email soon
