I'm giving up on Ross ever getting a decent or big storyline ever again. Even the Emma reveal will probably be a major disappointment, no doubt Ross will be working whilst it all goes down anyway. People will say Ross has had a quiet year because Mike has done charity work, but he only climbed Everest for 2 weeks and he filmed a few scenes in that new horror movie. Its great what he done, but I doubt it took up that much time, so thats not an explanation imo. Is Ross gonna turn into a background character? If so I wouldn't blame Michael if he decided to leave.

The fact that they've shown little snippets of upcoming episodes and Ross is featured in those is a good sign that there's more from him. Maybe it was the idea to rest Ross whilst Charlie is on materntiy leave - a bit unfair on Michael Parr - it didn't seem like he wanted that during the BSA Interview.

I disagree, I think Debbie and Ross will get together. Charlie hinted it in the video - that they're in different places of their lives now so maybe it will work.

I don't think Charley meant in that way though, her next words were "I think Debbie has got bigger things on her mind than Ross". That suggests to me that they won't feel the same way about eachother this time around.

I don't think Charley meant in that way though, her next words were "I think Debbie has got bigger things on her mind than Ross". That suggests to me that they won't feel the same way about eachother this time around.

I had a look on Emmerdales website and they had a poll up asking would you like to see Debbie and Ross back together. Interestingly 70% of people said yes, that really surprised me. 8000 people said no so the number that said yes must be massive. I had no idea the pairing was that popular?

The paring definitely has its fans, it won an award for best partnership once. But Robron fans dominate on social media so you barely ever see tweets about other couples, and the Ross and Debbie fans are a lot less vocal.

Exactly. Even Duncan off the metro acknowledged this but still caters for Robron fans.
