Robert and Aaron - Robron

Just caught up with the episode - genuinely baffled by the (or Robeccaron as I refer to them) situation

Not overly bothered about in general, but it would be nice to have a bit of consistency and continuity in the story

I didn't really understand what that looking in the mirror scene was trying to convey

I think it was supposed to hint that maybe Rebecca is up to no good or maybe it's to make us think that but really it's to show she's got an idea that Aaron will be the one to rob HF.

Something to do with her business plans. She'll magically have just the contacts and knowledge Robert needs to make Aaron's birthday extra special because plot has dictated it to be to make Aaron paranoid. Also because Aaron will see a nicer side to her tomorrow and let bygones be bygones so he can be jealous and insecure in secret.

The real question is WTF has happened to ruthless Robert who wouldn't let anyone blackmail him and try and split up his relationship?

She made that comment about getting the cash by sleeping with someone - initially made me think that it was intentional, and she was preying on Aaron's insecurities or trying to unsettle him in some way. Seeing him in the mirror was to show that it had worked, but I think I was reading way too much into it! As far as we know she doesn't try to split them up (again) I don't think, especially if she's off flirting with Ross at some point soon, so I guess you're right about it being linked to the HF robbery...

Just rewatched tonite and when says that thing kinda screws up his face but I actually just love the expression on I thought for a minute it was almost a guilty look that he had told her but don't think it is now it was just him thinking how felt (hope I got those right way round)

Something I noticed on re-watching the end scene, Aaron's pint was more than half drank which means he'd been sat there with Robert and Rebecca (and Liv) and not had an issue until she said anything.
