EastEnders will welcome back Libby Fox again next month when she returns to Walford to visit her mum Denise.

These brand new pictures offer a first look into some very tense scenes involving the Fox family as Denise has to come clean with Libby (Belinda Owusu) about her baby secret. And no, it doesn't go down well.

Fans will have seen Kim spend the last few episodes trying to persuade her sister Denise (Diane Parish) to tell her daughters that she is having a baby, but the decision is taken out of her hands when Libby arrives unexpectedly.

Much to Denise's frustration, Kim has decided to speed the process up a bit by persuading Libby to come back to Albert Square for a visit. With Denise's visible bump, it's not long at all before she's forced to break the news about her pregnancy.

As Libby struggles to get her head around Denise's life-changing baby bombshell, she quickly rushes to judgement. And she probably has one or two questions regarding the father as well!

With tensions mounting, the pair soon begin to bicker, forcing Patrick Trueman (Rudolph Walker) to intervene and implore Libby to give Denise the benefit of the doubt. Will mother and daughter be able to see eye to eye over this?

EastEnders airs these scenes on Monday, November 8 at 8pm on BBC One.

Monday

Belinda is given a final warning that the bailiffs will be coming back soon unless she sorts out her debt problems. She turns back to Masood by going for a drink with him at The Vic, but he's left disappointed when he realises that she just wants more money.

Masood decides to give Belinda a surprising ultimatum – he can give her a loan for the salon and they'll keep their relationship strictly professional, or he'll offer up no money and they can make a go of things as a couple instead. What will Belinda decide?

Meanwhile, Libby visits the Square after being contacted by Kim. Denise is forced to tell Libby the truth about her pregnancy, which doesn't go down too well.

Elsewhere, Louise struggles with the reality of Phil's illness on her birthday.

Also today, Donna needs somewhere else to live as the landlord is putting her rent up.


Tuesday

With Libby still struggling to adjust to the news about Denise's pregnancy, Patrick and Kim both take steps to get mother and daughter back on track.

When they have an emotional heart-to-heart, Libby shares her own fears with Denise.

Meanwhile, Roxy feels inadequate when she hears that Jack and Ronnie are splashing out on a birthday party for Amy and Will. Roxy tries to compete by looking into getting an expensive present for Amy, but it quickly becomes clear that it's out of her price range.

Elsewhere, Ben refuses to visit the doctors and discuss the outcome of his assessment.

Also today, Linda suggests Kathy takes part in the Walford Christmas show, Belinda holds a sale at Elysium, and Stacey's family celebrate her birthday.


Thursday

Jay remains under pressure to find the money that he owes to a drug dealer.

When Billy refuses to give him an advance on his wages, Jay resorts to desperate lengths to get the cash.

Meanwhile, Libby can't resist interfering in Denise's pregnancy by criticising her mum's unhealthy habits. When Kathy urges her to go easy on Denise, Libby decides to help out by preparing a healthy meal. However, she soon goes a step further by revealing that she intends to stay on the Square and help with the baby.

Elsewhere, Abi and Kathy go to audition for the Walford Players Christmas Show, but Kathy clashes with organiser Geraldine and ends up being kicked out.

Also today, Roxy asks Ronnie for a loan so that she can buy Amy a big birthday present. Ronnie refuses to offer up any cash – unless Roxy helps Amy with her homework.


Friday

Denise receives some surprising news from Zainab.

Although Zainab wants Denise to keep it quiet, she goes ahead and tells Masood what she knows. How will Masood react?

Meanwhile, with the bailiffs due to arrive, Belinda struggles with the pressure and snaps at Stacey.

Elsewhere, Denise is furious by what the Minute Mart's new area manager has to stay when he pays a visit.

Zainab hasn't been on screen since 2013 when she left Walford after splitting from Masood (Nitin Ganatra), and we've since heard that she remarried.
But even though Masood has currently got his eye on a surprising new Walford woman - Belinda - he will be distracted when Zainab makes contact.
However, Masood doesn't hear the news about his former wife first hand, as Zainab actually contacts her old friend, Denise Fox.
When Denise receives some surprising news from Zainab, she promises that she will keep it quiet. But as always, it doesn't last for long as she is soon relaying the information to Masood.
Fans will have to tune in to find out just what exactly is going on with Zainab, but we can reveal one thing - it leaves Masood in a dilemma.
As Masood ponders the news, it is clear Zainab is at the forefront of his mind, but what will he do next?
