Apart from Nate possibly/probably discovering that VJ can't be the father, based on what we know about Billie's future from other spoiler threads, maybe this will also be a situation where Billie is diagnosed with a very serious illness, but she refuses/delays essential treatment because it could harm the baby? Consequences for her later on........?
