The way it was worded in the spoilers, i was expecting something on stage with mics etc.

Instead we got singing for a few seconds whilst walking to the presentation? Yes, it's a light hearted moment but why on worth was that BIT in a spoiler? I was expecting to see maybe a bit of Ross/Pete's planning for the event but instead they just showed up in sailors outfits.

Well, Emmerdale really do know how to put a damper on your hopes, don't they!

For the last two weeks the spoilers for Ross have sounded so good in so different ways but the outcome on the show have been pathetic and a let down to watch!
Ross the choir boy: I was really expecting a spectacle but it became a passing moment in the episode.
Return of Ross the bad boy: I actually thought, for the first time this year? Ross was going to put the nappies down and remind us why he is in line to be the next Cain but oh no - the writers had to get James in the scene.

This episode has only made me dislike James more than I normally do because he stopped Ross a full on bad boy return. Michael Parr was great with what he was given tonight, really hope he persuades Iain to give him more moments like this again where Ross actually does something!
