I know what you mean. My heart almost broke for Les and Pam. When Les poured that cup of tea down the sink, that was me gone. It was almost too painful to bare and it's not even real for goodness sake.

EastEnders was on form on Tuesday, without a shadow of a doubt. It did what is does best and probably better than any other soap. The episode wasn't perfect, the Whitney/Lee storyline was a distraction along with the carters that we could have done without, but that aside EastEnders deserves a 9/10. Will they keep this standard up? ..... of course they won't, we will be back to sloppy seconds very soon.

Outstanding work by the actress who plays Pam, nice scene with her and Belinda

It looks like Paul's death is being used to bring Johnny and Ben together which I don't like, Ben can confide in Jay

Was that the first time we have seen Abi and Ben in the same scene since he dumped and stripped her in the pub and was she worried for him in the cafe, showing she still cared, Paul did seem to like to mock her when with Ben

Was Buster calling Kathy for a booty call while she was caring for her beaten son

Will Pam or Les now tell Paul's mother?

I thought Belinda was rather good with Pam tonight and the scenes with Jay and Ben were very good.

Think more about trying to conceal his guilt. Still wonder if there's more to be revealed about the attack.

Your phrasing there so reminded me of 60s batman series, followed by the swirling bat logo..

anywho... I bet none of us are surprised they binned off the actor playing Paul, he obviously didnt tickle the right members of the production crew lets say and made an easy corpse for a story line.

Some real improvements of acting thou with Ben and Pam.. made it a very believable and somber event. But why on earth would Abi care? But then Im a man and never have understood the fairer sex.

What the eck does it have to do with Lauren? after all the stunts she has pulled, she needs to shut her trap! Sanctimonious.

The Carters are grating on me a bit, can Mick go on Holiday again and take Linda with him along with Whitless and Lee.

The scenes with Donna and Kim were very good and the scenes with Les and Pam were excellent. Roger Sloman has really improved.

The duff duff was very underwhelming.

    "Sanctimonious"

    wow I love that word.

The buffoons on Big Brother can only use expletives to describe a situation yet there are so many great words in our language they could use.

New Johnny is getting on my flabby front members...iys clear the S/L is heading for him and Ben to hook up but I have a major "who cares" issue going on in my noggin.
